In this paper the computational implementation of a model for the administrator of industrial maintenance, the person who must decide about the priority in which the productive equipments in a company should be replaced. The system takes into account the level of importance in the evolution of new products that the company wants to produce and to satisfy the ones already in the market. The program gives priority to the replacement of equipment based on its impact on productivity, the level of adaptability with the evolution of the product and the replacement cost of the new equipment. All of the data introduced on the spreadsheet reflect the appreciation that of the piece of equipment has on its surrounding. The results are analyzed and graphically presented. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
