Abstract

The article presents a study on the geospatial characteristics and distribution of Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP) in San Antonio, Texas. The study intends to determine the causes of the morbidity and mortality of Hispanics. The study proves the capability of the geospatial analyses to improve tools and strategies in identifying service delivery gaps which affect the health condition of Hispanics.
