The description of the slag model allowing to optimize the process of steel melting in arc steel-furnace is presented. The functional possibilities of dynamic model of slag on changing of the slag composition, phosphorus extraction, magnesium oxide dissolubility, are shown at the example of model calculations.

The mathematical model for dissolution process of a powder material in steel melt is proposed in the paper. The model permits to take into account mixing hydrodynamics on the basis of the Navier-Stokes equations. One of the industrial out-of-furnace treatment schemes taken as an example demonstrates the opportunities to model a carbon dissolution in a ladle.

New method for creation of models of operative control of enterprise is offered. The computer variant of the organizational structure, based on analysis of the charging dynamics of control units, is offered and illustrated at the example of one of organizational structures of Belorussian metallurgical works.

The analysis of thermodynamic models, which can be used for calculation of phosphorus allocation in the process of melting in steel-making furnace, is presented. The results of numerical simulation of the carbonic powder mixing processes in steel-smelting bowl tub at different frequency regimes of the argon sources activation are presented. The influence of frequency switching regime of sources for the process of the carbonic powder mixing in industrial bowl, that allowed to reveal the additional opportunities, increasing efficiency of the process of the hydrodynamic mixing, is studied.

The paper contains description of the results concerning computer stress calculations in respect of a crystallizing steel (20ХЮА) ingot having 300x400 mm dimensions under round- and flat-torch injector cooling. Taking an industrial continuous casting machine as an example a comparative analysis of changes in stresses along the whole ingot length for various types of injector cooling has been carried out.

The mathematical model of the mixing and dissolving process of carbonic powder in a system '"vacuumator-bowl” under influence of circulating argon is offered. The spatial distribution of hydrodynamic currents at mixing of carbonic powder, received on the basis of computer calculations is presented. The factors, influencing on efficiency of carrying out of vacuum processing of steel at bowl vacuumator VD, are revealed. The deficiencies of the existing technology are determined and recommendations on changing of the technological parameters are worked out.

It is shown that the correct selection of lubricant for wiredrawing allows not only to improve the technological characteristics of wire for the steel wire cord spin but to guarantee the stability of adhesion characteristics of steel wire cord as well.

Computer modeling of the liquid phase length of the ingot moving in MNLZ with predetermined speed on the basis of three-dimensional equation of heat conduction and models, considering changing of carbon concentration in liquid and solid phase at crystallization, is described. There are determined effective lengths of stretch of the liquid phase which can be formed in slug with circular section.

The developments of highly abrasion-resistant material with bulk properties, able to work in condition of intense heat-changing are given. The results of the work are implemented at the mill 320/150 RUP ‘"BMZ”.

Computer calculations of tensile and compression stresses along an ingot length of 250´300 size for a group of industrial steel are conducted on the basis of the «ProNRS-2» computer system. New data about nature of surface stresses in industrial ingots of 40Х, 70К, 2С45, 20ХН3А steel grades are obtained. It is shown that the highest level of tensile stress is observed in the case of an ingot of 40X steel grade and the lowest level of this parameter is fallen at an ingot of 70К steel grade.

The theoretical and practical aspects of logistic function in the process of purchases are examined. The methodical recommendations for determination of the insurable reserve volume are given. The practical efficiency of optimization of the insurable reserve volume is shown.

The computer calculations of alternate distribution of temperatures and stresses in crystallizing round ingot with diameter 300 mm of low-carbon steel 20 are presented. There is determined the character of voltage excursion in secondary cooling zone along the length of ingot of circular section and in different cross-sections. The possibility of occurrence of asymmetry of longitudinal stresses in crosssection of ingot is theoretically shown.

The dynamics of dissolving at stirring by argon of carbonic powders, being produced by different suppliers of BMZ, is determined on the basis of computer modeling. The integral dependencies of the carbon changing in melt and of the carburizers mass on period of stirring for powders of different breakup are calculated. The criterion of dissolution of carbonic powder in steel melt is offered.

The main questions of formation and firmness of cindery foam in conditions close to the realized in blast-steel-making-furnace are considered. The nature of factors, stabilizing and breaking the cindery foam, is analyzed.

The possibility of calculation of sectional areas of adsorbed on the surface of complexes in liquid cinders with formula SiO2 — CaO at basic capacity beyond unit is shown. The calculation is carried out in the framework of the method of molecular mechanics of structure and energies of possible silicooxygen anions. The theoretical estimation of supposition about participation of cyclic anion Si3O96- and its fluorsubstituted analogs in decrease of surface tension of melted slags CaO — SiO2 — CaF2 is carried out.

The main factors of the processes of the carbon dissolving in iron melts are analyzed on the basis of different physical-chemical approaches. The calculations of parameters of the dissolving processes of powders of different fractional structure in iron melts are carried out.

The results of computer calculations of the stresses, generated in outside layer of ingot of steel 20 of circular section with diameter 300 mm, in application to one of the industrial technological schemas of RUP “BMZ”, are presented. The segments of compressive and tensile stresses formation along the length of ingot are determined and the principal possibility of production of continuously cast slug of circular section at circular-torch spray cooling is shown.

Modeling of the process of dissolving of powder carbon containing materials of various breakup in melt under effect of argon

The mathematical model for numerical analysis of' scaling of the ingots, moving with constant speed in the furnaces with graded heating and predetermined quantity of the temperature zones, is offered. The computer calculations of the temperature and scale lay forming at the ingot moving with constant speed in furnaces with five temperature zones are carried out.

The new approach to the description of the nonmetallics elimination process in the process of the out-of -furnace processing using hydrodynamic and physical-chemical models is offered. The possibility of control of the nonmetallics elimination process in the course of processing at the installation *furnace-bowl” is shown.

The technology of conversion of new kinds of hardware with profile of new type, which will allow to increase considerably the mechanical properties of concrete components and to enhance the steel economy, is considered in the article. The technology of conversion of bale hardware rolled metal, that will allow to increase considerably the solidity and to improve operating abilities of the hardware rolled metal, is also considered.In such a way the given results of work together with NIIZhB and BMZ allowed to receive the new technological decisions, the realization of which along with the steel save will increase the reliability of concrete components of buildings and installations.

The mathematical mechanism for modeling of the mixing processes of melts and powder materials, assumed as a basis of the out-of-furnace steel processing, is presented. The computer calculations of the melt speed fields, formed in the industrial bowl of the Belorussian metallurgical works, are given and analyzed.

The results of the computer calculations of the temperature and stress fields, of the crystallizing steel ingot of size 300x400 mm from steel 20ХНЗЛ at circular-flame and flat flame jet-type cooling, are presented. The comparative analysis of the stresses changes along the whole length of ingot for two types of jet-type cooling at the example of the machine of the continuous slugs casting BMZ.

There are presented the computer calculations of^ longitudinal stresses of the crystallizing continuously cast ingot, being cooled by flat-flame spray burners. The character of the stresses changes in the zone of secondary cooling along the length of ingot and in the different cross sections is established. The possibility of occurrence of the longitudinal stresses skewness in the ingot cross section is shown

There is developed the procedure of calculation of the interrelated processes of hardening and crystallization, allowing to determine the metallurgical length of the slug and parameters of zones of the acicular (dendritic) and globular (volume) crystallization

The development of metallurgical branch in current conditions stipulates the necessity of increasing of the technological processes efficiency of the rolled products production, which provide economy of energy resources, reduction of building costs of the new and reconstruction of operating plants. Tendency to enlargement of the primary part for small-section and wired mills, connected with transfer to continuous casting, arouses the necessity of their reconstruction for the purpose of increasing of discharge ability

On the basis of the system “ProNRS-2'' there are carried out the computer calculations of tensile and compressive stresses along the length of the ingot of size 250x300 mm for the group of industrial steels. There is received the information about the stresses in ingots from the steel 40X, 70K, 2C45, 20C45, 20XH3A. There is shown, that the highest level of tensile stresses is observed for the ingot from the steel 40X, and the lowest — for the ingot from the steel 70K.

In the article there is examined the question of application of the conformal images mathematical apparatus at calculations of solidification processes of casts and ingots. There is given the example of calculation of Tshaped casting in the presence of outer coolers.

There are given the results of calculation of the ingots crystal structure and continuously cast slugs indexes during the procedure of solidification (of the metal stay duration in two-phase state, of the dendritic nucleus size and medium size of iron sulfide), based on using of the experimental and theoretical methods.

Modification of liquid glass by acrylic derivative leads to the cohesion fortification and elasticity due to processing of r more fine structure of the hardening products.
