The pore geometry and topology properties of rocks are significant for a better understanding of the complex hydrologic and elastic properties. If the complexity of porous media is considered, reliable results can achieve. In three-dimensional imaging of cavities, these complexities are taken into account. In this study, by conducting different methods deep understanding from some sandstones pore space is undertaken. Three series of 2D micro-computed tomography sandstones binary images have been considered, each of them imagined as a 3D binary image. Using novel skeletonization and pore-throat partitioning algorithms some network properties have been evaluated and compared for three cases. Those properties are pore and grain size distribution, throat length frequency, and coordination number frequency. Also, geometric measures in 2D and 3D have been considered using Minkowski functionals. The area, the perimeter and the 2D Euler number of 2D binary images and the volume, the surface area, the mean breadth also known as integral of the mean curvature, and the 3D Euler Number of 3D binary images are considered.

Methods: The present case-control study was conducted at the infertility treatment clinic of Royan Research Institute in 2014. Twenty-four patients were divided into two equal groups. Cumulus cells were obtained from 12 infertile patients with endometriosis and 12 women with male factor infertility (as a control group) under ovulation stimulation protocols for intracytoplasmic sperm injection. Extraction of chromatin from cumulus cells was done after stabilization of DNA binding proteins and then cell lysis and preparation of soluble chromatin. The binding and incorporation levels of MeCP2 protein (as DNA methylation marker), two epigenetic markers related to histone modifications (H3K9me2 and H3K9ac), and ERβ protein to chromatin of cumulus cells were evaluated using the corresponding primary antibodies, secondary antibodies conjugated and Nucleosome-ELISA technique. In the present research, the effectiveness of communicative skills training in reducing aggression among high school female students was studied. Therefore 60 female students were randomly selected and assigned to two experimental and control groups. The instrument used was Ahvaz Aggression Inventory (AAI). The research design was semi-empirical with pre, post, and follow-up tests. The experimental group received 12 weekly 60 minute sessions of communication skills training. The follow-up test was carried out one month after training. Introduction: Stroke is a clinical diagnosis which brings up cerebrovascular diseases. Stroke includes any cerebrovascular accident which leads to local neural defect and lasts more than 24 hours. Stroke has severe and irreversible complications and high rates of recurrence after first episode, therefore we decided to study clinical and paraclinical findings of this disease for better diagnosis and prevention of it. Methods: We prepared a case series study to review medical files of the patients admitted to pediatric medical center with the diagnosis of CVA between 1993 and 2003. 19 patients were assessed in this study. Results: Their mean age was 5.72 (SD=3.801). Among clinical signs hemiparesis was the most common finding (89.5%). Vital signs were normal except for two patients with low-grade fever or hypertension. Such cardiac diseases as cardiomyopathy, valvular disorder, d-TGA, and congestive heart failure were common predisposing factors. According to CT scan reports, 6 patients (31.6%) suffered from deep ischemic stroke, and 5 (21.3%), and 2 patients (10.5%) suffered from superficial ischemic stroke and and hemorrhagic stroke, respectively. 2 patients manifested signs of both superficial and deep ischemic stroke. One of them suffered from Moyamoys syndrome and the other was a known case of MELAS (mitochondrial encepholomyopaty lactic acidosis syndrome). CBC was the most important abnormal test. Conclusion: According to this study, congenital heart diseases are the most common cause of stroke in children. Stroke in children is not frequently associated with vital signs change, and deep ischemic stroke is the most common type of the stroke in children.

This article evaluates the preparation for implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) system in active producing cooperatives of Mazandaran Province Industrial Sector. The main research question is to what extent the active producing cooperatives of Mazandaran Industrial Sector are prepared to implement TQM system. This question has led to eight detailed question of this research. The Research method is descriptive –survey and a sample of 210 cooperatives’ managers and experts were used by stratified random sampling method based on industry’s type. The research tool was standard US Federal Quality Institutes questionnaire for collecting data. After data collection, binomial distribution test was used to respond to the questions. The findings of research revealed that the four criteria of top management leadership and support, strategic planning, guarantee of quality and productivity improvement results are in the desirable stage for implementation of this system. And the four criteria of customer orientation, employee recognition & training, empowerment of the employees and teamwork, quality measurement and analysis are not at desirable level. In the end it is indicated that preparation of active producing cooperatives of Mazadaran industrial sector for implementing of TQM system is generally at the desirable level and some recommendations for improving above mentioned factors were suggested.
