Рассмотрена схема работы турбокомпрессора. Представлены положительные и отрицательные стороны систем с применением турбокомпрессоров. Изучены существующие способы улучшения эксплуатационных характеристик систем с применением турбокомпрессоров. Рассмотрены новые технологии усовершенствования элементов турбокомпрессора. Произведена оценка возможности применения композитных материалов для изготовления элементов турбокомпрессора. The scheme of operation of the turbocharger is considered. The positive and negative sides of systems using turbochargers are presented. The existing methods of improving the operational characteristics of systems using turbochargers have been studied. New technologies for improving turbocharger elements are considered. The possibility of using composite materials for the manufacture of turbocharger elements has been evaluated.

The authors showed the necessity to develop a rear-wheel drive hybrid mobile agricultural vehicle with electric drive and power plant. (Research purpose) To develop and study a new kinematic scheme of a mobile vehicle based on a self-propelled tractor T-16 chassis, which provides increased reliability, comfortable working conditions for the operator, a significant improvement in the environmental situation, and better economic efficiency. (Materials and methods) The authors listed the advantages of the new hybrid vehicle kinematic scheme. They gave the comparative technical characteristics of a diesel engine and an asynchronous electric motor. They developed a new methodology for calculating gas turbine engine technical parameters and described the production process of an electric drive with a capacity of 11 kilowatts to drive the driving wheels. The authors gave a thermal design of the compressor parameters, turbine. They calculated the excess air ratio. According to the parameters obtained, a K27-145 turbocharger was chosen, which simultaneously served as a turbine and a compressor of a gas turbine engine. A kinematic diagram was created with a gas turbine electric generator, storage batteries, an asynchronous frequency-controlled motor and a mechanical gearbox. (Results and discussion) The authors proposed to use a mobile vehicle as a mobile power plant: an output socket with a voltage of 220-230 volts operated from an inverter connected to batteries; the second socket – with a three-phase voltage of 400 volts – from the generator of the power gas turbine plant. (Conclusions) It was proved that the proposed hybrid mobile vehicle design on a battery and a gas turbine was capable of operating throughout the entire working day, and to provide 16 horsepower of a diesel engine, it was enough to install an asynchronous electric motor with a capacity of 7.5 kilowatts. The authors calculated the compressor performance of the gas turbine engine, which was 0.178 kilograms per second. The geometric parameters of the combustion chamber and the technical characteristics of the turbocharger were determined.

A technical solution is proposed aimed at improving the efficiency of the turbocharger of the diesel engine of military tracked vehicles, which is achieved by supplying compressed air from the compressor discharge pipe to the turbocharger turbine in braking, low loads and idle modes. A mathematical model of the diesel engine operation during the supply of compressed air by a compressor to the turbine has been developed, using which the efficiency of the proposed technical solution is calculated. Предложено техническое решение, направленное на улучшение эффективности работы турбокомпрессора дизельного двигателя военных гусеничных машин, что достигается за счет подвода сжатого воздуха из нагнетательного патрубка компрессора к турбине турбокомпрессора на режимах торможения, малых нагрузок и холостого хода. Разработана математическая модель работы дизельного двигателя при подводе сжатого компрессором воздуха к турбине, с использованием которой рассчитана эффективность предложенного технического решения.

Для повышения ресурса подшипникового узла турбокомпрессора обеспечен не только стабильный гидродинамический упор при вращении ротора на повышенных скоростях, а и охлаждающий эффект. В статье представлено краткое исследование динамики разгона вала турбокомпрессора при работе силовой установки с дизельным двигателем на переходных режимах работы. По результатам исследования предложено техническое решение по улучшению воздухоснабжения дизельного двигателя на переходных режимах работы. The article presents a brief research of the dynamics of the acceleration of the turbocharger shaft when operating a power plant with a diesel engine in transient operating modes. Based on the results of the research, a technical solution was proposed to improve the air supply of a diesel engine in transient operating modes.

Выполнение по полученным результатам расчетов чертежей поперечного и продольного разреза двигателя., This thesis project is dedicated to the development of an automotive diesel internal combustion engine for a 180-kW off-road vehicle. In the course of this research work, the following tasks were solved: 1. Review of literature sources in the internal combustion engine engineering field, comparing already released engines of the same class to the market, description of the designed engine; 2. Engine working process calculation by the Grinevetsky-Masing method, designing the indicator diagram; 3. Dynamic characteristics calculation of forces, moments, reactions arising in the elements of the engine and acting on the parts of the crank-connecting rod mechanism. Consideration of the engine balance issue and the solution of the problem of eliminating the dynamic imbalance to the required level; 4. Fuel supply, lubrication, and cooling system calculation and design; 5. Strength calculation of the engine parts: crankshaft, piston, wrist pin, connecting rod; 6. High-pressure air supply calculation; 7. Building a full-size 3D model and developing a visual engine workflow in SOLIDWORKS CAD; 8. Drawing, according to the results of calculations, cross and longitudinal sections of the engine.

Over the past few decades reduction in pollutant emissions has become one of the main directions for further deve- lopment of engine technology. Solution of such problems has led to implementation of catalytic post-treatment systems, new technologies of fuel injection, technology for regulated phases of gas distribution, regulated turbocharger system and, lately, even system for variable compression ratio of engine. Usage of gaseous fuel, in particular gas-diesel process, may be one of the means to reduce air pollution caused by toxic substances and meet growing environmental standards and regulations. In this regard, an analysis of methods for organization of working process for a gas-diesel engine has been conducted in the paper. The paper describes parameters that influence on the nature of gas diesel process, it contains graphics of specific total heat consumption according to ignition portion of diesel fuel and dependence of gas-diesel indices on advance angle for igni-tion portion injection of the diesel fuel. A modern fuel system of gas-diesel engine ГД-243 has been demonstrated in the pa- per. The gas-diesel engine has better environmental characteristics than engines running on diesel fuel or gasoline. According to the European Natural & bio Gas Vehicle Association a significant reduction in emissions is reached at a 50%-substitution level of diesel fuel by gas fuel (methane) and in such a case there is a tendency towards even significant emission decrease. In order to ensure widespread application of gaseous fuel as fuel for gas-diesel process it is necessary to develop a new wor- king process, to improve fuel equipment, to enhance injection strategy and fuel supply control. A method for organization of working process for multi-fuel engine has been proposed on the basis of the performed analysis. An application has been submitted for a patent.

В ходе численных исследований выполнено численное моделирование в трехмерной постановке процессов газодинамики в компрессорных и турбинных ступенях системы двухступенчатого турбонаддува ДВС. Представлены результаты численных исследований в компрессорных и турбинных ступенях двухступенчатого турбонаддува: поле давлений, поле температур в проточных частях компрессорных и турбинных ступеней. Выполнен совместный численный трехмерный расчет компрессорных ступеней в системе двухступенчатого турбонаддува ДВС. Создана функциональная одномерная модель дизельного восьмицилиндрового двигателя с системой двухступенчатого турбонаддува. Получена зависимость степени повышения давления πк от расхода воздуха Gк при совместной работе двух компрессорных ступеней., The results of numerical studies in the compressor and turbine stages of a two-stage turbocharging are presented: the pressure fi eld, the temperature fi eld in the fl ow parts of the compressor and turbine stages. A joint numerical three-dimensional calculation of compressor stages in a two-stage turbocharged ICE system was performed. A functional one-dimensional model of a diesel eight-cylinder engine with a two-stage turbocharging system has been created. Турбокомпрессор применяется для увеличения мощности двигателя без изменения его внутренней конструкции. Однако напряжённость режима работы турбокомпрессоров при резком изменении частоты вращения коленчатого вала и нагрузочных показателей во время эксплуатации техники требует обеспечения эффективной смазки подшипников его ротора. Для решения проблемы разработана новая конструкция индивидуальной системы смазки подшипникового узла турбокомпрессора двигателя внутреннего сгорания. В статье представлены конечные формулы, которые позволяют провести расчёт всех параметров индивидуальной системы смазки подшипникового узла турбокомпрессора, то есть определить значения всех проектных параметров системы смазки (параметры масляного насоса, гидроаккумулятора, маслопроводящих трубок, фильтра тонкой очистки), которые необходимы для изготовления действующего образца индивидуальной системы смазки подшипникового узла., A turbocharger is used to increase engine power without changing its internal design. However, the intensity of the turbocharger operating mode with a sharp change in the speed of the crankshaft and load indicators during operation of the equipment requires effective lubrication of the bearings of its rotor. To solve the problem, a new design of an individual lubrication system for the bearing assembly of the internal combustion engine turbocharger has been developed. To provide a good deal of manufacturing processes, is used a compressed air, which is produced by compressors of various types, including turbochargers. In highlands, the turbocharger operation is characterized by the fact that the actual performance of the turbochargers differ significantly from the certified values, and the compressed air parameters do not always guarantee the smooth and efficient functioning of using equipment. The conducted theoretical and experimental studies have found out that the highland has impact on the probability of emerging surge. The paper proposes a method to determine a performance margin, which can reduce the overcapacity, i.e., to bring the operating point to the border zone of the surge without opening the anti-surge valve.The paper presents research results of the turbochargers of the type 4CI 425MX4, a series of "CENTAC" manufactured by INGERSOL – RAND, made under production-line conditions in the highland under severe weather conditions.A boundary position of the surge can significantly vary depending on the atmospheric air condition (pressure, temperature, humidity). Knowing the current position of the surge zone and the operating point of the compressor it is possible to regulate the compressor capacity so that, when moving the operating point in the area of low consumption, to provide maximum approximation of the operating point to the border zone of the surge without opening the anti-surge valve. The performance margin relative to the border of surge margin sets the lower limit of regulation and its choice depends on the speed of the operating point movement towards reducing consumption.A reliably determined starting point of the unstable turbocharger operation is an important component to maintain the reliable operation of the air-compressed installations. As follows from the data in the article, the borders of the starting surge and the line of the maximum acceleration of the operating point movement towards surge with decreasing density of the intake air are moved to the left of the operating point, and the value of surge margin increases. The turbocharger stability in highland conditions, when moving the operating point in the area of low consumption is increased.

The paper proposes the design of a gas turbine unit based on a car turbocharger. In the course of the project, a thermal circuit, thermal, gas-dynamic, technical-economic and numerical gas-dynamic calculations were developed and solid-state model was built. В работе предложена конструкция газотурбинной установки на основе автомобильного турбокомпрессора. В ходе проекта выполнена разработка тепловой схемы, тепловой, газодинамический, техникоэкономический и численный газодинамический расчеты, построена твердотельная модель.

В работе исследованы особенности динамики ротора ГПА, связанные с неконсервативными составляющими реакций сегментных подшипников, а также нелинейностями квазиупругих сил. Расчёты проведены на основе нелинейной дискретной модели, эквивалентные массы которой рассчитывались методом идентификации по данным расчёта свободных колебаний КЕ-модели ротора. Изначально рассматривалась дискретная трехмассовая модель, которая затем в силу приблизительной симметрии двух опорного ротора была заменена двух массовой.

In this work, a micro-gas turbine installation was designed on the basis of an automobile turbocompressor domestic production, during which a number of calculations were carried out, including numerical simulation of gas dynamics of turbomachinery and technical and economic calculation. В данной работе проведено проектирование микрогазотурбинной установки на основе автомобильного турбокомпрессора отечественного производства, в ходе которого был проведен ряд расчетов в том числе численное моделирование газодинамики турбомашин и технико-экономический расчет.

Как показали исследования последних лет, в ряде случаев колебания роторов турбокомпрессоров носят существенно полигармонический характер. Несинхронные субгармонические составляющие при относительно высоких частотах вращения могут достигать опасных амплитуд и служить признаком потери устойчивости. Наряду с экспериментальными исследованиями необходим теоретический анализ, основанный на создании достоверных дискретных нелинейных моделей роторных систем и анализе полигармонических колебаний, получаемых с помощью численного интегрирования этих моделей.

Розроблена спрощена двомасова модель динаміки роторної системи, яка враховує нелінійні реакції рідинного шару підшипників ковзання. Для цієї моделі ротор попередньо приводиться до дискретної системи, в якій еквівалентні маси оцінюються по даним розрахунку власних частот та форм МКЕ- моделі ротора. На основі використання програм чисельного інтегрування систем диференціальних рівнянь та спектрального аналізу виявлені закономірності впливу підшипників на стійкість та розвиток амплітуд субгармонійних складових по мірі зростання частоти обертання. Показано, що втрата стійкості відбувається при частотах обертання, які перевищують потрійну першу критичну. Встановлено, що опір підшипників в реальних межах зміни (при можливих коливаннях температури та часу експлуатації) мало впливає на область стійкості. Розвиток амплітуди субгармонічної складової до неприпустимих величин відбувається на порівняно невеликому діапазоні частот обертання в нестійкій зоні. Для розглядуваного модельного ротора цей діапазон знаходиться в межах приблизно з 13450 об/хв до 13900 об/хв. Разработана упрощенная двухмассовая модель роторной системы, учитывающая нелинейные реакции жидкостного слоя подшипников скольжения. Для этой модели ротор предварительно приводится к дискретной системе, в которой эквивалентные массы оцениваются по данным расчёта собственных частот и форм МКЭ-модели ротора. Путем численного интегрирования системы дифференциальных уравнений и последующего спектрального анализа закона движения выявлены закономерности влияния подшипников на устойчивость и развитие амплитуд субгармонических составляющих по мере увеличения частоты вращения. Показано, что потеря устойчивости происходит при частотах вращения, превышающих утроенную первую критическую частоту. Установлено, что сопротивление подшипников в реальных пределах его изменения в процессе эксплуатации мало влияет на область устойчивости. Развитие амплитуды субгармонической составляющей до недопустимых величин происходит в сравнительно небольшом диапазоне частот вращения в неустойчивой области частот вращения. Для рассмотренного модельного ротора этот диапазон находится в пределах примерно с 13450 об/мин до 13900 об/мин. Based on the three-mass model of the rotor system in which two equivalent mass located on the locations of the bearings, and the third mass is at the maximum point of the first forms was developed a simplified two-mass model of the dynamics of the rotor system, which takes into account the nonlinear response of the liquid layer of plain bearings. For this model, rotor was preliminarily led to a discrete system in which the equivalent weights are estimated according to the calculation of natural frequencies and mode shapes of the rotor model, found by the method of finite elements. Through the use of programs for numerical integration of systems of differential equations of oscillation of equivalent discrete weights, of the simplified two-mass model of the rotor system and the spectral analysis of the dependence of displacement of a discrete mass which depends on dimensionless time was obtained regularities of the influence of the bearing on the stability and dynamics of development of the amplitude of the subharmonic component - the amplitude of the asynchronic precession with increasing the dimensionless rotating speed (ὦ=ω/ω6, where as ωб was taken the first critical frequency of the rotor system). It is shown that the loss of stability occurs at rotating speeds in excess of three times the first critical speed. In this case, a loss of stability is understood as appearance of asynchronous precession with frequency equal to the first critical. It is found that in the damping bearings coefficient real changes within (with possible fluctuations of temperature and time through operation) has little effect on the stability region, also damping coefficient has little effect on the dynamics of development of the amplitude of asynchronic precession. The increase in the amplitude of the subharmonic component to unacceptable values occurs on a relatively small rotating speed range in the unstable region. For the considered model rotor, this range is from about 13450 rpm to 13900 rpm.

Собственные частоты консервативных динамических моделей роторов и критические частоты моделей с учётом сопротивления, как известно, не совпадают. Для одномассовой модели критическая частота (т.е. частота, при которой амплитуда вынужденных колебаний от дисбаланса достигает максимума) всегда сдвигается влево. Расчёты МКЭ-моделей роторных систем показывают, что закономерности изменения критических частот в зависимости от коэффициентов сопротивления подшипников носят сложный характер и во многом определяются конкретными параметрами конструкции ротора.

Исследования динамики роторов турбокомпрессоров, проведенные в последние годы, показали, что наряду с синхронными динамическими прогибами ротора, вызванными дисбалансами, возникают вследствие гидродинамических процессов в подшипниках и внутреннего трения несинхронные составляющие колебаний, понижающие в целом вибронадёжность турбокомпрессорных установок. Для изучения этих явлений необходимо рассмотрение дискретных моделей роторных систем со сравнительно небольшим числом сосредоточенных масс. Существующие методы и программы расчёта динамики роторов позволяют определить критические частоты и формы, а также вынужденные колебания синхронной прецессии. В то же время эти программы не могут быть использованы для расчёта и прогнозирования таких сложных явлений, как потеря устойчивости и появления несинхронных суб- и супергармонических составляющих. Эти явления могут быть изучены с помощью численного интегрирования нелинейных уравнений движения ротора. Тенденция развития современных роторных машин связана с ростом их производительности и рабочих частот вращения и уменьшением габаритных размеров агрегатов, что вместе с необходимостью обеспечения длительного ресурса работы накладывает существенные ограничения на использование подшипников качения. В связи с этим широкое распространение в качестве опор роторов высокоскоростных турбомашин находят подшипники жидкостного трения.
