The possibilities of operational control of the parameters of liquid fuels and lubricants with impurities using the resonator method of microwave dielectrometry are considered. Preliminary studies of liquid fuels and lubricants (gasolines, diesel fuels, kerosene, oils) showed that the values ​​of the real and imaginary components of the complex dielectric constant of the listed fuels and lubricants are in the operating range of the resonator microwave dielectrometer. The high resolution of the microwave resonator method determines the prospects of using this method for analyzing the complex dielectric constant of mixtures of fuels and lubricants with various impurities, including water, alcohols, benzene, etc. For a mixture of gasoline with benzene, it was experimentally established that with a small addition of benzene (no more than 15%), an increase in the real component of the complex dielectric constant of the mixture is observed, and with a benzene content exceeding 15%, an increase in both components of the complex dielectric constant of the mixture takes place. The process has also been installed, but the NHF dielectrometer has made it possible to identify the transformer in real time due to the presence of water in the amount of 14, 28 and 56 grams per ton of oil. The research results indicate that the microwave dielectrometry method can be considered promising for monitoring the quality of transformer oil both during the filling process and for monitoring its quality during the operation of high-voltage transformers. The results of the initial stage of research on alcohol gasolines have not yet revealed the predominant effect of the alcohol additive on the location of the experimental points on the complex plane. Для смеси бензина с бензолом экспериментально установлено, что при небольшой добавке бензола (не более 15 %) наблюдается возрастание действительной составляющей комплексной диэлектрической проницаемости смеси, а при содержании бензола, превышающем 15%, имеет место возрастание обеих составляющих комплексной диэлектрической проницаемости смеси. В процессе исследований также было установлено, что СВЧ диэлектрометр обеспечил возможность идентифицировать в реальном времени образцы трансформаторного масла при наличии в них воды в количестве 14, 28 и 56 грамм на тонну масла. Результаты исследований свидетельствуют, что метод СВЧ диэлектрометрии может считаться перспективным для контроля качества трансформаторного масла как в процессе заливки, так и для контроля его качества в процессе эксплуатации высоковольтных трансформаторов. Результаты начального этапа исследований спиртовых бензинов пока не позволили выявить преобладающее влияние спиртовой добавки на расположение экспериментальных точек на комплексной плоскости. Данное обстоятельство, вероятно, связано с тем, что спиртовые бензины с близким октановым числом могут иметь существенно отличающийся химический состав., Розглянуто можливості оперативного контролю параметрів рідких пально-мастильних матеріалів (ПММ) з домішками за допомогою резонаторного методу НВЧ діелектрометрії. Попередні дослідження рідких ПММ (бензини, дизельні палива, гаси, олії) показали, що величини дійсної та уявної складових комплексної діелектричної проникності перерахованих ПММ знаходяться в робочому діапазоні резонаторного НВЧ діелектрометра. Висока роздільна здатність НВЧ резонаторного методу визначає перспективність використання даного методу для аналізу комплексної діелектричної проникності сумішей ПММ з різними домішками, включаючи воду, спирти, бензол та ін. Для суміші бензину з бензолом експериментально встановлено, що при невеликій добавці бензолу (не більше 15 %) спостерігається зростання дійсної складової комплексної діелектричної проникності суміші, а при вмісті бензолу, що перевищує 15 %, має місце зростання обох складових комплексної діелектричної проникності суміші. У процесі досліджень також було встановлено, що НВЧ діелектрометр забезпечив можливість ідентифікувати в реальному часі зразки трансформаторної олії за наявності води в кількості 14, 28 і 56 грам на тонну масла. Результати досліджень свідчать, що метод НВЧ діелектрометрії може вважатися перспективним для контролю якості трансформаторного масла як у процесі заливання, так і для контролю якості в процесі експлуатації високовольтних трансформаторів. Результати початкового етапу досліджень спиртових бензинів поки що не дозволили виявити переважний вплив спиртової добавки на розташування експериментальних точок на комплексній площині. Ця обставина, найімовірніше, пов'язана з тим, що спиртові бензини з близьким октановим числом можуть мати хімічний склад, що істотно відрізняється.

В данной выпускной работе бакалавра было проведено комплексное обследование маслонаполненного измерительного трансформатора тока типа ТФЗМ-110 кВ и разработана оценка ресурса аппарата. Главной целью работы являлось показать, что своевременное и классифицированное определение Ð»ÑŽÐ±Ñ‹Ñ Ð½ÐµÐ´Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚ÐºÐ¾Ð² и старения изоляции значительно может продлить срок службы аппарата. Был проведён анализ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ðº трансформатора тока, а также была разработана диагностическая система оценки надёжности изоляции. Произведён анализ Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ¸ изоляции трансформатора на Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð¿Ð°Ñ ÐµÐ³Ð¾ эксплуатации, начиная с разработки, заканчивая полным обслуживанием той или иной части изоляции. Также была проработана методика оценки ресурса измерительного трансформатора тока на Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð¿Ð°Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐ¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ и эксплуатации аппарата. Была обоснована эффективность использования Ñ‚Ñ€Ñ‘Ñ ÑÑ‚ÑƒÐ¿ÐµÐ½Ñ‡Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ контроля при измерении Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ðº изоляции. В Ñ†ÐµÐ»ÑÑ Ð¾Ð±ÐµÑÐ¿ÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ поддержания ресурса жизненного цикла измерительного трансформатора тока сделаны выводы по Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸ внедрения планово-Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚. The main goal of the work was to show that timely and classified identification of any deficiencies and aging of the insulation service can prolong the life of the apparatus. An analysis of the characteristics of the current transformer was carried out, and a diagnostic system for assessing the reliability of insulation was carried out. The analysis of the characteristics of the insulation of the transformer at various stages of its operation, from development to the full stage of maintenance of one or another part of the insulation, is carried out. A methodology for assessing the measuring current transformer at various stages of the design and operation of the apparatus was worked out. The effectiveness of the use of three-stage control when measuring insulation was substantiated. In ensuring the maintenance of the life cycle of the measuring current transformer, conclusions on the need for the implementation of preventive work plans. For the visual application of the assessment of the resource and quality of insulation, an experiment was set up describing the actions of ultrasonic, thermal imaging and vibration devices.

Рассмотрено влияние изоляционных материалов, входящих в конструкцию маслонаполненного электрооборудования, присадок и ряда эксплуатационных факторов (температура, электрические разряд и дуга) на свойства трансформаторного масла. Выявлено, что наибольшее влияние оказывает термическое разложение как самого масла, так и материала изоляции в условиях мощного электрического разряда с затянувшимся процессом горения электрической дуги в масле. На основе рассмотренного предложено модернизировать внутреннее пространство баков маслонаполненного электрооборудования путем использования покрытия стенок бака термо- и дугостойкой керамикой с неорганическими наполнителями и внутренне встроенными в керамику датчиками. Предложенное позволит: 1) увеличить параметры надежности маслонаполненного электрооборудования за счет лучшего охлаждения и контроля начала процесса образования дуги в реальном масштабе времени (за счет встроенных датчиков); 2) полностью исключить образование мыльных осадков; 3) иметь экспериментальные данные маслонаполненного электрооборудования с используемой маркой ТМ, влиянии добавок и присадок на стабильность и эксплуатационные параметры масла для каждого класса напряжения маслонаполненного электрооборудования. Это, в свою очередь, позволит постоянно улучшать качество трансформаторного масла и в итоге улучшать эксплуатационные и надежностные показатели маслонаполненного электрооборудования. Показаны два метода определения параметров трансформаторного масла ‒ диэлектроскопический и мостовой. The paper presents the results of experiments to improve the performance of insulating paper as a component of high-voltage paper-impregnated insulation by introducing the modifying additive into the paper mass. Environmentally safe and economically feasible method of obtaining modifying additives of the chitin-glucan complex of Aspergillus niger (A.n.) which is a large-tonnage waste production of citric acid is proposed. The modifying additive was introduced into the paper mass in an amount of 5–10% to the mass of absolutely dry fiber of sulfate insulating cellulose. The paper samples were subjected to accelerated thermal aging at 140°C for 250 hours. The values of the short – term electrical strength of the samples with the modifying additive, both in the initial and in the aged state, exceeded the similar characteristic of the paper sample without additives. for the paper made of 100% cellulose after 250 hours of accelerated thermal aging the maximal mechanical tensile strength decreased by 2.1 times; for paper containing 5% HGC A.n. – by 1.5 times and for the insulating paper, which was introduced into 10% of the modifying additive, the specified parameter during the test has not changed. Comparative evaluation of the sorption activity of the cellulose component was carried out by determining the light transmission coefficient of transformer oil relative to the standard at the process of thermal aging. Предложен экологически безопасный и экономически целесообразный способ получения модифицирующей добавки из хитин-глюканового комплекса Aspergillus niger (ХГК A.n.) – многотоннажного отхода производства лимонной кислоты. Модифицирующую добавку вводили в бумажную массу в количестве 5–10% к массе абсолютно сухого волокна сульфатной электроизоляционной целлюлозы. Образцы бумаги подвергали ускоренному термическому старению при температуре 140°С в течение 250 ч. Значения кратковременной электрической прочности образцов бумаги с модифицирующей добавкой как в исходном, так и в состаренном состоянии превосходили аналогичную характеристику образца бумаги без добавок. Введение в состав целлюлозной основы модифицирующей добавки способствовало повышению нагревостойкости бумаги, сохраняя показатель механической прочности на высоком уровне в процессе длительного термического старения: у бумаги из 100% целлюлозы после 250 ч ускоренного термического старения предел механической прочности на разрыв снизился в 2.1 раза; у бумаги, содержащей 5% ХГК А.n. – в 1.5 раза, а у бумаги, в состав которой было введено 10% модифицирующей добавки, указанный показатель за время испытаний не изменился. Сравнительная оценка сорбционной активности целлюлозного компонента проводилась путем определения коэффициента светопропускания трансформаторного масла относительно эталона в процессе термического старения. Установлено, что модификация электроизоляционной бумаги биополимером также повышает ее сорбционную активность по отношению к продуктам деструкции компонентов бумажно-пропитанной изоляции в условиях каталитического влияния меди.

Електрична міцність трансформаторної оливи є основними експлуатаційними показниками, що визначає термін служби рідкої ізоляції. В процесі експлуатації трансформаторного масла на його електричну міцність впливають різні домішки. У зв'язку з цим, в даній роботі проведено огляд впливають домішок на даний основний експлуатаційний показник масла. Наведено результати очищення відпрацьованих трансформаторних масел з метою підвищення їх електричну міцність. Для проведення експериментальних досліджень розроблений керамічний мембранний фільтр, призначений для очищення відпрацьованого трансформаторного масла від механічних домішок. Очищення відпрацьованих трансформаторної оливи розчинних і зволожених домішок застосований адсорбційний спосіб. Як адсорбенти використаний силікагель і цеоліт. Очищення відпрацьованих трансформаторних олив з використанням керамічного мембранного фільтру і адсорбентів здійснювалася за розробленою схемою автором. The results of purification of waste transformer oils with the purpose of increasing their electrical strength are given. A ceramic membrane filter designed for cleaning spent transformer oil from mechanical impurities was developed for carrying out experimental studies. Purification of waste transformer oils of soluble and moistened impurities is applied by the adsorption method. Silicagel and zeolite are used as adsorbents. Purification of waste transformer oils using a ceramic membrane filter and adsorbents was carried out according to the developed scheme by the author. The final cleaning of each oil sample with a ceramic membrane filter allowed to increase the breakdown voltage up to 60 kV.

The actual issue of the electric power industry is the diagnostics of equipment to timely detection of emerging defects and their prevention. The aim of presented work is the development of a method for monitoring the state of transformer equipment based on the determination of structuralgroup composition of transformer oil. The goal is achieved by measuring spectra of oil in the near-IR (infrared) region. The method of investigation is approximation of obtained spectra of transformer oils on the basis of reference compounds spectra. A new method for determining the structural group composition of oils was proposed. It is distinguished by a significant simplicity and directly related to the characteristics of the molecules in comparison with the existing methods for determining the structural group composition from nomograms. Optical spectra in the near-IR range of fresh and used samples of GK transformer oil in the range of 10250-11750 cm-1 were recorded and analyzed. It was shown that during the aging transformer oil fraction of CH2-groups decreases, CH3-groups fraction increases somewhat, CH-groups fraction is significantly increased, thereby confirming the effect of increasing the proportion of aromatics in such systems reducing the amount of cycloalkanes, paraffins are most stable. This fact can be used to develop monitoring systems for power oil-filled transformers. Determination of the structural group composition of the oil and its changes during operation will allow monitoring the oil condition, the technical condition of the transformer and to determine the origin of thermal and discharge defects.

In the process of work, it was found that the latest models of devices for testing transformer oils have great advantages in comparison with previous models. In this paper, we consider the problems related to measuring and analyzing the characteristics of partial discharges which are the main instrument for oil-filled high-voltage electrical equipment diagnosing. The experiments on recording of partial discharges in transformer oil have been carried out in the “point-plane” electrode system at alternating current. The instantaneous voltage and the apparent charge have been measured depending on the root-mean-square voltage and the phase angle of partial discharges. This paper aimes at carrying out a statistical analysis of the obtained experimental results, in particular, the construction of a parametric probabilistic model of the dependence of the partial discharge inception voltage distribution on the value of the root-mean-square voltage. It differs from usual discharges which occur in liquid dielectric materials in case of sharp inhomogeneous electrode system. It has been suggested that discharges of a different type are the discharges in gas bubbles that occur when partial discharges in a liquid emerge. This assumption is confirmed by the fact that the number of such discharges increases with increasing the root-meansquare voltage value. It is the main novelty of this paper. This corresponds to the nature of the occurrence of such discharges. After rejecting the observations corresponding to discharges in gas bubbles, a parametric probabilistic model has been constructed. The model obtained makes it possible to determine the probability of partial discharge occurrence in a liquid at a given value of the instantaneous voltage depending on the root-mean-square voltage.&nbsp

Gas solubility factor values in transformer oil are of paramount importance because they provide an opportunity to study results of dissolved gases in oil-filled equipment, to make a correct interpretation of results and to analyze free gases in gas relay. On the basis of foreign and domestic sources this paper considers factors which have impact on gas solubility factor values. Temperature dependence of gas solubility factors is discussed in more detail and analytical expression for its calculation is offered by authors with respect to the analysis of free gases in gas relay. Значения коэффициентов растворимости газов в трансформаторном масле важны для получения результатов анализа растворенных в масле газов маслонаполненного оборудования и корректной их интерпретации, в том числе для анализа свободных газов из газового реле. В работе проанализированы факторы, влияющие на значения коэффициентов растворимости, на основе зарубежных и отечественных источников. Более подробно рассмотрена температурная зависимость коэффициентов растворимости и предложена формула ее учета при анализе свободных газов газового реле.

Рассматривается высокочувствительный измеритель влагосодержания в неполярных жидких диэлектриках. Аргументированы пути повышения чувствительности классического диэлькометрического метода. Приводится описание разработанной конструкции измерителя влажности на основе ступенчатого неоднородного коаксиального резонатора. Purpose. Objective is to create a moisture meter for non-polar liquid dielectrics with low volumetric moisture content of more than 10⁻³ %. Methodology. Moisture measuring is based on dielcometric method. It is implemented as a resonant method of determining a capacitance measuring transducer. Measuring transducer capacitive type has a working and parasitic capacitance. It was suggested the definition of moisture on four of resonance frequencies: when the measuring transducer is turned off, one by one filled with air, "dry" and investigated liquid, to determine the parasitic capacitance of the measuring generator, and the parasitic capacitance of the measuring transducer and humidity. Measurement frequency was increased up to microwave range to increase the sensitivity. Measuring transducer with distributed parameters representing a step heterogeneous coaxial resonator is used by. This measuring transducer has a zero stray capacitance, because the potential electrode has a galvanic connection with an external coaxial electrode. Inductive ties loop is used to neglect parasitic capacitance of the measuring generator, and to increase the quality factor of the system. Measuring moisture is reduced to measuring the two frequencies of resonance frequency and "dry" and investigated liquid. Resonant characteristics transducer in a step inhomogeneous coaxial resonator have been investigated to determine the quality factor of filled with air and transformer oil, and experiments to measure the moisture content in transformer oil have been conducted. Results. Measuring transducer of distributed type is developed and researched – it is step inhomogeneous coaxial resonator. It has a smaller geometric length and larger scatter of the first and second resonant frequencies. Expression is obtained for determination of moisture on the basis of two resonant frequencies. The formula of the two frequencies to determine the moisture is correct. Resonant characteristics are obtained for measuring transducer. Its quality factor has been determined – it does not depend on what it is filled with air or oil. The moisture content in transformer oil for the amount of water to 10⁻³ % with an error of no more than 6.7 % has been determined. Originality. It has been proposed to use of an inhomogeneous step coaxial resonator as a measuring transducer. Original high sensitive moisture meter for the fluid at rest and flowing fluid with low values of parasitic capacitances has been developed and researched. An original method of determining the moisture by measuring the two frequencies of resonance has been proposed and implemented. Practical value. This meter may be used to determine moisture in any of the non-polar liquid with high speed and accuracy. Moisture meter can be used in electrical engineering, aeronautical engineering, in the chemical and food industries.

В статье рассмотрены следующие факторы, влияющие на систематическую погрешность измерения влагосодержания эмульсии диэлькометрическим методом в резонансном режиме: относительный температурный коэффициент диэлектрической проницаемости трансформаторного масла; зависимость величины объемного влагосодержания от температуры эмульсии; изменение геометрических размеров и, соответственно, изменение величины емкости измерительного преобразователя от температуры; влияние барометрического давление воздуха на диэлектрическую проницаемость; влияние содержания растворенного воздуха в эмульсии. Проведен анализ и расчеты для численного определения величины существенных факторов, оказывающих значительное влияние на систематическую погрешность при измерении влагосодержания. Даны рекомендации для уменьшения влияния несущественных факторов. The article discusses the following factors affecting the systematic error moisture content measurement: the relative temperature coefficient of dielectric permittivity of transformer oil, the dependence of the volumetric water content of the emulsion temperature, changing the geometric dimensions and accordingly the change in the capacitance of the transmitter on the temperature, the effect of barometric pressure on the dielectric constant, the effect of air dissolution process in emulsion. It was determined that significant impacts on the systematic errors are: relative temperature coefficient of dielectric permittivity of transformer oil, the dependence of the volumetric water content of the emulsion temperature. The systematic errors introduced by the barometric pressure are less than the desired technical precision determination of moisture content. To reduce the influence of dissolved air an evacuation of transformer oil and emulsions is offered.

В работе рассмотрена роль трансформаторов в энергосети, бумажно-масляная изоляция силовых трансформаторов. Самым слабым звеном изоляции является жидкий диэлектрик, мониторинг состояния которого является важной задачей. До сих пор не предусмотрен ряд параметров, по значениям которых можно составить полную картину состояния трансформаторного масла. Особый интерес представляют оптические методы мониторинга состояния жидкого диэлектрика, так как они просты в исполнении и не требуют специальной подготовки образцов. Также в работе рассмотрен вопрос совместимости трансформаторных масел марок ГК и MIDEL 7131, а также смесей на их основе. Проводится исследование значений оптических и электрофизических параметров образцов, на основании которых можно ответить на вопрос о применимости смесей данных трансформаторных масел в реальном трансформаторе.

Приведено описание коаксиальной конструкции измерительного преобразователя для определения низких концентраций влагосодержания в трансформаторном масле. Представлены результаты определения влагосодержания при малых концентрациях 0,1%- 2% по методике, основанной на использовании диэлькометрического метода в резонансном режиме. Методика позволяет рассчитывать влагосодержание по результатам измерения собственных резонансных частот для двух вариантов заполнения измерительного преобразователя: чистым маслом, испытываемым маслом и при отключенном измерительном преобразователе. Приведены погрешности измеренных частотомером Ч3-34 резонансных частот и влагосодержания испытываемого масла с известной заранее концентрацией воды. The description of the coaxial design of the transducer for determining of low concentrations of moisture content in transformer oil is considered. The results of determining of the moisture content at low concentrations of 0.1% - 2% on the procedure which is based on the use of the dielcometric method in resonant mode are given. The technique allows to calculate the moisture content by measuring a self resonant frequency for the two options of filling the transducer: clean oil, oil for testing, and switched off transducer. A measurement errors of resonant frequencies and the moisture content of the tested oil with a known in advance concentration of water which are gotten by the frequency meter «Ч3-34» are shown.
