В статье на основе научного анализа правового регулирования общественных отношений в сфере искусственного интеллекта выделяются отдельные административно-правовые барьеры использования интеллектуальных технологий и определяются требуемые нормативные изменения. Robotic technology as one of the factors that contribute to the economic growth of Russia has been considered in the article. The strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of robotic technology development in Russia have been analysed. The advantages of use of robots in the fashion industry have been shown. The functioning of the robotic Adidas Speedfactory and some other factories that use in the production process of manufacturing goods of the fashion industry robotic systems, has been studied. The impact of robotic technology on supply chain management in the fashion industry has been assessed. The main reasons for possible changes in global supply chains in the fashion industry have been identified.

The article describes a model for assessing the level of technological readiness of projects submitted to the competition for funding, built using the TPRL methodology. The model can be used along with other tools for evaluating competitive applications to increase the accuracy and objectivity of the expert evaluation of competitive projects. Based on the results obtained using the proposed model, ranked lists of participating projects can be compiled for the subsequent selection of winning projects. The developed model for assessing the level of technology development hasbeen tested for projects of the federal target program «Research and Development in Priority Directions for the Development of the Russian Scientific and Technological Complex for 2014-2020».

Также были предложены рекомендации, которые помогут совершенствовать деятельность спасателя, обеспечив более быстрое, качественное и безопасное выполнение им ÑÐ²Ð¾Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð±ÑÐ·Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¹., The topic of the final master's thesis: "Development of technology to ensure the safety of the rescuer during emergency rescue operations in the aftermath of road accidents."This work is devoted to the development of a methodology for ensuring the safety of the rescuer, who performs his duties to liquidate the consequences of an accident, rescues victims from blocked, burning and other vehicles that pose a danger to human life and health.In the course of the work, the following tasks were solved:1. Research and comparative analysis of the work of the rescuer and known methods of ensuring the safety of people;2. To develop an analytical dynamic model for the management of the rescuer's activities;3. Development of technology for managing the processes of ensuring the safety of the rescuer during emergency rescue operations during the elimination of the consequences of road accidents based on the synthesis of a mathematical model of the solution;4. Develop proposals to improve the management system of the rescuer's activities.The methodological base of the study contains the following systematic, complex and targeted approaches to the problem under study. It also includes: problem statement and/or hypothesis; literature study; method of analysis; abstraction; deductive method; synthesis; modeling method; comparison.During the final master's thesis, a technology was developed to ensure the safety of a rescuer during emergency rescue operations during the elimination of the consequences of road accidents. Recommendations were also proposed that will help to improve the activities of the rescuer, ensuring faster, better and safer performance of their duties.

When fighting against terrorism in modern armed conflicts, combat vehicles, including tanks, are widely used. To minimise own losses of vehicles and personnel for overthrowing enemy is a relevant task. To solve it, the paper considers certain events in the history of the Great Patriotic War, which are associated with battle of tanks that spring an ambush. A mathematical model of the battle is built. The state graph of the system is given. Using this graph, a probability of tank kills and a ratio of mathematical expectations of losses have been calculated. This mathematical model generalizes the models, previously published in this journal, based on the Markov chain apparatus. The paper gives an example of calculations for this model in the particular case in which experimental data are used as a basis. The ratios of mathematical expectations of losses of the warring parties are obtained. Further, we consider the mathematical models, in which it is assumed that probabilities for tank crews to provide operations of targets detection in firing are known. With technology development and its mathematical support it becomes increasingly more real. The formulas to obtain the probability of tank kills are given according to the graph of states using the known probabilities of transition from one state to another. In each of the three mathematical models under consideration there is a graph of the system state, which allows calculation of the tank kills probability. We have analysed the models to prove a significant dependence of the loss ratio of the warring parties on the number of firing positions used by the tank in ambush in case re-siting is unnoticeable for the enemy. The authors-considered models that use the examples of historical events confirm that the tactics of organising and conducting ambushes in tank battles can be successfully used nowadays, when the technology intensiveness of the opposing forces significantly grows. The obtained results can be applied to organise and conduct tank ambushes in modern armed conflicts and fight against terrorist army.

The article describes a method of comparative economic evaluation of technologies or options for the development of mineral deposits by underground mining, which, according to the mining and geological conditions, under these conditions may be alternative. It is shown that in modern conditions of changing technological structures, the hardening of the real economy involves the development of methods for evaluating the effectiveness of industrial technologies on a competitive basis. Definitions of terms and concepts in mining practice are given. As a criterion for evaluating the economic efficiency of the compared development systems, traditionally accepted is the magnitude of the conditional profit from mining and processing of ores in all areas of mining. The concepts of conditionally variable reduced costs are clarified. An algorithm for calculating the conditional profit for the technologies used for the extraction and processing of ores and the determination of them economically optimal is given. The technology indicators necessary for minimization of economic consequences from ore losses at the considered technology are determined. The approach to the definition of equivalent economic relations between indicators of the developed area is formulated. The conclusion is made about the feasibility of using the proposed methodology for the assessment of technology in order to optimize technological solutions at the design stage of a field for development with economic effect.

This paper is dealing with the irradiated foods world market quantitative and economic volume' estimating in 29 countries. The irradiation exposure technology development is presented in order to prospects in Russia. The main irradiated foods categories such as spices, herbs, dry vegetables, fruits, frozen and chilled meat, including frog legs, seafood, grains and others are identified. It is shown the quantitative dividing irradiated foods world market is between China (37,60%), USA (19,36%), Ukraine (14,74%), Vietnam (12,41%), Brazil (5,62%), South Africa (4,10%), Indonesia (1.30 percent), Japan (1,17%), Belgium (1,10%). The remaining 20 States took a share of 2.6%. The irradiated products world market’ economic volume amounting to 17,136.56 million rubles, is divided between the USA (48,64%), China (16,26%), Brazil (14,53%), South Africa (of 10.18%), Vietnam (of 5.88%), Indonesia (1,04%). The remaining 24 countries took a share of 3.48% while share each of them amounting less than 1%. It is revealed that the most expensive irradiated foods’ category is "spices and herbs", least – "vegetables", "cereals". The research results are shown the Russian potential irradiated foods volume consisting of meat products, the main vegetable crops, food ingredients, spices and food is about 10 million tons, more than 12 million tons, about 200 thousand tons per year respectively. The meat and poultry total production was 9,899.2 thousand tons in carcass weight, yield of grain and leguminous was 120,671.79 thousand tons; spices raw was 97.5 thousand tons, potatoes was 31,107.80 thousand tones, vegetables (excluding melons) was 16,283.34 thousand tons, forage crops (except grasses) was 27,674.15 thousand tons in 2016 in Russia. Therefore 100% of meat, 74% of vegetables and about 1% of spices and animal feeds may be subjected to radiation in Russia. Despite the advanced technology and status as a leader in the agricultural radiology and radioecology field commercial irradiation is not carried out in Russia due to the need for in-depth irradiated foods' influence study of biochemical, physical-chemical, molecular-genetic processes in the human body and the representatives of agrobiocenosis.

Introduction. The advanced technology development demands higher requirements to the physicomechanical characteristics of the polymer composite materials (PCM) widely used in general and special purpose products such as in transport and road-building. This determines the relevance and significance of the new polymer nanocomposites development on the tribotechnical purpose with high physic-mechanical and tribotechnical characteristics. Materials and methods. The problem mentioned above is solved by means of the structural modification’s methods of the PCM polymer matrix and the technological process optimization of the composite materials’ synthesis. One of the structural modification advanced methods is the polymer matrix charging with different fillers’ types, particularly, disperse and fiber ones, and in recent years – ultradispersed and nanodimensional fillers. Results. The composite materials with nanodispersed fillers feature the properties significantly different from those of the materials with microand macrodispersed particles because of the high surface activity of nanodimensional particles’ fillers. Discussion and conclusion. The research deals with the development results and polymer nanocomposites’ investigation with polydispersed and nanodimensional fillers, their influence upon the structure and wear-resistance of the polymer composite materials based on polytetrafluorethylene.

Одной из первых осваиваемых человеком профессий было земледелие. Достаточно много времени понадобилось, чтобы перейти от охоты и собирательства к современным технологиям возделывания сельскохозяйственных культур. На этом пути человек прошел несколько этапов развития, которые непосредственно связаны с изменением систем земледелия и совершенствованием орудий труда. В стремлении облегчить наиболее трудоемкие операции по обработке почвы совершенствуются почвообрабатывающие орудия, используются тяговая сила животных, энергия ветра и воды. Постепенно создаются новые методы обработки почвы. Это приводит к изменению самих орудий труда: возникает разделение орудий труда по операциям, изменяются конструкции и материалы. С развитием науки и техники возникают самоходные машины сначала с паровым двигателем, а затем и с двигателем внутреннего сгорания. Создаются и совершенствуются различные виды сельскохозяйственной техники, агрегатируемой с самоходными машинами. С течением времени возникает необходимость в комплексной механизации технологических процессов производства сельскохозяйственной продукции. В настоящее время разработка и внедрение технологий и технических средств для производства сельскохозяйственной продукции базируется на основе множества междисциплинарных связей и последних достижений науки и техники. С целью комплексного их внедрения в процессы производства сельскохозяйственной продукции требуется создать комлпексы интеллектуальных машин для сельскохозяйственного производства, позволяющую использовать наиболее эффективные технологии и технические средства, обеспечить значительный рост производства высококачественной конкурентоспособной сельскохозяйственной продукции., One of the first reclaimed human occupations was farming. It took a lot of time to move from hunting and gathering to modern technologies of crop cultivation. On this way, the humankind passed several stages, which are linked directly with changing of agriculture system and improving of tools. In an effort to facilitate the most timeconsuming operations on soil cultivation, tillage tools was improved, traction power of animals, wind and water was used. Gradually, new methods of tillage appears. This leads to a change in the tools themselves: there appears a division of tools for operations, changes designs and materials. With the development of science and technology, selfpropelled machines become available first with a steam engine, and then with an internal combustion engine. Various types of agricultural machinery aggregated with selfpropelled machines are created and improved. Over time, there appears a need for complex mechanization of technological processes of agricultural production, which is expressed in the creation of a System of Machines for Mechanization of Agricultural Production. Nine machine systems have been created in our country. Currently, the development and implementation of technologies and technical means for the production of agricultural products is based on a variety of interdisciplinary connections and the latest achievements of science and technology. The paper presents the results of justifying the use of thorny skate in the technology of minced meat canned products of special purpose. The key criterion determined the specialized purpose of canned food is the high content of physiologically functional food ingredient of chondroitin sulfate in the cartilage of thorny skate wings. The high content of chondroitin sulfate in raw materials ensures that the content of the physiologically functional ingredient in the finished canned food will be at the level from 220 to 250 mg per 100 g of product. The method of IR blanching is presented for removing urea from the thorny skate muscle tissue. To confirm the efficiency of the developed method of urea removal, it has been proposed to use a modified photocolorimetric method for determination of mass fractions of urea in feed flour according to the governmental standard GOST R 50032–92 "Feed flour made of fish, marine mammals, crustaceans and invertebrates. Methods of determining the mass fraction of urea and calculation of the crude protein with a given mass fraction of carbamide". With the help of this technique, the efficiency of urea removal from the thorny skate tissue by the proposed method has been determined. The residual urea content in the meat of thorny skate after IR blanching is 0.76 %, which is two times lesser than border value of sensitivity of the person (approximated as 1.2 %). The paper presents the materials of experimental substantiation of optimum formulation of new canned meat based on the method of fuzzy modeling. The ratio of the main components of the meatballs recipe (thorny skate and Atlantic cod) close to the optimum is 48 % by weight of meat for each component separately.

Various types of vegetable raw materials for confectionery production are analyzed, the technology of preparation of confectionery products on the basis of vegetable raw materials is developed. The quality of the finished product was evaluated and documentation was developed. Calculation and design of confectionery shop in cafe-confectionery is made, working safety conditions of workers are developed.

В статье рассматриваются основные проблемы внедрения новых разработок научно-технического прогресса в практику ведущих организаций. Автором отмечается, что инновации, которые внедряются в современных компаниях или предписаны им как обязательное условие дальнейшего благополучного функционирования рационально рассматривать в рамках общих макрозадач, а именно – модернизации бизнеса и оптимизации затрат, необходимых для комплексного изменения производства. Рассматривая специфические проблемы внедрения новых идей и концепций на предприятии, автор характеризует происходящие процессы и аспект сопротивляемости в рамках классификации основных составляющих деятельности предприятия, на совершенствование которых может быть направлена инновация. На пути реализации нововведений предприятия сталкиваются, прежде всего, с экономическими трудностями. К числу наиболее весомых из них на протяжении всех последних лет относится недостаток собственных денежных средств. Также среди тормозящих инновационную деятельность факторов предприятия отмечают недостаточную финансовую поддержку со стороны государства, высокую стоимость нововведений, низкий платежеспособный спрос на новые продукты, высокий экономический риск и длительные сроки окупаемости нововведений. The article considers the main problems of the introduction of new developments of scientific and technical progress in the practices of leading organizations. The author notes that the innovations that are being introduced in modern companies or prescribed by them as a prerequisite for further successful functioning should be considered within the overall macro-tasks, namely – business modernization and optimization of the costs necessary for the complex changes in production. Considering the specific problems of the introduction of new ideas and concepts in the enterprise, the author describes the processes and the aspect of resistance within the classification of the main components of the company, to improve the innovation that can be sent. Towards the implementation of enterprise innovation faced primarily with economic difficulties. Among the most powerful of them over the past few years include lack of own funds. Also, it includes inhibiting innovation factors companies that are suffered from a lack of financial support from the state, the high cost of innovation, low effective demand for new products, high economic risk and long payback periods innovations.

63 Bacteremia is an actual problem of modern medicine. In recent years a great number of human pathogenic bacteria with drug resistance was found [1]. As a result the number of effective antimicrobial drugs decreases and there is an increasing need in new antibiotics [2, 3]. There are many antibiotic producers among proand eukaryotes, but fungi, including higher fungi, can be considered as the largest group of producers which was studied for the last decade [4–11]. However, the investigations of antimicrobial activity of macromycetes are limited by the screening and determination of chemical structure of antibiotics. One of the requirements to antibiotic producers is submerged cultivation that in case of discovery of the promising compound can be a base for technology development and its production by synthesis. To reach higher productivity of the processes that would result in the receipt of the target product researchers are looking for optimum conditions of cultivation. The study of factors that affect antimicrobial activity of macromycetes is limited by selection of nutrient media [12, 13]. Despite the great amount of investigations the search of new environmentally friendly regulators of growth and biological activity of fungi is highly relevant. The light is one of such regulators [14–16]. We have previously shown the possibility of the usage of lowintensity coherent laser and incoherent light from different sources to stimulate the growth and biosynthetic activity of some macromycetes [17]. На прикладі розробки технології отримання деталі "Корпус" методом лиття в піщані форми були продемонстровані можливості програми КОМПАС-3D для отримання тривимірної моделі виливки з ливниково-живильною системою., The paper shows the possibility of using modern CAD/CAM-systems for the solution of one of the main tasks for the mechanical engineer of foundry manufacture - the development of technological process of production of casting in conditions of industrial enterprise taking into account its specific features.On the example of the casting «body», made of steel 35 of the weight of 5182 kg, the use of software products KOMPAS-3D, Solid, Autocad for the development of the equipment design and software products LVM Flow, Magma, ProCast for the modeling of the processes of casting the mold by melt is shown. Using LVM Flow program, the modeling of the processes of casting the mold by metal was made, and the obtained results were analyzed.The way the use of this design tool can simplify the mastering of new castings for the enterprise is shown. The conclusions are drawn on the need of using these software products in the training of students-future mechanical engineers, and that today it is not enough to be able to develop foundry technology correctly, it is also necessary to have skills in modeling of the foundry processes, proceeding in the mold, be able to analyze the obtained data.
