This paper outlines the trajectory of the Andalusian Research and Resources Centre for the Performing Arts in Seville. It is a centre based on the people and on flexibility to allow the necessary changes for its operation. Its main guidelines are: the adaptation of its services to the needs of users, the integration of technologies to improve research and the experience acquired by its professionals to put everything at the service of theatre, dance, puppetry, magic and circus.
