The physical activity practiced regularly is considered a resource that favors the prevention of diseases, in this sense cycling is presented as a sport modality that promotes aerobic power. There is a need to develop measures that achieve healthy and sustainable lifestyles through aerobic physical exercises that promote health and adherence. A review of the literature has been carried out with different searches, among which the main databases are: Web of Science (WOS) and PubMed. In conclusion, the practice of cycling is indicated by its association with an improvement in aerobic power, as well as the need to implement through intervention programs and / or public policies. AA7075 alloy was characterized using the techniques of Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Electrical Resistivity (?) and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) for samples homogenized and deformed by rolling at different degree of reduction in thickness. The results show for each of the techniques used a microstructural variation between the homogenized and rolled samples. Are evident in the homogenized samples, both DSC and resistivity measures, reactions associated with the precipitation of GP zones, of the ? phase and phases possibly rich in Cu at temperatures above 500°C coincident with those reported in the literature. DSC measures insinuate also the precipitation of the phase ?' at 175°C. The rolling effect is to move each of the reactions that occur below 400°C, demonstrating a clear interaction between the processes of precipitation and recrystallization. In this sense we conclude that the initial rearrangement of dislocations, or restoration, affect precipitation of GP zones, while the recrystallization interacts with the precipitation of phases ? 'and ?, showing both a single reaction exothermic for DSC and ? measurements. The process of total recrystallization of the samples occurs at temperatures below 400°C. Above that temperature all samples show similar behavior. TEM measurements permit verify all these statements, showing microstructures with an increasing density of dislocations to the extent that the degree of laminate increases. At first disordered, forming tangles of dislocations, and then arranging on parallel form about the grain boundaries. Therefore, the DSC measurements, ? and METreveal the interaction between the precipitation and relaxation of the microstructure processes by recrystallization of plastically deformed samples. Commercial alloy AA8011 has been studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) under the condition microstructural homogenized and rolled to different degrees of reduction in thickness, in order to highlight and characterize the interaction between the precipitation and recrystallization, which must occur simultaneously in these alloys subjected to deformation. Calorimetry measurements show differences between the heat flow of samples homogenized and rolled samples. Being reported two extra peaks on severely deformed samples located in the vicinity of the exothermic reactions that characterize the precipitation of the a-FeSiAl and ß-Al3Fe phases. The TEM micrographs show an increase of the dislocation density and a parallel reorganization of the same to the extent that the degree of deformation increases. Recrystallization energy is evaluated, obtaining a value of 106 kJ/ mol. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
