It was established by X-ray diffraction method and thermophysical analysis that soaking polyurethaneureas modified by folic acid in simulated body fluid influences for polymer matrix structure. Simulated body fluid leads to a nonlinear increase microheterogeneity of polyurethaneureas modified by folic acid. It is correlated with the results of thermophysical investigations. It has been established that the thermophysical properties of the polyurethaneureas modified by folic acid (PUUFK) exposed to various simulated body fluids are correlated with the dynamics of folic acid yield in vivo. The thermophysical characteristics of the investigated polymers depend on the composition and nature of the extension chain. Urine of prostate cancer patients contains tumor-specific biopolymers, including protein- and microvesiclesassociated miRNAs that can potentially be used as oncomarkers. Previously we have characterized urine extracellular vesicles and demonstrated diagnostic potential of their miRNA cargo. In this study, we have performed a comparative analysis of the expression of 84 miRNA in paired samples of urine microvesicles and clarified urine from healthy men, patients with benign hyperplasia and cancer of the prostate using miRCURY LNA miRNA qPCR Panels. Subsets of miRNAs with differences in expression between the fractions of the urine were found in all three groups. Two groups of miRNA were identified based on the patterns of their differential expression. They regulate several key signaling pathways associated with prostate cancer development.

In this manuscript a theoretical model describing the influence of the heavy ion radiotherapy on the liquid matter in the human body is suggested. Based on the fundamental equations of Bogoliubov chain the effective temperatures in the case of constant particles fluent are found in the context of single component model. An existence of such temperatures allows the use of equilibrium thermodynamics formalism to nonequilibrium stationary state. The obtained results provide the possibility of predicting the liquid matter structural changes in the biological systems in the area influenced by the heavy ion beams.

Infiltrate of a gallbladder, as a complication of an acute cholecystitis constitute a separate form of the disease. In this case a destructive changes in gallbladder are restricted from surrounding tissues. While presence of infiltrate of a small size and favorable course under the influence of conservative therapy it is necessary to follow an expectant tactics up to complete dissolving of the infiltrate with a consequent obligate operative treatment in a "cold" period of the disease. Not rarely the infiltrate is transformed into a gallbladder oedema, what demands performance of a deferred operation. In a deep destructive process a gallbladder empyema may occur or paravesical abscess formated, what demands performance of urgent operative intervention.

The optimal conditions for isolation of naphazoline from naphthyzin preparations and biological fluids with chloroform at pH 9.18 are described. The compound of interest was identified with the use of color and precipitation reactions, IR and UV spectroscopy, thin-layer and gas chromatography, and chemical methods including high performance liquid chromatography, chromatodensitometry, and UV spectroscopy. The results obtained by the three methods are comparable.

This paper describes the formation of the string system in aqueous solution of amino acid phenylalanine, formation of individual strings, weaving of thin strings into thick ones, successive alteration of the solution chirality sign with transition to new levels of the association organization. It seems that biological media are anisometric fluids containing chiral molecular associations and strings, or anisometric gels.

A portable two-frequency tetrapolar impedance meter was developed to study the state of liquid compartments of human body under zero-gravity conditions. The portable impedance meter makes it possible to monitor the hydration state of human body under conditions of long-term space flight on board international space station.

In clinical practice spectral bioelectrical impedance analysis is a sensitive enough method in an estimation of changes of structure of a body composition and distribution of a liquid on sectors at various modes of a feed in norm and pathology. The analysis of parameters allows to direct the expert on creation of the individual circuits of a feed, is especial at the patients who are taking place on long treatment.

There are important shortcomings in all the existing models of acute peritonitis. The original model, most close to clinical conditions, has been proposed. The grey rabbits of 1.5-2.0 kg were used in experimental trials. The 5 cm laparotomy has been performed in all the rabbits under thiopental anesthesia. In rabbits of the control group the wound was closed without any manipulations in abdominal cavity. In the other animals the terminal part of the small intestine (15-18 cm) was isolated with two intestinal forceps and saline solution was injected inside. The intestine content was aspirated and mixed with the rabbits blood. The punctate without blood was injected in rabbits of the 2d group; in the 3d group-the mixture of punctate and blood (5 ml of blood per kg of body weight); 10 ml per kg were injected in rabbits of the 4th group; 15 ml per body weight-in the 5th group. In rabbits of the 1st, 2d and 3d groups there were no signs of peritonitis 7 days after the injection. In animals of the 4th and 5th groups clinical, morphological and bacteriological sings of acute peritonitis were detected. The severity of its course depended on the amount of blood in the mixture that was used for irritation of peritoneum. All animals of the 5th group died by the end of the 4th day. Thus, the use of 10 ml of autopunctuate of terminal part of small intestine in combination with the animals blood (10 ml per kg), is the most proper model of peritonitis, that is most close to clinical situations and enables to study its phases and test various methods of treatment.

The authors suggest the use of liquid media of the body after their crystallization under exposure to physical fields. They have developed a small-chamber thermostat for crystallization of these media; the chamber may be placed in an external physical field during crystallization.

The possibility of using impedance plethysmography to assess changes in the volume of the extravascular lung fluid in intensive therapy and resuscitation patients is discussed. Changes in the volume of the fluid during extracorporeal detoxication are analysed. A correlation was found between these changes and lung distensibility (r = -0.7). A significant diminution of the fluid volume was observed in response to therapeutic doses of Lasix and Nitroglycerin. Data are cited on the increasing (85 percent) volumes of the fluid in preclinical pulmonary edema in patients with left ventricular insufficiency.

The hemodynamic effects of different modes of controlled ventilation (CV) were studied by means of impedance plethysmography in 52 anesthetized patients during surgery on the lungs, trachea, and bronchi. To adapt this investigation technique to the conditions of the operating room, a specially designed device was applied for extracorporeal measurement of electric resistance of the blood flow. It was found that impaired transcapillary exchange of fluid in the lungs and its accumulation in the interstitial spaces were secondary to the operated lung collapse irrespective of the composition of the inhaled gas mixture used for the controlled ventilation of the contralateral lung. A differential approach to the ventilation of the dependent and independent lungs using the conventional and high-frequency CV modifications allows for an optimal compensation for the damaged transcapillary exchange of fluids in the lungs, is most physiological, sparing, and organ-saving.

The authors describe microprocessor perfusion monitoring system, which allows one to regulate the input of the perfusate, to measure and control the parameters to visualize information on the linear display, to estimate the parameters quantitatively in the digital form, manual and automatic measuring of the given and controlled values of the parameters, alarms, dialogue forms to set the perfusion modes.
