The study aimed to identify the gaps and potentialities of the Internship in the training of Physical Education teachers during the pandemic time. This is descriptive and qualitative case study, which 10 Physical Education students from a public university in the state of Ceará participated. A semi-structured questionnaire was used and applied online through the Google Forms platform. As theoretical and methodological support, the studies of Ghedin, Oliveira, and Almeida (2015), Pimenta and Lima (2017), and Zabalza (2014) were considerated. It was identified as gaps the low communication between the university and the field school, the infeasibility of meeting the internship pedagogical proposal due to the academic calendar, the scarcity of methodological teaching materials, and the access to a quality fixed internet. As potentialities, the interns listed, for example, the contact with digital technological tools and the improvement in decision making when facing the challenges of the teaching-learning process. This article addresses the criticism made by Lima, Ribeiro, La Guardia and Nagem (2020) about the scarce development of a theory of the activity within the approaches of Work Sciences. Based on a non-comprehensive revision of the contributions and insufficiencies of the referred article, the purpose of this text is to encourage scientific debate to make progress in the reflection about the limits of activity analysis in those approaches. Although the criticism made by Lima et al. (2020) is legitim, its construction has flaws, as the authors seem to mistakenly generalize the way the debate is held in each approach, hence neglecting the contributions it brings. In addition, the case study shown by the authors seems insufficient and it contradicts the arguments they develop, because the method they defend is not fully applied, nor are the generated transformations properly demonstrated. This paper discusses the issue of racism in the interaction between individuals in a neighborhood of Lima, Peru. We examine the transformation of social roles that the individuals elaborate and assume for themselves through the economic thematic isotopy. To accomplish this work, ethnographic research was performed in the Gamarra neighborhood, and we used Greimasian semiotics, socio-semiotics, and tensive semiotics as theoretical framework to examine the constitution and transformation of social meanings that base racial discrimination between different social groups in the examined space. The development of the financial sector has always been an important factor, not only for economic development, as Levine (2005) points out, but also for human development, according to Pompeu and Lima (2021). And that is why a range of studies in economics are dedicated to trying to understand the correlations between money and well-being, such as the famous text by Adam Smith (2010). In this sense, this article seeks to present a very contemporary theme in the list of finance studies, digital banks, which in most studies are related to a possible positive relationship with economic growth and social well-being. This research aims to meet the needs of a terminological study in the field of pesticide chemistry, since Brazil is one of the most productive countries in agricultural activities in the world. The study starts from the translation and terminological problem of the area, previously observed by Pinto and Lima (2018) and Souza (2019), and proposes the search of terms in the area for the elaboration of a Portuguese ⇔ English glossary. The research is based on the areas of Terminology (Krieger & Finatto, 2004; Finatto, 2004; Bevilacqua, 2013), Chemistry (Abakerli et al., 2003) and Corpus Linguistics (Sardinha, 2000; Tagnin, 2002). In this paper, we demonstrate the process of creating the study corpus, as well as the criteria for selecting candidates for terms in English. In order to illustrate occurrences of denominative variation during the selection of equivalents in Portuguese, we present the steps used for the selection of the most appropriate term among the Portuguese vernacular variants ‘malation’, ‘malationa’, and ‘malatiom’, and show why ‘malation’ is the form chosen, taking into account its absolute frequency, Average Reduced Frequency, coefficient of variation, number of results in web research, as well as linguistic, conceptual and normative criteria. We concluded that the partnership between computerized tools and specialized knowledge, both in linguistics and in chemistry, brought benefits to the discussion that would not be achieved only through computational calculations. Paulo Freire, although no longer present, is still current in many educational researches and studies, as his writings emanate hope and freedom for many educators. The values defended by him can easily be appropriate to a humanist education, which focuses on the human being, as well as Integral Preventive Education. Therefore, this study seeks to understand the main Freirian contributions to the practice of Integral Preventive Education. This is a qualitative study, of a theoretical nature, based on works by Paulo Freire (1993, 1996, 1999) and on Integral Preventive Education (ASINELLI-LUZ, 2014; LIMA, 2017; LIMA; MONTEIRO; ASINELLI-LUZ, 2019). Investigating the democratic management of schools is a complex task, as it involves questioning the extent to which policies, systems and educational institutions were made, or are, democratic, considering different governments and the historical, social, economic and cultural movement of society. In this sense, we searched in the article to discuss a conception for Education management assumed between the years 1990 and 2010 in educational policies by the State Secretary of Education (SEED) in Paraná. Therefore, the study is based on the analysis of bibliographic and documental references relevant to the theme. Pointing the historic route of political constitution on democratic management frame in different moments of federal and state government, a field of disputes is noticed out, in which governing is synonymous with interests and momentary conveniences of specific groups that cover minority parcels of the population, not advancing in the formulation of a policy of democratic management for the State. It concludes that in political guidelines regarding the schools' participation and autonomy, the predominance is for managing and financial aspects. According to Lima (2011), for education, the perspective that is inscribed in economic rationality is based on the terms autonomy, decentralization and participation stripped of political meaning; that is, as technical-rational instruments. Participation means integration, collaboration and a strategy to reduce institutional conflicts, promoting cohesion and consent. Autonomy and decentralization are restricted to the functional and operational articulation between the central level and the local and institutional levels of school education. It intends to establish an organizational culture of strategic management, in which educational agents assume responsibility for the results, releasing the government from guaranteeing the necessary conditions for the realization of the right to education. The objective of this research is to analyze the reading skills of scholars with eye tracking device from native Amazonian communities contemplated with universities scholarships from the Government of Peru using biometric, linguistic and psychological techniques. Two group of escolar were selected as experiment sample: the first group 48 selected scholarship students from five different Peruvian Amazon public and private universities; and the second group, used as control, contained 46 scholarship student from three different universities based in metropolitan Lima. Literature research explore educational potential in relation to the individual characteristic of reading comprehension skills, which, by definition, is related to learning from text reading. The main research conclusions are: a) on average, scholarship beneficiaries from indigenous communities have a greater fixation duration than recipients from Lima based students’ in all the Areas of Interest; b) on average, grantees from Amazon communities had more fixation points in all the areas of interest, which could mean greater difficulty understanding the texts, in some AOI, significant differences were found between the groups; c) grantees from Amazon communities had greater fixation duration and more fixation points, which indicates longer reading time and potential problems in reading comprehension; d) Scholars also showed more difficulty to understanding texts. The purpose of this study is to discuss the relationship between the planned (goals and strategies), in the light of the National Education Plans of Brazil (PNE 2001-2010; 2014-2024), the demands and needs of society, having as its transversal axis the democratization of access and the universalization of education for all, from the agenda of public policies for education. The study was conducted by a qualitative exploratory approach, using as sources some references from the specialized literature (FRIGOTTO, 2007; DIAS SOBRINHO, 2012; TEIXEIRA, 2002; TURRA, ENRICONE; SANT'ANNA, 1995; DOURADO, 2011; LIMA, 2009, 2010, 2013), as well as the documentary base pertinent to the two National Education Plans of Brazil (BRASIL, 2001, 2014), as well as data from INEP - National Institute for Pedagogical Studies Anísio Teixeira (2018) on dates covering the balance sheets of the PNE's. At the end of the study, there was a mismatch between expected goals, goals achieved (even partially, in the case of the second PNE still in force) and the non-coverage or compliance of requests demanded by Brazilian citizens. In the words of Dias Sobrinho (2012): “A society that cannot or does not want to extend the benefits of good quality education to all, in addition to being condemned to growing impoverishment in the highly competitive world system, is also a perverse society”; therefore, another logic focused on the democratization and validation of the social right of education without contingencies and deviations is needed. The article focuses on the theater pedagogy, from the analysis of actor for street play formation processes, developed by the group Yuyachkani (Lima/Peru). The essay identifies three basic aspects: the "training"; the exchange for the constitution of actor repertoires and "to learn to learn"—improvisation and autonomy as method of actor creation. In the workshop, dedicated to the work with objects, we participate of exercises directed toward the acquisition of this knowledge technician. The meeting had also been important in the perspective of analysis of the relation teach-learning proposal. We consider the following points: the demonstration technique of the artist-professor as integrant part of the lessons; the system of continued evaluation of the meeting; the concept of multiple actor as base for work.
