The article discusses the transformation processes that have taken place in the management of enterprises in extremely changing conditions of their functioning, which is war. For sustainability and development, these processes require, in particular, rapid adaptation, revision of the following: paradigms of management, security, personnel policy, information flows, business processes and business models; implementation of the principles of inclusiveness and accessibility, cost optimization; introduction of modern digital technologies; increase of productivity. The aim of the article is to substantiate and systematize the transformation processes of enterprise management during the wartime. To achieve this goal, the following tasks have been performed: the main problems in the management of enterprises that hinder their development in wartime have been systematized and characterized; the main blocks that unite the transformation processes in the management of enterprises during wartime are allocated on the basis of an analysis of the experience of various Ukrainian and international companies, this will allow other economic entities to lead their enterprises to sustainability, success, and efficiency. As result of the study, the authors determined that the main challenge in management in peacetime and in wartime is the rapid variability of factors of external influence, which leads to ultra-risky managerial decisions. During the war, it is difficult to foresee all sources of risks in management decisions that affect the business processes of the enterprise. At that, challenges appear quickly due to the variability of external factors, which leads to the rapid adaptation of managerial decisions and the need for their urgent solution. The loss of planning ability directly affects the decrease in the efficiency of the enterprise. Therefore, enterprises are trying to form certain patterns to stabilize their activities in extremely changing conditions of their functioning. Obviously, management has become the key instrument in this. The ability to make management decisions quickly, adapt to changing external factors, and implement high-quality communication with the team are crucial for success. Despite the lack of a one-size-fits-all approach, adhering to these core principles helps leaders navigate wartime and lead their businesses to sustainability, success, and efficiency.

The psychos stimulators are known to be able to excite catecholamine mechanisms in the nervous system, in particular to increase freeing of catecholamine from presynaptic completions. The purpose of work was an estimation of changes of catecholamine (adrenalin and noradrenalin) in the structures of cerebrum after sidnocarb treatment in the conditions of ex-periment on 48 Vistar rats. The model of the proof pathological state of cerebrum for rats was created by intrastomach intro-duction of sidnocarb in the dose of 5 mg/kg 2 times per a day during 14 days. The concentration of adrenalin and noradrenalin in the structures of brain was determined by flyuorometric method. The frontal area of neocortex, striate body, medialis part of talamus, pons and hypocampus were chose. The accumulation of adrenalin was observed in hypocampus and medialis part of thalamus by the 3rd day, the increase of concentration was on 26,1% and 43,9% correspondly. The considerable increase of adrenalin concentration in the striate body have been determined (on 76,7%) and in the neocortex (in 2,2 times). By the 14th day of sidnocarb treatment the level of adrenalin in the pons was lower on 48,1% that in control animals. Thus, the changes of noradrenalin concentration during the development of experimental psyxosis by sidnocarb treatment were significant and had different character.

Modern education requires its stakeholders to understand the present and the immediate future needs. After all, the training of specialists takes place according to the needs of employers and society as a whole. Education has always carried a value basis formed the worldview of those who studied. Since 1992, education has been included in the main directions of global development, and in 2015 it was formulated as goal 4. In addition to declaring equal access to quality learning, it also includes learning other sustainable development goals, and it has a value component. We analyzed approaches to education, on the one hand, in international organizations, on the other hand, in a private educational institution. Here we will show how the design of sustainable development goals at the international level has influenced the awareness of its educational mission in a particular institution of higher education. Education gradually transforms from a classical one, which distances itself from the social situation to an integrated one in social life. Modern education involves business and industry representatives, politicians, and government officials, adapts curricula to business needs, and introduces valuable educational components. All students acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for sustainable development, including through education for sustainable development: appropriate lifestyles, protection of human rights, gender equality, promoting a culture of peace and non-violence through global civic education, and recognition of cultural diversity and cultural contribution to sustainable development.

The article presents the results of the study the ability of four not studied strains of enterococci (E. durans, SB6, E. faecium SB12, E. durans SB18, E. durans SB20), which were isolated from the Carpathian brynza, to reduce the acidity of medium of cultivation, the rate of biomass accumulation and the ability to exhibit antagonistic properties to the opportunistic microflora. Lactic acid and minor compounds are producing in a result of lactose fermentation, which form the specific taste and aroma properties of the product. The activity of acid formation has crucial because it directly connected with the coagulation of proteins and the prevention of the growing of extraneous microflora. Therefore, the rate of acidity increasing of the medium is one of the most important characteristics in selection of strains of lactic acid bacteria for the manufacture of dairy products. High growth rate, resistance to the contamination of extraneous microflora and preservation of their properties in the finished product are the technological properties of the strains. The inhibition of the growth of pathogenic cultures of microorganisms is the main probiotic functions of beneficial bacteria namely antagonistic activity. It was found, that the strain E. durans SB20 manifested the highest ability to increase the acidity of the medium under the cultivation for 24 hours at 37 °C as it reduced the pH on 30.3 %, and the strain E. durans SB18 increased the acidity on 29.9 %. Under 48 hours strains E. durans SB20 and SB18 increased the acidity on 31.1 and 30.5 % (P< 0.001) respectively compared with the control. The growth rate of stains E. durans SB20 and E. durans SB18 were in 18,0 and 17,6 times higher than in control under the cultivation for 24 hours at 37 °C, the optical density were in 18.3 and 18.2 times higher respectively than in the control sample under the cultivation for 48 hours at the same temperature. Furthermore, strains of enterococci showed antagonistic properties against conditionally pathogenic cultures of microorganisms on 24 and 48 hour of cultivation. In addition, it was found that with an increasing temperature of the antagonistic activity of the strains cultivation increased. Obviously, it was connected that more biologically active substances and microbial secondary metabolites are formed under the longer cultivation and higher temperatures. In particular on 48 hours at 37 °C almost of all the tested strains showed moderate antagonistic activity against E. coli, S. enteritidis, E. aerogenes, P. mirabilis and P. aeruginosa. However, all four strains didn`t have antagonistic activity against the test-strain S. aureus.

Itching of the skin is a particularly unpleasant subjective sensation that causes the need to scratch. Physiological itching occurs in response to environmental irritants (friction, insect crawling, temperature changes, etc.) and disappears after elimination of the cause. Pathological itching is caused by changes in the skin or throughout the body and causes a strong need to get rid of itching by combing or any other method. Itching is a common symptom of local (dermatological) or general (systemic) disease. It can be limited (localized) or diffuse (generalized). One of the causes of itching is often noted endocrine diseases and metabolic disorders: hyper- and hypofunction of the thyroid gland, diabetes mellitus and hyperparathyroidism. In thyroid hyperfunction, generalized (inconstant and little-pronounced) itching of the skin is observed in the clinical picture only in 10 % of patients. It is accepted that itching of the skin in thyrotoxicosis syndrome is due to increased activity of kinin in combination with an increase in major metabolism and an increase in body and skin temperature (123). Itching caused by impaired bile secretion is characteristic of many diseases of the liver: primary biliary cirrhosis, sclerosing cholangitis, viral hepatitis caused by cholestasis medications and other causes of obstructive jaundice. It is in these cases that prurigo is usually generalized, but in some typical cases it is more pronounced on the feet and palms. With this pathology, itching is caused by obstruction of the biliary tract, however, and to this day, no close correlation has been found between serum bilirubin and the severity of itching. If it was previously thought that itching in pathology of the peripheral or central nervous system, such as multiple sclerosis, neuropathy, compression or irritation of nerves (e.g., paraesthetic dorsalgia, brachioradial itching) is also a significant symptom, then modern studies prove that in more cases, itching is not characteristic of most pathologies of the nervous system, so after a detailed anamnesis, examination and initial research, the patient should be referred to a related specialist, except in cases of about obvious postherpetic neuropathy, painless paresthesia, or brachioradial itching, which can often be guided in the provision of primary care. Instead, there are some psychological conditions and a number of psychiatric illnesses (obsessive-compulsive disorders, depression, and parasite illusions) that are most commonly diagnosed with the exclusion method. Neurotic squabbles are scattered on the body of the excorii, covered with scales that may occur in any area of the body that the patient may reach, but are often limited by limbs.

PAIN is a psychophysiological reaction of an organism that occurs with severe irritation of the sensitive nerve endings embedded in organs and tissues. And also pain is the body’s protective reaction. It is signaling about a discomfort and triggers an appropriate response by the body to eliminate the cause of the pain. Pain is one of the earliest symptoms of some diseases [84]. ITCHING – an unpleasant sensation of irritation, heartburn and tingling in any area of the skin caused by various factors (exposure to chemicals, bacteria, parasites). This feeling is often manifested by the urgent need to rub or scratch some areas of the skin (or mucous membrane) [85]. When considering the pathogenesis of these concepts, a sufficiently large resemblance to the realization of mechanisms of origin, or a certain identity thereof is revealed. The question naturally arises whether itching is an early manifestation of pain, especially in those groups of diseases that are not characterized by pain. Pathology of the hematopoietic system is not accompanied by a symptom such as pain. But for conditions such as iron overload, iron deficiency or polycythemia, itching is a clear symptom. The unknown etiology of chronic itching of the skin is indicative of histological examination of the skin in order to exclude skin lymphoma. One of the least understood mechanisms of itching is itching associated with malignant solid tumors. What pain that itching is a subjective sensation that can have an acute or chronic course, a clear intensity and a very significant impact on quality of life, especially in the case of comorbidity. In addition, the question arises whether itching is an early manifestation of pain, especially in those groups of diseases that are not characterized by pain. How can a doctor manage itching effectively to prevent complications? To these and other questions, we have attempted to systematize the manifestations of itching in pathologies of organs and systems that are not traditionally accompanied by pain.

Introduction. Ultrasound scanning is one of the main methods of instrumental examination of patients after allogenic transplantation of kidney. The main reasons of dysfunction of the kidney transplant in long post-transplantation term are acute or chronic rejection, as well as acute and chronic nephrotoxicity of calcineurin inhibitors.Objective. Assessment of dopplerographic indicators of the blood flow throughout the transplanted kidney vessels in patients with preserved nitrogen excretion function under various morphological changes.Materials and methods. The study includes an analysis of the medical history of 98 children with end-stage chronic renal failure who underwent 98 allogeneic kidney transplants from a posthumous donor. There were analyzed the results of 185 percutaneous puncture biopsies and ultrasound studies of renal transplants. The analyzed data of morphological studies are divided into 4 groups. 1st group – there are no morphological changes affecting graft function. 2nd group – morphological signs of calcineurin toxicity. 3rd group – borderline damage of the graft. 4th group – acute and chronic graft rejection.Results and discussion. Indices of resistance and pulsation measured at the level of the renal artery and interlobular arteries tended to decrease in the kidneys with immunological influence and remained stable in other morphological groups. This means that, the higher the degree of hyalinosis of the arteries, the lower the indices of resistance and pulsation indices measured at the level of the common renal artery and interlobular arteries.Conclusions. The revealed tendency of a decrease in the values of the resistance index and the pulsation index at the level of the common renal artery of the interlobular arteries can be considered as one of the initial ultrasound signs that allow to speak of a decrease in the elasticity of the vascular wall. Normal indices of renal hemodynamics do not exclude the presence of pathological processes leading to graft dysfunction.

В статті розглядаються проблемні питання формування і розвитку експортного потенціалу національних підприємств в умовах економічних криз глобального характеру. Враховується досвід формування експортного потенціалу з огляду на досвід порушення функціонування світових галузевих ринків, що спричинені протиепідемічними заходами та локдауном. Відзначається, що експорт відіграє особливу роль в оздоровленні економіки країни, особливо в умовах спаду внутрішнього виробництва. Адже кошти, що надходять від експортної діяльності, спрямовуються на погашення заборгованості, модернізацію, розв’язання соціально-економічних проблем. Розвиток експортного потенціалу розглядається як інтегральна діяльність підприємств. Відзначається важливість застосування різноманітних інструментів менеджменту для формування експортного потенціалу підприємства, а також необхідність визначати його пріоритети, зокрема модифікація складу функцій, оптимізація часу стійкості і нестійкості структури, підвищення рівня керованості, оптимізація шляхів реалізації з метою підвищення ефективності. Також приділено увагу формуванню та управлінню експортним потенціалом під час кризи. Адже вплив процесів глобалізації на розвиток експортного потенціалу має багатовимірний характер. Йдеться як про позитивні, так і негативні сторони інтеграції підприємств до світового господарства в контексті зовнішньої торгівлі, у тому числі експортних можливостей. Зокрема, йдеться про наслідки світової кризи, що пов’язана з обмеженнями для економічної активності підприємств, в умовах пандемії вірусу COVID-19. Таким чином, розглянувши поняття експортного потенціалу підприємства, шляхів його використання і підвищення та конкурентної стратегії країни, необхідно зазначити, що ці поняття нерозривно пов’язані між собою, а точніше, експортний потенціал кожного підприємства країни є однією з важливих складових, що дає їй змогу посідати гідне місце на міжнародній арені.

The article is devoted to the study of the seals of fixed joints. The mechanisms of leakage occurrence at different values of roughness and pressure on the joint surfaces are considered taking into account the real contact area. The estimation of deformations and forces in the contact zone was carried out taking into account the profile of surfaces, limit deviations of shape and location of surfaces, as well as physical and mechanical properties of materials of the sealed joint. The obtained theoretical dependence allows to evaluate the tightness of the fixed connection depending on the main parameters of the seal roughness, manufacturing errors and the location of the interfaces, their physical and mechanical properties and characteristics of sealed liquid, including differential pressure and the nominal pressure in the joint. A new law of probability density distribution is proposed, which more adequately describes the considered boundary conditions of the experiment. Relations for the probabilistic evaluation of the contact area and surface deformations taking into account the characteristics of the material are obtained. Simple engineering relations for the estimation of probability of contact of the projections and offset surfaces for the two profiles are obtained. The simulation of the process of leakage depending on these conditions is carried out. It is shown that the complete tightness of rigid joints is insufficient even with low roughness provided by the finishing methods of processing and in the absence of deviations in the shape of the joint surfaces. The comparison of experimental data with the obtained theoretical results showed that the proposed engineering dependences provide a good match with the experimental data.

Особливості технологічного устрою суспільства впливають на розвиток закладів освіти, в тому числі і вищої. П’ятий технологічний устрій потребує від університетів інноваційно-технологічних практик, реалізації підприємництва, досліджень та проривних розробок. Проблему стагнації закладів освіти в Україні намагаються вирішити різними методами. Міністерство освіти і науки України перебудовою законодавчу та нормативну базу, філософія освіти шукає цінності, на яких має будуватись навчання майбутнього покоління, і кожен заклад освіти намагається реалізувати свій шлях становлення. Введення карантину у закладах вищої освіти спричинило переосмислення навчального процесу, призвело до необхідності застосування нових методів і форм роботи зі студентами. У статті здійснений аналіз джерел та висвітлена сутність підприємницького університету, визначено його особливості, а також охарактеризовано дистанційне навчання, показані відмінності дистанційного навчання від традиційного. Розглянуті зміни, які запроваджував наш інститут (Київський інститут бізнесу та технологій) для переходу в онлайн. Застосовані методи спостерігання, опитування, системного аналізу та дослідження операцій. У результатах ми подаємо дані аналізу переходу закладу вищої освіти на онлайн навчання за умов жорсткого карантину спричиненого COVID-19. Проаналізовано сильні та слабкі сторони процесу переходу. Вихід за рамки аудиторії надихнув проактивних викладачів змінити свої педагогічні методики, допомогти студентам максимально ефективно використовувати різноманітні навчальні матеріали, Інтернет, досвід інших. Інститут готовий до трансформації, до перебудови своєї організаційної структуру до побудови партнерський зв’язків і з приватними і з державними підприємствами. Чи готове українське суспільство до появи вищих навчальних закладів підприємницького типу?

We report the results of studies of triplet superconductivity in structures with alternating superconductor and ferromagnet layers, as a part of the general problem of the properties of the spectra of superconductivity states depending on the magnetic state of the multilayer structure. Ferromagnetic layers are assumed monodomain and possessing inplane magnetic moments. In numerical examples, we used the parameters of the well-studied Nb/PdNi system. The critical temperatures and distributions of singlet and triplet currents depending on the relative orientation of the magnetic moments of the ferromagnetic layers are calculated in the formalism of the Usadel equations for 5- and 3-layer irregular structures. The following results are obtained. (1) The channeling effect of triplet pairs by a narrow central layer of a superconductor with complete suppression of the singlet component in it was confirmed. (2) The “0–1”-transition between the phases of a superconducting condensate of opposite symmetry induced by the transport current is predicted. (3) The effect of a double crossover of states on the dependence of the critical temperature, Tc, versus the angle θ between the magnetic moments of the ferromagnetic layers adjacent to the central layer of the superconductor in a 3-layer structure is predicted. The crossovers are reflected by a sharp turns in the Tc (θ) curve, while the infinitely small asymmetry of the structure eliminates the non-analyticity of this characteristic.

The article presents the main methodological approaches and criteria for the necessity of development and introduction of the State Registration of GMOs sources in Ukraine. The list of analytical researches that are to be carried out at the registration of the GMO source, expert evaluation of GMO identification methods, reproduction of detection methods, identification and quantification of GMOs are given. Submitted and analyzed legislative documents regulating the procedure for registration and control of GMO circulation in the countries of the European Union and Ukraine. DNDKI of veterinary preparations and fodder supplements on the tasks of the State Committee of Veterinary Medicine of Ukraine during 2010-2018 a number of normative documents were developed regarding procedures related to the use and circulation of feed, feed additives, premixes and veterinary preparations that are composed, containing or made using genetically modified sources in Ukraine: the procedure for state registration, the procedure for carrying out the state veterinary and sanitary examination of GMOs for sources of forage feed additives and veterinary preparations ativ plan state monitoring GMO sources of feed, feed additives, premixes for livestock and poultry. The procedure determines the procedure for state registration of GMOs for sources of feed, feed additives and veterinary preparations containing genetically modified organisms or obtained from their use. It is envisaged that the state register of GMO sources is conducted in the form approved by the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. On the basis of the analysis, a draft list of feeds, feed materials, protein-vitamin concentrates and premixes that have to be monitored for GMO content has been developed. This project list includes soy, corn, rape and products of their processing, fodder, feed mixes, feed concentrates, etc. In the SSRCI of veterinary drugs and supplements, in 2018, the “Guidelines for identifying the GM soya line (Soybean MON40-3-2) GTS 40-3-2” were developed and approved. “Methodological recommendations are intended to identify the GM soya line (Soybean MON40-3 -2) GTS 40-3-2 (Genetically modified soybean that contains – genetically modified soybean containing (cp4 epsps gene inserted to confer tolerance to herbicide glyphosate) cp4 epsps gene inserted to provide resistance to glyphosate herbicide (glyphosate) in plant material, feed and food products by polymerase chain reaction in real time (PCR-RF )”. The qualitative determination of GMOs is based on the discovery of genetically modified (GM) targeted regulatory sequences of the 35S Cauliflower Mosaic Virus (CaMV) promoter or FMV promoter and/or the NOS (T-NOS) T1 terminator of Agrobacterium tumefaciens plasmids that are introduced into the genetic constructs of GM based on the use of the multiplex polymerase chain reaction method to obtain real-time research results – PCR RF.

The critical temperatures and wave functions of superconducting critical states in the superconductor/ferromagnet structures have investigated on the base of Usadel equation formalism for full configuration sets of spin quantization axes parallel or opposite to the fixed direction. The overturn effect of quantization axes on the critical state amplitude and phase characteristics has established.

In the formalism of equations of the diffusive limit of the microscopic theory of superconductivity, the results of experimental investigations of the spin-valve effect in epitaxial Nb/Ho structures are explained. The mechanism of the “quasi-metal” behavior of their critical dependences is established.

The precise matrix solution of the linearized Usadel equations for the multilayered Superconductor/Ferromagnet structures has given for arbitrary in-plane magnetization vectors of ferromagnet layers and an arbitrary layer number.

The elementary model of the superconducting state of a thin film in the nonuniform external magnetic field is developed. In the diffusive limit of the superconductivity microscopic theory, the problem of the critical amplitude of the periodic external magnetic field has formulated and solved. In the frame of Ginzburg – Landau model, the critical current problem for the thin film in the weak periodic external magnetic field has solved. The critical current temperature dependencies of the superconductor/insulator/ferromagnet structure have clarified.

Assessments of changes in the intra-annual spatio-temporal variability of the hydrological characteristics of the Kuialnytskyi Lyman lagoon under various runoff volumes of the Velykyi Kuialnyk River were obtained from the results of calculations, using the predictive three dimensional hydrothermodynamic model Delft3D-FLOW. Scenarios of increasing the river runoff inflow up to 25% and 75% of the monthly natural river runoff under conditions of 2015 were modelled, as well as under different by hydraulicity typical years of the modern climatic period of the 21st century (1990-2030), determined according to the most appropriate for the Kuialnytskyi Lyman lagoon region climatic scenario from the ENSEMBLES database, which corresponds to the global A1B scenario, calculated by the MPI-REMO model. Monthly values of the natural runoff of the Velykyi Kuialnyk River, calculated with the use of “climate-runoff” model, were used during the simulation. Implementation of water management within the catchment area of the Velykyi Kuialnyk River and realization of various engineering and technical measures aimed at the increase of river inflow to the Kuialnytskyi Lyman lagoon, are identified to significantly affect the hydroecological regime of the lagoon only in case of supplying at least 75% of the natural river runoff volume into the lagoon. The increase of the natural runoff of the Velykyi Kuialnyk River is incapable to provide the stabilization of the hydroecological regime of the Kuialnytskyi Lyman lagoon independently, without periodical replenishment of the lagoon with seawater from the Odessa Gulf. Under the absence of replenishment of the lagoon with sea water and deficiency in the runoff of other small water streams flowing into the lagoon, the increase of the runoff of the Velykyi Kuialnyk River even up to 75% of the volume of its natural runoff could provide the stabilization of the annual cycle of water level and salinity variability in the lagoon only during the high-water years.

The article determines the importance of long-term and short-term liabilities for the management of financial and material resources of an enterprise. It reviews the aim, objects and information generators for realization of audit of short-term and long-term obligations. The organizing and methodical providing of audit of long-term and short-term liabilities of an enterprise are generalized. The authors distinguish the stages of realization of audit of long-term and short-term liabilities, the aim of audit on each of the presented stages, and recommend methodical techniques. It is fixed that it is necessary to conduct the estimation of the systems of internal control and record-keeping of an enterprise by implementation of public accountant procedures for determination of volume and maintenance of selection realization. After estimating the indicated systems, a public accountant determines the methodology for realization of public accountant verification of long-term and short-term liabilities. The analytical procedures that public accountants are expedient to use for realization of audit of short-term and long-term obligations are determined. The authors suggest the classification of the educed defects on the results of the conducted public accountant verification of short-term and long-term obligations.

The article is devoted to studying of influence of vacuum low-temperature annealing on the electrical and photoelectric characteristics of n-ZnO-p-InSe heterostructure. Indium monoselenide (InSe) is a semiconductor of the A3B6 group of layered compounds. The basic unit consists of two planes of metal atoms sandwiched between two planes of chalcogen atoms (Se-In-In-Se). The absence of dangling bonds on InSe cleaved surface makes it possible to use this semiconductor as a substrate for fabrication of heterostructures based on semiconductor materials with different symmetries and lattice spacings. Zinc oxide (ZnO) is the most suitable material for window materials and solar cells buffer layers application due to its marvelous transparency in the range of visible region. InSe single crystals were grown by the Bridgman technique from a nonstoichiometric melt and characterized by a pronounced layered structure along the whole length of a sample. ZnO thin oxide film was formed on freshly cleaved van der Waals surface of InSe layered crystal. n-ZnO-p-InSe heterostructure was prepared by the method of high-frequency magnetron sputtering. Sensitivity spectral areas were identified by MDR-3 monochromator with a resolution of 2.6 nm/mm. The current-voltage characteristics of the n-ZnO-p-InSe heterostructures showed a clearly pronounced diode character. In the forward bias of the initial samples, the diode factor had the value 3.7 at room temperature. It is shown that vacuum low-temperature annealing reduces shunt currents of the heterojunction, which is reflected in the decrease in the values of n from 3.7 to 2.7.

Abstract Over the last decade there is steadily increasing number of patients with obstructive jaundice (OJ) in Ukraine. There is no observed tendency to the decrease of mortality rate due to thrombohemorrhagic syndrome in patients who are operated on mechanical jaundice. It is necessary to consider the prevalence of thrombotic processes over the fibrinolysis processes and consider the activation of platelet aggregation as an additional factor, which participates in providing hypercoagulation. The aim of the study was to analyze the dose-dependent effect of bemiparine in patients with obstructive jaundice (OJ) due to oncological diseases of the hepatobiliary system. 70 patients with decompensated type of reaction to hypoxia were examined using low-frequency vibration piezoelectric hemoviscosymetry (LVPH). Patients of the 1st group (n=34) were getting thromboprophylaxis with bemiparine 2500 U 1 time per day during the week, starting 6 hours after surgery. The 2nd group of high risk of thrombotic complications (n=36) received 3500 U once a day. Рostoperative thrombohemorrhagic complications prevention in patients with OJ should be based on the assessment of the risk of thrombotic complications and the degree of initial hemostasis disorders. Differentiated approach to the hemostasis correction in patients with OJ allows reducing the incidence of thrombosis by 48.2%. Usage of low-frequency piezoelectric hemoviscosymetry method in regular practice allows evaluating the status of all parts of the hemostasis system, which allows reducing the number of thrombohemorrhagic complications in the postoperative period. The features of competition activity are considered. Intercommunications of the functional state of the cardiovascular system of sportswomen are presented with competition performance indicators. Directions the correction of the functional state of sportswomen are rotined. The emotional states of tennis player are resulted. They are determined uncompromisingness of competitions, presence of numerous fans, necessity of the repeated forcing of physical and psychical efforts depending on a removable playing situation. The emotional saturation of competitions can cause the display of various gamut of feelings.

This paper deals with the results of isomer ratio measurements for nuclei 110m,gIn and 108m,gIn from photonuclear reactions 113In(γ, 3n)110m,gIn, 115In(γ, 5n)110m,gIn, 115In(γ, 7n)108m,gIn. Bremsstrahlung energies varied within (34÷43) MeV for 113In(γ, 3n)110m,gIn reaction, in energy region (43÷100) MeV for 115In(γ, 5n)110m,gIn and 115In(γ, 7n)108m,gIn reactions. The instrumental gamma-ray spectra of irradiated target specimens have been measured with high purity germanium semiconductor spectrometer. The isomer ratio results and dependence of isomer ratios upon maximal bremsstrahlung energies within selected range are obtained and discussed.

THE STATE OF DEVELOPMENT AND RELATIONS OF COORDINATION ABILITIES OF PRIMARY SCHOOL PUPILS WHO BELONG TO SPECIAL MEDICAL GROUP Yana Kushnir Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University The results of the study show that the indices of physical development of pupils who belong to special medical group are within the age norms. The correlative relations are found between the indices of physical state of pupils. The anthropometric indices that are within the limits (r = 0,50; r = 0,81) are the most interconnected. They have somewhat fewer number of dependencies with the indices of physical conditioning and functional capacity of the organism (r = 0,35; r = 0,55). Some reverse relations between the indices that are within the limits (r = - 0,51; r = - 0,54) show the necessary of the development and improvement of coordination abilities. Aim. To evaluate efficacy of lowmolecular heparin enoxaparin in the treatment of nephropathy in patients with primary and secondary antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). Material and methods. A total of 11 APS-nephropathy patients participated in the study. Of them 8 patients had primary APS and 3 patients had secondary APS. Biopsy of the kidney was made in 5 patients, ultrasonic dopplerography of renal vessels was performed in all 11 patients. Enoxaparin was given as monotherapy to primary APS and combined treatment to secondary APS patients. Results. Enoxaparin decreased proteinuria, arterial pressure, glomerular filtration rate in all the patients. It also promoted normalization of creatinin. Before the anticoagulant treatment a reduction of maximal systolic and diastolic velocities of blood flow have been registered in segmental and interlobar arteries in all APS nephropathy patients compared to healthy subjects. The depletion of renal cortex blood flow beginning with the level of arcuate arteries was also observed in all the patients. Enoxaparin enhanced blood flow in segmental and interlobar arteries. The recovery of blood flow in the arcuate arteries was registered in 6 of 9 patients. Conclusion. Low molecular heparin may be used in the treatment of nephropathy in patients with primary and secondary APS.

The results of the study of morphological features of pollen grains of seven species of the genus Crocus L. are presented. The most stable indicators that can be used as an additional diagnostic features are picked out.
