This paper presents some reflections linked to the predominant style in the implementation of the National Educative Reform of the 90s, and some particularities that acquired in the Province of Cordoba. From the multiply of perspectives possible of analysis, this work privileges the analysis of some special situations derived from the setting off of huge programs and projects, as a predominant type in the materialization of the "Educative Transformation" This work, which belongs to the investigations of a Masters Degree thesis, focuses its attention in the evaluation -subject present in national and provincial documents- and particularly in some conflictive and contradictorily situations that appeared in the evaluation of several educative projects designed for the medium level.
