In spire of registered from thousands years and now many diseases in human caused by chlamydiae and clamydophilae, there is a relatively small number of papers concerning immunological phenomena. In this paper, we made an attempt to present the actual state of immunological phenomena in humans naturally infected with bacteria from Chlamydia and Chlamydophila genus, and research conducted in vitro, including non-specific and specific, cellular and humoral immunity. Introduction: In addition to the symptoms, the symptoms of catatonia have been classified as a subtype of schizophrenia (catatonic schizophrenia). Currently, however, catatonia is treated as a single psychopathological syndrome that can occur in the course of various disorders. Catatonia has been the subject of many disputes in the scientific community over the years, and many of its elements remain unexplored. Material and method: The aim of the study is to review current research on catatonia in the field of: main, leading to catatonia, neuroimaging, immunology, methods of treatment and psychoactive compounds, COVID-19, therapy of pediatric and geriatric patients. The article reviews research and scientific papers from 2014-2022 on catatonia, interest in the PubMed and Google Scholar databases. Results: Studies showing a prevalence of catatonia of approximately 10.6 cases per 100,000 tax recipients. The assessment of the prevalence of individual catatonias varies depending on the criteria. Deep vein embolism has been confirmed in approximately 25.3% of patients with cardiac catatonia. Conclusions: Catatonia is a common neuropsychiatric syndrome that significantly prolongs hospitalization time. Additional studies using the technique of functional neuroimaging of the brain are needed. Effects of treatment with the effect of: zolpidem, memantine, amantadine and augmentation with amisulpiride.

PRODUCTION methods ,FICTION - Abstract
The aim of the article is to provide a preliminary identification of the mechanisms of power in Józef Mackiewicz’s war novels. The first part focuses on the tools of discipline and biopower. Particular attention is paid to the methods of gaining knowledge of the individual subject (confession) and the collective subject (Foucauldian security, immune mechanisms). In both cases, the mechanism of acquiring knowledge of the subject is at the same time a method of its production. The second part complements these considerations by providing an analysis of methods of resistance to both types of power. The third part considers the thesis according to which the mechanisms of population production and protection may be combined in Mackiewicz’s novels with the so-called immunological understanding of war. Recently, fast advance in biomedical science can be observed. New research methods ensure more precise knowledge about processes occurring in the immune system. Next to conventional diagnostic tools usually used in allergic diseases confirmation, cells activation tests my become a new approach in estimation of hypersensitivity reaction pathogenesis. In the paper general information about currently used test are presented. Moreover, authors describe new methods; however the require more studies to confirm their clinical significance. This paper aims to is to review the literature on the relationship between microbiota and the immune system in terms of the quality of life of patients after arterial repair operations. Angiology is a branch of medicine dealing with vascular diseases of the blood and lymphatic system. As a sub-discipline of surgery, together with techniques of surgical radiology, it has gained high recognition in the medical environment. Despite increasing progress in the process of arterial repair, postoperative complications in the form of swelling of the lower extremities of the operated side are still a problem. This problem concerns about 6% of patients. Another problem is the risk of vascular transplant infection. The high mortality rate estimated at 9% is worrying. Equally alarming is the percentage of limb amputations at the level of the shin or thigh. It should also be emphasized that the above complications may significantly indicate weakened immunity of patients, thus translating into the slower tissue regeneration process. Even the increasing degree of emotional disturbances as a result of weakened microflora.

HEMATOLOGY ,INTERNAL medicine ,GENETICS ,IMMUNOLOGY ,SEROLOGY - Abstract
Hematology emerged from the study of internal diseases in the twentieth century. Its history can be divided into three periods: the first (elementary) -- separation from internal diseases, the second (interdisciplinary) -- development by combining the achievements from other fields and joint activities of research teams, and the third (which is difficult to label as it is ongoing) -- cognition at the genetic and molecular level. Thanks to the progress of science (immunology, serology, genetics, cytogenetics, genetic engineering, etc.) and the use of their discoveries in broadly-understood hematology, there has been a spectacular change in the knowledge about blood diseases and prognosis. The spectrum of treatment of chronic diseases has been expanded, improving the quality of patients' lives, and the diagnostic possibilities have been enlarged. The history of such an important field of medicine has been little studied in Poland. This article aims to justify the need to research the history of Polish hematology. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

PNEUMONIA in children , *ETIOLOGY of diseases , *PEDIATRIC diagnosis , *MYCOPLASMA pneumoniae infections , *IMMUNOLOGY , *MACROLIDE antibiotics , *INFLAMMATION , *PEDIATRIC respiratory diseases - Abstract
Introduction. Mycoplasmapneumoniae is common in the aetiology of atypical pneumonia in children. The course of the disease is generally mild; however, in some cases it may create diagnostic and therapeutic problems, especially when the disease has an extrapulmonary localisation or when coexisting diseases are present. Aim. The aim of this paper is to present the case of M. pneumoniae infections of an atypical course, resulting from an extrapulmonary localisation of the disease or the presence of specific viraus infections. Materials and methods. 4 cases of children hospitalised at the Department of Paediatrics and Allergology in Biskupiec in the winter season 2006/2007 are presented. Mycoplasmatic aetiology of the symptoms was diagnosed on the basis of immunological tests by Biomed (evaluation of the titre of specific IgM antibodies) and a positive clinical response to macrolid antibiotics therapy. Results. Among the analysed cases, 2 involved an extrapulmonary localisation of the disease and recurrent fever (I) and IgE-independent acute urticaria (II). The next 2 cases involved a pulmonary localisation of the disease as infectious mononucleosis complications (III) and in the course of varicella (IV). In all cases an elevated titre of specific IgM antibodies/ M. pneumoniae antigenome was revealed. Apart from the case II - in all the remaining cases increased markers of the inflammatory process were observed. The administered treatment with macrolid antibiotic resulted in the regression of the clinical symptoms and normalisation of additional tests results. Conclusions. M. pneumoniae infection in children should be considered in each case of respiratory complications of common viral diseases, but also in extrapulmonary clinical manifestations of the disease.
