Health care systems need reforms in the process of education to performance. Reforms with a targeted educational and medical perspective that will permeate all effective health care systems and evidence-based medicine is considered a practical method in the development of health care and treatment in the world. This approach will be effective during its lifetime in the education of medical sciences, on the quality of education, on the quality of education, from the beginning of the education of health and medical sciences until the lifetime of the educators. The present study is a systematic review by searching in Iranian databases such as: SID, Iranmedex, Magiran, foreign databases such as: Uptodate, Pubmed, Scopous during the years 2019 to 2022 with keywords; Evidence-based medicine, evidence-based education, evidence-based practice, evidence-based learning, evidence-based care, educational quality, medical science education are searched. Evidence-based medicine in line with its longevity in medical sciences still needs a fundamental review in healthcare and treatment, many studies have stated the lack of use of evidence-based medicine and obstacles to its implementation in their results. However, the growing trend of using evidence-based medicine is not significant and requires inductive impulses to implement, apply and use and evaluate its effects. Evidence-based medical education and its effects have been clearly studied, but micro and macro policies in its implementation and application require a fundamental review so that the process of education, learning, performance and care is the most favorable process of growth and development in the body. Education of health and medical sciences in this era needs treatment because therapeutic education alone cannot have an effect on high health goals. The body of education should also be repaired. Therefore, the present study aims to analyze the strategy of medical science education with a therapeutic approach along the treatment of education. The present study is a review study by searching the databases of ISI Web of Knowledge, PubMed, Medline, Scopus and Google Scholar with the keywords of medical science education, therapist education, treatment, prevention, preventive education during the years 1995 until now. Based on the few studies that have been carried out in the field of education and treatment strategies or their interactions, and the targeted search and analysis of the results have shown that the goals of health and medical science education cannot be pushed to the training of successful therapists. Rather, it should be revised and rewritten in order for graduate therapists to modify the body of treatment with an educational approach and apply treatment with the aim of preventive education. Maybe this strategy is time-consuming and expensive, but in the long run, therapists will achieve prevention from the approach of treating patients. In addition, changing health behaviors in the short and long term is a major health investment and will greatly affect health policies. In the pandemic crisis of the world and during the emergence and reappearance of new diseases, it is important to review the community-oriented medical science education program, and this will be realized when the treatment is based on the basic principles of health and treatment and is on the right path to health. Background and Objectives: The hospital staff is always vulnerable to needle stick injury (NSI). NSI potentially increases the risk of HCV, HBV, HIV, and other infections. This study was implemented with the aim of determining the frequency of NSI in nurses and paramedical staff of the Zanjan district educational hospitals. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study, 600 nurses and paramedical staff who were working in educational hospitals of Zanjan district for more than 1 year completed a questionnaire. Descriptive and analytical statistic methods were used to analyze the gathered data by using the SPSS ver.16 software. Results: Based on our findings, 53.6% of the respondents had experienced NSI throughout their work period. 26.3% of the participants in the study had the history of NSI within past year. The frequency of NSI had a reverse relationship with age and work history, and it was significantly higher in male workers, technicians, workers of labor unit and operation room, holders of academic degrees on hospital operations, midwifery, and anesthesia, and morning work shift of the hospitals. Injury with the syringe needle was the most frequent (53.8%)cause of the NSI. Only 46.5% of the injured workers had reported the event to the hospital Infection Control Officer. Conclusion: Because of the importance of NSI transmitted infections, better education of the staff, the practice of standard precautions,and also vaccination of the less experienced hospital workers, especiallyin the delivery unit and operation ward staff, is highly recommended. Introduction: Identifying the strengths, weaknesses and problems in field training is very important to achieve the educational goals in medical sciences universities. This study aims to assess field Training programs in graduates of Health Services Management in Ahwaz Jondishapour University of Medical Sciences. Methods: In this descriptive study, conducted in the first semester of 2009, the first and second groups of graduates of BSc program on health services management who had passed 16 credits of field training were studied. Data were collected by a researcher made questionnaire. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed by content validity and test-retest method respectively. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics (mean, SD and percentage) through SPSS. Result: Efficacy of field training, based on students' acquaintance with each syllabus topic (according to the national program ratified by Higher Council for Educational Planning in Medical Sciences), was evaluated as being in the "average" level. Students' mean acquaintance with the content of field trainings I, II, III and IV were 49.8±7.3, 63.6±9.4, 65.7±4.8, and 59.4±5.6 (out of 100), respectively. Efficacy of students' field training programs was more in the second group compared to the first one. Conclusion: Efficacy of field training program in students of health services management in Jondishapour Medical University in Ahwaz, compared to educational standards , is not appropriate and satisfactory. So, a complete revision and modification of programming and field training is necessary for students to achieve educational goals of this program. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
