2. The agricultural machinery market for crop production and prospects for its development in the postwar period

Due to the hostilities, the largest losses in the agricultural sector of Ukraine’s economy were caused by the loss of agricultural machinery – 20.9% of it was destroyed or damaged. Therefore, ensuring the effective functioning of the market for agricultural machinery is a key factor in restoring the material and technical base of agricultural enterprises. The research aims to investigate the current state of the agricultural machinery market and the impact of military operations on it and to identify effective ways of its development. The following methods were used in the study: dialectical method of scientific knowledge, monographic, statistical, and economic, economic and mathematical, expert evaluation, and graphical. The general trend towards a decrease in the share of households with certain types of machinery in 2015-2022 is determined. Disproportions between large and small forms of management in the provision of machinery, as well as restrictions on access to financial resources for small agricultural enterprises, have been identified. The study identified a general decline in the size of the Ukrainian machinery market due to the loss of production capacity in the east and south of the country. Imports of agricultural machinery – tractors by 57.0%, combine harvesters by 30.0%, seeders by 33.8%, disc harrows by 45.1%, and cultivators by 38.9% – also decreased significantly in quantitative terms. The analysis of state support for agricultural machinery and agricultural enterprises is carried out. A forecast of the development of the agricultural machinery market for crop production under positive and negative scenarios, including risks and challenges that may arise during and after military operations, is made. Recommendations for the development of the market of agricultural machinery for crop production have been developed, including implementation of the state’s protectionist policy; preservation of human resources; evacuation of agricultural machinery enterprises from the war zone; simplification of business to stimulate investment activity; state support for small farms, etc. The implementation of these recommendations will help restore the effective functioning of the agricultural machinery market and the logistics of agricultural production in Ukraine

Цель: Статья описывает явления, происходящие во время внутренних пожаров. Особое внимание было уделено механизму формирования обратной тяги пламени и вспышки. Были представлены также возможности их прогнозирования на основании признаков, связанных с развитием пожара и собранных сенсорных данных. В статье показана необходимость создания системы, которая могла бы поддержат руководителей спасательной операции на месте действия. Введение: Нелинейные признаки пожара, такие как вспышка, обратная тяга пламени или взрыв, а также возгорание горючих газов представляют собой серьезную угрозу для пожарных. Фактором, создающим опасность для спасателей, который является результатом быстрого развития пожара на объекте, является, в первую очередь, высокая температура и связанное с ней тепловое излучение. На основе данных, собранных в ходе диагностики, тяжело есть точно определить вероятность возникновения этих явлений. Существует, следовательно, необходимость проведения работы по созданию системы, которая сможет прогнозировать возникновение обратной тяги пламени, а также возгорания на основе сенсорных данных полученных из помещения охваченного пожаром. Эта система, несомненно, была бы инструментом для повышения эффективности и безопасности действий пожарных. Кроме того, такая система была бы, без сомнений, инструментом, который дал бы руководителю спасательной операции уверенность в принятии решений и позволяла бы устранить те, которые проводят к созданию вспышки или обратной тяги. Методология: Во время создания статьи авторы опирались на два научных метода: анализ и критику литературы, которая является начальной точкой для анализа и источником научных гипотез, которые будут подданы проверке и обобщенному методу опроса, заключающимся в сопоставлении нынешнего состояния знаний в литературе с экспертными знаниями опытных командиров ГПС. Выводы: Нелинейные признаки пожара, в случае их появления, представляют собой серьезную угрозу для пожарных-спасателей. Создание системы, которая анализировала бы сенсорные данные, собранные на месте проводимых действий, позволило бы предсказывать их появление, что способствовало бы повышению безопасности пожарных. Такая система могла бы работать как на основе данных с датчиков, так и распознания пожарный вводил бы данные в устройство вручную, что дало бы возможность полностью использовать его потенциал.Aim: This article describes events, which occur during the development of a fire inside buildings. Special attention is devoted to the development of backdraft and flashover. Additionally, the article identifies possibilities for earlier prediction of potential developments based on symptoms and data from sensors. Furthermore, the article highlights a need to build a system, which supports commanders at the scene of an incident. Introduction: Extreme fire behaviour such as ventilation induced flashover, backdraft, and gas ignition or smoke explosion, pose significant threats to human life and property. A factor contributing to the significant risk for firefighters is associated with the rapid increase in the rate of heat release and temperature within structures. Based on data gathered from a reconnaissance, it is difficult to predict the probability of above mentioned events happening. Therefore, there is a need to devise a system with the potential for prediction of extreme fire behaviour, based on sensor data derived from premises engulfed by a fire. Such a system will undoubtedly be a useful tool, which will enhance the effectiveness and safety of firefighters. Furthermore, such a tool will support incident commanders in decision making and allow for the elimination of decisions, which could lead to development of flashover or backdraft. Methodology: The study utilised two scientific approaches: review and critical analysis of literature, which provided an exit point and source of verifiable scientific hypotheses. This was enhanced by survey methods based on a contrast of current knowledge identified in literature with practical know how of experienced commanders from the Polish State Fire Service. Conclusions: Non-linear progression and unpredictable fire behaviour, when it occurs, creates significant dangers to firefighters. Development of a system, which can analyse current sensor data gathered at the scene of a fire incident, will allow for the anticipation of extremes in fire progression with a consequential impact on safety. Such a system could function on the basis of data obtained from sensors as well as from information gathered during a reconnaissance a firefighter could enter data manually, thus maximising the use of the system potential.

В статье представлен общий образ и проблематика связанная с возможностей использования компьютерных программ для анализа и прогнозирования выбранных угроз. Сделан обзор программного обеспечения и возможности использования его в свете польского законодательства. Авторы обратили особенное внимание на структуру правил, составленную из двух частей (добровольной и обязательной), что в будущем сделает возможным проектирование строительных объектов на основании вычислительных методов. Описаны области, в которых современно используется компьютерные программы для оценки безопасности. Кроме того, авторы рассматривают основные требования, которым должны отвечать программы для моделирования выбранной угрозы. В статье представлены возможности применения компьютерных программ для моделирования развития пожара, моделирования поведения конструкции во время пожара, а также моделирования последствий промышленных аварий. Для каждой из причисленных областей подготовлен обзор софтвера вместе с перечнем его основных функций. Предложены требования, касающиеся формы загрузки входных данных, а также способа изображения входных данных. Вся информация представлена в виде таблиц, сравнивающих возможности выбранных программ., The article describes general outline and main problems connected with using computer programs for analysis and forecasting of selected threats. An overview of the software and its possibility to apply in the light of Polish law was presented. Particular attention is focused on the two-tier formula regulations, which in the future will allow to design buildings based on computational methods. The areas in which computer programs are used to assess safety are shown. In addition, the authors discuss the basic requirements to be met by the selected software. The article discusses the possibilities of software development in the field of fire modeling, modeling behavior of the structure during the fire, and modeling the effects of industrial accidents. For each of these areas overview of the software, together with a list of basic functions was prepared. Proposed requirements for input data entry form and presentation of the output were also discussed. All information is presented in the form of tables comparing the capabilities of selected programs.

Программа Симулятор Пожарной Динамики (FDS) использует численные методы вычислительной гидродинамики CFD. CFD модели, используемые в программе FDS, позволяют исследовать развитие пожара в сложных геометриях. CFD описывает движение жидкости на основе решения дифференциальных уравнений в частных Навье-Стокса. Они используют принцип сохранения массы, импульса и энергии. При исследовании возможности практического использования CFD компьютерных программ в пожарной технике безопасности, было сделано компьютерное моделирование развития пожара и распространения дыма в торговом объекте, с учётом действия механической вентиляции дыма. Моделирование проводилось на тренажере Симулятор Пожарной Динамики., Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS) is a computational fluid dynamics ( CFD) model of fire-driven fluid flow. The software solves numerically a form of the Navier-Stokes e quations appropriate for low-speed, thermally-driven flow, with an emphasis on smoke and heat transport from fires. FDS is a powerful tool designed for particular fire hazard analysis and solving issues connected with fire safety engineering. Its practical application supports designing non-standard buildings abide by the rules of fire safety. This article describes general outline and main problems connected with using fire safety engineering tool s like FDS. As a check, a practical usage of CFD computer programs in fire safety engineering, computer si mulation was made of fire growth and spread of smoke in the building trade, including the operation of mecha nical smoke ventilation.

Modern theory and accounting practice are formed under the influence of many factors, including economic integration, digitalization of communication and management processes, expansion of requirements for the information content of financial and non-financial reporting. In this regard, the purpose of the article is to disclose the structure of the accounting information system, the interdependence of its components, and determine the factors of its modernization in the context of the digital transformation of the socio-economic environment. The structure of the accounting information system was disclosed based on the identification of components that ensure the integration of the internal accounting systems of individual economic entities with the general accounting system. The modeling of the relationship of the components of the accounting information system with other information management systems of economic entities has been carried out. Information systems used to manage organizations were classified. It has been proven that an accounting information system is irreplaceable and plays a fundamental role in the management system. The improvement of information technologies determines the constant modernization of accounting and reporting, the formation of a qualitatively new accounting information environment (cloud accounting, blockchain, network accounting, etc.). Prospects for the further development of enterprise management are associated with the integration processes between the components of the accounting information system. Deepening the digitalization of accounting processes will expand the possibilities of analysis, planning, and forecasting at the management level of an enterprise, industry, and state economy.

Introduction and purpose Insulin resistance is a state of decreased tissue sensitivity to insulin, despite normal or elevated levels of this hormone in the blood serum. People with insulin resistance for a long time do not show symptoms, which makes it particularly difficult to detect and treat in early stages. It mainly leads to impaired glucose homeostasis and the development of type 2 diabetes, which contributes to the exacerbation of the global problem that diabetes has become. This results in the search for innovative therapies that will help combat insulin resistance better and better. The purpose of this study is to highlight the complexity of the IR and review the current literature for non-pharmacological and pharmacological possibilities of treatment for insulin resistance. Description of the state of knowledge Due to the increase in obesity and the metabolic syndrome, the number of people suffering from insulin resistance is constantly increasing. In modern times, there are various diagnostic and therapeutic methods that affect the course of insulin resistance. Early detection and introduction of appropriate therapy become the main goal in preventing complications that may occur in the course of this disease. Summary Treatment methods for insulin resistance can be divided into two groups - non-pharmacological and pharmacological. Both of them are often used together in the form of combination therapy aimed at obtaining the best results in the treatment of insulin resistance. For people for whom known therapies do not work, researches for new treatments is becoming a hope.

Introduction Hepatitis B virus (HBV) is a liver disease caused by hepatitis B - hepatitis B virus (HBV). This virus has an affinity to liver cells, cause both acute and chronic viral infections of varying severity. Aim The aim of this study was to analysis of incidence of hepatitis B in Poland in 2010-2014. Material and methods The material analyzed in the work were cases of hepatitis B registered in Poland in 2010-2014, taking into account gender, age and place of residence infected published in the form of annual bulletins "Infectious diseases and poisoning in Poland by the National Institutes of Health in Warsaw (NIH). Results In the analyzed period there was an increase in the number of cases of hepatitis B in Poland. Most cases are recorded in the age group above 40 years.

„We, the Slaves, are terribly sensitive...” The creation of external and self-images in Radek Knapp’s prose works The influence of the foreign-born writers on the German-speaking literature is nowadays undisputed. In contrast to the so-called ‘migration literature’ (although the most authors fight against categorizing their literary works as ‘migration literature’, finding the term demeaning and ghettoized) in Germany, the writers of non-German mother tongue or non-Germanspeaking background in Austria have not received much academic attention so far. Radek Knapp (born in 1964 in Poland) belongs to the most distinctive Austrian authors, whose texts are mostly interpreted in the context of migration. He moved from Warsaw to Vienna in the age of 12 and defined himself to be expressed in German therefore dedicating his literary career mostly to German-speaking readers, although simultaneously taking his unique position between two cultures. For more than two decades his novels constantly gain popularity among the reading public. It is due to his protagonists who usually represent a group of cross-border commuters whose perceptively observations and satirical comments of Austrian as well as Polish reality make (otherwise familiar) surroundings appear unfamiliar or even exotic. The aim of the study is to investigate the creation of external and self-images in two most popular prose works of Radek Knapp: his literary debut from 1994 – the short story collection titled Franio and the novel Herrn Kukas Empfehlungen (Mr. Kuka’s Recommendations), published in 1999. Of particular interest is the confrontation of East and West, which defines the basic structure of Knapp’s works, including the use of stereotypes.
