Na osnovi analiz porabe električne energije, smo izgradili nov objekt Razdelilna transformatorska postaja Podvelka 110/20 kV. Zaradi zanesljivega obratovanja objekta, smo sistem vključili v sistem procesnega vodenja, ki omogoča stalni nadzor in krmiljenje objekta na lokalnem nivoju in na nivoju distribucijskega centra vodenja. Diplomska naloga opisuje povezavo samostojnih naprav in inteligentnih elektronskih naprav s SCADA aplikacijo. Opisani so ključni gradniki sistemov v distribucijskem centru in na objektu. SCADA aplikacija je namenjena nadzoru in vodenju transformatorskih postaj. Procesni zaslon omogoča dispečerju pregled trenutnega stanja na napravah v transformatorski postaji, kar je potrebno pri pravilnem odločanju dispečerjev. Based on a power consumption analysis, a new power substation Podvelka 110/20 kV has been built. To enable its reliable operation, the substation has been connected with a process control system that enables a continuous monitoring and control on the local and distribution management system levels. The thesis describes the links between stand-alone and intelligent electronic devices with the SCADA application. It describes the key system elements of a distribution management system center and the substation. The SCADA application is intended for control and management of substations. A process screen provides a dispatcher an overview of the current status on the devices in the substation, which is needed for a proper decision-making of dispatchers.
