Apples (Malus domestica Borkh.), as part of a varied healthy diet, are a source of valuable nutrients such as carbohydrates, phenolic compounds, pectin, antioxidants, dietary fiber, minerals, and others. Apples are seasonal fruits that, for their longer-lasting storage throughout the year, should store in a cool place or processed. The present study aims to analyze the quality indicators of three apple cultivars, Florina, Golden Delicious and Freedom, which were dried in sun, shade, dehydrator and lyophilizer. The methodological framework of the study includes: a theoretical overview of apple drying methods, apple cultivars suitable for drying and some chemical indicators; determining a methodology for drying and analyzing the chemical indicators; analysis of quality indicators for fresh and dried apples; deriving recommendations for drying fresh fruit, storage and rehydration. In the research was found that in drying methods in sun and shade, the external environment greatly influences the duration of apple fruit drying and its quality. While drying in a dehydrator and lyophilizer, the external environment does not affect the time and quality of the dried apple fruits. Also, it was found that the lowest moisture content are freeze-dried fruits, which can be stored for more than three years in special foils. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Rape survivors are mostly women, and the perpetrators are mostly men. So, it has a social and cultural dimension.􀻲In the article, the problems regarding rape law are shown from the angle of the female rape survivors. The paper discusses how rape is interpreted in Georgian criminal law practice and why one paradigm of rape prevails to this day - a male stranger and a fighting woman who physically resists the perpetrator. Criminal nal" rules of action during rape; in particular, it determines what the "typical behavior" is for a woman before, during, and after sexual violence. If the female rape survivor's response does not fit into this standard, she remains outside the legal system; her voice is suppressed and disbelieved by the justice. The paper critically examines the Georgian legislative and judicial definition of rape; However, the research is not limited to this; it also includes an analysis of the approaches and scientific views of other jurisdictions. The paper supports a liberal understanding of sexual autonomy and consent. Artificial intelligence has recently become one of the hot topics in scientific and professional circles of various fields. Current technological processes in the world have significantly increased the use of digital technologies in practically all fields. Over the past century, several researchers and mathematicians have been developing the idea that computing machines can not only perform typical technical tasks but also learn to think and perform individual tasks accordingly, like humans. This idea has developed over time, and nowadays, the main topic among scientists, researchers, and practitioners worldwide is artificial intelligence and the tasks it can perform. Artificial intelligence is already actively used in various fields of public activity and many professions, and there is still talk that many professions can be replaced by artificial intelligence in the future. In this regard, using artificial intelligence in jurisprudence is particularly important and controversial. Based on the relevance of the mentioned issue, this article is dedicated to the use of artificial intelligence in the field of criminal proceedings and investigations. The article discusses the origin and development of artificial intelligence and its primary role in criminal proceedings and investigations. In the work, special attention is paid to the experience of different countries. The paper also analyzes court decisions of precedent importance in this regard. The Bible testifies to the fusion of faith and love, but love was never the focus of theology and the theologians ignored it. In this paper, the factors of inattention to the concept of love in theology were first studied. This is due to accepting an image of love that separates its two types: agape love, which is not rooted in the attractive characteristics of the beloved, and erotic love, which is motivated by the characteristics of the beloved. The first type of love was admitted in classical theology, and love in relation to God and neighbor was described accordingly, but the second type was usually forbidden. The theology of love in this writing, by revising this division, accepts the definition of the erotic tradition of love in theology since it considers it a non-mysterious and explainable image of love. In criticizing the common attitude about love, the point of view of Alan Soble, a contemporary philosopher, was used; therefore, it was shown that love in relation to God is explicable in the erotic tradition and can respond to challenges. This attitude includes various elements, and in the paper, only the theological elements were discussed, including: God is personal, has emotions, is present in the world, in union with man and having care attribute. Introduction: Cerebral arterio-venous malformations (AVMs) are an enigmatic pathological entity in both their etiopathogenesis and natural history. Sporadic vascular malformations need to be differentiated from familial and genetic conditions, linked with similar or resembling radiological features. Brain vascular syndromes have a wide variety of presenting symptoms, not always linked with the observation of typical arterio-venous malformations. Purpose: In our review paper, we summarized the basic features of some of the more common brain vascular syndromes, including vascular malformations, hypervascular tumors and steno-occlusive conditions, which may present either clinically or radiologically in a similar manner to one another. We aim to increase the vigilance of treating physicians in such cases, as to adequately diagnose and manage patients presenting with said syndromes. Even though some of them are similar, differences in their progression and treatment options are of great importance in the long term. Methods: We conducted a literature review and summarized our findings in the paper, regarding brain vascular syndromes. We included some of the most common radiological findings, as to better differentiate between each pathological entity. Conclusions: Cerebral vascular syndromes are a highly heterogenic group of pathologies, which need to be properly diagnosed in order to choose a correct form of treatment. Due to the difference in the natural history of each syndrome, both conservative and invasive medical approaches may be chosen as a course of action. Involvement of other systems and organs also needs to be taken into account. A wide differential diagnosis and familial screening are a key point in patient management. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The paper explains the method of developing the Jackson and Moreland alignment charts, which are used to determine the effective buckling length of load-bearing elements subjected to compressive loading. This paper presents an examination of natural stone to slip resistance. The test is carried out according to the BAS EN 14231:2009 standard. This standard specifies a test method for determining the slip resistance value of the surface of the exposed face on natural stone elements intended to be used for flooring in buildings. The aim of the paper is to present the equipment, auxiliary means, samples and the test procedure. Tests are carried out on stone samples with different finishes. The test surfaces are: cut, polished and flamed. After the tests, the authors analyze and evaluate the obtained results.
