The disjunctive is now, how to provide to the system the mechanisms to exist a real correlation between the number of voters and their representation in the legislative, specifically in the Chamber of Deputies; that is, it has to look the alternatives to avoid the over-representation and under-representation. It will be analyzed based on statistical indices for the competitivity and disproportionality, how to the phenomenal of the representation is unfolding in the Mexican electoral and political system, producing to this way greater or lesser degrees of effective in the legislative work, that is, producing better indices of representativity, the interests of the voters will have more facility to be exposed in the Chambers of the Representatives.
