Canada's budgeting reform is holistic. It targets sustainable fiscal structure. In that scope, besides taking measured both revenue and expenditure of budget, they have been implementing new learning framework policy with awareness of living in knowledge age, and public sector modernization policy in order to provide good governance, and accountability transparent management financial and human capital. In this work is generally used Canada's government document as primarily resources, but also used some secondary resources related with this subject. Besides the theoretical work, the graphical analyzing and regression analyzing method is used in this paper. It brought up the measures, which were taken by Canada's government. Data related with this period of federal budget, public debt and national product, were analyzed and reached a result. According to this result, with Canada's budgeting reform, budget deficits were reduced and also public debt level was reduced in percentage of GDP. On the other hand, together with the fulfillment of reform policy, it was viewed increasing of the Canada's GDP. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
