Introduction. Enterprises of the grain industry make up an important part of the domestic agro-industrial complex. They are strategically important for food security and social stability. The present research featured the prospects for the use of innovative technologies by industry management in the conditions of economy digitalization and a chaotically changing market. The theory and practice of management has proved that the main component of improving the competitiveness of flour mills is the product quality. Study objects and methods. The research objectives were to identify dynamics of the world and Russian grain market using statistical methods; to define the role of Russia in the world production and export of grain crops and flour; to assess the trends of the competitiveness of flour-milling enterprises in the Central black earth region of the Russian Federation; to identify problems and potential opportunities for improving the quality of grain and flour products; to analyze the business processes of leading enterprises in the region. Results and discussion. The article introduces some recommendations on the use of digital technological solutions, modern software, and electronic mobile devices (probes) on grain harvesting and processing enterprises to ensure the safety and high standards of grain. The research confirmed that functional flour products can expand sales and strengthen the image of socially responsible companies. The list of raw technological innovations included fortification, mixing, and flour dying. The authors calculated the profits of management innovations, e.g. flour quality assessment in outsourcing laboratories. Conclusion. The results can help flour milling enterprises to expand the profile of their activities and increase the competitiveness

The article provides a systematic overview of the main directions of transformation of business management systems in the context of global digitalization. The new approaches to the management of organizations determined by the processes of servicing and software are shown. Disclosed are the relevant business mechanisms for the relationship between economies of scale and the development of digital platforms.

The purpose of the study: to develop proposals for improving the international development strategy of the Alibaba Group. The study was conducted on the basis of the Alibaba Group e-commerce enterprise. Subject of study: internationalization strategies of the Alibaba Group. Research methods: general scientific and special scientific methods were used: dialectical, system-structural methods; theoretical generalization, analysis, synthesis; induction, deduction. The main results of the study: The specifics of the Chinese e-commerce market are presented; the characteristics of the activities of the Alibaba Group company were carried out, including a strategic analysis and an international status was determined; proposals were formulated to improve the international development strategy of the Alibaba Group.Scope of WRC results: Alibaba Group and other e-commerce enterprises in the Chinese market. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the deepening of the theoretical and methodological principles of studying the problem of the development of e-commerce and the development of scientific and practical recommendations to ensure the competitive advantages of the Chinese company Alibaba GroupConclusions. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal set before the start of the study has been achieved, all the tasks put forward have been successfully resolved.

The article substantiates the necessity of introducing digital technologies into a modern business management system. The emergence of the term «digital economy», representing interpretative concepts, is described. The fourth industrial revolution, which consists in carrying out conceptual changes of all socio-economic phenomena occurring in the modern world and in forming a new ecosystem of scientific, scientific, technical, industrial, social, public relations, information and cognitive technologies. The basic trends of the digital economy are formulated, compliance with which can contribute to obtaining competitive advantages in the modern business environment. It has been established that the main requirement for the implementation of new business models of enterprise management is the use of IT technologies, and the innovation strategy becomes the priority strategy. Based on the analysis of the literature, a classification of innovative strategies has been compiled for such classification features as: reaction to the external and internal environment; model of enterprise behavior in the new market conditions; stage of the life cycle at which the enterprise is located; core of marketing activities and implementation of the innovation strategy in the conditions of digital business transformation. All presented types of innovation strategies to some extend reflect the degree of business innovation and can be the basis for the formation of new business models of enterprises in the digital economy.

Owned business management inevitably implies the availability of tools for its implementation. The set of tools for such management is effective, when it can be integrated into the overall system of business processes. The problem lies in the selection of those managerial business processes, where the participation of the owner is necessary. Justification of the definition of such business processes is possible on the basis of systematization and identification of the risks, that must be assumed by the business owner. In theory and practice of management, the focus is on the management of the organization, which is implemented by hired specialists-managers. The role of business owners is rarely seen as an independent activity. Meanwhile, the goals and the role of business owners are far from adequate to the goals and roles of managers. This circumstance makes the problem of ownership business management urgent. Currently, the terms “owner contro”l and “ownership management” are used in literary sources. These terms do not coincide in their meaning. Ownership management includes ownership control and occurs when the owner solves the problems of strategic development. If strategic development goals are not set for any reason, the owner remains to develop a system of ownership control over the current state of the business. Ownership business management should be built on the development and control of the organization's business processes. The owner can not physically control all business processes, and this is not necessary. There is a need to highlight those business processes, that he must control necessarily. In our opinion, the solution of this problem can be built on the basis of an appropriate classification of entrepreneurial risks.

В данной работе будет затрагиваться одна из важнейших тем, а именно: Управление конкурентоспособностью предпринимательских структур: инструменты в условиях мультикризисности. Интересно узнать, какие методы наиболее эффективны в конкурентной борьбе современных предпринимателей, какие используются и что наиболее уместно применять в торговой практике. В данной работе будет рассмотрена реализация инструментов конкурентной борьбы сетей продуктовых магазинов. В качестве объекта исследования выступают крупные и известные сети продуктовых магазинов России, а именно «ПАО Магнит», «ПАО Пятёрочка», «OOО Перекрёсток». Данные магазины зарекомендовали себя как одни из наиболее продвинутых и распространённых торговых точек, которые имеют тысячи филиалов и присутствуют в каждом жилом районе нашего города. Борьба за внимание потребителей и вопрос конкурентоспособности является наиболее важной темой для магазинов. В данной работе были рассмотрены методы конкурентной борьбы торговых сетей их успешность, выдвинуты собственные предложения для повышения эффективности в ходе их соперничества. It is interesting to know which methods are most effective in the competitive struggle of modern entrepreneurs, which ones are used and what is most appropriate to apply in trade practice. This paper will consider the implementation of competition tools for grocery store chains. The object of the research is the large and well-known chains of grocery stores in Russia, namely, PAO «Magnit», OOO «Pyatirochka», and PAO «Perekrestok». These stores have established themselves as one of the most advanced and widespread outlets, which have thousands of branches and are present in every residential area of our city. The struggle for consumer attention and the issue of competitiveness is the most important topic for stores. This article provides a general analysis of the methods used by retail chains and their success, put forward their own proposals to improve efficiency in the course of their rivalry. Внешняя среда активно развивается и быстро изменяется, и все более актуальной и обсуждаемой становится тема качества образовательной деятельности. Все чаще говорят о необходимости перехода от школы знаний к школе навыков. При этом данному вопросу в России уделяется внимание на самом высоком уровне, о чем свидетельствует наличие и содержание Федеральной целевой программы развития образования на 2016–2020 годы. В ходе анализа работ известного ученого Эдгара Дейла и его последователей рассмотрены различные формы организации образовательного процесса и степень усвоения информации при их применении. Отдельно рассмотрена такая форма, как геймификация, одним из ярких примеров которой является использование бизнес-симулятора. В ходе изучения работ исследователей проанализированы основные тенденции развития современного общества и степень их влияния на людей. В результате были выявлены особенности современных молодых поколений, которые на данный момент являются молодыми специалистами, студентами и школьниками и фактически представляют собой наиболее активных потребителей образовательных услуг. На основе представленного анализа было сформулировано предположение, что традиционные формы обучения оказывают небольшое влияние на их развитие. В статье сформулирована гипотеза о том, что использование бизнес-симуляторов в образовательном процессе вместо традиционных форм в виде решения задач и кейсов в значительной степени увеличивает его эффективность. Главной целью исследования является выявление разницы между уровнем освоения материала экономических наук в ходе образовательного процесса при использовании бизнес-симуляторов и при применении традиционных форм в виде решения задач и кейсов. Также в работе представлен разработанный алгоритм необходимого исследования для подтверждения выдвинутой гипотезы., The external environment is being actively developed and rapidly changed, and the issue of the quality of educational activity becomes more and more relevant and discussed. One talks increasingly about the necessity to move from the school of knowledge to the school of skills. And this issue is paid attention in Russia at the highest level, as evidenced by the presence and content of the Federal Target Program for Development of Education for 2016–2020. During the analysis of the works of the famous scientist Edgar Dale and his followers various forms of the educational process organization and retention rates from their use were studied. Separately, the article describes such form as gamification, one of the vivid examples of which is the use of a business simulator. During the studying the works of researches the main trends of the development of modern society and the degree of their influence on people were analyzed. The results revealed features of modern young generations, which are young specialists, students and schoolchildren at this moment, and in fact represent the most active consumers of educational services. On the basis of the analysis presented it was suggested that traditional forms of education have little impact on their development. The article formulates a hypothesis that the use of business simulators instead of traditional methods of the educational process organization in form of carrying out assignments and solving cases increases the effectiveness of education. The main goal of the research is to identify the difference between the retention rates in the educational process during using business simulators and during using carrying out assignments and solving cases.
