The objective of the study is to gather studies related to neural correlates that are used in agriculture and food economics. We classified and codified those studies to describe all of the contributions and to present the future prospects of neuroeconomics in the field of agriculture and food economics. A systematic literature review was carried out for this study to consolidate all of the relevant studies in one place. With the use of IEEE Xplore, Wiley Online Library, Taylor & Francis, Elsevier, Scopus and Sage, 190 records were identified and after a full text examination, 18 articles were selected for final review. Three major thematic areas viz: focus, method and field of study were identified and sub-classified into further classifications. In this systematic review, there were substantial evidence of the use of neuro tools such as the Eye Tracker (ET) and the electroencephalogram (EEG) in the field of agriculture and food economics. However, their application is still rare, creating significant opportunities for further research development in this direction.

V této studii popisujeme aplikaci analýzy citlivosti při stanovení vlivu růstu mezd na ziskovost produktů průmyslové pekárny podnikající v České republice. Analýza citlivosti zisku je provedena pro 3 nejprodávanější výrobky průmyslové pekárny, kterými jsou bochník chleba, rohlík a houska s využitím nákladových kalkulací výrobků a také informací o prodejích výrobků a nákupních cenách vstupů do výrobního procesu v období 2009 – 2017. Výsledky studie ukazují, že u všech zkoumaných výrobků nepředstavuje růst mezd nejvýznamnější faktor z hlediska vlivu na ziskovost. Nejvýznamnějšími faktory u všech zkoumaných výrobků jsou jejich prodejní ceny a také nákupní ceny mouky. Dále bylo prokázáno, že růst mezd neohrožuje žádný ze zkoumaných výrobků z pohledu jejich rentability.

The tobacco smoking is a common phenomenon contributing not only to the occurrence of serious system diseases but before everything seriously depleting the budget of family. The paper presents the effects of the analysis of the material status of 605 families in which at least single one of its members is a habitual smoker. In examinations were participating only the lower-Silesian country provinces dwellers families' possessing basic, average and professional education. A questionnaire was the basic research method, containing 25 of shut questions was filled by accidentally present at home members of the family. Obtained effects showed that smokers' family were presenting the very low material status in the majority spending more than once around 1/3 of all one's monthly income (single persons) for cigarettes. However they are still lacking the motivation to discontinue smoking.

The assessment of organization and quality of nutrition was done in 184 urban and 156 rural schools in 1998 to obtain information about changes in that aspect during last few years. Data was collected using questionnaire method. The analysis of obtained results showed that the per-cent of schools organizing one form of nutrition in towns (95.1%) was higher than in villages (64.1%), but the per-cent of pupils consuming at least one meal served in school was lower in towns (22.2%) than in villages (31.3%). In comparison with situation in the beginning of the 90th nutrition was organized by significantly higher amount of schools but improvement of situation relevant to amount of pupils consuming school meals was not so significant. Urban schools the most frequently served full dinners, in rural schools it was often sticky bun or sandwich. Significant per-cent of rural schools did not serve any meal due to bad local conditions and financial problems. From the reason that the per-cent of pupils consuming school meals is too small, it is necessary to undertake actions leading to improvement of the situation in that aspect. These activities should be relevant to increased access to school meals, especially in rural area, decreased cost and quality improvement of these meals.
