The comparative analysis of changes in the self-assessment of health, activity and mood of older clients (men and women) separating the daycare center of the complex of social services. Used psychodiagnostic method of self-assessment of the functional state of the differential «Test SAN» (V.A.Doskin, N.A. Lavrentiev, V.B.Sphere, M.P.Miroshnikov). The study of these states conducted before and after the implementation of targeted training programs, simulation and which goal setting made from the standpoint of the system and subject-activity approach.

The research analyzes diagnostic TMJ's disease's identification work of stomalogists owned to different types of day care properties (municipal, departmental, private). This research based on examination of primary medical records of 1906 patients aged 61 to 89 years, including 2978 prescribing lists made by stomatologists - orthopedists to dental outpatient's card. This research shows that in case of outpatient conditions in the primary examination of patients of elderly and senile age stomatologists pay attention to joint pathology in the presence of acute patients' complaints, caused by TMJ's displacement, arthritis, painful TMJ's dysfunction or pronounced sound phenomena of TMJ. Stomatologists examine TMJ's pathology more particularly. The TMJ's pathology complicates the tooth replacement made to patients contrary to absence of indications of disease presence in primary medical records. The prepared conclusion and recommendations allow improving the outpatient diagnosis of TMJ's pathology.

The authors performed 1389 laparoscopic surgeries in one-day hospital of outpatient clinic. The majority of surgeries were carried out for cholelithiasis and inguinal hernia. Conditions for laparoscopic surgeries in outpatient clinics, indications and contraindications for this procedures were developed. Combination of laparoscopic technologies with non-hospital forms of surgical care organization permitted to achieve medical, social and economic effects.

Three-stage treatment using a day hospital instead of a sanatorium with regards to the pattern of a tuberculosis process can achieve the results of closure of decay and abacillation cavities, which are not inferior to those with the conventional treatment, by reducing the basic regimen through the length of a hospital stage. The efficiency of two-stage treatment (day hospital--outpatient clinic) of lung tissue decay and culture-positive patients depends on the duration of the basic regimen, patient compliance, and the presence of a concomitant abnormality.

A variant of a diurnal-nocturnal inpatient complex on the basis of a psychoneurological dispensary involving a short period of round-the-clock hospitalization of patients is described. This proved advisable in the treatment of three groups of patients (n = 260): (1) those with acute manifestations of the disease (to carry out intensive therapy), (2) those with subacute paroxysms and prolonged psychotic states (to conduct arresting therapy), (3) with conflicts in the microsocial environment (with the aim of their temporary isolation). Such an organizational form makes it possible to expand intensive therapy and increase a number of patients with acute psychotic manifestations treated outside the settings of a closed hospital.
