The relevance and usefulness of accounting information can be measured by the simultaneous relationship between accounting information, returns or stock market prices. The Comparability of accounting information, as a qualitative feature of information, increases the value relevance of accounting information. Also opacity in financial reporting through the corporate financial system increases stock volatility and, as a result, increases investment risk and investor distrust. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is the effect of comparability of financial statements and opacity in financial reporting on the value relevance between earnings and book value per share. Accordingly, a sample of 137 companies was selected from the companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 2013 to 2019 and to test the hypotheses, a multivariate regression model using the panel data method was used. The results showed that earnings and book value per share have a value relevance and the comparability of financial statements increases the value relevance of earnings per share. But contrary to the literature, comparability reduces the value relevance of book value per share. On the other hand, the opacity of financial reporting reduces the value relevance of book value per share due to comparability of financial statements, but does not affect the value relevance of earnings per share due to comparability.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effects of entrepreneurial orientation on financial performance by considering the moderating role of accounting information quality. The research method was correlational and the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The statistical population included the companies listed on Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE), which were selected and studied through the systematic elimination of 140 companies in the period of 2012-2019. The statistical results of the 1st and 2nd research hypotheses showed that the criteria of entrepreneurial orientation improved the indicators of financial performance (accounting and economics) and those of the 3rd hypothesis revealed that the criteria of entrepreneurial tendencies ameliorated the quality of accounting information. According to the 4th and 5th hypotheses, financial performance (accounting and economics) also improved the quality of accounting information. The 6th hypothesis indicated that the quality of accounting information made better the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on performance based on the accounting data. However, the results of the 7th hypothesis demonstrated that the quality of accounting information had a negative effect on the relationship between the entrepreneurial orientation criteria and indicators of economic performance in Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE). Relevance and usefulness of accounting information can be measured by simultaneous relation among accounting information, stock returns and market capitalization. This Subject is a basis for the activities in the field of “Value Relevance”. The main purpose of this research is to examine any relation between earnings per share data and stock returns of the companies. To do this, a sample 155 companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange over the years 1380 to 1388 has been used. This research analyzes the value relevance of accounting information, using the price based models and return based models. In this regard, the both cumulative and buy and hold forms of stock returns are calculated. The results from the return based models show a positive and significant relation between stock returns and earnings per share information, and also confirm the value relevance of accounting information. The results from price based models show a positive and significant relation between current period earnings per share and book value per share, and market value per share. The price based model has much more value relevance than the return based models.

Nowadays, in the competitive world of Economy, the most considerable issues for managers and Shareholders are: 1- Managers are after productivity growth with optimum Use of financial sources and 2- investors require long-term Return from their investment. This standpoint and motivation to increase productivity for managers is the direct consequence of the advent of a new generation of investors. Economic Value Added is good criterion for better investment and can guide managers to increase productivity. EVA can best substitute traditional profit indicators and used for managers evaluate. This study surveys the relation between Economic Value Added and accounting criteria (Earnings Per Share and Total Shareholders Return) in Base Metals Companies in the period of time between 2006 and 2008. Finally, Economic Value Added Companies is standardized to compare. The hypotheses are examined using Descriptive Statistics and Pearson Correlation coefficient analysis. The results of this study show that there is no meaningful relation between Economic Value Added and accounting indicators. Standardizing calculated Economic Value Added for companies under consideration denote that Kalsimin Co. and Khuzestan Steel Co. have the best and the Worst Performances respectively

Nowadays, investors take a broad rang of features into consideration. However, there has been little investigation on the methods of choosing different options between investors. Investors’ decision-making grow more complicated and get more risky day by day and the results of these decision- makings can have an important affect on the people’s lives, especially when retiring. We have little information about the effective factors on investors’ decision-making. The following research will use an analytical approach in order to investigate these factors on investors’ decision-making when buying shares. The same approach has been used in investigating choices of nonfinancial products which are effective on decision-making. The results illustrate that investors are less enthusiastic in risky transactions and speculation. Furthermore, financial priorities are much related to each other in decisions for buying shares. However their importance is less than price fluctuations and also the trend of share prices in stock markets.

Investors generally invest in tangible and financial assets. Investment in financial assets takes place by buying shares and debenture ect. When a person buys a company’s share he will be the owner of that company and will enjoy from some benefits such as dividends, rights issue, stock dividends, bonus and increase of share’s prices. At the end of each financial Period, companise will have to make two crucial decisions: What Portion of income has to be distributed to the share holders, and what portion of it needs to be invested in the company? Therefore the important question here is: what is the relation between earnings per share, dividends and investment? In order to answer these questions seven hypotheses have been raised and these hypotheses have led to the design of various models in order to decide a relation between earning per share, dividends and investment. By using regession model and related soft wares , comprehensive data of companies have been gathered and analyzed during the years 1991-2001. The results proved a relation between earnings per share, dividends and investment.
