Рассматривается задача управления мобильным агентом в динамическом неизвестном окружении. Для решения этой задачи предлагается использовать регулятор на основе системы нечёткого вывода. Для настройки параметров регулятора используется генетический алгоритм. Также в работе предложена модификация генетического алгоритма, позволяющая настраивать не только параметры функций принадлежности лингвистических переменных, но и их тип. Это позволяет провести более тонкую настройку регулятора и, как следствие, улучшить качество системы. Эффективность предложенного подхода была подтверждена при помощи компьютерной симуляции в разработанной виртуальной среде. Полученный регулятор был использован в физическом эксперименте с мобильным агентом, реализованным на основе Arduino Uno, в среде с динамическими и статическими препятствиями., The paper considers the task of control a mobile agent in a dynamic unknown environment. To solve this problem, it is proposed to use a neuro-fuzzy controller. To adjust the parameters of the controller, a genetic algorithm is used. The paper also proposes a modification of the genetic algorithm that allows to configure not only the parameters of the membership functions of linguistic variables, but also their type. This allows to fine-tune the controller and, as a result, improve the quality of the system. The effectiveness of the proposed approach was confirmed by computer simulation in the developed virtual environment. В работе описывается модифицированный генетический алгоритм решения задачи составления расписания выполнения проекта с учетом ресурсных ограничений. Актуальность исследования обусловлена обширной распространенностью проектной формы организации деятельности и крайне высокой вычислительной сложностью рассматриваемой задачи, что требует дальнейшего улучшения существующих эвристических алгоритмов для возможности эффективного планирования крупных проектов. Имеющиеся генетические алгоритмы основаны на методах кодирования порядка работ и реализациях генетических операторов, которые слабо учитывают особенности задачи. В связи с этим предлагается использование альтернативного метода кодирования и соответствующего оператора кроссовера, которые, в отличие от классических подходов, позволяют вычленять в качестве наследуемых признаков относительные, а не абсолютные положения работ. В работе рассматриваются основные свойства подобного кодирования, представимого в виде квадратных булевых матриц. Представлен оператор отображения, позволяющий привести булевы матрицы к каноническому строчному виду. Было проведено сравнение полученного генетического алгоритма и классических реализаций на тестовой выборке задач. Предложенные подходы продемонстрировали потенциальную эффективность, особенно при планировании крупных проектов. Результаты работы могут представлять практическую ценность при разработке систем поддержки принятия решений в проектном менеджменте., The paper describes a modified genetic algorithm for solving resource-constrained project scheduling problem. The relevance of the study is due to the widespread prevalence of project organization of activities and the extremely high computational complexity of the problem under consideration. Further improvement of existing heuristic algorithms is needed to enable efficient planning of large projects. The available genetic algorithms are based on activity order encoding methods and implementations of genetic operators, which does not fully take into account the specifics of the problem. Therefore, the paper proposes an alternative encoding method and the corresponding crossover operator, which, unlike classical approaches, highlights relative rather than absolute positions of activities as inherited features. The study regards the main properties of such encoding which can be represented as square Boolean matrices. A mapping operator that helps to reduce Boolean matrices to a canonical row form is also introduced. The resulting genetic algorithm and classical implementations were compared using a test set of tasks. The suggested approach has shown potential efficiency, especially with large projects. Optimal management of fuel supply system boils down to choosing an energy development strategy which provides consumers with the most efficient and reliable fuel and energy supply. As a part of the program on switching the heat supply distributed management system of the Udmurt Republic to renewable energy sources, an "Information-analytical system of regional alternative fuel supply management" was developed. The paper presents the mathematical model of optimal management of fuel supply logistic system consisting of three interconnected levels: raw material accumulation points, fuel preparation points and fuel consumption points, which are heat sources. In order to increase effective the performance of regional fuel supply system a modification of information-analytical system and extension of its set of functions using the methods of quick responding when emergency occurs are required. Emergencies which occur on any one of these levels demand the management of the whole system to reconfigure. The paper demonstrates models and algorithms of optimal management in case of emergency involving break down of such production links of logistic system as raw material accumulation points and fuel preparation points. In mathematical models, the target criterion is minimization of costs associated with the functioning of logistic system in case of emergency. The implementation of the developed algorithms is based on the usage of genetic optimization algorithms, which made it possible to obtain a more accurate solution in less time. The developed models and algorithms are integrated into the information-analytical system that enables to provide effective management of alternative fuel supply of the Udmurt Republic in case of emergency.

Данная работа посвящена анализу особенностей применения методов машинного обучения для классификации сигналов с аналоговой и цифровой модуляцией. В работе проведён обзор ÑÑƒÑ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð·Ð½Ð°ÐºÐ¾Ð² для классификации модуляций, который показал, что спектральные признаки Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‚ для классификации как аналоговой, так и цифровой модуляции. Статистические признаки высокого порядка, используются для классификации Ñ†Ð¸Ñ„Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐ»ÑÑ†Ð¸Ð¹. В работе рассмотрено несколько алгоритмов машинного обучения, которые выполняют классификацию модуляций, и описаны Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ñ‹ для расширения признаков. Классификаторы KNN и SVM - это два алгоритма обучения с учителем, которые позволяют классифицировать модуляцию с помощью Ð½ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð»ÑŒÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð²Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð·Ð½Ð°ÐºÐ¾Ð². Классификатор KNN легче реализовать для задач с несколькими классами, в то время как классификатор SVM обеспечивает разделяющую гиперплоскость, которая оптимизирована для классификации по двум классам. Генетическое программирование позволяет выбирать признаки и создавать комбинации признаков. Классификатор на основе комбинации GP и KNN показывает наиболее лучшую точность классификации, однако имеет более высокую вычислительную сложность, чем базовый классификатор KNN, использующий те же признаки., The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Analysis of the specific application of machine learning techniques for classification signals with analog and digital modulation». The given work is devoted to the analysis of the features of the application of machine learning methods for the classification of signals with analog and digital modulation. The paper reviews the existing features for the classification of modulations, which showed that spectral features are suitable for the classification of both analog and digital modulation. High-order statistical features are used to classify digital modulations. The paper considers several machine learning algorithms that perform the classification of modulations, and describes approaches for expanding features. KNN and SVM classifiers are two supervised learning algorithms that allow you to classify modulation using multiple input features. The KNN classifier is easier to implement for multi-class problems, while the SVM classifier provides a dividing hyperplane that is optimized for classification into two classes. Genetic programming allows you to select traits and create combinations of traits. The analysis of the works showed that the characteristics of the communication channel and the phase shift affect the accuracy of the classifier. A classifier based on a combination of GP and KNN shows the best classification accuracy, however, it has a higher computational complexity than the basic KNN classifier using the same features.

Данная работа посвящена рассмотрению двух алгоритмов сборки пазлов с квадратными фрагментами без перекрытий, использующих только значения цветов пикселей на краях фрагментов: жадный алгоритм, основанный на нахождении минимального остовного дерева, и генетический алгоритм, вдохновленный механизмами естественного отбора. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучение и реализация жадного алгоритма сборки пазлов, основанного на поиске минимального остовного дерева. 2. Изучение и реализация генетического алгоритма для сборки пазлов. 3. Рассмотрение каждого подхода с двумя функциями сравнения различности фрагментов пазла: сумма квадратов разностей и функция, основанная на расстоянии Махаланобиса. 4. Сравнение двух рассматриваемых подходов. Для работы с первым алгоритмом пазл интерпретируется как граф, в котором необходимо найти минимальное остовное дерево, используя алгоритм Краскала. Генетический же алгоритм находит оптимальное расположение фрагментов пазлов среди пространства всех возможных решений путем случайного подбора, комбинирования и перестановок искомых параметров. Каждый алгоритм был запрограммирован на языке С++ и проведен их сравнительный анализ. Сравнение проводилось по точности на наборе данных из 1800 пазлов с различным числом фрагментов трех размеров и временной сложности алгоритмов. В результате был определен выбор подхода для решения различных пазлов. При необходимости решения пазлов, состоящих из небольшого количества фрагментов, оба рассмотренных подхода дают хороший результат, достигнутая точность составила 89%. При решении пазлов из большого количества фрагментов маленького размера стоит остановить свой выбор на генетическом алгоритме с функцией, основанной на расстоянии Махаланобиса., This paper is devoted to the development of a genetic algorithm with optimization and comparison with greedy algorithm. This work introduces two algorithms for square-piece image jigsaw puzzles without overlapping that only using information of the pixel value on the border line of the pieces: the first is greedy algorithm based on finding minimum spanning tree and the second one uses genetic algorithm which was inspired by natural selection mechanisms. In this paper were solving the following tasks: 1. Studying and implementing a greedy puzzle assembly algorithm based on finding the minimum spanning tree. 2. Studying and implementing a genetic algorithm. 3. Consideration of each approach with two functions for comparing the differences of puzzle pieces: the sum of the squared differences and a function based on the Mahalanobis distance. 4. Comparing two algorithms. In In the first approach we interpret the puzzle as a graph in which we need to find for a minimum spanning tree. The genetic algorithm searches the optimum piece arrangement in large optimization space by random search, combination and rearrangement of the desired parametres. Other contributions of the paper include two pieces dissimularity measure functions: sum of squared differences and the function based on Mahalanobis distance. Each of approaches was programmed in C++ and analyzed. A comparison for accuracy was made on 1800 pictures dataset with different number of pieces of three sizes. Also, a time complexity comparison was made. As a result, we determine the way to choose algorithm in different cases. If it is necessary to solve puzzles consisting of a small number of fragments, both approaches considered give a good result, the achieved accuracy was 89%. When solving puzzles from a large number of small fragments, it is worth choosing a genetic algorithm with a function based on the distance of the Mahalanobis.

The paper deals with the problem of solving the problem of placement in the design of electronic equipment. The task belongs to the class NP-complete and for it there is no exact polynomial algorithm. The purpose of this work is to find ways to optimize the planning of the placement of VLSI using a modified genetic algorithm. The relevance of the work lies in the fact that the modified genetic algorithm used allows to improve the quality of placement planning. Scientific novelty is the development of a modified genetic algorithm. The modified genetic algorithm uses knowledge about the problem being solved, which makes it possible to quickly obtain effective local solutions. The statement of the problem in this paper is as follows: to optimize the placement of the VLSI by applying the genetic algorithm, to minimize empty space, thereby reducing the size of the site for placement. The principal difference from the known algorithms in the use of new genetic operators: segregation, cross-switching. The results of the work are confirmed by an experiment conducted on test functions for optimization algorithms. Based on the experiments performed, it should be noted that such an algorithm has the best performance when optimizing the VLSI layout. The placement area decreased from 9.14 μm2 to 7.56 μm2. The practical applicability of this algorithm is relevant in search and optimization problems.

The paper discusses one of the important clasess of discrete optimization problems, combinatorial and logical problems on graphs. These problems belong to the class of NP-hard and NPdifficult optimization problems. The paper describes the partitioning optimization problem and the problem statement. To effectively solve this problem, the authors propose a new “search-evolution” strategy. On the basis of this strategy, a new search architecture based on a multi-level approach has been proposed. The principal difference of the proposed approach is the division of the search into two stages and the use of different methods at each stage. At the first stage, cluster selection is proposed. At the second stage, a genetic algorithm was proposed as an optimization method, which allows for efficient rearrangement of the constructed clusters. Based on the proposed architecture, a two-level algorithm has been developed that allows parallelizing the search process and obtaining sets of optimal and quasi-optimal solutions in a time comparable to iterative algorithms. The developed algorithm has been implemented in the C # programming language. Two types of computational experiments have been conducted on benchmarks. This is a division of the graph into 4 and 8 parts.The results of the research show that the developed approach allows you to get more effective solutions, because obtained results are on average 5 % better than the partitions obtained using the wellknown HMetis PGA Complex algorithms, which indicates the effectiveness of the proposed approach. Time complexity lies within – O(n log n) - O(n²).

In this paper, distributed approaches are used to solve optimization problems based on the use of bioinspired algorithms. The use of this class of algorithms is due to the possibility of decomposition of coded solutions for independent subsets and their processing in separate streams. One of the main problems with this approach is the implementation of decomposition and the adoption of final decisions. When multiple levels of decomposition of existing tasks are required the problem becomes more complicated. From the point of view of computational power, simultaneous processing requires considerable resources of processor time and RAM. All these compute nodes interact through network interfaces. This article proposes the impl ementation of a distributed subsystem of solutions of NP-complete optimization problems, which allows you to automatically break a lot of input data into a subset, distribute subtasks between computational nodes, and collect the results of solutions in solving the original problem. The paper presents the overall architecture of the future subsystem, component models of input data processing and interaction with each other. To confirm the performance of the subsystem, software implementations in the Java programming language and the message broker RabbitMQ were developed to ensure the interaction of software agents with each other. A series of experiments were conducted, in the course of which simultaneous tasks were performed.

The article describes the methods of increasing the search capabilities of the genetic algorithm. The purpose of this work is to find ways to accelerate the work of genetic algorithms. The relevance of the work lies in the fact that today the increase in the search capabilities of genetic algorithms is the main problem when using such algorithms. Often, with manipulations with an algorithm, the probability of getting into the local extremum of the function under investigation increases. The method described in the paper is to change the point of view of the natural selection process. The classical genetic algorithm implements the action of natural selection (EO) at the level of individuals. However, in microbiology, natural selection is presented as a selection of genes; this viewpoint is not widely used in the theory of genetic algorithms. This paper presents an algorithm that implements natural selection at the level of genes. The measure of the fitness of a gene in its work is taken as its stability in the process of changing generations, which can be traced based on the Shewhart maps. The algorithm uses a set of fuzzy rules, with the help of which the dynamically changing parameters of the algorithm are controlled, in particular, the probability of hitting the next generation. Based on the conclusion that genes are statistically manageable, a prediction block has been implemented in the algorithm. To increase the speed of the algorithm, you can enter the internal prediction of the genome. The prediction decision is made on the basis of a fuzzy rule: if the time series of the i-th representative of the population is controlled according to Schuhart over the last L generations, then add an individual to the population whose genome consists of the predicted values of the genes for K generations ahead. Thus, the algorithm manages dynamically changing parameters (mutation, population size), and also predicts the most adapted genes based on third-party GA. The results are confirmed by an experiment conducted on test functions for optimization algorithms. On the basis of the conducted experiments, it can be concluded that the algorithm is practically applicable in search and optimization problems.

The paper is devoted to solving the computative resource allocation problem. In general, the resource allocation problem involves allocating the limited resource among processes in optimal way. Authors formulated the problem statement and its mathematical model. The resource alloca-tion problem is referred as NP-complete, thus, the usage of traditional mathematical means is impossible or limited in terms of solving this problem. The developed approach is based on simu-lation modeling usage and Petri Nets tools to allocate resources. Since allocated resources are considered as computative, time spent for all processes execution and all Petri Net transition per-formance is taken as the main optimization criterion. Thus, authors apply temporal Petri Nets to model the resource allocation problem. The combined approach for solving computative resource allocation problem involves simultaneous application of Petri Net tools to model the problem, and genetic algorithms, which have proved their success in solving NP-complete problems. To optimize the Petri Net model authors use well-known genetic algorithms and modified genetic operators of crossover and mutation. Authors developed software representing the resource allocation subsystem. The paper describes main function of the subsystem and shows developed module structure of it. To represent main information processes flowing in subsystem, two information models on the basis of the IDEF0 standard are built and analyzed. Authors carried out computational experiments based on test benchmarks, which proved the effectiveness of the developed approach.

In current paper authors formulated a new problem of hinged-rod constructions optimal design, which considers physicochemical processes in construction elements that cause reduction of their bearing capacity and assumes that solution is obtained with a given accuracy. The search for an optimal solution is made on discrete non-metrical space of varied parameters.Actuality of the problem of corroding constructions optimal design is determined by the requirements for their high reliability and minimal consumption of materials. Utilization of existing algorithms for optimal design of such constructions allows to achieve required solution accuracy only with high computational cost. The paper describes creation of effective algorithm based on flexible tolerance method which allows to obtain solution with given accuracy and, therefore, to ensure required level of reliability of designed construction. Optimization algorithm uses neural network module of computational error control, which allows to change parameters of numerical solution of differential equation system modeling the influence of aggressive environment while solving the optimization problem. It allows to reduce computational cost at initial stages of search for the solution and to ensure required solution accuracy in the vicinity of the extremum.Analysis of results of numerical experiments allows to make a conclusion about high performance of optimization algorithm while ensuring given accuracy of problem solution. Utilization of developed algorithm will allow to solve the problems of corroding hinged-rod constructions optimal design., В работе предлагается новый эффективный алгоритм решения задач оптимизации корродирующих шарнирно-стержневых конструкций, предполагающий получение решения с заданной точностью. Оптимизационный алгоритм использует метод скользящего допуска совместно с генетическим алгоритмом и нейросетевым модулем для управления погрешностью вычисления функций ограничений. Поиск решения осуществлялся на дискретном неметрическом пространстве варьируемых параметров., У роботі запропонований новий ефективний алгоритм вирішення задач оптимізації кородуючих шарнірно-стержневих конструкцій, що передбачає отримання результату із заданою точністю. Оптимізаційний алгоритм використовує метод нежорсткого допуску разом з генетичним алгоритмом та нейромережевим модулем для керування похибкою обчислення функції обмежень. Пошук рішення здійснювався на дискретному неметричному просторі варійованих параметрів.

У статті проведено аналіз чинної методики техніко-економічного обґрунтування проектних рішень з перспективного розвитку електроенергетичних систем. Показані потенційні загрози, спрямовані на зниження якості прийнятих проектних рішень, серед яких – недостатня об'єктивність економічних критеріїв ефективності технічних рішень, штучне обмеження простору пошуку на попередньому етапі відбору можливих рішень. У статті представлені математичні моделі та метод формування та техніко-економічного обґрунтування проектних рішень з перспективного розвитку електроенергетичних систем на основі математичного апарату генетичних алгоритмів. Показано, що пропонований підхід забезпечує стійку збіжність процесу пошуку за прийнятну кількість кроків без штучного обмеження простору пошуку і використання додаткової експертної інформації щодо доцільності можливих проектних рішень. The paper analyzes existing technique feasibility of design decisions on long-term development of electric power systems. Showing the potential threats to reduce the quality of the design decisions, among them – the lack of objective economic criteria of efficiency of technical solutions, the artificial restriction of the search space at the preliminary stage of the selection of possible solutions. To solve the problem of formation and selection of the optimal project plan of development of power system is proposed to use the mathematical apparatus of genetic algorithms. The main idea is to encode information about characteristics of possible design solutions in the form of binary vector - genome. Next, the application of genetic operations leads to the generation of new design solutions, the quality of which is estimated by target function. The objective function is designed to assess the quality of design solutions, such as by means of economic efficiency criteria. The basic genetic operations – crossover is performed with genotypes of parental pairs of the current set of design decisions. Priority in the formation of parental pairs are design solutions that are characterized by the highest quality assessments. To provide reliable variety of design decisions carried in the evolution of additional genetic operations – mutation and inversion. Performing these operations provide a way out of local optima, which may fall evolutionary algorithm. The paper presents the mathematical model and method of formation and feasibility making design decisions concerning future development of electric power systems based on mathematical apparatus of genetic algorithms. The functioning of the developed mathematical tools demonstrated for solving the transportation problem nutrition consumers from nodal power plant. It is shown that the proposed approach provides a stable convergence of the search process in a reasonable amount of steps without artificial restrictions of the search space and without use of additional expert information on the feasibility of possible design solutions. The problem of setting a genetic algorithm, that is the choice of the initial population, life expectancy of possible solutions, the probability characteristics of the genetic operations, etc. is considered. To set up a genetic algorithm is proposed to use the mathematical apparatus of fuzzy logic, which provides a definition of the parameters of the algorithm on the basis of verbal estimates. В статье проведен анализ действующей методики технико-экономического обоснования проектных решений по перспективному развитию электроэнергетических систем. Показаны потенциальные угрозы, направленные на снижение качества принимаемых проектных решений, среди которых – недостаточная объективность экономических критериев эффективности технических решений, искусственное ограничение пространства поиска на предварительном этапе отбора возможных решений. В статье представлены математические модели и метод формирования и технико-экономического обоснования принятия проектных решений по перспективному развитию электроэнергетических систем на основе математического аппарата генетических алгоритмов. Показано, что предлагаемый подход обеспечивает устойчивую сходимость процесса поиска за приемлемое количество шагов без искусственного ограничения пространства поиска и использования дополнительной экспертной информации о целесообразности возможных проектных решений.

В данной работе предлагается модификация вероятностного генетического алгоритма, в кото- ром вместо генетических операторов, действующих на отдельные решения (особей), использу- ются операторы, действующие на распределение вероятностей компонент вектора решений (ге- нов), а также производится сравнение надежности и эффективности базового алгоритма и мо- дификаций на множестве тестовых функций и задаче динамического составления расписаний. This paper proposes the modification of probabilistic genetic algorithm, which uses genetic operators, effecting not on particular solutions, but on the probabilities distribution of solution vectors components. This paper also compares reliability and efficiency of basic algorithm and proposed modification using the set of test functions and dynamic scheduling problem.

The problem of static var compensator optimal placement is studied in this paper. The heuristic optimization methods in use are genetic algorithm and particle swarm. The optimization methods in use are the genetic algorithm and the particle swarm. The method of full enumeration is used as a «benchmark» method. Selecting optimal bus, N-1 post contingencies are taken into account. It is explained the need to improve existing optimization algorithms in order to increase the efficiency of finding a solution along with the importance of taking the N-1 criterion into consideration. В данной работе исследуется проблема оптимального размещения статического тиристорного компенсатора. В ходе работы были рассмотрены такие эвристические методы многокритериальной оптимизации как генетический алгоритм и метод роя частиц. В качестве «эталонного» метода применяется метод полного перебора. При выборе оптимального узла размещения устройства учитывались послеаварийные режимы по критерию N-1. В проведённом исследовании объясняется необходимость совершенствования существующих алгоритмов оптимизации с целью повышения эффективности поиска решения наравне с важностью учёта критерия N-1.

In this paper, the criteria for a game that can be called rogue-like were considered, the use of procedural generation in games was considered, an analysis of procedural generation methods was carried out, during which their advantages and disadvantages were identified. A rogue-like game and a graph-based generator has been developed that allows the developer to arrange rooms in a sequence of their choice to facilitate the introduction of in-game events and track player actions.

В данной работе исследуется Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ сейсмоизоляции сооружений путем внедрения в конструкцию здания ÑÐ»Ð°ÑÑ‚Ð¾Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ð¿Ð¾Ñ€. В работе рассматривается проблема оптимизации параметров когнитивных моделей при анализе рисков информационной безопасности автоматизированных систем управления технологическими процессами (АСУ ТП), отражающих оптимальное распределение затрат на реализацию, внедрение и сопровождение контрмер с учетом их функциональных ограничений. Применяется генетический алгоритм оптимизации весовых коэффициентов когнитивных моделей, что позволяет определить оптимальные конфигурации мер защиты в процессе оценки рисков информационной безопасности АСУ ТП в условиях реализации сложных многошаговых атак. На примере АСУ ТП пункта сдачи-приема нефти проводится оптимизация конфигурации контрмер для выбора наиболее эффективных вариантов распределения ресурсов средств и систем защиты информации для минимизации рисков информационной безопасности. Предложенный подход позволил снизить оценку рисков информационной безопасности на 85 %, увеличить оценку эффективности эксплуатации контрмеры и уменьшить оценку стоимости эксплуатации контрмеры. Анализ соотношения полученных оценок рисков информационной безопасности в пределах выделенных зон АСУ ТП и затрат на мероприятия по их снижению позволяет определить механизмы управления защищенностью целевых ресурсов системы и поддерживать ее необходимый уровень защищенности, а также оценивать требуемые при этом затраты на интеграцию и сопровождение контрмер. Результат свидетельствует об эффективности предложенного подхода оптимизации конфигурации выбранных контрмер с учетом многокритериальной оптимизации рисков и оценкой экономических аспектов обеспечения информационной безопасности объекта., The paper considers the problem of optimizing cognitive model parameters in the analysis of information security risks of industrial control systems (ICS), reflecting the optimal distribution of costs for the realization, implementation, and maintenance of countermeasures, taking into account their functional limitations. A genetic algorithm for optimizing the weight coefficients of cognitive models is used, which makes it possible to determine the optimal configurations of protection measures in the process of assessing ICS information security risks under the conditions of complex multi-step attacks. On the example of the oil delivery ICS and receipt point, the optimization of the countermeasure configuration is carried out to select the most effective options for the allocation of resources of means and information security systems to minimize information security risks. The proposed approach enabled the reduction of information security risk assessment by 85%, increase the assessment of the countermeasure operating efficiency, and reduce the assessment of the countermeasure operating cost. Analysis of the correlation between the obtained information security risk assessments within the allocated ICS zones and the costs of measures to reduce them helps to determine the mechanisms for managing the security of the system target resources and maintain its required level of security as well as to assess the costs required for the integration and maintenance of countermeasures. The article describes the process of collaborative management at airports A-CDM in dynamically changing conditions of the productive process, defined as the occurrence of emergency situations capable of altering the planned actions. In real operation, in this case, a large number of possible solutions for each emergency situation appears, the lower the level of recording for these options, the more their number. This paper focuses on external factors that significantly affect the activities of airlines and airports and to the relevant management retaliation formalized in the form of five points. The relevance of the choice is dictated by the presence of conflicting interests of stakeholders. Objective explanation in favor of a decision based on the minimization of the total losses from the outbreak of emergencies would significantly strengthen the position of each participant in the process. The authors have introduced a number of mathematical notations and assumptions, a list of which can be supplemented. Dynamic priorities for each participant in the process are formulated. The tool for optimization of joint decision-making is the genetic algorithm, which allows for a smaller number of iterations in the real time to get suboptimal decision that meets the requirements of the participants in the process. As an example, the article describes a situation that may occur in a real-world production. Based on the multiplicative form a dynamic priority for delayed flights is assigned, taking into account the conflicting interests of the participants in the process, private ranking criteria for flights during each step of the rescheduling are formed, a genetic algorithm is applied. As a result, a specific decision of the emergency situation, arising spontaneously from the impact of external factors is obtained. This mathematical apparatus has prospects of introduction into the productive process as any emergency can be built into the solving algorithm and taken into account.

The paper presents a model for evaluating the effectiveness of enterprise decisions on the formation of the vector of procurement of raw materials at the timber exchange based on the volume of costs incurred. Enterprises usually set themselves the goal of incurring costs no higher than the target costs, so it becomes very important to take this factor into account during the process of evaluating efficiency. The evaluator does not always know the level of target costs, in response to which such levels are generated in the work, and for each of them the effectiveness is evaluated and an average value is taken. To calculate the efficiency indicator, a non-linear economic and mathematical model was built, which differs in the calculation of the boundary costs (efficiency boundaries) that determine the categories of efficiency. The article applies the principle of the golden ratio to determine the boundaries and categories of effectiveness. The aim of the work is to draw up a mathematical model and a heuristic algorithm that allows for evaluating the effectiveness of a decision made at the enterprise for the formation of supply chains for raw materials, which is distinguished by the ability to take into account the generated different indicators of target costs and calculate the boundaries and categories of efficiency. The hypothesis of the study is the possibility of assessing the effectiveness of the decision made at the enterprise in the formation of sustainable supply chains of raw materials, provided that the evaluator is not aware of the level of targeted costs. The nonlinearity of the mathematical model predetermined the construction of a heuristic algorithm for finding the solution. With the estimate obtained, the problem of borders appears due to economic reasons. To solve this problem, the methods of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic were used. The algorithm and model were tested on the data of one of the enterprises of the Primorsky Territory. In the course of pilot application, it was shown that the boundaries of efficiency change and, as a result, have different categories of efficiency at different values of the target costs due to the nature of the efficiency assessment function. The results of the model and algorithm test showed the effectiveness of the efficiency evaluation scheme. В работе представлена модель по оценке эффективности решений предприятия по формированию вектора закупок сырья на лесной бирже на основе объемов понесенных издержек. Предприятия обычно ставят себе целью понести издержки не выше, чем значение таргетных издержек, поэтому очень важным становится учет этого фактора в ходе процесса оценивания эффективности. Оценивающему лицу не всегда известен уровень таргетных издержек, в связи с этим в работе производится генерирование этих уровней, и для каждого из них проводится оценка эффективности и берется усредненное значение. Для расчета показателя эффективности была построена нелинейная экономико-математическая модель, которая отличается расчетом граничных издержек (границы эффективности), которые определяют категории эффективности. В статье используется принцип золотого сечения для определения границ и категорий эффективности. Целью работы является разработка математической модели и эвристического алгоритма, позволяющих оценить эффективность принятого решения на предприятии по формированию цепочек поставок сырья, которые при этом отличались бы возможностью учета сгенерированных разных показателей таргетных издержек, вычислением границ и категорий эффективности. Гипотезой исследования является возможность оценки эффективности принимаемого решения на предприятии по формированию устойчивых цепочек поставок сырья при условии отсутствия у оценивающего лица уровня таргетных издержек. В статье рассматривается алгоритм дифференциальной эволюции и определяются целевые характеристики, повышение которых является актуальной задачей. Предлагается ряд подходов к модернизации алгоритма дифференциальной эволюции, которые, согласно выдвинутым в работе гипотезам, позволят повысить значения целевых характеристик. Предложенные подходы разработаны на основе результатов современных исследований в области эволюционной биологии. Они представляют собой моделирование биологических процессов, которые, по мнению ряда исследователей, ускоряют эволюционный процесс в биологических системах. Моделируемые биологические процессы связаны, в том числе, с такими объектами исследования эволюционной биологии, как репарация ДНК, взаимосвязь между генотипом и фенотипом, синергетический эффект отрицательных мутаций, а также взаимодействие в системе «хищник-жертва», формализуемое математической моделью Лотки-Вольтерры. Приводятся общие рассуждения о постановке вычислительных экспериментов для проверки выдвинутых гипотез., In the paper a diff erential evolution algorithm investigated and its target characteristics is given. A number of approaches to the modernization of differential evolution algorithm are proposed, which, according to the hypotheses put forward in the work, will increase the values of target characteristics. The proposed approaches are developed based on results of modern research in an evolutionary biology. They represent modeling of biological processes, which, according to some researchers, accelerate the evolutionary process in biological systems. This biological processes are associated with such evolutionary biology fi elds as DNA repair, the relationship between genotype and phenotype, the synergistic effect of negative mutations and the interaction in the «predator-prey» system, formalized with the Lotka-Volterra mathematical model. В четвертой главе представлены результаты исследования влияния параметров генетического алгоритма на эффективность криптоанализа., This paper explores the effectiveness of the use of a genetic algorithm for cryptanalysis of AES and DES ciphers. The first chapter provides an overview of cryptographic algorithms and natural cryptanalysis algorithms. The second chapter provides a theoretical description of the algorithms selected for implementation. The third chapter contains a description of the software implementation with all the main functions of the developed algorithms. The fourth chapter presents the results of the exploration of the influence of the parameters of the genetic algorithm on the efficiency of cryptanalysis.

The use of sanctions as means of coercion and motivation is not always effective. Ruling elites have an ability to shift the burden on less protected population of the country despite the risk of social unrest. The paper aims to perform an empirical analysis of the impact of economic sanctions on the population of the target countries in general and its individual groups in particular. We test three hypotheses: about the negative impact of economic and financial sanctions on the welfare of the poorest people, about the nonlinear relationship between economic growth and income inequality, and about the impact of country characteristics and the duration of sanctions on income distribution. Having applied econometric modelling to panel data, we found that economic and financial sanctions are detrimental to the low-income population and inappropriate for policies aimed at reducing income inequality. Indicators of economic growth can be linked with both an increase and a decrease in economic inequality due to the nonlinear form of their dependence. Regional characteristics of the countries of Africa, North America and South America determine their propensity to a higher level of inequality, as well as the long duration of sanctions. Finally, sanctions are not harming the richest people, as they are able to shift the burden of sanctions on the rest of the population. The research is relevant in practice, as its results can be taken into consideration when developing a sanctions policy to minimize harmful consequences for the civilian population. © 2020 Institute of Economics, Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Правящие элиты могут перекладывать нагрузку на менее защищенное население страны, принимая на себя риски социальных волнений. Целью данной работы является эмпирический анализ влияния санкций на население стран-объектов в целом и его отдельные группы. Мы тестируем гипотезы о негативном влиянии экономических и финансовых санкций на благосостояние беднейших слоев населения, о нелинейности взаимосвязи экономического роста и неравенства в доходах, а также о влиянии индивидуальных страновых характеристик и продолжительности санкций на распределение доходов. Применяя эконометрическое моделирование на панельных данных, мы находим, что экономические и финансовые санкции наносят ущерб беднейшим слоям населения и нецелесообразны для политики сокращения неравенства в доходах. Показатели экономического роста могут быть связаны как с увеличением, так и со снижением экономического неравенства ввиду нелинейной формы их зависимости. Региональные особенности стран Африки, Северной и Южной Америки определяют предрасположенность этих стран к высокому уровню неравенства, равно как и большая продолжительность санкционных мер. Наконец, санкции не причиняют вреда богатейшим группам населения, так как они способны перекладывать бремя санкций на остальное население. Практическая значимость работы состоит в том, что ее результаты могут быть использованы в качестве рекомендаций при разработке санкционной политики, а именно − при минимизации ущерба необеспеченным слоям населения в результате применения санкций. Представлен результат разработки математических моделей двух нечетких регуляторов различных по структуре и принципу действия с настройкой генетическим алгоритмом для стабилизации динамического объекта на примере статически неустойчивого летательного аппарата в канале тангажа. Один из них разработан на основе обучающей выборки, другой – на основе правил нечеткой арифметики. Приведены результаты разработки алгоритмов синтеза предложенных математических моделей регуляторов. Представлены структура и принцип действия генетического алгоритма для настройки параметров нечетких регуляторов обоих типов. Выполнено тестирование разработанного генетического алгоритма при различных режимах, и определены лучшие сочетания настроек параметров регуляторов. Получены результаты математического моделирования работы системы стабилизации с предложенными типами регуляторов после их настройки при наличии случайных возмущений на объект управления. Результаты работы системы стабилизации с разработанными регуляторами показали высокое быстродействие в сравнении с классическим способом управления. Предложенный в статье подход к построению нечетких регуляторов рекомендован при решении задачи стабилизации нелинейного неустойчивого динамического объекта с переключением режимов управления., The paper presents mathematical models of two fuzzy controllers used to stabilize dynamic object (e. g. statically unstable aircraft in pitch channel). The controllers are different in structure and operating principle. They are set using the genetic algorithm. The first controller is based on the training set, the second – on the rules of fuzzy arithmetic. The design algorithms and mathematical models of the controllers are provided. The structure and operating principle of the genetic algorithm used to set the parameters of the fuzzy controllers of both types are described. The tests were conducted to study the behavior of the developed genetic algorithm in various modes; the best combinations of the controller parameters values were determined. The work also covers the result of mathematical modelling of the attitude control system operation with the proposed types of fuzzy controllers after setting, when the aircraft is affected by random perturbations. The attitude control system equipped with the designed controllers showed better speed of response as compared to the conventional control system. The proposed approach to design fuzzy controllers is recommended to solve the problems of stabilization of the non-leaner unstable dynamic object with the switching of the control modes., Проблемы управления, Выпуск 4 2020

В данной работе рассматривается вопрос многокритериальной оптимизации турбогенератора серии ТВВ по векторному критерию качества, выбранному на основании теплового расчёта синхронной электрической машины. Изучены основные элементы конструкции турбогенераторов ТВВ. Рассмотрены способы реализации многокритериальной оптимизации, в частности, генетический алгоритм NSGA-II. Составлен и реализован программный код в программном пакете Matlab, позволяющий определять параметры турбогенератора типа ТВВ. Выполнена оптимизация параметров в программном пакете Matlab с помощью алгоритма NSGA-II. Произведён анализ полученных результатов., In this paper, we consider the issue of multi-objective optimization of a turbogenerator ТВВ according to the vector quality criterion selected on the basis of the thermal calculation of a synchronous electric machine. The basic structural elements of a turbogenerators ТВВ are studied. Methods for implementing multi-objective optimization, in particular, the NSGA-II genetic algorithm, are considered. The program code was compiled and implemented in the Matlab software package, which allows determining the parameters of a turbogenerator of the ТВВ type. The parameters were optimized in the Matlab software package using the NSGA-II. All the solutions were analyzed.

Для решения сложных технических задач, таких как задачи классификации и прогнозирования формальные методы либо отсутствуют, либо они не могут быть использованы на практике, поскольку для этого требуются слишком большие вычислительные затраты, которые не могут обеспечить современные вычислительные устройства за приемлемое время. Тогда на помощь приходят эвристические методы, среди которых особую эффективность сейчас, особенно в задачах классификации и прогнозирования демонстрируют нейросетевые методы. Но эти методы не лишены недостатков, в частности, глубокие нейронные сети, которые демонстрируют в настоящее время высокую эффективность требуют больших вычислительных ресурсов. В ряде работ, посвященных нейросетевых методам, было показано, что схожей эффективности можно добиться при использовании широких нейронных сетей. Однако, унифицированный подход к созданию моделей с использованием широких нейронных сетей, который бы позволил синтезировать и обучать сложные нейросетевые модели для решения задач классификации и прогнозирования в настоящее время отсутствует. В данной работе предлагается алгоритм, который позволяет синтезировать и обучить модели, построенные на базе широких нейронных сетей, с применением генетических алгоритмов и метода инвариантного представления данных, использующего алгебру гиперразмерных двоичных векторов., For solving complex technical problems, such as classification and forecasting problems, formal methods are either absent, or they cannot be used in practice, since this requires too large computational costs, which cannot be provided by modern computing devices in an acceptable time. Then heuristic methods come to the rescue, among which neural network methods are especially effective now, especially in classification and forecasting problems. But these methods are not without drawbacks, in particular, deep neural networks, which currently demonstrate high efficiency, require large computing resources. A number of works devoted to neural network methods have shown that similar efficiency can be achieved using wide neural networks. However, there is currently no unified approach to creating models using wide neural networks that would allow synthesizing and training complex neural network models for solving classification and forecasting problems.
