This research had as main objective to propose design criteria for the construction of an unmanned aerial vehicle of the type quadrotor with an unusual size for experimental and capable of carrying moderate loads test. It was theoretically supported by Mahony (2012), Diaz (2012), Bresciani (2008) and Guillen (2010), for the study variable: Drone of Quadrotor type. The methodology used in the research was projective experimental design, which allowed the manipulation of several independent variables to observe its action in the dependent variable (SISO). Research consists of six (6) phases. an appropriate selection of the airframe as well as of its components was conducted to subsequently assemble. Then it was configured and calibrated its sensors, the proper functioning of the engines and setting directions of rotation previously through its variable speed drives were checked. In addition, the study focused on the structural components and modules that make the aircraft capable of meeting the requirements of the project. The end result was a remote controlled vehicle and automatically with the appropriate size to perform tasks both outdoors and indoors environments develop a series of tests verified that the design meets the stated requirements.
