Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Оценка смешивания охлаждающего воздуха за выходной кромкой на профильные потери соплового аппарата». Данная работа посвящена исследованию профильных потерь, возникающих при смешивании потоков за выходной кромкой сопловой лопатки, их оценке влияния и создание рекомендаций по уменьшению таковых. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучение систем охлаждения сопловых лопаток. 2. Моделирование обтекания сопловой лопатки. 3. Определение параметров охлаждающего воздуха на выходе из лопатки. 4. Оценка профильных потерь. 5. Выработка рекомендаций по уменьшению потерь в СА. В работе проведены газодинамическое расчеты, показывающие влияние смешивания потоков газа с охладителем. Анализ проводили двумя методами: упрощенным, при помощи приведенных безразмерных скоростей, и уточненным, который учитывает параметры решетки, основного потока и системы охлаждения. В итоге было смоделировано обтекание лопатки двумя потоками в программе Ansys. Полученные данные подтвердили уменьшение профильных потерь при использовании охлаждения с выпуском воздуха из выходной кромки. Дополнительно были предложены рекомендации по уменьшению потерь с помощью варьирования исходными параметрами потока охладителя для увеличения среднего давления в ядре кромочного следа. Данные действия повысили коэффициент скорости, а также уменьшили общую длину кромочного следа., The topic of the final qualification work: "Assessment of mixing of cooling air behind the output edge for profile losses of the nozzle apparatus". This work is devoted to the study of profile losses that occur when mixing flows behind the output edge of the nozzle blade, their impact assessment and the creation of recommendations for reducing them. Tasks that were solved during the research: 1. Study of nozzle blade cooling systems. 2. The simulation of the flow around the nozzle vanes. 3. Determining the parameters of the cooling air at the outlet of the blade. 4. Assessment of profile losses. 5. Development of recommendations for reducing losses in SA. In this paper, gas-dynamic calculations are performed, showing the effect of mixing gas flows with the cooler. The analysis was performed using two methods: rough, using the dimensionless velocities given, and refined, which takes into account the parameters of the grid, the main flow, and the cooling system. As a result, the flow of two streams around the blade was modeled in the Ansys program. The obtained data confirmed the reduction of profile losses when using cooling with air release from the output edge. Additionally, recommendations were made to reduce losses by varying the initial flow parameters of the cooler to increase the average pressure in the core of the edge trace. These actions increased the speed coefficient and reduced the total length of the edge track.

Статья посвящена комплексному исследованию одного из наиболее перспективных способов бурения скважин – наклонно-направленному. На сегодняшний момент по мировым данным приблизительно 70% пробуренных скважин относятся к наклонно-направленным. При таком бурении происходит отклонение ствола скважины от вертикали, угол которого варьируется в диапазоне от 2⁰ до 6⁰. Наклонно-направленные скважины эффективно применяются при бурении скважин на нефть и природный газ, а также при разведке твёрдых полезных ископаемых. В статье описана множественность условий применения наклонно-направленного бурения. Описаны естественные и искусственные обстановки отклонения скважин от вертикали и способы их эксплуатации. Бурение наклонно-направленных скважин осуществляется с использованием специальных профилей, которые демонстрируют множественность вариантов бурения. Значимое место отводится технологиям набора кривизны. Изучаемые вопросы заинтересуют специалистов естественного профиля, занимающихся изучением перспективных способов бурения скважин., The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of one of the most promising methods of drilling wells - obliquely directed. Today, according to world data, approximately 70% of drilled wells belong to inclined-directed wells. With such drilling, the borehole deviates from the vertical, the angle of which varies from 2⁰ to 6⁰. Inclined-directed wells are effectively used in drilling wells for oil and natural gas, as well as in the exploration of solid minerals. The article describes multiple conditions of application of inclined-directional drilling. Natural and artificial conditions of well deviation from vertical and methods of their operation are described. Drilling of inclined-and-directed wells is carried out using special profiles that dismantle multiple drilling options. A significant place is given to curvature set technologies. In setting up a reactor plant for the transportation-power module of the megawatt class an important task is to optimize the path of flow, i.e. providing moderate hydraulic resistance, uniform distribution of the coolant. Significant contribution to the hydraulic losses makes one selected design of the coolant supplies. It is, in particular, hemispherical or semi-elliptical shape of the supply reservoir, which is selected to reduce its mass, resulting in the formation of torusshaped vortex in the inlet manifold, that leads to uneven coolant velocity at the inlet into the core, the flow pulsations, hydraulic losses.To control the flow redistribution in the core according to the level of energy are used the switchgear - deflectors installed in a hemispherical reservoir supplying coolant to the fuel elements (FE) of the core of gas-cooled reactor. This design solution has an effect on the structure of the flow, rate in the cooling duct, and the flow resistance of the collector.In this paper we present the results of experiments carried out on the gas dynamic model of coolant paths, deflectors, and core, comprising 55 fuel rod simulators. Numerical simulation of flow in two-parameter model, using the k-ε turbulence model, and the software package ANSYS CFX v14.0 is performed. The paper demonstrates that experimental results are in compliance with calculated ones.The results obtained suggest that the use of switchgear ensures a coolant flow balance directly at the core inlet, thereby providing temperature reduction of fuel rods with a uniform power release in the cross-section. Considered options to find constructive solutions for deflectors give an idea to solve the problem of reducing hydraulic losses in the coolant paths, to decrease pulsation components of flow in the core and length of initial section of flow stabilization.

In article is shortly outlined basic facts of the light rays diffraction on the ultrasonic beam. It is shown that further improvement of parameters and technical characteristics deflectors and modu-lators of light rays is impossible without creating of mathematical model of the radiator of ultrasonic waves. Three version of constructing of mathematical model was offered that are different in accuracy of quantitative estimations. Also was offered model of ultrasonic transducer in form of electrode structure situated on the surface of an optically transparent piezoelectric crystal.References 18, figures 3., Конспективно изложены основные факты феномена дифракции световых лучей на ультразвуковых пучках. Показано, что дальнейшее совершенствование параметров и технических показателей дефлекторов и модуляторов световых лучей принципиально невозможно без построения и исследования математической модели излучателя ультразвуковых волн. Предложены три, отличающиеся точностью количественных оценок, версии построения математической модели, т.е. передаточной характеристики, ультразвукового преобразователя в виде электродной структуры, расположенной на поверхности оптически прозрачного пьезоэлектрического кристалла.Библ. 18, рис. 3., Конспективно викладено основні факти феномена дифракції світлових променів на ультразвукових пучках.
