The objective of the present study is to analyze the national scientific production on the main typologies of Organizational Arrangements, from 2006 to 2015. The research targeted scientific papers published in the main journals of the Production Engineering area, classified in the strata of Qualis CAPES and in the Annals of the most representative Scientific Events of the area. It is a descriptive and quantitative study that used bibliometrics as a technical procedure using the scientometry approach. Data collection reported 964 papers published in the period. Results indicated that 191 papers were published in journals, with Gestão & Produção being the most prolific with 124 publications, and the year 2014 being the peak in the volume of publications; 773 papers were published in Scientific Events, with 439 in ENEGEP, and the year 2010 had the highest number of publications; The types of Arrangements most examined , adding together the results of the Journals and Annals of Scientific Events, were the Supply Chains, Cooperatives and Local Productive Arrangements; while the Modular Consortium and the Industrial Condominium are still discussed much less.

Civilization exerts a profound influence on language, thereby shaping and promoting culture. In the 18th century, Herder acknowledged the historicity of language, contextualizing it within the broader framework of human development and culture. This paper examines the impact of Western-dominated civilization from the 15th to the 20th centuries on Asian languages, identifying several key characteristics. Firstly, Asia did not witness widespread adoption of foreign languages on a large scale. Secondly, extraterritorial linguistic borrowing in Asia surpassed intra-regional one, resulting in the emergence of diverse hybrid languages. Additionally, Asia employed various strategies to preserve and perpetuate its languages and civilizations. Language and civilization play crucial roles in mutually reinforcing and advancing each other. Therefore, this paper aims to elucidate the influence of civilization on Asian languages since the Age of Exploration, uncovering the nuances of Asian civilization embedded within it, and exploring the intricate relationship between civilization and languages in Asia.

The main goals of the study are to expand knowledge about the concept of human dignity as a social value, analyse the historical, religious and philosophical foundations of the development of this concept in Europe and Ukraine, and characterize this concept in the system of legal values. The paper uses the following scientific methods: functional and dialectical approaches, logical analysis, synthesis, comparative analysis, analysis of scientific literature and generalization. The paper examines the problem of protecting human dignity as a natural and inalienable value, the source of human and civil rights and freedoms in the world’s states’ constitutions, decisions of constitutional courts and some countries’ criminal legislation. The main result is theoretical and practical problems of implementing the right to human dignity, and justifying human dignity in the constitutions and decisions of some countries’ constitutional courts. The study was conducted on the following countries’ basis of laws and regulations: Ukraine, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Hungary and the Republic of Poland.

As one of the treasures of Chinese culture, Chinese traditional music has been carrying rich moral thoughts since ancient times, and it is an important part of the value system of Chinese traditional culture. However, with the society’s development and the diversification of culture, the rapid social rhythm and the popularity of popular music have brought great impact on traditional music, and it has been gradually forgotten due to its neglect. By exploring the application and value of traditional Chinese music in moral education and virtue cultivation, this paper combined traditional music culture with the modern residents’ living habits, such as education, large-scale social events, competitions and music festivals. Through school education and regular community activities, this paper can provide new ideas and practical experience for the inheritance and innovation of traditional culture. Through the integration of modern media and art forms, the moral concept of traditional music is connected with modern society, forming a new cultural ecology that is more modern and inclusive. By making use of the rich moral thought resources in traditional Chinese music, it shows that traditional Chinese music has irreplaceable role and value in moral education and virtue cultivation.

In response to the problem that the red gene inheritance is not professional and deep enough to keep up with the times, this paper studied the college students’ red gene inheritance, so that the red gene can be better inherited. This paper made a detailed study of the value pursuit of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the inheritance of college students’s red gene of college students, introduced the value pursuit of the CPC and explained the importance and necessity of the inheritance of the college students’ red gene. This paper first studied the inheritance of red gene in college students, then expounded the importance and necessity of red gene inheritance in them and probed into the value pursuit of the Communist Party of China. It also studied the inheritance of red genes in college students in the new era, hoping to further promote the inheritance of red genes. Research on the value pursuit of the CPC and the college students’ red gene inheritance can draw their attention to the red gene inheritance and facilitate their understanding of the value pursuit of the CPC, so that the red gene can be better inherited in the new era.

Marx’s thoughts on world history (WH) is an essential element of historical materialism, which focuses on the time’s characteristics, unifies theory and practice, and grasps correctly of the situation of human existence and historical development. The deepening of globalization has made the world development environment more complex and led to the intensification of social contradictions. In order to deeply grasp the law of world-historical development and better cope with the problems and challenges brought by globalization, this paper effectively studied the methodology of Marx’s world history thoughts (WHT). After conducting an in-depth analysis of the fundamental content, main issues and ideological features of WHT, this paper explored the methodological principles and significance. It gave full consideration to the practical revelation of the methodology of Marx’s WHT from the perspectives of foreign development and cooperation, scientific and technological level, and the choice of one’s development path. In the natural development process of responding to globalization, firmly following its development path has an important role and value in strengthening foreign development and cooperation, advancing technological capabilities and adopting a dialectical approach towards the development of globalization.

This paper discusses the embodiment of Chinese life philosophy in Chinese traditional music education and emphasizes its important enlightenment to traditional music education. The innovation point lies in the in-depth study of the lack of reflection on Chinese philosophy of life in traditional music education. It puts forward how to integrate the principles of life philosophy, such as “harmony, Qi and imagery”, into the specific process of music education. The specific process includes discussing the basic concepts of music education in ancient China and exploring the application of life philosophy to music aesthetics. Through the philosophical embodiment of Chinese life philosophy, such as “harmony between heaven and man” and interactive trauma, this paper emphasizes the philosophical aspects of traditional music education, as well as the “harmony” and “imagery” in music aesthetics. Finally, this paper summarizes the importance of life philosophy in Chinese traditional music education, and discusses its potential value and enlightenment to traditional music education.

By analyzing the far-reaching influence of postmodernism on music and philosophy, this paper provided development strategies and suggestions for music and philosophy under the background of postmodernism. This paper studied the positive and negative effects of postmodernism on philosophy and music from two aspects: music and philosophy. The positive influence of postmodernism on philosophy and music is manifested in advocating equality, harmony between man and nature, innovation and critical spirit. Of course, the postmodernism trend of thought also has some negative effects, which should be viewed dialectically on its impact on music and philosophy. On the premise of encouraging innovation, respecting freedom and difference, self-confidence value should be established, so as to promote the further development of philosophy and music. Postmodernism is a cultural form in the later period of capitalism. In the field of music, it is necessary to not only adhere to the rebellion and openness brought by postmodernism, but also attach importance to the artistic value of music works to prevent the production and proliferation of vulgar music works. Philosophical ideas infused with traditional Chinese culture improve the accuracy and compatibility of English translations. “Compatibility” is a very important concept in English translation. Cultural compatibility of language is a factor that cannot be ignored due to language habits and cultural differences. Therefore, this paper presented a study of the accuracy and compatibility of philosophical and cultural thought to English translation. This article mainly analyzed the accuracy and compatibility of philosophical and cultural thoughts to English translation, and combined the existing problems and shortcomings to propose some solutions. The paper aimed to improve the level of English translation, promote communication between different cultures and enhance China’s overall cultural soft power. This article found that adhering to cultural compatibility and adopting both stable and appropriate flexible methods to guide different cultures have a positive impact on promoting cultural exchange.

As a modern American poet with international influence, Louise Glück’s works demonstrate a unique spirit of innovation and sense of experimentation, which would open up a new field of poetic creation. Therefore, it is important to study the influence of Gluck’s works on the literature of the new Chinese period. This paper examined the dissemination of Chinese cultural influences and their role in contemporary Chinese literature through the lens of poetics in Glück’s literary works. By employing data mining techniques, this paper conducted an online survey on the sales volume and readership of Glück’s works, examining the readers’ demographic information, including age, education level and regional distribution. The survey results demonstrated that from March 2020 to October 2020, the average monthly sales volume of Glück’s print books was 13,625, while the average monthly readership of e-books was 21,520.75. Glück’s works have been widely disseminated in China and collided with Chinese culture. Glück’s poetic nature and stubborn spirit of solitude without sinking have opened up new possibilities for contemporary Chinese literature and provided a new way for writers to explore art.

Postmodernism is a philosophical, cultural and artistic trend of thought that emerged in the second half of the 20th century. It criticizes the rational, normative and linear thinking of modernism and calls for the acceptance of pluralism, fragmentation and relativism. Under this trend of thought, modern landscape design aesthetics has also undergone significant changes. This paper discussed the importance of Pop art in modern landscape design from the perspective of Postmodernism. As an art form, Pop art has unique historical and social significance and provides a new perspective and creative method in modern landscape design. It combines formal elements, such as colors and patterns with landscape design, adding aesthetic value to modern landscape design. The aesthetic feeling of Pop art is consistent with the theme of contemporary landscape design, such as ecological and environmental protection. The integration of Pop art into modern landscape design not only keeps the application of Pop art style, but also shows the characteristics of postmodern aesthetics. By studying the application of Pop art in modern landscape design, this paper revealed its significance and value in contemporary landscape design.

The unprecedented growth of data in the big data era has necessitated changes in the scale, nature, and status of data, leading researchers to adopt new paradigms and methodologies in philosophical research. In particular, the theoretical focus of philosophy of language shifted towards cognitive knowledge, with an emphasis on the proposition of data turn in cognitive cognition in the era of big data. The paper explores the potential scope for quantitative research on the data turn of philosophy of language by examining the need for transforming qualitative and quantitative research paradigms, by reconstructing the quantitative approach to philosophy of language, and by expanding human-data relations in the philosophy of big data. The paper concludes that there is the necessity for further research to examine the relationship between language, data and philosophy.

The development of higher education for the disabled is one of the most important indicators of the development of education for the disabled in a country, whether the support policies are perfect, and whether the social civilization is advanced. The results showed that deaf students with general school experience had better adaptive ability The integration model was more conducive to improve deaf students' school adaptive ability and social interaction awareness. The deaf students had higher demand for professional guidance and there is room for further improvement of the integration-training model. Based on the above research results and the problems in practice, this paper gives the corresponding countermeasure suggestions. The paper suggests that we should build a "trinity" integration education model oriented to socially integrated talents in art applications and improve the management system of integration education We should also improve the deaf college students’ learning support system under the leadership of the school, modify and reconstruct the integration curriculum system of arts and crafts majors, and strengthen the support and guidance of the society for the construction of integration environment.

China is actively promoting common prosperity to address the contradiction of unbalanced and inadequate development. Financialization has become the backdrop for common prosperity. How understanding the changing connotations of common prosperity and the factors influencing it in this context becomes the subject of this paper. We argue that the imbalance between income from assets and labor and the new forms of value generation are the reasons why common prosperity is difficult to achieve. To justify this conclusion, this paper examines financialization from the critical perspective of the Marxist political economy, cites the financialization case in China and discusses the real and ideological challenges facing common prosperity. The paper analyzes the nature of a new form of fetishism, financialization fetishism, and introduces the concept of narrative value, thus exposing the distortion of people's value ideology by financialization fetishism and the obscuring and erosion of labor value by the mystification of narrative value.

Abstract Content and language integrated learning (CLIL) has a long tradition in European countries, especially in primary and secondary education. In this paper we draw attention to the limited use of the term in higher education, especially at (post-)graduate level. By describing and discussing a course entirely taught in English to students in a program titled Education for Science in Brazil, the authors expect to contribute to a broader understanding of the interrelations between specialized content and advanced communicative skills in English for academic purposes. By focusing on qualitative data on the collaborative writing of a paper in English, it is expected that this kind of classroom-based case study will contribute to better informed decisions related to internationalization of (post-)graduate programs among institutions that underscore the importance of English to help promote visibility and cooperation.

20. Legal regulation of the use of distributed ledger technologies in the education and economic system of Singapore

Singapore is one of the leading countries in the digitalization of education and the use of blockchain technology. Since 2016, Singapore has been implementing the Ubin project to create a national digital currency. The paper aims to analyse legal regulation of the use of distributed ledger technologies in the education system of Singapore. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that Singapore extends the provisions of securities legislation to digital tokens, which have the characteristics of securities or futures. Singapore has developed a set of rules enshrining requirements for cryptocurrency exchanges, which reduces the risks of fraud and money laundering using cryptocurrencies. The paper also analyses MAS reports on the development of a state's digitalization of education. The paper concludes that Singapore's experience can be used by other states to shape or modernize their education system.

The paper explores the meaning and fate of the category of critique within the so-called “ontological” or “speculative turn”. First, the article addresses the question of knowing what could give consistency to the very concept of a contemporary ontological turn, in order to present, in a second moment, the tension that, since Kant, constitutes the relationship between critique and ontology. Finally, the paper explores – particularly in the work of Quentin Meillassoux – the possibility of a new ontology that claims to be both non-dogmatic and immune to the neutralization of ontology carried out by critique.

The purpose of this paper is to answer the question "Can teachers do the educational quality evaluation tasks?", in the context of lacking experts or well-trained staff to do this task in low and middle-income countries, such as Vietnam. In this study, the training on knowledge, soft skill, performance, and attitude were tested as the tool improving the teachers' performance in evaluating education quality. The study was based on a quasi-experimental design, cross-disciplinary, and mixed-evaluation methods. The study is cross-disciplinary as it examines the difference between the comparison and intervention group concerning personal factors and job attitude. The findings indicate that providing knowledge, soft skill practice, and positive job attitude help to improve the staff's performance in assessing the quality of education. The findings presented in this paper provide evidence of effectiveness of the education quality evaluation skills training in schools.

The phoenix, as one of the Chinese nation’s cultural symbols, holds multiple special symbolic meanings across different cultures and historical contexts. Delving into the artistic features of the GanPo phoenix pattern aims to deepen the philosophical examination of its artistic essence and the social customs and historical cultural heritage it carries. Supported by the Root Theory, this paper constructs a philosophical framework for understanding the artistic features of the GanPo phoenix pattern through encoding and in-depth analysis of diverse sources, such as texts, images and archaeological materials related to the phoenix pattern in the GanPo region. Through the analysis of the context and word frequency of the phoenix art features in the GanPo region, we uncover its manifold artistic traits and cultural significance.

Growing environmental concerns and the rise of sustainable development have made planners shift focus from prioritizing economic and social benefits to incorporating ecological consciousness into urban planning. Ecological challenges, such as habitat degradation from unchecked urban expansion and insufficient green spaces, underscore gaps in ecological awareness among urban planners. Issues, like urban heat islands and water mismanagement, further exemplify the need for enhanced ecological planning. To address these challenges, the paper proposes several governance strategies. It advocates for comprehensive planning for ecological civilization cities, including green infrastructures and natural landscape restoration to mitigate environmental impacts. Enhancing ecological responsibility, through education and community engagement, is vital for fostering a culture of sustainability. Developing an ecological circular economy addresses resource inefficiency and waste problems, while promoting low-carbon transportation options aims to reduce urban carbon footprints. Guided by the concept of ecological consciousness, this analysis offers actionable paths for improving urban ecological governance.

This paper attempts to disclose the meaning of the contemporary spread of conspiracy theories by pursuing Frederic Jameson’s suggestion that conspiracy theories are symptoms of an impoverished “cognitive mapping.” For that purpose, I translate the problem of cognitive mapping into a larger question of narrativity, in dialogue with the flourishing field of narrative ethics, and interpret it through the lens of critical theory and psychoanalysis. Briefly, I contend that conspiracy theories are surrogate narratives to cope with the contemporary societies’ opacity and the consequent deficiency in self-narrativization.

The paper is devoted to the study of the Kazan school district administration activities during one of the key periods in the Russian state history: the period of its socio-economic and political transformation. Liberal reforms of Alexander I, conservative course of Alexander III, revolutionary events of the early 20th century: all the peripetias of these epochs are reflected in the autocracy's policy on Tatar-Muslim schooling. The authors of the paper revealed the historical circumstances concerning establishment of the Kazan educational district, demonstrate its structure and place in the hierarchy of public education system structures available in the Russian Empire, trace the evolution of its functions, goals and objectives in a close relationship with the socio-economic and political processes in the country. The multi-confessional and multi-ethnic character of the population of the educational district considered in the paper is underlined. The authors focus on the activities of the tutors of the Kazan school district, who not only implemented the policy of the autocracy regarding the school education of Tatars-Muslims, but also submitted proposals to the higher authorities to improve the above mentioned policy. The place and role of Tatar, Bashkir and Kirghiz school inspectors, directors of public schools, and other officials in the implementation of the school policy regarding Muslim peoples are thoroughly analysed. The authors' conclusions are based on extensive archival sources.

The paper presents the results of the development and analysis of the model's effectiveness for a foreign language teacher's professional creative development utilizing art therapy in the framework of additional education. The paper aims to provide a theoretical and empirical study of the effectiveness of the model for the professional creativity development of a foreign language teacher through art therapy in the framework of additional education. Attention is drawn to the role and importance of creativity in the foreign language teacher’s activity, to the importance of creative learning in the context of linguistic education. The research methodology and its algorithm are selected, including conducting a complex psychological and pedagogical experiment, conducting diagnostics of the declared parameters, and statistical analysis of the results based on the Spearman rs criterion before and after implementing the developed model. The study of the effectiveness of the model for the professional creative development of a foreign language teacher using art therapy in the framework of additional education was carried out based on the Institute of Foreign Languages of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN) in the Center for Additional Professional Education. The experimental and control group was formed. Each group consisted of 35 people. The sample is homogeneous by age and gender. The study results allow drawing a conclusion about the effectiveness of the developed development model and outlining the vector of further research in line with the stated problems.

The relevance of this problem is determined by the immaturity of the theory of forming knowledge economy at the setting of corporate training, as well as by the specific peculiarities of organizing corporate training in a market economy. The transfer of Russian economy to the innovative model based on knowledge economy requires reconsideration of practically all patterns and methods of the knowledge economy formation both in corporations in general and in corporate training in particular. The purpose of the paper is to reveal the need in acquiring new professional knowledge in corporate training and to show the importance of improving managerial skills and personal traits that increase motivation to learning and forming the knowledge economy. The leading approach to this problem is the analytical method that studies the works of Russian and foreign researchers in the field of management in education. It includes stages from the identifying the subject matter of the category of "knowledge economy" to the features of forming "knowledge economy" in the setting of corporate training in corporations. This research is impossible without the use of such scientific methods as analysis and synthesis, as well as methods of system analysis that combines organizational, personal and technological components, expert evaluations, re-engineering business processes of training. It is due to the fact that the formation of knowledge economy is carried out through corporate training, which can be considered as a specific socio-economic phenomenon. These approaches allow considering the activity of large foreign and Russian production companies, which carry out corporate training, as a set of business and administrative relations. These relations emerge in the process of formation and development of the knowledge economy. Let us list the main results of this work. The first part of the work deals with the theoretical substantiation and the subject matter of the category of "knowledge economy". The second part shows the features of knowledge economy formation in corporate training. Materials of this paper can be useful for forming the knowledge economy for corporate training as a strategy of corporate training system in large production companies.

The paper discusses the issues of national identity, and patriotism formation by means of national art and folk culture, which are able to arouse love for the family, their home, their national and territorial community. To study the process of formation of national identity, a constructionist approach was taken, within which a constructed phenomenon was considered. The identity system of modern youth was studied by compiling a test by T. Kuhn and T. MacPartland "Who Am I?" The test was offered to students of Kazan National Research University (1997; 2012), and students of Kazan Federal University (2019). A tendency to increase the proportion of students who determined their national identity (Tatar man / Tatar woman, Russian man / Russian woman) was identified. The paper reveals specific examples of the methods of forming a national identity in the process of aesthetic education: the revival of folk art, since it is inextricably linked with national and religious traditions; familiarization with the arts and crafts, reflecting the distinctive features of each nation. All the peoples of the Middle Volga live in Tatarstan: except for Tatars and Russians, the Chuvash, Mari, Mordovians, Ukrainians, Belarusians live in the republic. All nationalities of the republic have formed their institutional formations, or cultural-national communities, spend their holidays, which go beyond the framework of the republican and become all-Russian and international.

The purpose of writing this work is to cross-light the issue of predetermining the professional development of students, their self-determination by intrapersonal conflicts and crises. The paper presents a theoretical justification for intrapersonal conflicts through underlying contradictions. A conflict is presented as a dual phenomenon in the writings of the sociological school of conflictology. The contradictions and conditions that give rise to intrapersonal conflict in the process of professional self-determination are described. The paper presents the results of an empirical study conducted at a private university in the city of Kazan. Its results made it possible to confirm the key point that intrapersonal conflicts not only accompany professional self-determination and the formation of students, but also lead to the harmonization of the students’ personalities as professionals and allow them to realize the importance and necessity of training.

The paper analyzes the modern aspects of “soft power” in modern international relations using the example of the festival student movement, which celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2017 in Sochi. Youth policy is an integral part of public policy both domestically and abroad. Soft power institutions are seen as integral tools of modern international politics. In the XX century, a special form of youth participation, or youth festivals, was formed. The paper uncovers the way of thinking, technique and substance of the World Festivals of Youth and Students, just as the highlights of their projects. Right up 'til the present time, work at celebrations assumes a significant part in accomplishing worldwide compassionate objectives, specifically, guaranteeing quiet life on our planet and the foundation of fair qualities. The fundamental way of thinking of the celebration is the standards of harmony, kinship of people groups, global solidarity, against radical and hostile to industrialist battle. The flame of the festival did not die out during the establishment of a unipolar world after the collapse of the USSR in 1991 and today is a symbol of the hope for a just and peaceful life on Earth. The 19th WFYS, which took place in 2017 on the Black Sea coast in the city of Sochi, was another example of the successful work of the World Federation of Democratic Youth on the dissemination of universal values and progressive ideas.

This technology is especially relevant in the capacity of an integration of art into the educational context for solving professional and pedagogical tasks of the modern educational practice. The purpose of the paper is to study the influence of art pedagogy techniques on the development of educational motivation of students - future teachers. The paper discusses the role and data of a comparative analysis of thematic planning for studying the course “History of Pedagogy and Education” in combination with the techniques of art pedagogy. It also describes the course and results of the experiment on the development of educational motivation of students using these techniques. The research methods were: theoretical analysis of scientific literature, generalization, survey, and pedagogical experiment. The findings of the research can be recommended for university and college faculty in training students - future teachers.

35. On the Possibility and Impossibility of a Theoretical Dialogue between Nietzsche and Lacan

The present article examines contemporary scholarship attempting a theoretical convergence between Lacanian psychoanalysis and Nietzschean philosophy. The main positions, ideas and arguments of this scholarship are assessed. In doing so, the philosophical problem that immediately arises concerns the very possibility of such a theoretical dialogue. The thesis to be developed, then, is that superficial similarities rather obscure core theoretical, and even ontological, disagreements – and so besides the critical examination of the mentioned literature, the goal of the paper is to illuminate these tensions insofar they obstruct easy Nietzsche-Lacan articulations. Thus following the resemblances between both theoretical perspectives, we move from the merely superficial to the stronger similarities among the will to power, unconscious desire and jouissance, then between nihilism and jouissance, and finally between the very logics of resentment and repression. At each step, the article shows similarities to rather be insufficient, to the extent they are sustained on unquestioned assumptions. The paradigmatic one: the idea that Nietzsche is already a Lacanian avant la lettre.

Margaret Drabble is a famous British female writer. Her novels are based on her personal life experiences and provide a three-dimensional depiction of the modern knowledge women’s survival difficulties and development prospects from a literary perspective. It delves deeply into the women’s social identity and role positioning, attempting to find a way out for modern knowledge women in the society’s new era. Drabble’s novels construct literary narrative discourse, based on the individual development and on the growth of women’s group, always taking the search for feminist issues as the theme of creation, with a typical feminist color. From the perspective of feminism, this study deeply analyzes Drabble’s literary creation. First of all, this paper starts from Drabble’s historical background and personal experience, and probes into how these background factors deeply affect her novel creation. Secondly, in exploring the characteristics of Drabble’s novels, the study pays special attention to how she highlights feminist themes through delicate literary narration. In addition, this study also focuses on the feminist thought contained in Drabble’s novels. Drabble firmly emphasizes the importance of women’s independence and self-awareness, and advocates that women should bravely break away from the patriarchal society’s shackles and actively pursue equality and freedom.

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that the Central Asia’s culture is of great interest for modern sociological science as an object of study of intercultural interaction and as a multifaceted, complex, controversial, and dynamic phenomenon. The topic of the influence of Western culture and philosophy on the science of more Eastern regions, according to the authors, has been rather neglected. The purpose of the paper is to study the influence of Western culture on the Central Asian states and Kazakhstan’s science, including philosophical, historical and cultural direction. The comparative approach was used to study materials on the development of Western science and their distribution in the foreign countries’ cultures, as well as the analysis of these materials. As a result, a series of statements was deduced that confirms the influence of Western science on Kazakhstan’s and Central Asia’s countries’ science. It was concluded that democratic ideas, educational sentiments and revolutionary movements, in Russia, had a significant impact on Central Asia and Kazakhstan.

This paper aimed to present a development proposal for packaging for tin foil with a mobile cutting mechanism and user protection. Based on the simulation of a market research, a gap was shown, represented by consumers of tin foil dissatisfied with the results of this product cutting. Faced with this, several cases are observed in which there are difficulties associated with cutting the paper, where the consumer has to use scissors or other instruments, and thus a waste of paper occurs. Therefore, tools and decision-making techniques were used for product development processes, such as QFD, Cost Analysis, FMEA, Benchmarking, SWOT and Ergonomic Analysis. As a result, , the format of this proposal sought to provide the consumer with greater practicality, safety and precision in paper cutting, and factors such as the low cost of the raw material and the complexity of the packaging, allied to the large utility and lack of market, can further intensify the chances of the product entering the packaging sector, with larger competitive potential.

Traditional Chinese philosophical culture refers to ancient China’s philosophical thought and cultural traditions, including different philosophical schools and systems of thought, such as Confucianism, Taoism, Mohism and Legalism. As a unique system of thought in ancient China, the traditional Chinese philosophical culture is a heritage accumulated by the Chinese nation. Han Fu culture is an important component of traditional Chinese culture, covering historical origins, morphological characteristics, materials and techniques, customs, cultural connotations and spiritual values. It can be applied and inherited in contemporary society, as well as integrated and interacted with other traditional cultural elements. As an important carrier of traditional Chinese philosophical thoughts, Han Fu culture is also a concrete manifestation of Chinese national culture and modern humanistic spirit. As a form of inheriting and displaying traditional Chinese clothing culture, the performance of Han Fu culture has received increasing attention and affection. Han Fu has played an important role in the long history, and its evolution and development have also been influenced and shaped by traditional Chinese philosophical culture. Therefore, this paper used the hermeneutic approach, dialectical materialism and historical materialism, by exploring the manifestations of traditional Chinese philosophical culture on Han Fu culture, with a view to better understand and inherit Han Fu culture. The article first introduces traditional Chinese philosophical thoughts, which mainly include Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhist thought; then, several important concepts in philosophical thoughts were elaborated. Afterwards, we will consider and analyze the philosophical ideas, contained in Han Fu culture, and point out the embodiment and application of the philosophical ideas of "unity of heaven and man" and "neutrality" in Han Fu culture. Finally, the performance value of Han Fu is elaborated from two aspects: its value expression, or form of expression, and content. Through the study, it was found that Han Fu culture can present and express its core ideas in a specific way to better demonstrate traditional Chinese philosophical thinking, which helps to better call on people to use Han Fu culture as a tool and use it to publicize their relevant ideas and concepts.

Photography, as a tool, mainly presents the relationship between people and objects through the use of artistic elements, such as light, shadow and color in images. The creation of photography is an activity that requires inspiration and skills. It requires photographers to carefully and deeply observe and think about the overall structure of the work, in order to take good photos that are both artistic and thoughtful. The development and popularization of photography in today’s society cannot be underestimated for their impact on public aesthetics and humanistic thinking. This paper aims to analyze the aesthetic connotation of Chinese photography and explore its aesthetic standards and values. The philosophical thoughts in Chinese photography are explored, and their reflections and perspectives on life and society are analyzed. The relationship and mutual influence between aesthetic connotations and philosophical thoughts in Chinese photography are explored, and their significance and influence on photography works are analyzed, so as to better understand and appreciate the uniqueness of Chinese photography. Chinese photography is a unique and diverse form of artistic expression that reflects China’s rich cultural heritage and social development. By emphasizing harmony, the integration of painting elements, storytelling and appreciation of nature, Chinese photography provides a profound aesthetic experience and conveys deeper meanings of unity, tranquility, and the relationship between people and the environment.

This paper studies the application and influence of Marxist philosophy in the field of music education, as well as the current development status of music education, and provides theoretical support for music education by discussing how to combine Marxist philosophy with the field of music education. Music education is a means of cultivating and shaping a person’s musical heritage, thereby achieving quality education. In music education, Marxist philosophy is an important theoretical support for the development of music learning. The dialectical materialism epistemology in Marxist philosophy is closely related to music education. This article explored the influence and role of Marxist philosophical thought on the development of music education by combing Marxist philosophical thought and music education theory, combined with the current situation of contemporary music education development, and analyzed the problems that exist in the development of music education. Dialectical materialism in Marxist philosophy is closely related to the theory of music education. By exploring the connotation of architectural aesthetics, this article briefly summarized and explored the meanings of functional beauty and formal beauty in architectural design, emphasizing the application of architectural formal beauty in modern architectural design. In real life, architectural aesthetics, through the comprehensive embodiment of formal beauty, functional beauty and symbolic beauty, not only provides people with actual living space, but also enriches people’s life experience through its appearance, connotation and symbolic significance, shapes the city’s and society’s face, and becomes a part of culture and history. In different historical periods, architectural aesthetics have the times’ different characteristics. In modern society, there have been more new developments and changes in architectural aesthetics. Among them, the unity of function and form is one of the most important features in architectural aesthetics. In traditional Chinese philosophy, the core of art education is to improve students’ humanistic qualities and make them talented individuals who can be applied to the country and society. China’s traditional philosophy can provide useful guidance for modern art education, and also reflect the Chinese society’s core values. Chinese traditional philosophy has guiding significance and concrete guiding function to art education theory. This paper made a comprehensive analysis of the influence of China’s traditional philosophy on art education theory. The goal of this study is to explore how China’s traditional philosophy guides and influences the theory of art education and its adaptability to China society. However, the theory of art education from the perspective of traditional Chinese philosophy has both historical factors and the requirements of modern social development, and the two are, to some extent, separate. Traditional Chinese philosophy and culture have a great impact on contemporary art education theory. Contemporary art education in China should organically combine tradition and modernity, and attach importance to using traditional philosophical ideas to inspire contemporary art education to achieve comprehensive development of contemporary art education. In this context, this article utilized traditional Chinese philosophy to organically link its connotation with the characteristics of art education, attempting to guide the development of art education theory from the perspective of traditional Chinese philosophy.

In the 1980s, the new humanism ethical criticism gradually returned to the mainstream of Western literary theory and criticism academia, realizing the ethical turn of literary theory criticism. The New Aristotelian camp is represented by Wayne Booth and Martha Nussbaum, who inherit Aristotelian virtue ethics theory. From the perspective of ethics and morality, literary research and criticism are conducted, and the structure of new humanism ethical criticism is established. The research, combined with the background of the times, makes a historical interpretation of the ethical turn of contemporary Western literary theory and analyzes the reasons and basic characteristics of the ethical turn of literary criticism. Based on Wayne Booth’s and Martha Nussbaum’s theories, this paper explores the ethical turn and development of literary criticism from the New Aristotelian perspective. The New Aristotelian doctrine emphasizes the moral significance of literature, explores the ethical issues and promotes the more in-depth and systematic analysis and discussion of Western literary criticism on the ethical level. The research makes an in-depth analysis of the promoting role of the new Aristotelianism behind the ethical turn of contemporary Western literary theory and provides a new perspective for the interpretation of the ethical turn of contemporary Western literary theory.

The recent quest for efficiency in public companies in Brazil was one of the motives to elaborate this paper, which had a public Institution of Higher Education (IHE) as its subject of study. The IHE profiled possesses a multi-campus structure and the distribution of its consumer items is performed by the institution’s own warehouse. Through field research, it became apparent that the supply of these items had some problems, such as items out of stock, orders with delayed delivery, items past their shelf life etc. Therefore, this paper article aimed to propose an evaluation system of the logistical services at the IHE studied, based on performance indicators developed from mangers’ perceptions about the problems occurring in the distribution of consumer items. In addition, an index, calculated from diverse indicators, was proposed which would be able to express the performance of the logistics service of the IHE studied, and reflect the perceptions of the main users of this service. It is understood that the solution proposed here can be applied to any two-echelon supply network.
