Стартап AETech LLC занимается разработкой Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¹ в области Ð±Ð¸Ð¾Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¹. Продуктом компании является профилактическое средство развития заболеваний пародонта, пародонта и слизистой оболочки полости рта. Компания планирует производство только за пределами рынка РФ. Таким образом, целью данного исследования является разработка комплекса рекомендаций по выводу Ð±Ð¸Ð¾Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ стартапа AETech LLC на рынок стран Евросоюза с учетом отсутствия опыта работы AETech LLC на этом рынке. A start-up company AETech LLC is developing new technologies in the field of biotechnology. The company's product is a prophylactic agent for the development of periodontal, periodontal and oral mucosa diseases. The company plans to produce it only outside the Russian market. Thus, the purpose of this study is to develop a set of recommendations for the introduction of a biotech startup AETech LLC to the EU market, considering the lack of experience of AETech LLC in this market. The biotechnology market is actively developing in the European Union, but detailed studies on the internationalization of biotech start-ups are not freely available. Therefore, it was decided to develop a descriptive study collecting data from different sources on political, economic, social, and industrial levels in order to have an overview of the EU market in terms of its prospects for internationalization of a biotech start-up AETech LLC. Subsequently, statistical methods were applied to assess in which countries the AETech LLC startup could be in demand and a set of recommendations for its internationalization were developed.

The subject of the research is the development of the real sector of the economy as a core element in the complex of sustainable spatial development of Russia. It is through the real sector of the economy that the effectiveness of processes of development and saturation of the Russian national space is ensured. Domestic investments as a factor attribute of economic growth and development are conditioned by objective assessment of economic realities and trends in public administration. However, the scientific foresight is essential for the investment process. The former, in fact, ensures the sustainable development of the economy. The purpose of the paper was to substantiate, with account for world trends and existing domestic macroeconomic features and factors (external and internal), the use of the road mapping method for creating an effective investment mechanism aimed at the development and growth of the real sector of the national economy. The relevance of the research stems from the fact that it reveals the principles and attributes of the foresight technology the concept of which is essential for understanding the structure and specifics of using the roadmap approach as one of the most effective management methods for the implementation of forecasting and planning functions according to foreign practices. The advantages and preferred vectors of the roadmap as a method of the foresight research technology are shown. The types of roadmaps for the development of individual investment objects including industries/businesses, enterprises/companies and regions are considered. Along with that, the features common for all mapping objects, attributes and elements of regional road mapping are highlighted. It is concluded that it is necessary to combine the methods of foresight and GIS technologies.

Summary. Currently, the construction industry in Russia is actively used tools road maps aimed at the implementation of measures to improve the business environment in the industry. Their implementation faces a number of obstacles arising from the inadequate accounting risks. As a result, the effectiveness of action plans is significantly different from the planned indicators. When implementing the road maps in the construction sector there are many risks, chief among which are: the risks of insufficient scientific support, the country risks, regional risks, industry, social and other types of risks. One of the main currently are legal risks, as required for the implementation of the road map legislative support is often lacking, and its adoption or amendment of existing rules is delayed. Only the sound management of these categories of risk will achieve positive changes in the planned construction. We can conclude that the road map implemented in the construction of a conceptually new tool in solving accumulated problems in the industry. Produced research shows quite high efficiency implementation of the roadmap for specific projects at the regional level. However, the high probability of failure inherent goals due to insufficient account of risks can significantly degrade the planned results.
