The main purpose of the study is to determine the main features of the pedagogical aspects of sociocultural competence as an element of intercultural communication. Sociocultural competence involves the inclusion of students in intercultural communication, modeled in the classroom in rural education. The implementation of intercultural communication presupposes an adequate mutual understanding of communication participants who are representatives of different cultures. The development of psychological and pedagogical theory and practice has led to increased attention to the formation of sociocultural competence of students in the process of their professional training in rural education. The methodology includes a number of theoretical and research bibliographic methods. First of all, methods of analysis and synthesis of scientific and practical information were applied. The method of systematization and abstract-logical was also applied. As a result, the key aspects of sociocultural competence were identified as an element of the psychology of intercultural communication. Further development is needed on issues related to the formation of sociocultural competence in future students and the use of interdisciplinary connections in the process of their professional training in rural education.

Undifferentiated forms of connective tissue dysplasy (UCTD) characterized by multiple organ changes and represent significant difficulties in diagnosis, prognosis assessment and correction capabilities. The most significant changes are manifestations UCTD musculoskeletal and cardiovascular system. However, to date, unclear mechanisms of cytokine regulation of metabolism CT, providing optimum intercellular interaction. Objective - determine the profiles intercellular mediators and their significance in the development of common disorders scheme remediation regulation of connective tissue (CT) in children with cardiomyopathy and osteopeny. Materials and Methods Investigated group consisted of 80 children with cardiomyopathy and osteopeny aged 8 to 14, boys - 42 Girls - 38 control group consisted of 30 healthy children of similar age. We investigated the content of RANKL, OPG, IL-1 RA, IL-17, TGF-1β, visfatyn and adiponectin in serum by enzyme immunoassay. Results of the study established that the development of osteopeny associated with an imbalance in the system: ligand receptor activator of nuclear factor κβ (RANKL) / receptor activator of nuclear factor κβ (RANK) / osteoprotegerin (OPG), which leads to activation osteoklastoheneza and increased bone resorption. An Urgent problem of urology is recurrence of strictures of the ureter as a consequence of hydronephrosis. The basis of development of nephrosclerosis and scarring leading to recurrence of stricture, is the reaction of the connective tissue, the violation of dynamic equilibrium of its tissue system and the inadequacy of the reparative regeneration is determined by the functional state of the connective tissue and balance the regulatory systems at the level of intercellular mediators. The aim of this work was to study molecular mechanisms of participation of the physiological system of connective tissue and to determine the extent of its involvement in the development of the pathological process in patients with hydronephrosis through a comparative assessment of the level of cytokines and their relationships before and after surgical intervention. Materials and methods. The studied group included 174 patients with hydronephrosis of II-III stages, obstruction of the upper urinary tract of different etiology. It was studied the contents of cytokines (RANKL, OPG, IL-1RA, TGF-β1, IL-17, adiponectin and visfatine) in the serum by ELISA before surgery and for 21 days after surgery. Research results. It was established that in patients with hydronephrosis the level of RANKL after surgery did not differ from the control and level before surgery. Levels ofOPG,IL-1RA, adiponectin and visfatine before surgery was lower than in controls. After surgery, compared to the preoperative period, levels increased (with the exception of levels of adiponectin, which remained low) and become the same as in control. The level of TGF-β1 before and after the operation was higher than in controls. After surgery it did not differ from the preoperative level. The level of IL-17 before and after operation was low. Conclusion. In patients with hydronephrosis the imbalance in system of regulation of functional system of connective tissue at the level of intercellular mediators which was shown by activation of a regulatory way of RANR-RANKL-OPG due to decrease in the OPG level is observed. The revealed changes can demonstrate violation of the general scheme of regulation of processes of remodeling of connective tissue and decrease in reserves of adaptation of an organism. Restoration of a normal passage of urine as a result of surgery leads to normalization of the OPG level and elimination of an imbalance of the RANKL-RANK-OPG system and also normalization of the IL-1RA levels and a visfatin. Актуальним питанням в гастроентерології залишається проблема виразок, що довго не загоюються, коли рубцювання виразкового дефекту слизової оболонки, незважаючи на інтенсивність лікування, сповільнюється. В основі патогенезу ерозивно-виразкових уражень дванадцятипалої кишки лежать порушення стереотипного процесу репаративної регенерації, яка визначається функціональним станом сполучної тканини балансом регуляторних систем на рівні міжклітинних медіаторів. Метою роботи було визначення профілів міжклітинних медіаторів та їх значущості у розвитку порушень загальної схеми регуляції процесів ремоделювання сполучної тканини та ролі у механізмах формування дуоденальної виразки у підлітків. Матеріали і методи. Досліджувану групу склали 70 підлітків (юнаків - 42, дівчат - 28) у віці 15-18 років, які страждають на виразкову хворобу дванадцятипалої кишки. Вивчали вміст цитокінів (IL-1β, IL-4, IL-6, TNF-α ) у сироватці крові методом імуноферментного аналізу. Результати дослідження. Встановлено, що у підлітків з дуоденальною виразкою рівні прозапальних цитокінів IL-1β та IL-6 в фазу загострення захворювання були достовірно вищими за такі в контрольній групі (перевищували норму у 1,4 – 2 рази) і не залежали від статі. Концентрація IL-4 зросла у 5,6 рази. Рівень TNF-α був достовірно знижений, найбільш значно у дівчат (у юнаків в 1,4 рази, у дівчат - в 1,9 рази). У фазу ремісії у дівчат вміст IL-1β, IL-6 та IL-4 нормалізувався. У всіх підлітків з дуоденальною виразкою зберігався дефіцит TNF-α, а у юнаків залишались підвищеними рівні IL-1β та IL-6. Reducing the risk of postoperative complications - one of the most pressing problems in surgical practice. Any operation is accompanied by local and systemic response to surgical trauma. In the implementation of this response one of the key parts of a functional state of connective tissue (CT) and its response to the damage. Among surgical diseases occupy a prominent position obstructive pathological processes pancreatoduodenal zone (PDZ), characterized by a large number of complications. The goal was to increase the effectiveness of the prevention of complications in patients with obstruction of PDZ, which require prompt intervention, by taking into account FSCT state by determining cytokine markers. Materials and Methods: The study involved 133 patients with obstructive diseases PDZ. All patients were divided into three groups depending on the presence and severity of postoperative complications. 1 group with no or minimum weight of the complications included 66 (49.6%) patients, 2 group with complications of average weight - 52 (39.1%) patients, group 3 with severe systemic complications or death - 15 (11,3% ) patients. Determines the content of serum cytokines: (IL) 1β, 2, 4, 6, 8, TNFa; antibodies to prostate tissue by enzyme immunoassay, antibodies against atypical forms of collagen (ATAFK (IgG)). Kovaltsova, I. Sulhdost Kharkiv National Medical University, Kharkov, Ukraine Introduction. The pathology of the pancreas caused by the stress is an actual problem of medicine. The purpose of the study was describe of characteristics morphofunctional state of the pancreas of babe-rats’ and to analyzed pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines balance. Materials and Methods. We studied morphological changes of pancreas of offspring-rats’ using histological, cytochemical, cytomorphometric and biochemical methods. We studied immunological status using biochemical methods. We studied the level of interleukin-12 and interleukin-4 in the blood. The core group of mother-rats was exposed to chronic stress immobilization. The comparison group consisted of animals that led ordinary life. For the rats, the experiment was stopped immediately after the birth of offspring in compliance with the ethical principles. Results. Stress during pregnancy in rats affects the morphology and function of the pancreas in the offspring. Symptoms of morphofunctional disorders are obvious even in the pancreas of newborn rats. There are reduced acini and islets of Langerhans, immaturity parenchymal area, edema, fibrosis, degenerative changes in the nuclei and cytoplasm exocrine and endocrine cells, decrease morphofunctional state of the same part of pancreas cell, violation of geodynamics. Most of them not only saves up until they are two months of age, but has a negative trend of growth severity: reducing the relative amount of parenchymal acini area, number and area of the islets of Langerhans, the number of endocrine cells in them, apiaries lipomatosis stroma. We also noticed simultaneous launch of compensatory-adaptive processes in the endocrine pancreas in the form of hypertrophy of single islets of Langerhans. The rats in all groups are diagnosed as having identical tendencies of cytokines change; significant buildup of pro-inflammatory interleukin-12 and reduction of anti-inflammatory interleukin-4 which indicates predominant involvement in pathogenesis of violation of pancreas cell component of immune system. Conclusions. The results suggest that chronic stress of pregnant rats is a significant risk factor for future chronic pathology of the pancreas rats-offspring. Сулхдост Харьковский национальный медицинский университет, Харьков, Украина Проведено морфологическое и биохимическое исследование влияния хронического стресса матери на морфофункциональные особенности поджелудочной железы новорожденного, одномесячного и двухмесячного потомства. Обнаружено, что пренатальный стресс приводит к морфофункциональной перестройке поджелудочной железы крысиного потомства, с развитием стойких и прогрессирующих в динамике деструктивных изменений в ациноцитах и эндокриноцитах, к снижению морфофункциональной активности части клеточных элементов, к развитию гемодинамических нарушений у части животных. Выяснено, что у разновозрастного крысиного потомства наблюдается системный гуморальный ответ в виде дисбаланса цитокинов с преобладанием маркерного цитокина Th1-лимфоцитов (интерлейкина-12), что свидетельствует о вовлечении в патогенезе повреждения поджелудочной железы клеточной цепи иммунитета. Установлено, что цитокиновый дисбаланс негативно влияет на внутриклеточный метаболизм панкреацитов, их экзокринную и эндокринную секреторную активность, и, вероятно, может еще больше усиливать повреждения поджелудочной железы у экспериментальных животных. Juvenile literature of “domestic abolitionism” seems to be one of the most interesting, yet under-researched branches of American abolitionist literature. Domestic abolitionist authors were usually women, who often published their texts anonymously or assuming pseudonyms. Diverse as they are in terms of genre, these texts share a set of common features. Among these features, according to Deborah De Rosa, is employment of three overarching images: the abolitionist mother-historian, the slave child, the white child. The mother-historian tells stories to foster “a change of hearts” of her young listeners, to inspire their empathy for their enslaved peers, and to engage them in the abolitionist cause. This paper focuses on semi-anonymous Sister Ruth’s Stories, or, Evenings with John Woolman (1865) — a domestic abolitionist text, which seems to have been overlooked in literary studies so far. Sister Ruth’s Stories are constructed as a sequence of evening conversations between Sister Ruth (“Motherhistorian”) and her younger siblings. The topic of these conversations is life of John Woolman (1720 –1772), a famous Quaker minister and proto-abolitionist. Sister Ruth retells children the plot of Woolman’s Journal, describing his personal campaign against slavery. She comments upon this autobiographical text, embellishing it with some additional sentimental scenes, biblical and poetical allusions. In Sister Ruth’s Stories, didacticism of domestic abolitionist literature seems to be counterbalanced by the multi-voice chorus of Ruth’s listeners, with their unfeigned reactions to the stories. As for revision of national history, which is also a substantial part of domestic abolitionist literature, it plays a pivotal role in the book, and yet appears moderate. Published in the last year of the Civil War, Sister Ruth’s Stories seem to embrace both abolitionist and pacifist messages of John Woolman’s Journal.

The article is devoted to the disclosure of the peculiarities of the use of methodological tasks in the professional training of future teachers of computer science at higher education institutions. Based on the meaning of the term «task», attention is paid to the method and process of solving the problem. The content of the pedagogical problem, the process of modeling its content and methods of solution are analyzed, the stages of solving are described, highlighting the mental activity of the teacher. The methodological task is considered as a specially created contradiction, which reproduces the professional activity of the teacher (teaching process) and educational-cognitive activity of students (learning process), the solution of which integrates methodological, psychological-pedagogical and subject awareness of the higher education student. The peculiarity of methodological tasks is to take into account the specific content of the subject and didactic and methodological features of its study, the reflection of individual components of the methodological activities of the teacher. The methodological task integrates the main elements of methodological activity concerning planning and designing of educational process and its management by the teacher, and also predicts educational and cognitive actions of pupils. In the context of the content of the methodological activity of a computer science teacher in a general secondary education institution, the stages of solving the methodological problem are highlighted and their peculiarities in specific conditions are revealed. Examples of tasks from the discipline «Methods of teaching computer science» and the course of their solution are given. It is established that the process of solving methodological tasks cannot be fully algorithmized in the form of a clear sequence of actions of all participants in the educational process, and, therefore, it must contain standard professional actions of teachers, elements of creative decisions, based on awareness of the value of knowledge and experience which are reached in these conditions. Attention is drawn to the fact that the tasks should be worked out by students at all stages of higher education in sequence: from simple to complex, but with different didactic purposes and in compliance with organizational and pedagogical conditions. The analysis of the content of the future teacher’s activity at the analytical-design, constructive-activity and reflective stages of the problem-solving process proves that in practice there is no clear distinction between the stages, as they interpenetrate and complement each other. Methodological tasks reflect the interpenetration of educational and professional activities, as the sequence of professional actions selected by students allows to move from theoretical awareness to activities in the specialty in a real simulated practical plane. The results of a survey of students studying in the specialty 014 Secondary Education (Informatics) to determine the difficulties they encountered during the development of syllabi for lessons in computer science and their reproduction in a simulated educational process are presented. It is noted that the appropriate and balanced involvement of students in solving methodological problems is based on the competence, activity paradigm in combination with a personal approach.

Issues of organization of educational and research activities in the conditions of modern school education draw attention of contemporary researchers. One of the methodological issues is the organization of educational and research activities of schoolchildren in the study of extant “echoes” of traditional folklore holidays and modern spoken folklore genres. The article describes the sequence of organizing work on the study of folklore and algorithms for collecting, processing, and storing texts of spoken folklore in the school curriculum. In addition, the paper introduces the idea of a “native land corner” as a form of extracurricular (local history) activities at school. The study provides the methodology of the organization of the Corner, its rubrics, and topics. The authors consider the peculiarities of the study of local history study of the Small Motherland as part of the Fatherland to a global scale (the native microcosm – the region – Russia – the world).

The literature that drives the work of Lia Rodrigues1 - This article presents the readings that inspired the work of choreographer Lia Rodrigues (1956), starting in the 1990s and ending with her 2016 piece, For the sky not to fall. The study lists works of fiction and non-fiction, including literature, philosophy, and anthropology, which served as triggering devices for the works’ dramaturgies, while still not seeking to translate the written word in linear or narrative form into dance. The analysis presents this choreographic unfolding, which eschews a conventional reading, to achieve bodily states in the dancers. The collection of readings is presented in relation to the company’s repertoire, proposing dialogues between text fragments and dance.

Este artigo apresenta as leituras que moveram o trabalho da coreógrafa Lia Rodrigues (1956), desde os anos 1990, até sua peça de 2016, Para que o céu não caia. O estudo elenca obras de ficção e não ficção, incluindo literatura, filosofia e antropologia, que serviram de dispositivos disparadores para as dramaturgias dos trabalhos, sem, contudo, buscar traduzir a palavra escrita de forma linear ou narrativa em dança. A análise apresenta estas dobras coreográficas, que fogem de uma leitura convencional, para atingir estados corporais nos bailarinos. O levantamento das leituras é apresentado em sua relação com o repertório da companhia, propondo diálogos de fragmentos dos textos com a dança.

Questo contributo torna sulla questione delle fonti volgari dell’Ariosto proponendosi di analizzare un testo carolingio e il suo possibile rapporto con l’Orlando furioso, finora sfuggito all’attenzione della critica: la versione lunga della Vendetta di Falconetto. Si parte dall’esame dei punti di contatto tra i due poemi, a cominciare dalle somiglianze a livello di singoli episodi, per arrivare a più generali affinità tematiche e strutturali. Nel suo insieme lo studio suggerisce che la presenza della Vendetta, i cui personaggi sono capaci di azioni ciniche e non di rado vengono meno ai valori cavallereschi, potrebbe spiegare almeno in parte alcuni degli elementi più sconcertanti nella rappresentazione della cavalleria nel Furioso.

Contextualización: En la producción ganadera, la suplementación alimenticia se lleva a cabo con alimentos balanceados comerciales que incrementan los costos de producción y afectan de esta manera los márgenes de rentabilidad de las empresas pecuarias. Vacío de conocimiento: El ensilaje de naranja se ve como una alternativa nutricional y económica para las empresas ganaderas en busca de su sostenibilidad bajo los siguientes interrogantes: ¿cuál es el efecto del ensilaje de naranja sobre la productividad y calidad de leche bovina?, ¿es posible reducir los costos por concepto de alimentación al incluir este ensilaje y reducir el alimento balanceado sin afectar los parámetros productivos en bovinos leche? Propósito del estudio: Evaluar el efecto del suministro de ensilaje de naranja (EN) sobre la composición de la leche bovina en la Granja Experimental Villa Marina de la Universidad de Pamplona. Metodología: Se utilizó un diseño de bloques completos aleatorizados con 12 animales cuya genética está influenciada por las razas Gyr, Holstein, Jersey y Rojo Sueco, distribuidos en un tratamiento con la sustitución del 20% del alimento balanceado comercial (T1) y un testigo (T2). Se elaboró el EN con frutos producidos en la granja con 30 días de fermentación. Se realizó un periodo de acostumbramiento de 10 días. Se midió la composición de la leche (grasa, proteína, sólidos no grasos, minerales y lactosa) cada siete días durante 90 días. Los datos obtenidos, fueron sometidos a un análisis de varianza y de correlación. Resultados y conclusiones: La inclusión de EN generó un mayor (P0,05) por los tratamientos. El costo de suplementación por litro de leche se estimó en $ 265,15. La sustitución de alimento balanceado comercial en un 20% con EN mejora el porcentaje de grasa en la leche y disminuye los costos de la alimentación respecto al manejo convencional, constituyéndose en una alternativa sostenible de alimentación en vacas lactantes cruzadas.

La pertinencia de esta investigación es evidente, ya que los problemas de la economía de mercado moderna y el sistema financiero de la economía mundial global son muy pertinentes para la cienciaeconómica. En el mundo moderno, en su camino hacia la globalización, la capacidad de adaptarse rápidamente a las condiciones de la competencia internacional se está convirtiendo en un instrumento para asegurar un desarrollo exitoso y sostenible. La principal ventaja competitiva de un país altamente desarrollado está relacionada con la posibilidad de actualizar su índice de desarrollo humano, que viene determinado en gran medida por el estado de su sistema educativo. Así pues, esta esfera está relacionada con el crecimiento económico sostenible del país a mediano y largo plazo; el empleo de los recién graduados es un problema complejo, pertinente y polifacético, ya que afecta a casi todos los segmentos de la sociedad. Actualmente, en vista de la rápida evolución de la situación del mercado laboral, la amenaza del desempleo para los recién graduados se está agudizando enormemente. Los graduados de hoyen día reponen los grupos sociales vulnerables que están sufriendo situaciones de vida difíciles. El propósitode este estudio es analizar la situación de empleo de los graduados universitarios, como lo ejemplifica el empleo de los recién graduados, y proporcionar recomendaciones para ayudar en su contratación. En la investigación se utilizó una combinación de métodos teóricos (análisis, generalización al tiempo que se establecen principios y pautas), organizativos (comparación, método longitudinal) y empíricos (métodos sociológicos, métodos de observación, método cuantitativo de procesamiento estadístico de los datos reunidos y método de interpretación). Como parte del estudio, se definen y sistematizan los conocimientos relativos a los principales factores que afectan al empleo de los graduados de la enseñanza secundaria. La importancia práctica y teórica del estudio radica en las recomendaciones elaboradas para promover el empleo de los graduados universitarios en la República de Saja (Yakutia) [RS (Y)] sobre la base de los resultados obtenidos.

The Russian language contains a number of bi-aspectual verbs, which may be used as both imperfective and perfective. A comparison of several dictionaries shows that lexicographers hold very different opinions as to whether a given verb is bi-aspectual or not. A comparison of verbs labeled as bi-aspectual in a dictionary against real usage of some bi-aspectual verbs in texts indicates that the dictionaries are not always reliable and that the lexicographic mark-ing of bi-aspectual verbs is rather founded on tradition than on actual usage in texts.
