In this study the relationships between organizational justice perceived organizational support and job satisfaction are investigated using data obtained from 356 full-time employees of twelve banking and insurance organizations. Research hypotheses suggest that perceived organizational support mediates the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction. Exploratory factor analysis of satisfaction items reveals that job satisfaction has three dimensions namely, satisfaction from job's characteristics, satisfaction from management, and satisfaction from compensation. This study serves as an important guide for those who aim to increase employees' job satisfaction resulting in lower turnover rates in a rapidly changing environment. Multiple regression analysis suggests that both distributive and procedural justice positively affect all three dimensions of job satisfaction. The results of mediation analyses further indicate that perceived organizational support mediates the relationship between organizational justice and dimensions of job satisfaction.
