The central topic of this essay is the Constantino Láscaris Comneno's educational thought. He was a Spanish and Costa Rican philosopher who has influenced in Costa Rican education and culture since his work as a lecturer and as a culture divulgator. The analysis focuses on his general ideas about education, his concept of pedagogy and his conception about teaching.
