Artykuł zawiera rozważania wokół fragmentu książki Jacques’a Derridy Prawda w malarstwie, w którym podejmuje on dyskusję z koncepcją piękna w estetyce Kanta. Wskazuję na oryginalny sposób w jaki Derrida przeformułowuje tę koncepcję nadając z jednej strony nowe znaczenie jej kluczowym pojęciom, z drugiej zaś wprowadzając całkiem nowe wątki. Jednym z najciekawszych z nich wydaje się być ścisłe powiązanie doświadczenia piękna z doświadczeniem śmierci. Wychodząc od konstatacji Derridy rozwijam implikacje zawarte w tym ujęciu, podejmując próbę dookreślenia tego, na czym zasadza się głębokie pokrewieństwo tych dwóch doświadczeń i czym się one od siebie różnią. Wychodzę od twierdzenia, że „cięcie” obrzeża/parergonu pięknego obiektu, które oddziela jego celowość od celu stanowi metaforę „cięcia” śmierci, która oddziela ludzkie życie od siebie. This article explores a passage from Jacques Derrida’s book Truth in Painting, a discussion of the concept of beauty in Kant’s aesthetics. Dybel points out the original way in which Derrida reformulates this concept, attributing new meaning to its key concepts but also introducing entirely new themes. One of his most fascinating contributions is the tight relationship between the experience of beauty and the experience of death. Taking Derrida’s observation as a starting point, Dybel develops the implications of this perspective, trying to spell out what the deep relationship between the two experiences is based on and in what way they differ from one another. His point of departure is the notion that the ‘cut’ of the parergon of the beautiful object separates that object’s purposefulness from its purpose. In this sense it functions as a metaphor for the ‘cut’ of death, which that separates human life from itself.

Hans Urs von Balthasar sformułował swoją teorię prawdy filozoficznej, odwołując się do znanych od starożytności pojęć: natury, wolności, tajemnicy i uczestnictwa. Ta koncepcja posiada liczne implikacje. Istnieje możliwość poznania prawdy bez odniesienia do elementu nadprzyrodzonego. Cały byt jest szyfrem i znakiem, a z obcowania z nim płynie dla człowieka radość. Wreszcie Absolut jawi się jako zasada i cel całego świata. Tworząc swój system Balthasar nawiązywał do poglądów wielu myślicieli, podejmując także twórczy dialog z filozofią współczesną, przede wszystkim z myślą Martina Heideggera i Karla Jaspersa. Hans Urs von Balthasar was one of the most famous theologians in twentieth century. He proposed coherent philosophical and theological system which was presented in monumental Trilogy. One of the most fundamental issues is the question of truth. He described its essence by referring to some philosophical concepts: nature, freedom, mystery and participation. They have been known in philosophy since ancient times. This conception has some implications. Moreover, man is able to know the truth only with his intellect abilities. All beings are code and sign which refer to Absolute. Existence is source of admiration, joy and thankfulness. Eventually God is considered to be the base and aim of the world. This philosophical deliberation about truth is an introduce to consideration about truth in christological and pneumatological aspects. Balthasar presenting the question of truth, refered to other philosophers views and took constructive dialogue with modern philosophers, such as Martin Heidegger and Karl Jaspers. Balthasar’s conception of truth can be a good base for other theological deliberations. Balthasar’s theology can become an answer for modern questions.

Heidegger, Dreyfus und die Frage nach dem Ethischen. Ist die moderne Technik ethisch neutral oder bringt sie mit sich gewisse Vorentscheidungen im Bereich der Moral? Diese Frage stellt sich anhand der Heideggerschen Philosophie der Technik der Verfasser dieses Beitrags. Er ist der Auffassung, dass sich die Frage, ob es eine Ethik des Technischen gegeben kann, an zwei Punkten entscheidet. „Erstens daran, ob man die Resultate und Produkte technischer Akte, Verfahren und Prozesse von diesen vollends ablösbar hält oder nicht: nur wenn die Eigenart dessen, was technisch eingesetzt, prozessiert und hergestellt wird, in seinen Resultaten, Produkten oder Beiprodukten wirksam wird,stellt sich die Frage nach Kriterien dieser ‚Mittel’ oder ‚Medien’, nicht nur etwaiger, auf unterschiedliche Weisen realisierbarer ‚Zwecke’. Und zweitens daran, ob Technik als Voraussetzung allen Tuns innerhalb der Sphäre des Gestaltbaren gedacht wird. Nur im zweiten Fall stellt sich die Frage nach Kriterien dieser Gestaltung“. Den zusätzlichen Kontext der Erörterung dieser Probleme bildet im Text die Diskussion des Verfassers mit dem bekannten Heidegger-Exegeten Hubert L. Dreyfus über die richtige Auslegung des Heideggerschen Denkens der Technik.

Nowadays we observe social transformations that have no counterparts in previous ages. Social dependences are expressed in forms that change and increase with unprecedented intensity. Human beings in their individual experience, particularly religious, realize themselves through dynamic relations to the surrounding world, other people and God. People desire a deepened interpretation what they experience. In this article I seek research tools which can help investigations in the area of fundamental theology which is expected to transform or translate individual experience in a rational way into an objective interpretative pattern. We seek such models of reality, which will ground theological investigations in the social relation of an individual person to world [in general] and to transcendence. Two investigative categories from the Christian tradition are accepted in the article: logos spermatikos and assembly of God – qehal which especially take into account the salvific perspective of the history of creation. These notions allow us to describe phenomena not only as static; they also allow us to interpret dynamic relations underway in our time. In the accepted investigative model (model 2) both the beginning and the aim of creation are qualified as dynamic realities. They influence and react to everything that happens in creation. We should therefore interpret the precondition of individual religious experience as dynamic. This will let us describe the .transient relations. as a basis in these investigations. Such an approach will prevent us from deprecating individuality in favor of the community, or the reverse.
