The paper is devoted to the issue of assessing the range of inclusive teacher competencies by the pedagogical community and their comparative significance for achieving the required learning results by students with disabilities. The paper presents the results of an empirical study aimed at identifying the general and specific in assessing the importance of inclusive competencies of a teacher by various subjects of staffing the inclusive educational process at school. The study involved 983 pedagogical workers employed in mass and correctional schools, as well as in pedagogical universities. They were asked to assess the significance of a set of indicators of the competence of an inclusive teacher, obtained on the basis of an analysis of the texts of 59 approximate basic educational programs for the training of future specialists in the field of inclusion. The results of the study demonstrated that a holistic assessment paradigm has not been formed in the pedagogical community in relation to the inclusive competencies of a teacher, which is expressed in the divergence of the corresponding assessment positions of university teachers who train teachers, teachers of mass and special schools. This confirms the need for further development of the model of inclusive competence of a teacher, its empirical verification and subsequent implementation in educational programs of continuous teacher education in accordance with the rapidly changing conditions of professional activity of teachers in an inclusive school.

The paper describes research principles and preliminary results of collaborative interdisciplinary research project aimed at the study of everyday cultural landscapes on the periphery of the Yekaterinburg and Tyumen urban agglomerations. The research design of the project implies a paradigm shift from expert reading of the landscapes to communicative learning of the environment, from the perception of the territories in question as resource reservoirs to their exploration as a domain of affordances providing opportunities for endogenous eco-nomic development. In 2020, an expedition worked in the villages of Tobolsk Zabolotye, in the cities of Irbit and Polevskoy of Sverdlovsk Oblast, and in the village of Belozerskoye of Kurgan Oblast. The cases and places deemed perspective in view of the application of the research method were characterized. This paper mainly pro-vides an overview of the methodological principles that underpin our ongoing study, which should be considered only as an outline of the preliminary results of the first year of field work. The main source of the theoretical inspi-ration for the project design was the idea of affordances, coined by the American psychologist James J. Gibson, who studied the problems of perception. The main methodological objective of the project is to apply the theory of affordances to the field study of strategies for everyday landscape choice. In the 2020 field season, the design of the project, envisaging comparative perspective and increased mobility of researchers, was significantly influ-enced by the method of traveling interview. While working in Tobolsk Zabolotye, we followed everyday patterns of mobility, conducting interviews along the way, discussing with the respondents the hierarchy of places and territo-ries, criteria for identifying vernacular regions, capacity of communication channels, modes of the mobility and its limitations. Concurrently, we were gaining the experience of non-discursive, embodied in materiality and corpore-ality, movement and recording local narratives of identity.

The problem of attitude to nature and especially to plants, despite a large number of works, remains still actual. This paper describes the study of gender and age aspects of the attitude towards nature among modern teenagers and youth living in a megapolis. An assumption was made that college students as compared with schoolchildren, as well as girls compared with boys, may have a more positive attitude to nature, and their connection with nature is stronger. The study used «Naturaphil» (S.D. Deryabo, V.A. Yаsvin) method and the questionnaire «People and plants» (S.K. Nartova-Bochaver, E.A. Mukhortova). 144 respondents were surveyed, 102 females and 42 males, including 72 collegestudents (Mage=20.56) and 72 eighth grade school students (Mage=14.0). The age- and gender-related characteristics are described of the attitude to nature, the structure of the attitude to nature and plants in teenagers and students is presented. The leading component in the structure of relations to nature in the entire sample is the perceptual-affective component; the less in intensity were the scales actional, practical, and cognitive. The results obtained indicate that in youth, the strength of connection with nature may appear higher than in adolescence. Certain gender differences were also established: the indicators of the questionnaire «People and plants» are significantly higher in the female group. Girls were characterized by a more positive attitude to the plant world: they obtained a higher overall score, as well as on the scales of Aesthetics, Connection with nature and Ecology.

The paper deals with the analysis of one of the most important and always relevant social phenomena called social inequality, which is viewed through the prism of youth ideas about the forms of its manifestation and features. The authors present the results of a sociological study aimed at identifying the attitude of modern Russian youth to the problem of social inequality in general, as well as the diversification of its forms in the modern world and in Russia. The study was conducted in 2020 by professors of the Sociological Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University under the direction of Doctor of Sociological Sciences Professor N.G. Osipova and Doctor of Sociological Sciences, Professor S.O. Elishev with the Financial support of the RFBR, within the framework of the project No. 18-011-01106 “New forms of social inequality and the peculiarities of their manifestation in modern Russia”.In the course of the study in the summer of 2020, 628 young people (aged 16 to 30) from different regions of Russia were interviewed using the online questionnaire survey method. The distribution of respondents by gender and occupation corresponds to the parameters of graduates of humanitarian universities. 28% of young people surveyed were males, and 72% were females. 9% of the respondents (that is, more than half of them) were young people aged 20 to 24 years, 24,84% — from 16 to 19 years old, 12,26% — from 25 to 30 years old.The research methodology (which is based on the questionnaire) was in many ways similar to the methodology used by the authors in 2019 to analyze the value orientations and perceptions of student youth in Moscow universities. This methodology was supplemented with new blocks of questions related to the peculiarities and specifics of the manifestation in Russia of such relatively new forms of social inequality as digital divide and inequality in health. The questions to which the answers were received were of both general and specific nature and, in general, reflected the key trends in the attitude of young people to the problem of social inequality in the conditions of the complex social situation that developed in 2020 in all respects. A detailed analysis of the answers to the questions presented in the questionnaire showed that, although social inequality is recognized by modern Russian youth as an urgent social problem, it does not occupy a key place among the topical problems for Russian youth.

The paper is researching the value of solidarity in contemporary Russian journalism, actualized in its professional and civic aspects. The pandemic has contributed to the development of practices of solidarity and mutual aid, and a surge in discussions about this value. Journalism reflects the processes of the birth of new practices and the reincarnation of traditional ones, and takes part in the formation of solidarity, sharing its humanist and civic character. At the same time, solidarity in journalism is actualized as a professional value, allowing the media community to resist external pressure. The object of the study is civil and professional values in journalism; the subject of the study is the value of solidarity. Monitoring of posts and comments in social networks, primary and secondary data analysis, and case analysis were used as methods of research. The empirical material includes cases from contemporary journalistic solidarity practice.The author examines the circumstances that become the background for journalistic solidarity, its traditional and new actors. The fragmented and discrete nature of journalism also manifests itself in the interaction (or lack thereof) between the various actors of journalistic solidarity. The digital nature of the modern media environment makes its contribution: solidarity is being implemented in an online format and the role of the community manager is increasing. Other trends of journalistic solidarity are its publicity, its mediatization, and monetization. The palette of solidarity tools in journalism is constantly expanding, incorporating tools from other fields. Modern solidarity absorbs elements of social projection, taking the form of public campaigns and mobilization projects. Manifestations of journalistic solidarity are situational, often centered around a particular media outlet, an iconic or high-profile event, or a journalist in a particular short period of time. Publicity becomes the primary goal. Examples of extended solidarity are rare and forced to be informationally recalled, interest maintained and moderated. The author concludes that various solidarity practices in journalism are built on the actualized value of solidarity and offers an understanding of it.

In this article, using game-theoretic approaches, the human community is modeled as a dynamic system, and the influence of such ethical norms of behavior as egoism and altruism, morality (on the example of the Kant imperative or the Golden Rule of Morality) on the state of this system is investigated, as well as the question of determining the effectiveness of the community depending on the prevailing worldview of its representatives. Using the example of a game model of social choice between two norms of behavior – one generally accepted, but outdated, and another, new, not yet widespread, but more advanced and progressive – it is shown that communities, among whose representatives a predominantly egoistic worldview prevails, are less likely to innovate and abandon outdated norms of behavior. Conversely, those communities whose representatives share basic ethical principles are more confident and quickly moving to advanced and progressive norms. In conclusion, the paper examines the question of what advantages a society acquires in which purposeful educational and educational activities are conducted, designed to increase the level of morality and morality among its representatives. The results obtained can be used, firstly, as an integral part of the course on the mathematical base of ethics, which could perform the functions of educational work in higher and secondary educational institutions; and, secondly, for the purposes of evaluating the effectiveness of educational work and state planning in this area.

The paper deals with the development of a new scientific subject, the axiology of mass media, which is, on the one hand, a practical discipline of philosophical theory of values, and on the other, a natural continuation of the recently developed axiology of journalism. The last one explores journalism as a source and retranslator of social values in all their subject and semantic diversity, and journalism itself as a social value, researching the principles and ways of assimilating of socio-cultural values by journalists, and the effectiveness and methods of their representation in the audience of media. The need to deepen the theory of value analysis of the media and to broaden the scope of study is caused by growing demands from society for understanding and evaluating the processes taking place in the modern media environment, which at present are not limited to the functioning of either traditional media or Internet publications. First, media processes have gained a certain and significant expansion due to the active invasion of the information space by the so-called “mass person”, the intensification of the presence in this space of former media figures – politicians, scientists, cultural figures, etc., the arrival of new ones – bloggers, regular authors of communities, etc. The content of the media environment got expanded – texts, music, videos, games; the number of media platforms increased – messengers, telegram channels, video hosting; the problem of interaction with artificial intelligence emerged. Second, it was due to the technological revolution in the information environment of society which has become digital and, thus, in its development has acquired a new quality. The value analysis of facts, phenomena and processes of digital media communications is one of the most important methods of satisfying society’s demands for new knowledge. Thus, the construction of mass media axiology is objectively predetermined. Consideration of the preconditions for the formation of a new scientific discipline is the subject of this study. The research is based on the study of philosophical discourse on axiology, as well as relevant publications by practitioners-journalists in their professional media.

Academic achievements play an important role in an individual’s professional development, and are also considered one of the main characteristics of an education system. Academic achievements are associated with multiple factors, including the social environment of students. In this paper we review the studies that use stochastic actororiented models to examine the effects of social networks on academic achievements. We consider both the results and designs of existing studies and outline potential avenues for future research. We demonstrate that the majority of studies analyze the networks of positive relationships in schools. Only a few studies are based on data from universities. We also conclude that the majority of studies are based on data from western democracies. These findings can be considered as a basis for further empirical analysis.

The article deals with the overview of modern international studies of emigration intentions of youth. The special role of psychological research in this scientific field is substantiated. The article reviews the procedural models of voluntary emigration. The paper analyses the significance of the social context and the role of the “migration culture” by shaping the emigration activity of the individual. The article describes the categorical variety of youth emigration intentions in international studies. The article analyses the main research strategies, measurement methods and current trends by conducting such psychological research. It is promising to compare the analyzed results of international studies with those of national scientists in the area under consideration. The data presented in the article can be useful in organizing and conducting socio-psychological empirical studies aimed at identifying the driving forces behind the emigration activity of young people in Russia and other countries.

This paper aims to assess the feasibility of a meta-organizational approach to implementing and incentivizing innovations in professional sports organizations.The author adopts a case study method approach. Data collection was conducted via semi-structured interviews with representatives of Russian professional sports organizations. The results of the interviews were codified using a manual content analysis framework.This study reviews the case of creating a ‘Unified supporter base’ in the Kontinental Hockey League in partnership with SAP. The project was implemented in five phases. This approach helped ensure a gradual innovation adoption process within the meta-organization. Among the key success factors the author highlights the high relevance of the proposed innovative solution as well the league’s role in minimizing resource barriers by implementing a financial incentive scheme.This is the first attempt in the Russian academic literature to conduct an empirical analysis on innovation in professional sports organizations. The author also proposes a novel approach to studying innovation using meta-organization theory.

The paper deals with some educational aspects of going to school in Finland concerning students with special educational needs/services. We proceed from empirical observation. Then, the general context is given to interpret the data and extend the observed added value of individualized educational support. The latter, in its turn, requires the identification of a special need and the existence of suitable educational options. These two pieces of information need to match optimally: early birds get the biggest harvest, and even if special education is never too late, the service needs become more challenging and the solutions — more expensive. The core of this complicated dual process is the decision making with more or less complete information of both the needs and the available palette of educational actions. The fundamental dilemma is to navigate between two poles: if a pupil is left out by such educational measures which could have helped him/her to become a full member of society and economy, we have a moral problem. If the economical-educational complex is not providing the best research-supported educational tools, we also have a pedagogical problem. However, it is not universally proved that full integration is the best way; neither is it proved that we need an entire set of segregated and specialized schools for several different kinds of special needs.

The paper is devoted to the study of the actual topic of the formation and development of communicative-cultural dialogue in the context of continuous segmentation of society. The latter was touched upon by f E. Toffler and it increases both the vertical (intergenerational) and horizontal (social) division. This problem is closely related to another topical issue — the formation of historical memory, without which it is impossible to imagine the unity of the country and public dialogue. The creators of modern multimedia projects have proposed a new communication format, a new way of talking about the past of the country and the world.
