Almost half of the Romanian managers have come to management positions without having studied in the field, and reading a management study was not a favorite reading. The need for training and business consultancy is high, especially for men, rather than women, IT, furniture, health, education, construction and commerce, and less in the fields of tourism, agriculture, public catering and public administration. Thus, according to a study by the Social Research Bureau among more than 300 managers.
