The aim of the article is to identify the structure and the content of professional and pedagogical competence of educational and methodological centers teachers in the sphere of civil defense based on the analysis of the higher educational standards in the specialty 011 «Education, pedagogical science» for the second (master’s) level of higher education and in the specialty 263 «Civil Security» for the second (master’s) level of higher education and expert survey. In order to realize the purpose of the research the author used the following methods of investigation: structural analysis – to identify the structure of professional and pedagogical competence of educational and methodological centers teachers in the sphere of Civil defense; statistical analysis of databases: National repository of academic texts (NRАТ), searching systems and databases of scientific citations which come from all publications using such services as Cited-by by Crossref and support Initiative for Open Citations (Open Ukrainian Citation Index – OUCI), repository of scientific periodicals of National Library named after V.I. Vernadskyi; expert assessment of the content of professional and pedagogical competence components; critical analysis of source base on the research problem; and infographics for visualization of the obtained results. Based on the results of studying scientific sources and expert assessment of the content of professional and pedagogical competence components of the educational and methodological centers teachers in the sphere of Civil defense it is identified that some of them are close in their meaning but some structural components differ only in their name. Besides, it was found out that the most widespread professional and pedagogical competence components of the teachers are as follows: social, cognitive and technological (cognitive) and motivational. The structure of professional and pedagogical competence of the educational and methodological centers teachers in the sphere of Civil defense being a complex of interconnected components such as motivational and valuable, cognitive, active and personal and professional ones was designed based on the expert survey results. Moreover, content of professional and pedagogical competence of the educational and methodological centers teachers in the sphere of Civil defense was justified. It reflects binary character of their activity – both civil defense professionals and teaching professionals, which prompts them to continuous professional development. It should be mentioned that the orientation of the individual in their activities on values which ensures their activity, initiative, deep faith in their own strength and concern for others was defined as the main content of the motivational and valuable component. The content of the cognitive component is a multilevel system of providing the opportunity to carry out a wide range of cognitive processes such as thinking, understanding, remembering, attention and perception. The development of the activity component provides the ability of practical use of practical and theoretical knowledge and technologies for improving trainees’ qualifications in different categories in the sphere of civil defense. The content of the personal and professional component is defined as a complex of personal qualities which ensures their self-organization at a high level of professional development based on reflection, and it is the basis for improving pedagogical skills. The structure and the content of professional and pedagogical competence of the educational and methodological centers teachers in the sphere of Civil defense are advisable to use to design the professional development program in the postgraduate system as well as in the process of methodical work.

The paper presents the results of determination of the quantity and dimensions of grains of the structural components of steam pipeline welded joint metal. The above determination was performed using an improved method of analysis of the structuralphase state of welded joints. It was found that during long-term operation of welded joints the grains of α-phase increase in size. Structural analysis was performed for base metal of welded joints, HAZ regions, as well as weld metal. It was established that at long-term operation of steam pipeline welded joints grain dimensions are increased in their HAZ regions. It was found that the boundaries between individual grains are partially eliminated. Based on analysis of statistical data, grain dimensions, as well as their shape and distribution were determined at application of the secant method. 9 Ref., 1 Tabl., 7 Fig. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The aim of our work was to study the structural organization of the components of vertebral disc of rats on the microscopic level in the normal state.This goal was achieved by means of microscopic method of visualization of cellular components of the intervertebral disc of rats. Histological preparations were made in accordance with the conventional method of using the dye hematoxylin, eosin and azan according to the method of Heidenhain, PAS reaction according to MacManus and Alcian blue according to Steedman.As a result of the microstructural study, it was ascertained that the rat’s intervertebral disc normally consists of a gelatinous (pulpal) nucleus and a fibrous ring. It is separated from the vertebral bodies by a thin layer of cartilaginous tissue of the locking plates and hyaline cartilage, which covers the bodies of adjacent vertebrae. The data that rats do not have locking plates can be rarely found in the literature. The vessels verging the intervertebral disc radially -in front, back and from the sides, branch out from the vessels of vertebral periosteum. In the cartilaginous tissue of intervertebral disc, vessels are not visualized.

The article clarifies the notion of instrumental and performance skills of future music teachers. The analysis of various approaches to the interpretation of skills, performance skills, instrumental and performance skills of an individual allowed us to define instrumental and performance skills of future music teachers as a dynamic and integrated feature, a system of instrumental and performance knowledge and skills, mental processes and character traits of an individual that contribute to the successful implementation of professional and teaching tasks, in particular, related to interpretation creativity. It also allows specialists to successfully set profession-related lessons tasks during music and fulfil them according to the established objectives. It is proved that it is a complex of features and traits of an individual that ensures psychological readiness to the public performance of musical works and efficiency of teaching activity of future music teachers in general due to the skills to implement personal interpretation intentions, learn and help students discover a sense of music, show students music images by using different means of musical expression, theorize and perform analysis of a musical work. Different approaches to determining the structure of this notion are mentioned in this article. Structural components of instrumental and performance skills of future music teachers are defined, such as motivational, cognitive, reflexive, and activity components. The motivational component signifies students’ interest and enthusiasm for instrumental and performance activity, their focus on the development of their skills. The cognitive component includes a fundamental basis of knowledge, skills and abilities to instrumental performance, the ability to vividly reproduce artistic and musical images. The reflective component involves an ability to adequately assess both their achievements and shortcomings in the process of mastering a musical instrument. The activity component signifies an ability to perform musical works artistically and expressively, to contribute personally to the interpretation of a musical work

The aim of the work – to determine the sensitivity of reference strains to structural-metabolic complexes of both Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG alone and in combination with Saccharomyces boulardii to justify the possibility of developing antimicrobial drugs with polyfunctional activity. Materials and methods. Proprietary structural-metabolic complexes of lactobacteria and lactobacteria with saccharomycetes were obtained without the use of culture media. Minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) and minimum bactericidal concentrations (MBCs) were determined by the serial dilution micromethod in a culture medium in a 96-well plate. To estimate the MIC, the optical density of the samples was spectrophotometrically measured using a Lisa ScanTM EM analyzer (Erba Mannheim, Czech Republic), and broth was plated on a solid culture medium for the MBC estimation. The concentrations of the test substances ranged from 1.10 to 0.02 mg/ml by the total protein. The test cultures were reference strains of S. aureus ATCC 25923, E. coli ATCC 25922, P. aeroginosa ATCC 27853. Results. The antimicrobial effect was found to be in direct proportion to the exposure time, concentration and activity of structural-metabolic complexes of lactobacteria and lactobacteria with saccharomycetes. The MBC of lactobacteria filtrates for S. aureus ATCC 25923, E. coli ATCC 25922, P. aeruginosa ATCC 27853 was 0.27 mg/ml by protein, and lactobacteria and saccharomycetes – 0.21 mg/ml by protein. The structural-metabolitic complex of Lactobacillus with a concentration of 0.14 mg/ml by protein also presented bactericidal effect on the culture of P. aeruginosa ATCC 27853. The lowest tested concentrations of the studied Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (0.03 mg/ml by protein) filtrates and combinations with Saccharomyces boulardii (0.02 mg/ml by protein) caused a decrease in the optical density of the reference strains of S. aureus ATCC 25923, E. coli ATCC 25922, P. aeruginosa ATCC 27853 by 77.16–82.30 %, 51.25 – 52.78 %, 31.43–31.58 % (P ≤ 0.01), respectively. The MICs values corresponded to the MBCs. Conclusions. As a result of the studies, the sensitivity of S. aureus ATCC 25923, E. coli ATCC 25922, and P. aeruginosa ATCC 27853strains to both structural-metabolic complexes of lactobacteria and saccharomycetes was determined. The obtained minimum inhibitory/bactericidal concentrations of the studied filtrates of L. rhamnosus GG and S. boulardii will be useful in the development of promising antimicrobial agents for alternative or add-on therapies of diseases having various origins.

Globalization processes affecting the development of economies of different countries, including the economy of Ukraine, require in modern market conditions and the functioning of business entities to find methods of protection of domestic producers, which contributes not only to their competitiveness and efficiency, but also national economy. This article is devoted to the study of business regulation of such an important subject of the national economy as the food industry, through the use of strategic restructuring, which takes into account the impact of the whole spectrum of globalization and aggressive changes in the national economy. The study confirmed that the restructuring of economic entities is one of the most capacious and relevant market transformational conversions of business entities, which confirms the practice of their activities in foreign countries with developed market economies, where restructuring is a permanent process that occurs in their activity at decrease in indicators of its efficiency, change of factors of external environment and the further technical, technological and other innovative development that promotes formation of the basic models of its carrying out. Examining the structural components of the strategic restructuring process identified by scientists, it was found that between reengineering and adaptation, as fairly "soft" adjustments to the current activities of the entity caused by environmental influences, and rehabilitation and reorganization of the entity,there is another missing structural component that characterizes the company's response to abrupt changes in environmental conditions and that significantly affects the efficiency and competitiveness, but which does not carry such radical measures as reorganization and does not always require its rehabilitation, such as transformation. It has been substantiated that in order to ensure competitiveness and efficiency of functioning of the subjects of the national economy of Ukraine, a mechanism of application of strategic restructuring on the basis of the principle of imperative is necessary. For the first time the concept of impartial restructuring of the food industry of Ukraine was developed on the basis of a system of principles, the main of which is the principle of impartiality (inequality, protection from the negative impact of the whole spectrum of exogenous and endogenous factors),according to macrogoals which ensure solving national problems of economic development of the country (economic and food security, competitiveness of the national economy). The article defines the essential characteristics and structural components of the readiness of future teachers to work in the conditions of inclusion. The problem of formation of inclusive competence of students is considered in terms of the requirements of modern standards of higher education, as well as three models of formation of readiness for professional activity in an inclusive educational space. The article also shows the experience and results of activity of teachers of Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University on preparation of students for work in the conditions of inclusive education are presented.

The article considers the tendencies influencing technological progress in general and the Internet in particular. An overview of modern and prospective Internet technologies in terms of their use in the development tools of electronic learning systems is provided. The specific features of instrumental means are explored and possible criteria of their classification in relation to E-learning systems are presented, on the basis of which it is possible to make decisions on selection of architecture of educational portals, means of development of their constituents, and providing the full life cycle of e-learning systems, recommendations on their selection are proposed. Particular attention is paid to the total cost of ownership of a distance learning system at such stages of the life cycle as system deployment, organization of training courses, and operation.

Purpose: identification of the main structural components and content of sports volunteer activities. Material & Methods: used analysis of literature and documents, organizational analysis. Result: basic structural components of sports volunteer activity are defined. The content of sports volunteer activity is disclosed. Conclusion: sports volunteer activity includes the following structural components: subject, object, purpose, motivation, means, actions; subject is a sports volunteer, the object is a sports competition, the goal is to provide gratuitous assistance for a quality competition, the means are the special knowledge, skills, communication abilities of sports volunteers, actions should be understood as types of volunteer activities and functions that volunteers perform during the preparation and conduct of competitions. Main types of sports volunteer activity are: 1) organizational; 2) judiciary; 3) coaching; 4) legal; 5) medical. Functions that volunteers perform in the competition system are general and special. Content of the functions of sports volunteering depends on the specifics of the sports, the rank of the competition, the specifics of the competition for people with special needs.

The paper reviews the problem of the structure and functions of the Russian language textbook in a retrospective aspect.A critical analysis of psychological and didactic research in this field revealed that, despite a significant number of published works, the question of the scientifically grounded structure and functions of the textbook has not been resolved.The structure of textbooks of a new type described in the paper was developed basing on the systematization and generalization of psychodidactic knowledge as well as on the fundamental and individual studies carried out by the authors of these textbooks.The paper outlines the key principles of this Russian language course developed for students of 1st-9th grades.This course is built on a syntactic basis and is designed not as concentric circles, like the existing textbooks, but as an expanding spiral.The paper reviews the structural components of the textbook (theoretical linguistic texts, theoretical psychodidactic texts, fiction texts and educational texts of the tasks) which are aimed at forming the psychological mechanisms of literate oral and written speech in schoolchildren, at developing their text comprehension skills, awakening their emotions through reading.The paper concludes with examples of some structural components of the textbook.

The aim of the article. The object of the article is the specification of some approaches concerning enterprise's economic security management according to the provisions of its rational level; development of methodological approaches to the solution taking in acount enterprise reaction priority within the scope of economic security management. The results of the analysis. In the article the structural components of mechanism of enterprise's economic security management have been analyzed. The methodological approach that makes it possible to increase the level of economic substantiation in managerial decision making has been suggested. In order to identify the importance of main threats for a certain engineering plant it is suggested to use matrix «threat-losses», determining the position (zone of critical, high, middle, low and minimum threat level) on the basis of two guidelines - the possibility of threat initiation and opportunity for loss of the achieved economic security level. The evaluation is carried out in two blocks. The first period, the possibility of threat initiation is proposed to define with expert method using the point scale. The expert evaluation (obtained according to the survey conducted among managers and experts of the enterprises under study) makes it possible to divide threats of economic security into five groups according to the criterion of possibility and taking into consideration the peculiarities and retrospective data of an industrial enterprise activity. At the second stage on the basis of correlation-regressive analysis data, the position of the particular threats according to the criterion of level effect on the dynamics of enterprises' economic security level has been defined. The possible threats to the economic security of an enterprise have been divided into the basic subsystems: technic-technological subsystem, resource subsystem, communication subsystem. It has been defined that the divergence of economic security depends not only on factors of influence but also on internal capability to counteract their influence. In general, the more open is the system for external influence, the quicker and with lower losses it will adapt to the surrounding changes. In the paper the system of economic security management has been considered as a special variety and relatively independent and local subsystem of enterprise management. The suggested conception of management for enterprise's economic security system makes it possible to solve the problem of managerial processes perfection using some new universal formalized qualitative characteristics of the mentioned system: communicativeness, flexibility, stability and adaptability. In order to make the decision it is suggested using method of hierarchy analysis. It should be taken into account the base for priorities criterions identification of the regressive analysis results concerning influence of qualitative indicators of economic security on the net profit dynamics. The separate element of the designed system is the use of suggested methodological approach that makes it possible to increase the level of economic substantiation of decision-making in regard to the priority of an enterprise reaction concerning self-preservation, stabilization, formation of the competitive, innovative positions or a position of long-term potential provision within the scope of enterprise's economic security management. Conclusions and directions of further researches. As a result it has been determined that the peculiarities of the formed systems of economic security provision for a specific enterprise cause their specific approaches to the determination of economic security's rational level. Since, the consequences of local criterion hierarchy calculations illustrate the importance of a particular qualitative indicator for the economic security system concerning to a particular enterprise. This paper establishes the system for termining the production of wooden chairs which is the consisting part of the system for production planning. It particularly discusses the termination of the production according to the structural components of the product in thermic units. It defines the simulation programme for the solution of the problem, which is projected in the way that it provides a continuous realization of the logistic chain from the moment of the purchase of repromaterial, through the realization of the working errand in the workshop, to the delivery of the product to the buyer. The simulation experiment starts with the assumption that the necessary repromaterial is opportunely accessible in the entrance storehouse. The programme, which is managed by the automatically calculated priorities of the working errands, completely describes what happens in the workshop. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
