Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of preparing a wound for plastic closure of autoskin using a negative pressure apparatus and Reamberin., Material and Methods: . The results of preoperative preparation of 24 patients with chronic wounds of various etiologies were analyzed. Depending on the treatment regimen, the patients were divided into groups: the main one ( n =18), the patients of which were divided into subgroups: in IA ( n =9) they used NPWT therapy for 5 days, in IB ( n =9) it was combined with Reamberin infusions (1.5% intravenously at a rate of 40-60 drops/min, 500 ml, once a day for 5 days). Patients of the comparison group (II, n =6) received standard preparation. In the dynamics of therapy, a morpho-histological study of wound biopsies was carried out with the determination of the area of fibroblasts, the area of the nucleus of fibroblasts, the number of vessels and the determination of their diameter. After autodermoplasty, the survival of the skin flap was determined., Results: It was found that the combined use of NPWT therapy and Reamberin significantly increases the effectiveness of therapy: the greatest effect on fibroblastogenesis was exerted by the inclusion of NPWT therapy in the regimen - an increase of 1.5 times compared with the results of the traditional regimen. The vascularization of the wound surface (increase in the area and diameter of blood vessels) was best influenced by the combined preparation (NPWT-therapy and Reamberin) preparations - an increase of 3.4 times in comparison with the comparison group, which affected the dynamics of the survival of the skin flap: it was 1.3 times higher than in the comparison group ( p <0.01)., Conclusions: The results obtained, along with good tolerability of the drug, allows us to recommend the inclusion of Reamberin in the scheme of preoperative preparation of patients with this pathology.

Aim: To study the efficacy of reamberin in treatment of epilepsy in children and to evaluate its effect on the antioxidant status., Material and Methods: The antioxidant activity of reamberin was investigated in children with epilepsy: 16 patients received intravenous reamberin once daily for 5 days in addition to carbamazepine. Patients of the control group (n=15) received only carbamazepine. The efficacy of the drug was evaluated by the levels of lipid hydroperoxides, conjugated dienes, and malondialdehyde and by the activity of the main components of the antioxidant system (ceruloplasmin, vitamin E, catalase) in the blood of patients., Results and Conclusion: Reamberin significantly reduces the plasma levels of lipid hydroperoxides by 16%, conjugated dienes by 12%, and malondialdehyde by 25% compared with the patients of the control group. An analysis of the effect of succinate-containing drugs on the activity of the antioxidant system components has shown that blood concentrations of ceruloplasmin, vitamin E and catalase are by 35, 14% and 15%, respectively, higher than those in the control group. Thus, the addition of reamberin into the treatment of children with epilepsy should be considered pathogenetically justified, clinically reasonable, and promising.

A clinical case of successful combined use of NPWT-therapy and Reamberin infusion in the treatment of a non-healing (over 5 months) trophic ulcer of the lower limb in an elderly patient is presented. It was manifested that introduction of antioxidant/antihypoxant drug reamberin on the background of NPWT-therapy in patient with slow healing wounds has a positive effect on metabolic processes, resulting in more active and rapid cleansing of wound surface from opportunistic microflora by the 5th day of therapy. Absence of adverse effects to drug application allows to recommend its inclusion in the complex treatment scheme in patients with this pathology.

The aim of the study was to study the effectiveness of pathogenetic correction of the metabolism with the inclusion of reamberin (1.5% sodium meglumine succinate solution) in patients with lesions of large segments of the lower limbs. In connection with the task, the efficiency pathogenetic correction of metabolism in 211 patients with diaphyseal hip and shin bones fractures had been analyzed. Patients were divided into the main and control groups. In the main group (86 patients), intravenous infusions of reamberin were administered intravenously at a rate of 1 ml/min at a rate of 10 ml/kg of body weight 1 time per day, a course of 10 days. Patients in the comparison group (125 patients) received an infusion therapy with isotonic solution. The parameters of functional activity and peripheral blood dates had been analyzed. The analysis showed that the use of antihypoxants in the perioperative period provides an earlier recovery of the physical component of quality of life in patients with lesions of large segments of the lower limbs that have undergone stably - functional osteosynthesis according to the principles of Damage control.

Aim: To improve the results of treatment of patients with acute small bowel obstruction., Material and Methods: The research is based on the results of a comprehensive survey 202 people with acute small bowel obstruction. The article describes some characteristics of temperature homeostasis regulation while intraoperative period and its correction methods by infusions of balanced crystalloid solutions on the basis amino acids and the Krebs cycle substrates., Materials and Methods: 107 children of different ages were included into the study. All of them underwent surgery on thoracic or abdominal organs. The average age was 13 (7-16) years. All the operations were performed with total intravenous anesthesia and artificial lung ventilation. 0,9% sodium chloride solution, "Mafusol" "Infezol-40" and "Reamberin" were used in order to correct perioperative hypothermia. Results of the study. It was found that solutions based onfumarate (mafusol) and succinate (reamberin) have a significant positive effect on the temperature homeostasis. This fact means they can be recommendfor a broad usage in clinical practice for the purpose ofprevention and elimination of intraoperative hypothermia.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of Reamberin as a component of intensive care edematous form of acute pancreatitis in elderly and senile patients. There were analysed the treatment data of 78 patients of this category diagnosed with «acute pancreatitis edematous form». Based on the regimens, patients were divided into 2 groups: 42 patients of the main group received Reamberin in addition to the standard treatment; patients in the control group (36 patients) received standard basic therapy. Inclusion in Reamberin regimens edematous form of acute pancreatitis in patients older than 60 years increases the effectiveness of treatment due to more rapid relief of symptoms of endogenous intoxication. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of combined surgical and medical treatment of infective endocarditis in patients with congenital valvular heart disease when included in a regimen of the drug Reamberin. In this regard, the analysis of the effectiveness of a combination regimen of 74 patients with valvular congenital heart diseases complicated with infective endocarditis. Aim: To study an efficacy of Reamberine in complex therapy in early postoperative period after knee-joint surgery., Material and Methods: It was analyzed treatment of 108 patients (47 men and 61 women) with degenerative diseases of knee-joint in postoperative period. Periarticular osteotomy of tibia and knee-joint replacement were performed. Patients were divided into 2 groups. Main group consisted of 43 patients who received Reamberine 400-800 ml with infusion rate 4-5 ml/min during 1-1,5 hours for 4-8 days postoperatively. Control group (65 patients) had conventional therapy with daily volume 400-800 ml., Results: It was revealed that Reamberine increased efficacy of postoperative treatment. There were earlier (by 52.6% compared with control group) improvement of health including weakness disappearance, sleep and appetite recovery. Hemodynamic parameters were also improved (stabilization of blood pressure and pulse). It was observed earlier disappearance of pain and edematous syndrome (by 32.3%). There were also earlier postoperative wound healing (by 21.3%) and reducing of rehabilitation terms (by 72%, i.e. 2.1 ± 0.7 vs. 7.5 ± 0.9 days respectively).

Aim: To study an effect of reamberin and α-lipoic acid (α-LA) on the tolerance of mice with experimental diabetes mellitus (DM) to acute cerebrovascular accident (ACVA) in mice experiments., Material and Methods: The authors studied mice with alloxan diabetes and subtotal and total brain ischemia. In additional experimental series, an effect of reamberin and α-lipoic acid on the tolerance to acute hypoxic hypoxia and intensity of hyperglycemia in experimental DM was studied., Results and Conclusion: The increased vulnerability of animals to ACVA due to hyperglycemia and increased sensitivity to acute hypoxic hypoxia was established. Reamberin and α-lipoic acid administered for 14 days in doses, which are equivalent to therapeutic range in humans, enhance the tolerance to ACVA and acute hypoxic hypoxia in mice with alloxan diabetes. These medications also decrease the intensity of hyperglycemia during concurrent insulin replacement therapy. The increased tolerance to ACVA in mice with alloxan diabetes caused by reamberin and alpha-lipoic acid is associated with an antihypoxic effect of these medications and does not depend on their effect on the intensity of hyperglycemia. Reamberin outperformed α-lipoic acid in the antihypoxic activity, protection against ACVA and the rate of onset of glucose reducing effect in experimental diabetes mellitus.

The study was aimed to investigate the influence of drug reamberin inclusion in the treatment regimen of patients with acute Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection on the effectiveness of therapy. Treatment results were analyzed in a group of 70 children aged 4-15 with a diagnosis of moderate to severe EBV infection. By the method of random sampling distribution, patients were divided into two comparable groups of 35 children, which were representative with respect to gender, age, date of admission, and conducted basic therapy. Patients in the control group were treated by the conventional scheme, while the main group received basic therapy with antibacterial drug (according to indication) and symptomatic agents (antipyretics, desensitizing agents, and local antiseptics for the treatment of rotor and nasopharynx) and, in addition, obtained 1.5% reamberin solution intravenously, 10 mL/kg body weight once a day at a rate of 3-4 mL/min (the treatment course did not exceed 3 days). Treatment efficacy was assessed by a decrease in the duration of intoxication symptoms, relief of their clinical manifestations, and normalization of laboratory data (including, in addition to commonly accepted data, the levels of malonic dialdehyde, ferritin, transferrin and catalase before and after treatment).The inclusion of reamberin in the therapy of acute EBV infection in children favors (in comparison to conventional treatment regimen) more pronounced and rapid decrease the intensity of the oxidative process and improves the functioning of the antioxidant system. This was manifested by normalization of immunobiochemical indicators (reduction of malonic dialdehyde and ferritin and increase in the level of catalase) and decrease in the inflammatory response (leukocytosis, ESR, and the number of atypical mononuclear cells in the blood), This resulted in more rapid relief of the clinical manifestations of infection (sore throat, hyperthermia, lymphadenopathy, and hepatomegaly) and shortened the hospital stay by 38.5% (p < 0.05).

This study was aimed at revealing clinical and laboratory peculiarities in the health of married couples suffering of pregnancy miscarriage and the possibility of correcting this state by preconception therapy with reamberin, based on analysis of the results of observations and investigations for 196 married couples. At the first stage, we have studied the influence of provoking factors on the miscarriage during first trimester, including the presence and degree of chronic nonspe- cific intoxication. The patients were divided into groups: first (main) group including 40 couples, in which the pregnancy was complicated by the risk of pre- gnancy termination in the first trimester and second (comparison) group of 74 couples, in which abortion in the first trimester was followed by complex precon- ception therapy. The control group included 82 couples with normal course of pregnancy in the first trimester. At the second stage, we have studied the efficacy of including reamberin in the scheme of therapy. For this purpose, patients in the second (comparison) group were separated into subgroups. In subgroup I, 50 male patients received reamberin (i.v., dropwise, 400 mL per day at a rate of 60 - 70 drops/min, over 10 days), while 24 male patients of subgroup II were treated according to commonly accepted schemes (involving recommendations concerning regime and diet, psychological aid, and polyvitamins in prophylac- tic doses). Analysis of the obtained data revealed the presence of nonspecific intoxication in patients of the main group comparison groups, which was related to the increased level of intermediate metabolism products and osmotic state of plasma, and disorders in the hepatobiliary system as manifested by hyperbiliru- binemia, increased level of transaminases, urea, creatinine, etc. In addition, most patients also exhibited changes in spermograms, including astenozospermia (75.9 ? 7.9%) and teratozospermia (69 ? 8.6%) on the background of relative androgenous insufficiency, and bacterospermia in 26.7 ? 8.1% of patients from couples where the pregnancy of females was complicated by risk of miscarriage in the first trimester, and in 34.3 ? 5.8% of patients from couples receiving re- habilitation care upon abortion in the first trimester. The inclusion of reamberin in the scheme of complex preconception therapy of male in pairs with miscarri- age problems increased the efficacy of therapy. This was manifested by decrease in the parameters of intoxication (on the average by 21 % (d = 0.017), positive dynamics of the main indices of spermograms, and improvement of the general state, which led in turn to increased probability of the onset and maintenance of pregnancy.

Influence of the polyelectrolytic (Reamberin)solution on an acid-base state, osmolarity and electrolytic composition of plasma in the acute posttraumatic period was evaluated. It was found that patients, who was treated by isotonic sodium chloride solution and Ringer's solution, had metabolic acidosis and hyperchloremia. In contrast, in the reamberin group 82% of patients had lower concentrations of chloride and had nothing acid-base disturbances on the second day after trauma. Reamberin didn't influence on plasma osmolarity and the rate of metabolic alkalosis during the acute period of a trauma.

The authors analyzed the antioxidant activity of reamberin and cytoflavin and evaluated their cardioprotective effect, by investigating lipid peroxidation and oxidative modification of plasma proteins, as well as the ultrastructure of newborn rat cardiomyocytes under chronic hemic hypoxia induced by sodium nitrite. Design: A randomized prospective study., Patients and Methods: The study included 87 children aged from 5 to 18, ASA I-II. The patients were divided into two groups. Objective: To study the results of liver morphological studies in 40 Vietnamese pot belly pigs with simulated small bowel obstruction., Materials and Methods: Liver morphofunctional changes in acute strangulation ileus were investigated in an experiment on 40 Vietnamese pot belly pigs weighing 15-20 kg. Five animals were used as a control., Results: In simulated acute ileus, the found morphofunctional changes in hepatocytes were characterized by toxic dystrophy of the organ with the signs of secondary hepatitis., Conclusion: During the experiment, the course of the disease and surgical restoration of small bowel patency have been found to be accompanied by significant histological and ultrafine structural disorders of the liver, which is a rationale for intensive antihypoxant, antioxidant, and hepatoprotective therapy in the pre- and postoperative periods.

Materials and Methods: We conducted an open prospective study in 60 patients (30 men and 30 women) with acetic acid poisoning. A randomization was performed on the groups, taking into account the tactics of infusion therapy: group I--15 patients who did not receive an infusion therapy at a pre-admission stage; group II--15 patients who received the infiusion therapy with solution of sodium chloride 0.9%; group III--15 patients who received the infusion therapy with modified gelatin (Gelofusinwn), group IV-15 patients who received the infusion therapy with reamberinum., Results: We found that the most favorable results were noted in patients of group IV in the early posttraumatic period.

The efficacy of a 1.5% reamberin solution possessing detoxicating, antihypoxant, antioxidant, and membrane-protective properties, used as a component of the complex infusion therapy in children with acute Epstein-Barr virus infection, has been estimated. The induction profile of endogenous interferons of three types under the action of meglumine acridone acetate and sodium acridone acetate, as well as the characteristics of the kinetics of their accumulation and circulation in the blood of experimental animals are described. Meglumine acridone acetate provided balance in induction, production and circulation of the interferons in the blood vs. sodium aeridone acetate under the same conditions. The optimal dose of meglumine acridone acetate (2.0-3.5 mg/mouse) with effective, consecutive and overlapping induction-production of the interferons ensured their prolonged (for 72 hours) circulation in the blood after a single administration.

The use of reamberin for prophylaxis of side effects was estimated in 257 patients with tuberculosis of the respiratory organs under the chemotherapy. The reference group involved 241 patients treated with the chemotherapeutics alone. For the first time we have investigaed the dynamics of the intensity of the expression of specfic peptides and proteins in blood serum in patients with the application of basic therapy, reamberin and ozonotherapy, which have allowed to open the new mechanisms of the efficiency ofthe combined therapy of the disease.

Infusion of 1.5% reamberin solution was shown to be a safe tool for combined therapy of severe viral hepatitis in drug addicts with signs of polyorganic lesions. Reamberin had detoxicating, antioxidative, hepato- and nephroprotective effects associated with clinical improvement, reduced hospital stay and normalized biochemical characteristics. Moreover, it increased the serum antioxidative potential and non-specific resistance of the patients.

The research includes 44 victims (aged 25-70 years) with severe shockogenic injuries. Reamberin was included in composition of fluid therapy of I group (n=30)and polyoxyfumaren was used in 11 group (n=14). Parameters of acid-base balance of arterial blood, VO2, VCO,, contents of lactate in mixed venous blood, parameters of central hemodynamics were measured in monitor regimen before the infusion. It was proved, that the intravenous infusion of reamberin and polyoxyfumaren accompanied by reliable rise of minute consumption of oxygen (27 and 18% respectively). The drugs decrease the lactate level in blood, reliably increase buffer capacity of blood, correct the metabolic acidosis. Both antihy-poxanthines allow the increase of minute volume of circulation: reamberin on 15%, polyoxyfumaren on 34,9%. The volemic effect of polyoxyfumaren resulted in the increase of circular plasma volume after finishing the infusion on 49,5%, in the case of reamberin - on 16%.

Two-week-long, prospective, placebo-controlled, single-blind randomized study of the effects of intravenous emoxipin (150 mg daily), reamberin (400 ml daily) and mexidol (300 mg daily) infusion on the dynamics of clinical symptoms of non-complicated recrudescence of inflammatory diseases of the uterus and its appendages (IDUA) in comparison to the standard therapy was performed. It was established that emoxipin, reamberin and mexidol administration appreciably improved the clinical state dynamics of women with recrudescence of IDUA. The effect was associated with more pronounced decrease in severity of genital and abdominal symptoms versus standard therapy results.

Reamberin was shown to improve the efficacy of the treatment of acute intestinal infections caused by opportunistic bacteria. Its introduction into combined therapy accelerated normalization of the patients' general conditions, improved their well-being, eliminated syndrome of infectious toxicosis, diarrheic and abdominal pain syndromes, decreased duration of postinfectious asthenia, had beneficial effect on biochemical and immune parameters. Reamberin reduced the level of medium-sized molecules and malonic dialdehyde to the upper normal value which suggests elimination of endogenous "metabolic" intoxication syndrome, normalization of the level of circulating immune complexes and their fractional composition. The study showed that introduction of reamberin in combined therapy of acute intestinal infections is pathogenetically justified.

Clinical and laboratory indices of intoxication and hemorheology disorders that arise during acute viral infection in children have been studied. It is established for the first time that reamberine is capable of reducing the plasma and blood viscosity and can be used in the program of infusion therapy of high blood viscosity syndrome in children with acute respiratory viral infections. One of the positive mechanisms of reamberin clinical performance is its positive impact on microcirculation and hemorheology. Thus, reamberin can be considered as a means of pathogenetic therapy in acute period of infectious toxicosis during acute respiratory viral infections in children.

The efficacy ofreamberin, remaxol, S-adenosyl-L-methionine (ademethionine) and 5% glucose solution was estimated in the treatment of patients with tuberculosis of the respiratory organs and drug hepatotoxicity signs confirmed by higher activity of liver indicative enzymes and nitrogen oxide levels. Remaxol showed a pronounced positive effect on the cytolytic syndrome signs, evident from lower activity of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase. At the same time ademethionine was superior to remaxol in the effect on the cholestatic signs and inferior in the effect on the cytolytic signs. By the effect on the activity of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase, reamberin was inferior to remaxol and superior to ademe-thionine, its effect on the cholestasis markers level vs. the other drugs being superior only to that of 5% glucose solution. As compared to reamberin, ademethionine and 5% glucose solution, remaxol promoted higher integral indices of the host antioxidant protection (total antioxidant capacity and total antioxidant status), that partially explained the drug pronounced hepatoprotective effect.

Influence of reamberin on dynamics of functional condition of mitogen-induced immunocompetent blood cells at patients with widespread purulent peritonitis is studied. It is established that investigated immunocompetent cells have regulating effect on migration of neutrophil leukocytes at widespread purulent peritonitis during all postoperative period. PHA-activated mononuclear cells don't cause inhibition of migration of neutrophil granulocytes, observed in norm. At the same time the LPS-activated monocytes lead to migration strengthening of neutrophil granulocytes, in comparison with the data received in norm. Usage of reamberin at patients with widespread purulent peritonitis renders corrective action on immunocompetent cells, changing their properties of regulation of migratory activity of neutrophil granulocytes. The revealed effects at use of reamberin most expressed by the 7-10th days of the postoperative period.

The effect of domestic 3-oxypyridine and succinic acid derivatives (emoxipin, reamberin and mexidol) included in the complex treatment of recrudescence of inflammatory diseases of the uterus and its appendages, as manifested in endometrial leucocyte infiltration (ELI) compared to lipid peroxidation products concentration in blood serum, was assessed in a short-term, prospective placebo-controlled single-blind randomized trial. It has been found that two-week infusions of emoxipin (single dose, 150 mg), reamberin (single dose, 400 ml), and mexidol (single dose, 300 mg) favor a decrease in ELI and influence ambiguously on lipid peroxidation - antioxidant (LPA) system condition in blood serum of patients. It has been found that 3-oxypyridine derivative (emoxipin) decreases the intensity of ELI, but does not affect LPA system condition. Succinic acid derivative (reamberin) is inferior to emoxipin in the degree of decreasing ELI, but reduces the concentration of the antioxidant protein ceruloplasmin. Mexidol, being 3-oxipyridine and succinic acid derivative simultaneously, exceeds reamberin in decreasing ELI, increases concentration of blood antioxidant components (alpha-tocopherol and ceruloplasmin), and decreases the level of primary isopropanol-soluble products of lipid peroxidation.

The antioxidant properties of remaxol, reamberin and ademetionine have been studied in comparison to 5 % glucose solution in a group of 120 patients with drug-induced liver injury. It is established that the inclusion of this drugs in the composition of complex therapy contributed to restoration of the antioxidant potential of the cells, which was manifested by increased activity of glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase and integral indices of antioxidant protection (total antioxidant capacity and total antioxidant status) with a relative stabilization of the level of glutathione-S-transferase. Maximum pharmacotherapeutic effect with respect to all of the studiea indices has been achieved by the use of remaxol.

A group of 66 patients with purulent-septic surgical pathology on the background of type 2 diabetes mellitus (in the compensation phase) and atherosclerosis of vessels in lower extremities (in the decompensation phase) have been studied. The status of all patients has been determined by the syndrome of systemic inflammation reaction (rated 12.4 +/- 2.2 on the APACHE II scale). Group I (n = 30) included 19 men aged 53.7 +/-7.7 and 11 women aged 54.4 +/- 9.1, which were administered reamberin (single daily dose of 500 ml for three days after operation). Group II (n = 36) included 24 men aged 56.1 +/- 9.2 and 12 women aged 51.9 +/- 8.8 with analogous pathology and general status, which received infusion therapy without reamberin. It is established that the administration of reamberin in patients with purulent-septic surgical pathology on the background of type 2 diabetes mellitus and atherosclerosis of vessels in lower extremities is patho-. genetically justified and allows the reperfusion syndrome upon various operations to be prevented and the critical state in post-operation regime to be eliminated.

The clinical efficacy of the preparation reamberin in correction of metabolic hypoxia in patients with severe thermal burn injury under septicotoxemia was studied. It was established high efficacy of the preparation in the correction of the antioxidant defense system, its considerable antitoxic activity. Established role of reamberin in maintaining the functioning of the humoral detoxication systems, and antimicrobial resistance in patients with severe thermal injury.

Histological and electron microscopic changes in the hepatic structure were studied in animals with acute experimental cholecystitis. The administration of the succinate-containing drugs reamberin and mexidole decreased the magnitude of morphological changes in the liver tissue. Morphometric examination revealed that reamberin versus mexidole showed a high efficacy in reducing the area of hepatocytic necrosis.

The cytokine profile of blood (CPB) at the patients with chronic sepsis (CS) streptococcus or mixed (by a streptococcus and to staphylococcus etiology) was studied. To beginning of the treatment at intensifying of CS at the patients was detected the substantial increase of maintenance of proinflammatory (IL - 1β, IL - 2, IL - 6, TNF -α) cytokines (CК) in the blood serum at the moderate increase of antiinflammatory CK (IL-4). Thus, indexes, characterizing correlation pro- and antiinflammatory CК was rate, that testified to predominating of proinflammatory potencies of blood. Application in the complex treatment of the patients with CS combination of modern detoxic preparation reamberin and immunoactive preparation cycloferon promotes normalizations of CK maintenance in the blood and betweennesss by them. In a clinical plan the use of the reamberin and cycloferon combination provided acceleration of CS intensifying liquidation. Finding allow to consider pathogenetic reasonable and clinically perspective application of this preparations combination in treatment of the patients with CS.

As a result of survey in process of treatment of 60 patients with severe acute poisoning complicated by the toxic-hypoxic brain edema, found that inclusion of reamberin (antihypoxant containing succinate) in basic therapy leads to increase levels of the antioxidant defense system, decrease lipid peroxidation and reduce NR2A titers of autoantibodies. Reduction of degree of toxic-hypoxic encephalopathy promotes improving the clinical course, manifested shortened duration of coma and hospital bad days.

In the present study liver detoxifying function state in children with chronic hepatitis and pigmentary hepatosis was examined. An endogenous intoxication level increase, peroxide processes and biotransformation system activation were established against the background of endotoxicosis substrate accumulation in blood. The dynamics of clinical symptoms and liver detoxifying function indicators was estimated against the background of the complex treatment with Reamberin. In our study we have noticed detoxication mechanisms improvement, and that fact has been confirmed by a decrease of endogenous intoxication level and significant middle-mass molecules decreasing in blood plasma as well as intoxication index and glutathione enzymes activity in blood.

The article deals with the materials, which have been received in the process of the examination and treatment of 44 patients with acute severe methadone poisonings. It has been revealed, that gravity of these patient's condition depends on intensity of hypoxia due to breath deficiency because of the methadone. The development of hypoxia, in its turn, cause violations of antiradical protection system and intensification of processes of peroxide lipid oxidation. It has been registered that the including of reamberin into the complex program of the intensive therapy of acute severe methadone poisonings lead to a more rapid restoration of antiradical protection system and to a decrease of activity of processes of peroxide lipid oxidation. The correction of hypoxia and free-radical violations led to improvement of the acute poisonings clinic, what had been characterized by a decrease of coma-period duration, duration of treatment with artificial lung ventilation, a decrease of secondary lung complications and a decrease of lethality.

The increase of severe cases of acute tonsillitis (AT) is presently marked. Severe cases of AT disturb immune and metabolic homoeostasis initiating the development of disease. Therapy optimization is required to select the best treatment. In patients with severe cases of AT of mixed viral/bacterial etiology before the treatment it is revealed the increase of general activity of lactatedehydrigenase (LDH) and increase of the level of cathode "anaerobic" factions LDH4+5 and the decline of concentration ATP in the blood. There was a compensatory rise of level of ADP and АМP. The substantial decline of serum interferon (CIF) activity and diminishing maintenance of α-interferon (α-IFN) and γ-interferon (γ-IFN) in the blood of the patients, that testified to oppressing of interferonogenesis. Treatment of severe cases of AT of mixed viral/bacterial etiology of modern detoxic preparation reamberin and immunoactive preparation cycloferon combination positively influences the studied laboratory indexes. The improvement of power metabolism is marked, that was characterized by normalization of level adenine nucleotides (ATP, АDP, АМP) and general activity of LDH and its izoenzimes spectrum. At the same time the increase of CIF level is set, maintenances α-IFN and γ-IFN in the blood, that testified to the improvement of interferonogenesis. The results demonstrate the therapeutic potential of reamberin and cycloferon combination for treatment of patients with AT of mixed viral/bacterial etiology.
