The article tries state, historical and cultural constraints that have influenced the discredit and isolation of modern oral folk poetry, by, above all, literary criticism. These reserves have influenced the mention of this type of lyric, whose literary quality is defended here (including through an anthology), has disappeared from literature, manuals and textbooks to use. The claim of consideration, study and gathering this folk literature has become an ignored topic since the nineteenth century, as the literary canon that was brewing in the wake of the philological studies of early twentieth century researchers moved his study, collection and dissemination away. The paper considers all the prejudices and causes that causes that have affected so that it has come to accept it. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
