The article considers the issues of ensuring the implementation of certain areas (types) of activities in the field of fire safety, as well as provides an overview of the current changes in the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation governing them, the program of risks prevention of harm (damage) to legally protected values in the implementation of Federal state licensing control (supervision) of activities in the field of fire safety for 2024. The article also contains legislative norms, entering into force not earlier than in 2025, that establish the procedure for qualification confirming of persons engaged in fire safety activities.

Introduction. The article provides an overview of Russian and foreign studies of vandalism among children and adolescents, which is carried out in order to highlight the personal and environmental determinants of vandal activity of students, as well as to determine the possibilities of taking them into account when developing methods for preventing vandal behavior.Materials and Methods. Analysis, generalization and structuring of research results, theoretical material and practical recommendations on the problem of vandal behavior of young people.Results. The total list of publications was 1499 russian and foreign works. 44 articles were selected for analysis in accordance with the issued criteria. The content of these works allows us to characterize the essence of vandalism and its types, age, gender and personal predictors of vandalism, protective and provocative factors of vandalism in the educational and family environment, as well as directions for its prevention.Discussion and Conclusions. The analysis will provide an opportunity to consider vandalism as a form of aggressive behavior of children and adolescents and to outline the prospects for the development of a program to prevent vandalism among students. As a research perspective, the need for a more detailed empirical study of situational factors and socio-psychological determinants that act as a trigger for vandal behavior, as well as taking into account Russian sociocultural conditions, is highlighted.

The aim of the study was to increase the effectiveness of prevention of dysfunctional states of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) in elderly and senile age by developing and implementing new approaches to health education as part of the creation and implementation of the program «Prevention of diseases of the temporomandibular joint in elderly and senile». To achieve the objectives were examined 86 patients from 60 to 83 years: 25 patients with symptoms of diseases TMJ found as a result of uptake with complaints of difficulty in chewing, aesthetic dissatisfaction, and 61 patients who were sent for consultation gnathology doctors another profile under the program "Prevention of diseases of the temporomandibular joint in elderly and senile."

The article describes a program for CNID prevention, made up in 2011-2013 in JSC Sberbank of Russia. The description is given for the main components of the program, including medical part, that aimed early CNID screening and decrease of complication development risk; and marketing part, aimed on promotion of healthy life style with use of modern marketing technologies. The data provided on efficacy of the program at temporary invalidity costs, and increase of emplyer reputation. At the end the article concerns on brief review of complications occuring during program performing in a gross bank.

The article reviews the rates of incidence, late diagnosis and mortality from kidney cancer in Primorsky Krai. The authors address the issues of improving primary and specialized medical care by introducing a three-level health care system and restructuring of hospital beds. They propose a new medical technology for assessing the individual risk of kidney cancer and present a program of measures and organizational modules for prevention, early diagnosis and reduction of mortality from kidney cancer.
