The first congress organized at Nigde Omer Halisdemir University this year in cooperation with Aksaray University, Kirsehir Ahi Evran University, and Nevsehir Haci Bektas Veli University. The aim of our first congress was to bring our students together in the field of social sciences, to mediate the sharing of experience, to prepare the subjects related to their fields of study in front of the students who participated in different universities under the moderation of experts and thus prepare them for academic life. There were 200 undergarduate and graduate students to our Congress from around 50 differrent universities in Turkey and nine different countries. Scientific papers are presented by students. The international congress helped graduate students to improve their thesis and developed new collaboration between students and academicians. I am very pleased that topics presented in the conference covers a very wide area in this meaning. Needless to say, hosting such an important and timely academic event gave us great pleasure but at the same time put on our shoulders an enormous task of making your stay enjoyable and fruitful. We all know the importance of developments in science and technology in the welfare of the societies. Investing in education, in particular, science and technology is a very vital for the future of every country. We, as the Turkic and Islamic World, had made important contribution to the scientific advances in the past. Research on the history of science reveals that incredible scientific advances were made in both the Muslim and Turkic worlds during the dark ages of medieval Europe. Bu doktora çalışmasında, patates siğil hastalığının kalıtımı ve siğil hastalığına dayanıklı genotiplerin seleksiyonunda bazı moleküler markörlerin kullanım olanakları araştırılmıştır. Denemeler siğil hastalığı ile bulaşık tarlalarda 34 patates çeşidi ve 10 farklı melez ailesine ait 1.000 genotiple yürütülmüştür. Dayanıklılığın belirlenmesinde bazı Basit Dizi Tekrarları (SSR) markörlerinin de etkinlikleri araştırılmıştır. İki yıl yürütülen çeşitlerin bulaşık alan tarla denemesinde en düşük bulaşıklık oranları Lindita, Andante ve Van Gogh çeşitlerinde, en yüksek bulaşıklık oranları ise Lady Olympia, Lady Claire ve Folva çeşitlerinde gözlemlenmiştir. Üç yıl yürütülen genotiplerin bulaşık alan tarla denemesinde ise en düşük bulaşık genotip sayısı Van Gogh x Megusta ve Megusta x Lindita melez ailelerinde, en yüksek bulaşık genotip sayısı ise Agria x Granola ve Megusta x Granola melez ailelerinde tespit edilmiştir. STM2030 ve STM3023b SSR markörleri ile çeşit ve genotiplerin hastalık belirtileri arasında ilişki saptanamamıştır. Megusta x Granola melez ailesinden PAİ-12-11-76 ve PAİ-12-11-143 genotipleri patates siğil hastalığına dayanıklı hatlar olarak seçilerek tescil ettirilmek üzere tohumluk çoğaltımına alınmışlardır., The objectives of this dissertation project were to investigate inheritance of potato wart disease and to determine reliability of some molecular markers for resistance genotype selection against the wart disease. The experiments were conducted at wart infected fields with 34 potato varieties and 1.000 genotypes from 10 different crossing family. Two SSR markers were used to determine efficacy of molecular marker for resistance determination. According to two years infected field trial results Lindita, Andante and Van Gogh varieties were found the most resistance varieties in spite of that Lady Olympia, Lady Claire and Folva varieties were found the most susceptible varieties. The lowest infection ratios were determined at Van Gogh x Megusta and Megusta x Lindita families whereas the highest infection ratios were determined at Agria x Granola and Megusta x Granola families. There was not found any significant relationship between STM2030 and STM3023b SSR markers with disease infection symptom. At the end of three years infected field trials, PAĐ-12-11-76 and PAĐ-12-11- 143 genotypes from Megusta x Granola family were selected as wart resistant breeding lines, and their seed multiplication have been started.

Fiber takviyeli kompozitler, ağırlıklarına oranla yüksek mukavemet ve rijitlikleri nedeniyle uzay ve otomotiv yapısal parçalarında yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Delaminasyon, bu kompozitlerde görülen en yaygın ve kritik hasar modudur. Bu kompozitlerin delaminasyon direncini arttırmak amacıyla, nanokatkılar ile epoksi toklaştırması, dikişleme, z-pimler ve arayüzeyde mikro/nanofiber kullanılması gibi pek çok sayıda teknik geliştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, poliamid 6/6 (PA 66) mikrofiberler ile toklaştırılmış karbon fiber/epoksi kompozitlerin Mode-I delaminasyon direnci Weibull dağılımı kullanılarak istatiksel olarak analiz edilmiştir. Test verilerinin istatiksel olarak değerlendirilmesi sonucunda PA 66 mikrofiberlerin kullanılmasının %90 güven seviyesinde kırılma tokluğunu yaklaşık %445 mertebesinde arttırdığı gözlemlenmiştir., Fiber reinforced composites are being extensively used in many applications such as aerospace and automotive structural components due to their specific strength and stiffness. Delamination is the most common and critical failure mode observed in these composites. Many different methods such as epoxy toughening by nanofillers, stitching, z-pinning and micro/nanofiber interleaving have been developed to improve their delamination resistance. In this study, the Mode-I delamination resistance of carbon fiber/epoxy composites toughened by polyamide 6/6 (PA 66) microfibers has been statistically analyzed using Weibull distribution. The statistical analyses of the test data showed that the use of PA 66 microfibers could improve Mode-I fracture toughness by as much as 445% at a 90% confidence level.

Bu çalışmada, hasat öncesi uygulanan naftalen asetik asit (NAA) ve aminoetoksivinilglisin (AVG) uygulamalarının, Braeburn elmasının meyve kalitesi ve hasat önü dökümü üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Deneme ağaçları, tahmini hasattan 4 hafta önce 20 mg L-1 NAA ve 150, 225 ve 300 mg L-1 olmak üzere 3 (üç) farklı miktarda AVG konsantrasyonu ile muamele edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar kontrol ile karşılaştırıldığında, NAA ve AVG uygulamalarının hasat önü dökümünü önemli miktarda azalttığı ortaya konmuştur. Meyve renk gelişimi, AVG uygulamaları ile önemli derecede geciktirilmiştir. 225 ve 300 mg L-1 AVG uygulama konsantrasyonlarının 1, 8 ve 15 Ekim tarihlerinde yapılan hasatta meyve ağırlığını önemli derecede azalttığı tespit edilmiştir. AVG uygulamaları meyve eti sertliğinin korunmasında daha etkili olmuştur. Fakat NAA uygulaması tahmini hasat tarihinde hem meyve eti sertliğini, hem de kopma direncini önemli derecede azaltmıştır. AVG uygulamaları nişasta parçalanmasını önemli derecede geciktirmiş ve suda çözünür kuru madde miktarını azaltmıştır. AVG’nin 225 ve 300 mg L-1 konsantrasyonu ile muamele olmuş meyveler 1, 8 ve 15 Ekim tarihinde kontrol ve NAA uygulamalarından daha yüksek titre edilebilir asitlik içeriğine sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. In this study, effects of pre-harvest applied aminoethoxyvinylglycine (AVG) and napthaleneacetic acid (NAA) treatments on the pre-harvest drop and fruit quality of ‘Braeburn’ apple were investigated. Experimental trees were treated with three different concentrations (150, 225 and 300 mg L-1) of AVG and 20 mg L-1 NAA 4 weeks before anticipated harvest date. Results which were obtained revealed that NAA and AVG treatments significantly decreased pre-harvest drops compared to control treatment. AVG treatments significantly delayed peel color development. The fruit weight was significantly reduced by 225 and 300 mg L-1 AVG concentration at 1, 8 and 15 October harvest date. AVG treatments were more effective in retaining of flesh firmness. But NAA treatment significantly reduced both flesh firmness and fruit removal force at anticipated harvest. AVG treatments significantly delayed starch degradation, and reduced soluble solids content. 225 and 300 mg L-1 AVG-treated fruits exhibited higher titratable acidity than control and NAA on 1, 8 and 15 October.

Gravimetrik jeoit belirlemede global yerpotansiyel modellerinden, sayısal yükseklik modellerinden ve yersel gravite gözlemlerinden yararlanılır. Yeryuvarının tümüne homojen olarak yayılmış gravite gözlemlerinin değerlendirilmesiyle global yerpotansiyel modeller üretilir. Global yerpotansiyel modellerin doğruluğu, bu modeller kullanılarak oluşturulacak çalışmaların başarısını doğrudan etkileyecektir. Bu uygulamada yakın tarihlerde CHAMP, GRACE ve GOCE uydu verileri yardımıyla oluşturulan yeni nesil global yerpotansiyel modellerinden türetilen jeoit ondülasyonları, GPS/Nivelman verilerinden elde edilen eşlenikleri ile karşılaştırılıp seçilen güncel global yerpotansiyel modellerinin doğrulukları bölgesel olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Ele alınan yeni nesil global yerpotansiyel modeller kullanılarak KTH tekniği ile Konya Kapalı Havzasında 12 adet gravimetrik jeoit modeli oluşturulmuş ve oluşturulan her bir model 7 parametreli benzerlik dönüşümü yardımıyla GPS/Nivelman verileri kullanılarak karşılaştırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak yeni nesil global yerpotansiyel modelinin doğruluğunun hesaplanan gravimetrik jeoit modelinin doğruluğuna yaptığı katkılar sayısal anlamda ortaya konmuştur., Global geopotential models, digital elevation models and local gravity observations are utilized in the gravimetric geoid determination. By assessing gravitational observations homogeneously distributed throughout the earth, global geopotential models are produced. The validity of the global geopotential models will directly affect the success of the studies to be done through these models. In this study, geoid undulations derived from the new generation global geopotential models yielded by the data of CHAMP, GRACE and GOCE satellites in recent years are compared with the equivalents obtained from GPS/leveling data and the validity of selected current global geopotential models are evaluated regionally. Twelve gravimetric geoid models have been created in Konya Closed Basin through KTH technique by using the new generation global geopotential model, and using GPS/Leveling data through 7-parameter similarity transformation compared each geoid model. As a result, the contributions of the new generation global geopotential model to the accuracy of gravimetric geoid model are presented numerically.

Kurtbaş, İhsan; İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi Siyaset Bilimi ve Kamu Yönetimi Bölümü, Geçmişte çocukların temel olarak iki tane bilgilenme/etkilenme kaynağı vardı; anne-baba ve eğitimciler. Günümüzde bu kaynaklara başta sosyal medya gibi yeni iletişim teknolojileri olmak üzere, televizyon da eklenmiştir. Çocukların gündelik pratiklerinin çeşitliliğindeki sınırlılık ve geleneksel aile rolünün kaybolması, televizyonu çocuğun bireysel bilgisini oluşturan ve yaratan temel aygıt konumuma getirdiği gibi, adeta ona “bakıcı rolü” de yüklemiştir. Ancak televizyon; bir model oluşturma yoluyla çocuğa ve çocukluğa zarar vermenin yanında, fiziksel, psikolojik ve sosyal daha birçok tahribatlara neden olabilmektedir. Çocuk ve televizyon arasındaki etkileşim bir yandan ulusların sosyal yapılarına göre şekillenirken, öte yandan televizyon yayınlarının içeriklerine göre farklılaşabilmektedir. Neticede çocuk(luk), kendi dışındaki dünyanın bilgisine açıldığı anda, bozulmakta, kendine özgü saflığını yitirmekte ve sahici değerlerinden ve tanımlayıcı özelliklerinden uzaklaşmaktadır. Bu noktada sorun, kitle iletişim araçlarının, rating kaygısıyla, çocukları şiddet ve tüketim sarmalının içine almalarıdır. Bu çalışma oto-kontrol [televizyon kurumlarında] ve kontrol [devlet nezdinde-ebeveynlerde-eğitim kurumlarında-sosyal hizmet birimlerinde] mekanizmalarının olmaması ya da daha iyimser bir ifadeyle yetersiz olması münasebetiyle çocukluğun şiddet ve tüketim kıskacında tükendiği ve çocukların televizyonun olumsuz etkilerine karşı daha savunmasız oldukları yönünde bazı hipotezlere dayanmaktadır. Bu hipotezleri test etmek üzere iki farklı teknik kullanılmıştır. Birincisi, çocuklara ana teması şiddet olan fiktif (hayali) bir senaryo (sinopsis) anlatılmış ve mülakat yoluyla anlık tepkilerine ilişkin alımlama analizi (recetion analyse) yapılmıştır. Burada amaç, çocukların fiktif bir şiddet senaryosunu nasıl yorumladıklarını anlayarak televizyondaki şiddet kodlarının nasıl alımlandığını analiz etmektir. İkincisi ise akıllı işaretlerin çocuklar tara-fından ne kadar tanındıkları, televizyon-çocuk etkileşiminde ebeveynlerin ne kadar etkin oldukları, çocukların hangi kitle iletişim araçlarını ne kadar süreyle takip ettikleri, bu sürenin ders ve oyun etkinlikleri içinde ne kadar yer kapladığı ve çocukların reklam gibi tüketim çağrılarına nasıl tepki verdiklerine ilişkin anket uygulamasıdır. Buradaki temel gaye ise reklam özelinde çocukların televizyona ilişkin savunma(sızlık) sınırlarını tespit etmektir. Elde edilen çarpıcı sonuçlar hipotez-leri doğrulamış, bu verilerden hareketle yeni yol haritaları oluşturulmuş ve çeşitli çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur., In the past there were basically two sources of information/influence for children; parents and educators. At the present time, television has also been added to these sources, especially new communication technologies such as social media. The limitations in everyday practices of the children and loss of traditional family role have caused the television both to become a device that forms and creates their individual information and to assume a role almost as “babysitter”. However, the television causes many other physical, psychological and social damages, in addition to its harmful effect to be a model on them and their childhood. The interaction between the children and the television, on the one hand, takes a shape in accordance with the social structu-res of nations, on the other hand, differs according to the contents of the television broadcasting. Eventually the child (hood) corrupts, loses its distinctive purity and moves away from the genuine values and definitive characteristics at the time it opens to the world outside its own. At that point, the problem is that the mass media exposes the children to violence and consumption by rating concerns. This study bases on some hypothesis that on the ground that there are not any self-control [in the television companies] and control [in the eye of the state-the parents-educational instituti-ons-social service units] mechanisms, or with a more optimistic expression, these mechanisms are insufficient, the childhood is spent in the grip of violence and consumption and the children are more defenseless against the negative effects of the television. Two different techniques were used to investigate these hypotheses. First, a fictitious scenario (sinopse) in which the main theme is violence was told to the children, and an analysis of reception was carried out in relation to their instant responses by means of interviews. The purpose here is to mention how the children consi-der violence codes on television by understanding how they interpret a fictitious scenario of vio-lence. Second is the implementation of survey in relation to what extent the children recognize the smart signs, how effective the parents are in the television-child interaction, what mass media the children follow and how long, how much space this period takes up in the activities and games and how the children response to the calls of consumption such as advertising. The purpose is to determine the limits of the defense(lessness) for the children relating to the television, advertising in particular. Remarkable results obtained have confirmed the hypotheses; starting from the point of this data, new roadmaps have been formed and various solution proposals presented.

İşletmelerin pazarlama karar ve stratejilerinin belirlenmesinde cinsiyet kavramı, etkili bir pazar bölümleme değişkenidir. Ürünlerin ve hizmetlerin hedef kitlenin isteklerine ve ihtiyaçlarına hitap edebilmesi, hedef kitlenin dikkatini çekebilmesi etkin bir pazarlama iletişimi ile mümkün olabilmektedir. Satın alma davranışını önemli ölçüde şekillendiren reklamlar, pazarlama iletişimi açısından hedef kitleye ulaşmada anahtar rol üstlenmektedir. Hedef kitlenin, reklamı yapılan ürüne veya hizmete dikkatinin çekilmesi, ürünün veya hizmetin akılda kalıcılığının sağlanması, rakiplerinden ayırt edilebilir olması için geliştirilen unsurları ifade eden reklamda çekicilik ve strateji, bu çalışma ile irdelenen başlıklar arasındadır. Bu kapsamda dezenfektan reklamlarında kullanılan görsellerin reklamda çekicilik ve strateji oluştururken cinsiyet kaynaklı; algılama farklılıkları, dikkat süre ve sayılarındaki farklılıklar, nöropazarlama araştırma tekniklerinden Eye-Tracking yöntemi ile ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışma; Fırat Üniversitesi Pazarlama ve Nöropazarlama Araştırma Merkezi kapsamında 15 kadın ve 15 erkek olmak üzere toplam 30 gönüllü katılımcı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada, hedef kitlenin Eye Tracking analiz yöntemi ile dezenfektan reklamlarında kullanılan görsellerin farkındalık düzeyleri araştırılmış ve görsel etki düzeyleri belirlenmiştir. Bu sebeple, dezenfektan reklamları aracılığı ile kadın ve erkeğin marka seçimindeki farklı kararlarının altında yatan gerçek sebepler anlaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Böylece, dezenfektan reklamları üzerindeki görsel etki düzeylerinin cinsiyete göre farklılaşma düzeyleri tespit edilmiştir., The concept of gender is an effective market segmentation variable in determining businesses' marketing decisions and strategies. With effective marketing communication, it is possible that products and services can address the target audience's demands and needs and attract the attention of the target audience. In terms of marketing communication, the ads that shape buying behavior significantly play a key role in reaching the target audience. The attractiveness and strategy of the advertisement, which expresses the elements developed to attract the target audience's attention to the advertised product or service, to ensure the permanence of the product or service, and to be distinguished from its competitors, are among the topics discussed in this study. In this context, the visuals used in disinfectant advertisements are based on gender while creating attraction and strategy in advertising; Understanding and interpreting information, differences in attention span and numbers, and neuromarketing research techniques are tried to be set forth by Eye-Tracking method.This study was held with a total of 30 volunteers (15 women and 15 men) within the scope of the University of Firat, Marketing and Neuromarketing Research Center. In the research, the awareness level of the visuals used in disinfectant advertisements were investigated by the Eye Tracking analysis method of the target audience, and the visual effect levels were determined. For this reason, the real motives underlying the different decisions of men and women in brand selection were tried to be understood through disinfectant advertisements. Thus, differentiation levels of visual effects levels on disinfectant ads by gender were examined.

Capgras sendromu(CS), hastanın genellikle ebeveyn?lerinin, yakınlarının ve hatta bâzen kendisinin onlara tıpatıp benzeyen ikizleri ile değiştirildikleri biçiminde sanrılar ile karakterize nadir bir şizofreni türüdür. Ergenlerde sıklığı oldukça azdır. Capgras sendromunun sıklıkla şizofrenik olgularda-özellikle paranoid şizofrenide görüldüğü bildirilmiştir, depresyon ve manide gözlenebileceği belirtilmiştir. Tek bir nedeni olmamakla birlikte etyopatogenezinde biyolojik ve psikolojik etken?lerin beraber rol aldığı düşünülmektedir. Psikolojik etmenlerle ilgili birçok olguda sendroma psikodinamik açıklamalar getirilirken, biyolojik etmenlerin ise yaygın ve lokalize beyin lezyonları olduğu bildirilmiştir. Bu fenomen ile karşılaşıldığında psikolojik etmenlerin rol aldığı düşünülse de, organik bir nedenin de bulunabileceği düşünülerek ayrıntılı nöropsikiyatrik değerlendirme ve incelemeler yapılmalıdır. Bu olgu sunumunda çocuk ve ergen ruh sağlığı polikliniğine içe kapanma, sesler duyma, kendi kendine konuşma şikayeti ile başvuran takiplerinde anne babasının gerçek anne babası olmadığını düşünen, eşlik eden paranoid ve perseküsyon sanrıları olan bir ergen Capgras Sendromu olgusunu ve tedavi sürecini tartışmayı amaçladık., Capgras syndrome (CS) is a rare type of schizophrenia characterized by delusions that the patient is often replaced by their parents, relatives and sometimes even their identical twins. It is very rare in childhood. It has been reported that Capgras syndrome is frequently seen in schizophrenic cases, especially in paranoid schiphrenia and it can be observed in depression an mania. Although there is no single reason, biological and psychological factors are thought to play a role in its atiopathogenesis. While psychodynamic explanations were brought to the syndrome in may cases related to pscyhological factors, biological factors were reported to have widespread and localized brain lesions. Although this phenomenon is thought to play a role in psychological factors,detailed neuropsychiatric evaluations and axaminations should be carried out considering that an organic cause may also exist. In this case report, we aimed to discuss the case and treatment process of an adolescent Capgras Syndrome, which is accompanied by paranoid and per?secutory delusions, who thinks that his parents are not real parents in the follow-up complaints of Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Diseases.

Kariyer endişesi; kişinin çalışma hayatında kariyeriyle ilgili kendisini tehdit eden ve/veya belirsizlik yaşamasına neden olan bir durumla karşı karşıya kaldığında ortaya çıkan duygu durumu olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada; kurumlarda çalışan kişilerin yaşamış oldukları kariyer endişesinin altında yatan konuları tespit etmek amacıyla nitel araştırma yöntemi tercih edilmiş ve hem kamu sektöründe hem de özel sektördeki farklı örgütlerde çalışan 37 katılımcıyla derinlemesine mülakatlar gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan görüşmeler sonucunda söz konusu endişenin arka planında bireysel, örgütsel, teknolojik ve toplumsal konular başta olmak üzere çalışma arkadaşları, yönetici ve istihdam ile ilgili konulardan kaynaklandığı ortaya konulmuş ve çalışanların bu endişeyle baş edebilme yolları sıralanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın, kariyerini yerleştirme/sürdürme döneminde olan çalışanların yaşamış oldukları kariyer endişesinin altında yatan nedenleri belirlemeye yönelik olarak yapılan bir nitel çalışma olması nedeniyle alanyazına katkıda bulunacağına ve konuyla ilgili gelecekte yapılacak araştırmalara zemin oluşturacağına inanılmaktadır. Career anxiety is defined as the state of emotion which occurs when people are faced with a situation that threatens them and / or causes an uncertainty about their career in business life. In this study, qualitative research method is preferred and in-depth interviews are performed with 37 participants who work in different organizations both in the public and private sector to identify the underlying factors of career anxiety. The interviews reveal that career anxiety is derived from collegues, managers, employment issues, particulary those related to individual, organizational, technological, social issues and the implications are listed for employees to deal with this anxiety. It is also believed that this study will contribute to the national literature as it is the study that has been conducted with a qualitative method on career anxiety which is experienced by the employees who are in the stage of establishing/maintaining their career and will form the basis for future research on this topic.

Dünya geneline bakıldığında Türkiye’de yükseköğretimden yararlanma oranının uzun yıllar boyunca çok geride kaldığı aşikardır. Son yıllarda yapılan düzenlemelerle söz konusu oranda önemli bir artış gerçekleştiği ve ülke olarak bu alanda rekabet gücümüzün ciddi seviyelere ulaştığı açıkça görülmektedir. Ülkemizin her noktasında açılan üniversiteler ile yükseköğretimde belirlenen hedeflere doğru hızla ilerlemekteyiz. Öğrencilerimizin akademik bilgilerinin teori ve pratikte çok değerli olduğunu belirtmemiz gerekir. Ancak iş dünyası sadece akademik bilgiye sahip bir iş gücü talep etmemektedir. İş dünyasının ihtiyaç duyduğu niteliklere sahip bir iş gücü arayışı dünyanın gelişmiş ekonomilerinde ve tabi ki ülkemizde en üst seviyeye ulaşmıştır. Bu genel çerçevede değerlendirildiğinde iş gücü piyasasının talep ettiği niteliklerle donanmış bir iş gücü hacmi oluşturmanın ilk adımı kariyer bilincine sahip öğrencilerin gerekli eğitimleri alabilmesini sağlamaktır. Öğrencilerin niteliklerini geliştirmek ve iş gücü piyasasının taleplerine karşılık verebilmek için üniversitelerde kariyer merkezleri kurulmuştur. Bu merkezler vasıtasıyla tüm öğrencilere kariyer hedeflerine ulaşmada ihtiyaçları olan bilgi, belge vb. hususların temini sağlanmaktadır. Kariyer merkezleri gerek eğitimler gerek kariyer fuarları ve gerekse iş dünyası ile öğrenciler arasında kurdukları köprüler vasıtasıyla üniversitelerin önemli birimleri arasında yer almaktadır. Bu genel çerçevede öğrencilerimizin donanımlarına bir katkı daha sağlamak üzere T.C. Cumhurbaşkanlığı İnsan Kaynakları Ofisinin önderliğinde kariyer merkezlerinin koordinatörlüğünde üniversite müfredatlarına “Kariyer Planlama” dersi eklenmiştir. Dersin amacı, iş dünyasının hızla değişen ekonomik, sosyal , kültürel, etik ve yasal koşullarında gerçek hayat problemleri ile uyumlu çağdaş, gelişmiş kariyer planlama yöntemlerini öğrencilere tanıtmak ve onlara bu yöntemleri kendi yaşamlarına uyarlama becerisini kazandırmaktır. “Kariyer Planlama” dersi kapsamında öğrenciler, kariyer ve kariyer planlama kavramlarını içselleştirecek, kariyer merkezlerinden nasıl faydalanacaklarını öğrenecek, kendi kişisel özelliklerini, güçlü ve zayıf yanlarını görebilecek ve staj yapabilecekleri, gönüllü veya profesyonel olarak çalışabilecekleri farklı sektörleri tanıyacaktır.

Birçok medeniyete ev sahipliği yapan Anadolu’da oluşan kültür birikimi, bölgenin mimarisini de zenginleştirmiştir. Ahşabın kolay erişilebilirliği, yapı malzemesi olarak kullanımını kolaylaştırmış ve birçok yapı tipolojisinde kullanılmıştır. Bu bağlamda çalışma da; tek bir yapı türünde sınırlandırılmamıştır. Ahşabın kullanım alanının geniş olması, birçok yapı elemanın da kullanılmasına olanak tanımıştır. Öncelikle ahşabın yapı malzemesi olarak kullanım alanları değerlendirilen çalışmanın amacı, ahşap çatılardaki kullanımı ve gelişiminin tespit edilmesidir. Belirlenen amaca yönelik, Anadolu’da ahşap çatının kullanımı ve gelişimi, literatür taramaları sonucu iz sürme yöntemiyle kronolojik olarak değerlendirilmiş, yaygınlaşması ve gelişimindeki kriterler saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, ahşap çatının, bölgelerin iklim ve bitki örtüsüne göre değişen küçük farklılıklar dışında, günümüzde yeni kullanımlarında da ilk kullanımına benzer özelliklerin bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma, Anadolu’da ahşabın üst örtü olarak kullanımındaki değişiklikleri, farklı yapı türleri ile tespit değerlendirmesinden dolayı arşiv niteliği taşımaktadır. Çalışmanın, Anadolu’daki tarihi yapılarda ahşap kullanımı üzerine yapılacak olan çalışmalar için toplu ve detaylı bilgilerin yer aldığı bir kaynak olacağı düşünülmektedir The cultural accumulation in Anatolia, which has hosted many civilizations, has also enriched the architecture of the region. In this context, the study also; It is not restricted to a single building type. The wide usage area of wood has enabled it to be used in many building elements. First of all, the usage areas of wood as a building material are evaluated and the aim of the study is to determine the development and development of wooden roofs. For the determined purpose, the use and development of the wooden roof in Anatolia was evaluated chronologically with the tracing method as a result of literature reviews, and the criteria for its non-widespread development and its development were determined. As a result, it has been determined that the wooden roof has features similar to its first use in new uses, except for small differences depending on the climate and vegetation of the regions. This study is an archive due to the evaluation of the changes in the use of wood as a top cover in Anatolia with different building types. It is thought that the study will be a source of collective and detailed information for the studies on the use of wood in historical buildings in Anatolia.

COVID-19 hastalığının mortalitesi ve morbiditesi beklenenden yüksek seyretmektedir. Dünya genelinde Aralık 2019’da başlayan COVID-19 pandemisinde hayatını kaybedenlerde ileri yaş, erkek cinsiyet, obezite, hipertansiyon, diabetes mellitus ve kronik hastalıkların varlığı dikkati çekmekteydi. Bilinen bir virüsün yaptığı pandemi, bilinmeyenlerle dolu bir hastalık tablosu olarak karşımıza çıkmıştır. Obezite, COVID-19’lu hastalarda mortalite ve morbidite açısından önemli risk faktörlerinden birisi olmuştur. Burada COVID-19 pandemisinde obezitenin yeri, klinik önemi, adipositler ve yağ dokusunun fizyopatolojiye katkısı, pandemi ve obezite prognozuna ait literatür verileri sunulmaktadır., The course of mortality and morbidity of COVID-19 disease is seen higher than expected. The presence of advanced age, male gender, obesity, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and chronic diseases were noteworthy in the COVID-19 pandemic, which occured in December 2019 worldwide. Obesity has been one of the considerable risk factors for mortality and morbidity for the patients with the clinical features of COVID-19 clinic. Here, the literature data in the COVID-19 pandemic regarding the role and the clinical value of obesity,adipose tissue and adipocytes in disease physiopathology, and the prognosis of pandemic and obesity are presented.

Science centers are one of the out-of-school learning environments in science education that have been increasing in numbers in recent years. Due to their importance for increasing both science-society communications and the quality of the education in schools, science centers are one of the focal points for the research conducted in out-of-school learning context. The study of science teaching in the field of science centers in Turkey is mostly confined to the schools or visitors’ opinions about individual trips, yet; teachers' professional qualifications and needs related to teaching-learning in science centers are not sufficiently taken into account. This study is part of BİLMER project supported by TÜBITAK (Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) 1001 program and it aims to determine the science and mathematics teachers’ professional development needs and their experiences for learning in science centers. In this study, the data were collected with BİLMER Teacher Questionnaire developed for the first time in Turkey. 355 science and mathematics field teachers working in 66 different provinces of Turkey, mainly in the provinces where science centers are located, participated in the questionnaire. According to the data obtained, teachers emphasize the high educational value of the activities organized in science centers; although they face various difficulties, they express that they do not receive enough education according to their professional qualifications. In addition, it has been determined that teachers need professional development on how to integrate activities in science centers, how to collaborate with science center explainers, and what kind of learning approaches can be used in science centers. These data were discussed in line with the relevant literature and suggestions were made for a professional development training to be given to teachers., Bilim merkezleri, sağladıkları imkânlarla fen eğitiminde son yıllarda sayıları hızla artan okul dışı öğrenme alanlarındandır. Hem bilim-toplum iletişimini hem de okullardaki eğitimin kalitesini arttırmak için giderek artan önemi nedeniyle okul dışı öğrenme bağlamında yapılan araştırmaların da odak noktalarından biridir. Ancak, Türkiye’de bilim merkezlerinde bilim öğretimi alanında yapılan çalışmaların çoğunlukla bu merkezlere yapılan okul veya bireysel geziler hakkında ziyaretçi görüşleri ile sınırlı kaldığı, öğretmenlerin bilim merkezlerinde öğrenme-öğretme ile ilgili mesleki yeterlilik ve ihtiyaçlarının yeterince dikkate alınmadığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışma, TÜBİTAK 1001 programı kapsamında desteklenen BİLMER projesinin bir parçası olup, fen bilimleri ve matematik alanı öğretmenlerinin bilim merkezleri hakkındaki düşünce ve deneyimlerine ilişkin görüşleri ile bu merkezlerde öğrenmeye yönelik mesleki gelişim ihtiyaçlarını belirlemeyi amaçlayan bir durum tespit çalışmasıdır. Nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama araştırması ile gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada; veriler, ülkemizde ilk kez geliştirilen BİLMER Öğretmen Anketi ile toplanmıştır. Ankete; bilim merkezlerinin yer aldığı iller başta olmak üzere Türkiye’nin 66 farklı ilinde görev yapan 355 fen ve matematik alanı öğretmenleri katılmıştır. Elde edilen verilere göre öğretmenler çeşitli zorluklarla karşılaşsalar da bilim merkezlerine düzenlenen etkinliklerin eğitim değerinin yüksek olduğunu vurgulamakta, fakat mesleki yeterliliklerine göre yeterince eğitim almadıklarını ifade etmektedirler. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin özellikle öğretim programlarıyla bilim merkezlerindeki etkinlikleri nasıl entegre edeceklerine, bilim merkezi eğitmenleri ile nasıl işbirliği yapabileceklerine ve bilim merkezlerinde ne tür öğrenme yaklaşımlarının kullanılabileceğine dair mesleki gelişime ihtiyaç duydukları tespit edilmiştir. Bu veriler ilgili alan yazın doğrultusunda tartışılarak öğretmenlere verilecek mesleki gelişim eğitimleri ile ilgili önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Bu çalışmada kariyer merkezlerinin öğrencilere sunduğu kariyer planlama hizmetleri ile kariyer danışmanlığı süreçlerinin önemi tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Kariyer rehberliği uygulamaları kapsamında öğrencilerin kariyer yönelimleri belirlenmiştir. Daha sonra kariyer danışmanlığı hizmetlerinden gelen geri bildirimler değerlendirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda Dicle Üniversitesi Kariyer Merkezi’nden hizmet alan danışanların, kariyer gereksinimleri ve kariyer yönelimleri ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışmaya, 600 öğrenci katılmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan öğrencilere yüz yüze anket yöntemi kullanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda kariyer merkezinden akademik destek alan öğrencilerin büyük çoğunluğunu İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi öğrencileri olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, kariyer merkezlerinden en düşük düzeyde destek alan fakülte öğrencilerinin Hukuk Fakültesi olduğu görülmektedir. Öğrencilerin mezuniyet sonrası işsizlik yaşama durumuna göre kariyer merkezinden destek aldığı düşünülmektedir. Dolayısıyla birçok öğrencinin kariyer geleceği açısından kararsızlık yaşadıkları görülmektedir. In this study, the effects on students' career counselling provided by the process of career planning and career services centers have been determined. Career orientation of students has been determined within the scope of career orientation practices. Then, feedback from career counselling services was evaluated. In this context, career requirements and career orientations of the students receiving service from the Dicle University Career Center were revealed. 600 students participated in the study. The students who participated in the study used face-to-face survey method. As a result of thestudy, it was determined that the majority of the students receiving academic support from the career centre are students of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. In addition, it emerged that the faculty students receiving the lowest level of support from the career centres are the Faculty of Law. It is concluded that students receive support from the career centre according to their unemployment status afte rgraduation.

Tedarikçi seçimini etkileyen faktörlerin fazla olmasından dolayı, tedarikçi seçimi bir “çok kriterli karar verme (ÇKKV)” problemidir. Her şey dahil konsepti ile faaliyette bulunan konaklama işletmelerinde ise ürün çeşitliliği ve yüksek ürün tüketimi nedeniyle tedarikçi seçimi bu işletmeler için ÇKKV problemidir ve oldukça önemlidir. Bu çalışmada Alanya’da faaliyet gösteren ve her şey dahil konseptini kullanan beş yıldızlı bir konaklama işletmesinde tedarikçi seçim problemini çözmek için aralık tip - 2 bulanık TOPSIS (IT2FT) yöntemi önerilmektedir. Çalışmada aralık tip 2 bulanık kümelerin kullanılma nedeni, tip 1 bulanık kümelere göre belirsizlik ortamlarında daha etkili karar verme olanağı sağlamasıdır. Çalışmanın temel amacı belirsizlik koşulları altındaki yöneticilere karar desteği sağlamaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda uygulama yapılan konaklama işletmesinin süt ve süt ürünleri tedarikçileri değerlendirilmiştir. İşletmenin satın almadan sorumlu üst düzey yöneticileri (satın alma müdürü, finans müdürü ve işletme müdürü) ile yapılan görüşmelere ve ilgili literatüre dayalı olmak kaydıyla, tedarikçi seçiminde yedi temel kriter belirlenmiştir. Bu kriterler; ürün teslimat performansı, satış sonrası hizmet, marka bilinirliği, fiyat avantajı, ödeme avantajı, güvenilirlik ve stok kapasitesidir. Sonuç olarak önerilen model doğrultusunda tedarikçiler değerlendirilerek sıralama yapılmıştır. Supplier selection is a “multi-criteria decision making” problem because of the high number of factors affecting the selection of suppliers. Supplier selection is an MCDM problem for accomodation company and is very important because of the wide range of products and high product consumption in all-inclusive hotels. In this study, a model is presented to solve the supplier selection problem by using the interval type - 2 fuzzy TOPSIS (IT2FT) method in a five-star hotel in Alanya and using the all-inclusive concept.. Due to the interval type -2 fuzzy method solves uncertainty better than traditional type - 1 fuzzy cluster, this method was preferred in this study. The main purpose of the study is to provide decision support to managers under uncertainty conditions. For this purpose, the milk and milk products suppliers of the hotel were evaluated. According to the interviews with the senior managers of the company (purchasing manager, finance manager and business manager) and based on the relevant literature, seven basic criteria were determined in the selection of suppliers. These criteria are; product delivery performance, after-sales service, brand awareness, price advantage, payment advantage, reliability and stock capacity. As a result, suppliers were evaluated and ranked according to the proposed model.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Pekrun, Goetz ve Perry (2002) tarafından öğrencilerin akademik ortamlarda yaşadığı başarı duygularını ölçmek için geliştirilen Başarı Duyguları Anketini (BDA) Lise öğrencileri örnekleminde Türk dili ve kültürüne uyarlamaktır. BDA, öğrencilerin başarı duygularını üç farklı bölümde (Ders, Sınav ve Öğrenmeye İlişkin Duygular) ve 24 farklı ölçekle değerlendirmek için tasarlanmış çok boyutlu bir öz bildirim aracıdır. Ders ile ilişkili başarı duyguları ölçekleri toplamda 80 maddeden oluşmaktadır ve keyif, umut, gurur, öfke, kaygı, utanma, umutsuzluk ve sıkılma olmak üzere 8 ölçekten oluşmaktadır. Öğrenme ile ilişkili başarı duygu-ları ölçekleri 75 maddeden oluşmaktadır ve ders duyguları ölçekleri ile aynı duyguları ölçmektedir. Sınav ile ilişkili duygular bölümü toplam 77 maddeden ve keyif, umut, gurur, öfke, kaygı, utanma, umutsuzluk ve rahatlama olmak üzere 8 ölçekten oluşmaktadır. BDA modüler olarak tasarlanmıştır ve araştırmacının ihtiyacı doğrultusunda şekillendirilebilir. Çalışmada veriler 14-19 yaş arasındaki 1155 Türk öğrencisinden (%59.6 kadın, %40.4 erkek) elde edilmiştir. Uyarlama aşamasında ölçek maddeleri dört İngilizce öğretmeni ve bir İngilizce okutmanı tarafından birbirlerinden bağımsız olarak Türkçeye çevrilmiştir. Araştırmacılar tarafından çeviriler incelenerek en tutarlı şekilde çevrilen maddeler seçilmiştir. Ölçek maddeleri daha sonra iki Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı Öğretmeni tarafından Türk diline uygunluğu açısından incelenmiştir. Uyarlanan ölçeğin faktör yapısını incelemek için doğrulayıcı faktör analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Pekrun ve diğerlerinin (2011) çalışmasına dayanarak ölçeklerin faktör yapısı üç farklı model karşılaştırarak incelenmiştir. Model 1 tek faktörlü yapıdadır ve ölçek maddeleri duygu durumuna ilişkin faktörün gözlenen göstergeleridir. Model 2 dört faktörlü yapıdadır ve her bir duygu durumu fizyolojik, güdüsel, bilişsel ve duyuşsal olmak üzere dört faktör altında toplanmaktadır. Model 3 ise Model 1 ve 2’nin birleştirildiği hiyerarşik bir modeldir; duygu durumu ikinci sıralı faktör; fizyolojik, güdüsel, bilişsel ve duyuşsal durumlar, birinci sıralı faktörlerdir. Çalışma sonuçları ölçekten elde edilen puanlara ait geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik kanıtlarının yüksek olduğunu göstermektedir. Buna göre, Türk kültürüne uyarlanan Başarı Duyguları Anketinin Türkiye bağlamında kullanılabileceği önerilmektedir., The aim of this study is to adapt the Achievement Emotions Questionnaire (AEQ) developed by Pekrun, Goetz, and Perry (2002) to the Turkish language and culture in the sample of secondary school students. AEQ is a multi-dimensional self-reporting tool designed to evaluate students’ achievement emotions on 24 different scales in three sections (Emotions related to Course, Test, and Learning). The course achievement emotions section consists of 80 items and has 8 scales: pleasure, hope, pride, anger, anxiety, shame, despair, and boredom. The learning-related achievement emotions section consists of 75 items and measures the same emotions in 8 scales. The test-related achievement emotions section consists of 77 items and has 8 scales: pleasure, hope, pride, anger, anxiety, shame, despair, and relaxation. The AEQ has a modular design that it can be reshaped according to the needs of the researcher. The data were obtained from 1155 Turkish students aged between 14 and 19 (59.6% women). The questionnaire was translated into Turkish independently by five English instructors. Authors reviewed these five different translations and kept the most consistent translations of the items. The scale was then independently examined by two different Turkish Language specialists and corrections were made on the Turkish form of the scale. In order to test the factorial structure of the achievement emotions scales, a confirmatory factor analysis was used. Based on Pekrun et al. (2011) study, the factor structure of the scales were examined by comparing three models. Model 1 is a one factor model, one latent emotion factor, with all scale items being manifest indicators. Model 2 is a four factors model representing the four emotion components: affective, cognitive, motivational, and physiological. Model 3 is a hierarchical model that integrated the perspectives of the first two models by consisting of four latent primary component factors and one latent secondary emotion factor. The results of the study revealed that the data obtained from the scales had high score validity and reliability. It is suggested that the Turkish version of the Achievement Emotions Questionnaire can be used in Turkish context.

Amaç: Günümüzde çocukları rahatsız eden karmaşık sağlık koşulları, hemşire adına daha fazla beceri ve anlayış gerektirir. Bu anlayış ve becerilerden biri de eleştirel düşünmedir. Bu çalışma, pediatri hemşirelerinin eleştirel düşünme beceri düzeyleri ve etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Large data stacks that emerged with digitalisation, which could not be processed in a reasonable time with existing software or human resources, have the potential to develop democracy by transforming people's approach to world affairs. However, there is a need for data journalists as "digital watchdogs' (Felle, 2015; 2016) that will make sense of the data and reveal the stories hidden in it for public good. The discussion of big data in the context of journalism started with the Wikileaks in 2010. Data journalism has come to the fore as a new practice covering the stages of cleaning, editing, visualising, processing and contextualising data. Investigative data journalism, which seeks to "find what is hidden in the shadows" based on informal/confidential data, and to find the relationships in it, is emphasised as an important tool of democracy. The study discusses this function of data journalism in Turkish context. In-depth interviews with data journalists have been made, along with the examination of content and technical characteristics of the projects applied from Turkey to the Global Editors Network's Data Journalism Awards. The findings show that data journalism is mostly practised by small-scale and alternative newsrooms, with a human rights-based perspective. However, time shortage and the pressure of preparing publishable stories, prevent journalists from practising accountability journalism. Other obstacles to data journalism to fulfil its democratising potential are; media institutions do not invest in data journalism, accessing reliable data is difficult, professional collaboration is limited, and crowdsourcing for funding and/or news making is not applicable..

Amaç – Yalnızlık sadece sosyal hayat içerisinde değil, aynı zamanda örgüt içerisinde de yaşanan bir duygudur. Bu duyguyu tetikleyen etkenlerden biri ise güvendir. Adalet algısı ile örgüt ile çalışan arasındaki ilişkiyi değerlendiren psikolojik sözleşme ise güvenin oluşmasında önemlidir. Bu kavramlar ise temelde karşılılık normuna dayanmaktadır. Mevcut çalışmanın amacı restoran çalışan davranışlarının ilgili kavramlar arasındaki ilişkinin karşılılık normu temelinde açıklanmasıdır. Yöntem – Araştırmada karşılılık normunu ölçmek amacıyla Wu vd. (2006)’nın geliştirdiği ölçek kullanılmıştır. Örgütsel adalet ölçeği Niehoff ve Moorman (1993) tarafından geliştirilen üç boyutlu (dağıtım, işlem ve etkileşim adaleti) ve 20 ifadeden oluşmaktadır. Psikolojik sözleşmenin çiğnenme ve ihlali için Robinson ve Morrison (2000)’un geliştirdiği dokuz ifadeli ölçek kullanılmıştır. Örgütsel güven kavramı 12 ifadeden oluşan Cook ve Wall (1980) ölçeği ile ölçülmüştür. Ölçek, güvenilir niyete güven ve yeteneklere güven olmak üzere iki boyut içermektedir. Son olarak işyerinde yalnızlık ise Wright vd. (2006) tarafından oluşturulan ve Doğan vd. (2009) tarafından da Türkçeleştirilen ölçek aracılığı ile ölçülmüştür. Anket tekniği ile veriler toplanmış, dağıtılan 500 anketten 391 adet anket veri analizine uygun olarak değerlendirilmiştir ve analizler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bulgular – Araştırma sonucuna göre karşılılık normu örgütsel adalet ve psikolojik sözleşme kavramlarını açıklamaktadır. Karşılılık normu örgütsel adaleti arttırırken, psikolojik sözleşme ihlal ve çiğnenmesini azaltmaktadır. Diğer yandan örgütsel adalet örgütsel güveni arttırırken, psikolojik sözleşme ihlal ve çiğnenmesi örgütsel adaleti azaltmaktadır. Son olarak örgütsel güven algısı ise çalışanların işyerinde yalnızlığı azaltmaktadır. Tartışma – Örgüt içerisinde yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmemesi, çalışanlarda adalet ve psikolojik sözleşme ihlal ve çiğnenmesine dair algıları etkilemektedir. Karşılılığın olması ile birlikte çalışanlar örgütü daha adil bir kurum olarak değerlendirirken, çalışanlar örgütlerinin vaatlerini yerine getirdiklerine de inanmaktadır. Bu da çalışanların güven algılarını arttırırken, işyerindeki yalnızlık algısını azaltmaktadır. Purpose – Loneliness is a feeling not only in social life but also in the organization. One of the factors that trigger this emotion is trust. The psychological contract that evaluates the perception of justice and the relationship between the organization and the employee is important in establishing trust. These concepts are basically based on the reciprocity norm. The aim of the present study is to explain the relationship between concepts on the basis of the norm of reciprocity. Design/methodology/approach – In order to measure the norm in the research, Wu et al. (2006) 's scale was used. The organizational justice scale consists of three dimensions (distribution, transaction and interaction justice) and 20 items developed by Niehoff and Moorman (1993). Nineitem scale developed by Robinson and Morrison (2000) was used for the violation and breach of the psychological contract. The concept of organizational trust was measured by Cook and Wall (1980) scale consisting of 12 items. The scale includes two dimensions: faith in intentions and confidence in actions. Finally, loneliness in the workplace is measured by Wright et al. (2006)’s scale which is translated into Turkish by Doğan et al. (2009). The research includes employees of restaurant in Muğla. Data were collected with survey technique, 391 questionnaires of 500 distributed questionnaires were evaluated in accordance with data analysis and analyzes were carried out. Findings – According to the results of the research, the norm of reciprocity explains the concepts of organizational justice and psychological contract. Reciprocity norm increases organizational justice, while reducing the psychological contract breach and violation. On the other hand, while organizational justice increases organizational trust, breach and violation of the psychological contract decreases organizational justice. Finally, organizational trust perception reduces loneliness at workplace. Discussion – Failure to fulfill obligations within the organization affects perceptions of employees for violations and breaches of psychological contract and organizational justice. With the provision of reciprocity, employees consider the organization as a fairer organization, while employees believe that their organizations fulfill their promises. This increases the perception of trust of the employees and decreases the perception of loneliness in the workplace.

These consumers have begun to take into account the effects of certain products and services on the natural environment and society and they give priority to social responsibility in the world and society. A detailed investigation of the demographic characteristics of green consumers is important for a better understanding of green buying behavior. The aim of this research is to determine whether a given country's economic development level is a factor that makes a difference to the awareness of the attitudes of green consumption. A survey was conducted on tourists staying in green star hotels in Alanya. The level of economic development of countries was used as the main point of separation. The findings showed that there is a statistically significant difference between the economic development level of countries and green consumption attitudes. Our study showed that participants from developed countries have a higher green consumption attitude. In addition, it revealed that female tourists have a greener consumption attitude than male tourists.

Yemeklik asma yaprakları taze veya salamura olarak tüketilebilmektedir. Yapraklar genellikle bağlardan toplandıktan sonra taze veya salamura şeklinde satışa sunulmaktadır. Ülkemizde Sultani Çekirdeksiz ve Narince çeşitlerinin yaprakları yemeklik amaçla oldukça yoğun bir şekilde değerlendirilmektedir. Bu araştırmada fidanlık parselindeki asma fidanlarında yaprak verimi ve yaprak özelliklerini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Narince (yerli fidan, 1103 P üzerine aşılı) ve Sultani Çekirdeksiz (1103 P üzerine aşılı) fidanlarından toplanan yapraklar denemenin materyalini oluşturmuştur. Çelikler fidanlık parseline 1 m × 6 cm arayla, tek sıra olacak şekilde (16 666 çelik/da) dikilmiştir. Fidanlardan iki dönem yemeklik yaprak toplanmıştır. Taze yapraklarda, yaprak verimi, yaprak eni, yaprak boyu, yaprak alanı ve yaprak ağırlıkları belirlenmiştir. Fidan tipine (aşılı-aşısız) göre iki hasatta dekardan yaklaşık 102,5-186,0 kg yemeklik yaprak toplanmıştır. Genel olarak fidan yapraklarının daha küçük boyutlu ve narin oldukları saptanmıştır. Sabit işçi çalıştıran asma fidanı işletmeleri için, fidanlardaki yaprakları değerlendirmeleri önerilmektedir. Edible grapevine leaves can be consumed as fresh or pickled. After leaves are usually collected from vineyards, they are sold as fresh or brined. In Turkey, the leaves of Sultani Çekirdeksiz and Narince varieties are extremely evaluated for edible purposes. In this study, it was aimed to determine leaf yield and characteristics of vine saplings in nursery parcel. The leaves of Narince (Narince ownroted grafted on 1103 P) and Sultani Çekirdeksiz (grafted on 1103 P) seedlings were the material of the experiment. Cuttings were planted in a single row (16.666 cuttings/da) with 1 m × 6 cm spacing to the nursery parcel. Edible leaves were collected from saplings in two harvest periods. Leaf yield, leaf width, leaf length, leaf area and leaf weight in fresh vine leaves were determined. Depending on the sapling type (own-rooted or grafted), 102.5-186.0 kg/da edible leaves were collected from two harvests. In general, saplings leaves were found to be smaller in size and delicate than matura vine. It is recommended that the leaves of saplings should be evaluated by vine sapling companies having permanent workers.

2016 yılı ve sonrasında Türkiye turizminde yaşanan dalgalanmaların endüstriye olan etkisini belirlemek, turizm firmalarının etkinliklerini saptamak ve bu doğrultuda gerekli iyileştirmelere yönelik önerilerde bulunmak amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda BİST’te işlem gören 11 adet turizm firmasının 2016-2019 dönemi yıllık faaliyet raporları ve finansal tablo verileri incelenmiştir. Verilerin analizinde işletme etkinliklerinin ölçüm yöntemlerinden non-parametrik matematiksel programlama tabanlı Veri Zarflama Analizi (VZA) uygulanmıştır. İşletmeler ölçeğe göre değişken getiri varsayımında, girdi odaklı BCC yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda firmaların veri çıktı miktarına ulaşabilmeleri için hedeflenen girdi değerleri saptanmış, mevcut girdi miktarlarında yaklaşık yarı oranda bir azalmayı gerekli kılacak iyileştirme değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Etkinlik değerine ulaşamayan firmaların, faaliyetlerine dayalı giderlerini iyileştirmeleri gerekmektedir. Bu iyileştirmeler firma ölçeği ve teknik yönden iyileştirmelerdir. Bununla birlikte elde edilen gelir ve kâra kıyasla toplam yatırımların miktarında düşüşler gerekli görülmektedir. Faaliyete dayalı girdilerin BCC yöntemi iyileştirme tablolarında belirtilen şekilde düzenlenmesi, etkin durumda olmayan karar verici birimler için yol gösterici olacaktır. The purposes of this study are to determine the effects of fluctuations, and to elicit the tourism firms' effectiveness since 2016 in the Turkish market, and to propose suggestions for improvements. In these scopes, between 2016 and 2019, the annual reports and the financial statements of 11 tourism firms that are traded in BIST were examined. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) that is a non-parametric mathematical programming method, was used to measure the efficiencies of firms. Firms were analyzed with the BCC method that is based on the assumption of variable returns according to the scale, being input-oriented. As a result of the analysis, the targeted input values were determined so that the firms could reach the data output amount, and improvement values that would require a nearly half reduction in the available input amounts were calculated. A firm that effectiveness cannot reach the targeted input value should reduce its expenses based on its activities. These improvements are related to firm size and technical issues. However, it was determined that it is necessary a cut at the investment budget compared to the firm’s income and profit obtained. When activity-based inputs that are regulated according to the BCC method improvement tables can serve as a guide for ineffective decision-making units of the firm.

The pre-emptive rights of the persons who possess a real estate in a shared manner are regulated in Articles TMK 732-734 of TCC. In the event that any stakeholder sells his share on the real estate partially or completely to the third party in accordance with Article 732 of TCC, other stakeholders may use pre-emptive rights. In order able to use pre-emptive rights, it is requested to notify the sale made to other stakehold-er by buyer or seller via notary. Furthermore, the pre-emptive right will forfeiture within three months from the date the sale was notified to the beneficiary in this way and in any case, in two years after sale. The legal pre-emptive right may be used by filing a court case. Therefore, it will be put emphasis on all issues required to use legal the pre-emptive right in this study.

The duty of loyalty, which is one of the obligations imposed on the spouses by the marriage union, is not a concept that one of the spouses can violate on its own but requires the participation of a third party. In this sense, it has been discussed for a long time whether it is an action that requires responsibility for compensation in doctrine and practice. Finally, in 2018, the Grand General Assembly of the Supreme Court of Appeals merged the case-law difference. The subject is examined in terms of the provisions of the marriage union and the law of responsibility.

Boş zaman değerlendirme faaliyetleri bireyler için hayatlarının önemli bir parçası haline gelmiştir. Kişilerin fizyolojik ve psikolojik olarak bir çeşit yenilenme, kendilerini yenileme süreci olan boş zaman etkinlikleri, günümüz şartlarında bireysel sağlık gelişimine da katkıda bulunan bir süreçtir. Günümüz insanı, özellikle çalışan kesim yoğun iş temposu sebebiyle kendine gerektiği kadar zaman ayıramamaktadır. Genç kesimin, hareketsiz bir hayat akışına doğru yönelim gösterdikleri görülmekte olup, bu durumun fiziksel, psikolojik ve sağlık açısından riskler getirdiği bilinmektedir. Üniversite öğrencileri, ders yoğunluğu ve teknolojik imkânların çoğalması gibi nedenlerle boş zaman faaliyetlerine katılma konusunda engellerle karşılaşmaktadır. Bu araştırmada üniversite öğrencilerinin boş zamanlarında rekreasyon faaliyetlerine katılımını etkileyen engellerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda, Artvin Çoruh Üniversitesi’nde (AÇÜ) eğitim gören öğrencilerin rekreasyon faaliyetlerine katılımda engel olarak gördükleri hususlar belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini olasılığa dayalı olmayan örnekleme yöntemlerinden kolayda örneklem yöntemi ile seçilen ve Arhavi Meslek Yüksekokulunda (MYO) öğrenim gören öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Elde edilen veriler bağımsız örneklem t testinden yararlanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; üniversite öğrencilerinin boş zamanlarında rekreasyon faaliyetlerine katılmalarında ‘tesis yetersizliği’, ‘ulaşım’, ‘finans yetersizliği’ ve ‘zaman’ faktörlerini engel olarak algıladıkları tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında ayrıca, üniversite öğrencilerinin demografik özelliklerine göre rekreasyon etkinliklerine katılımda engel olarak gördükleri durumları algılamalarında farklılıklar olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Leisure activities have become an important part of their lives for individuals. Physiological and psychological renewal of individuals, leisure activities, which are the process of renewing themselves, are also a process that contributes to the development of individual health in today’s conditions. Today’s people, especially the working people, cannot spare as much time as necessary due to their busy work tempo. It is seen that young people tend to move towards a sedentary life stream and this situation is known to bring risks in terms of physical, psychological and health. University students are faced with obstacles in participating in leisure activities due to the intensity of lessons and the increase in technological opportunities. In this research, it was aimed to identify obstacles that affect the participation of university students in recreation activities in their leisure time. Accordingly, the issues that students who study at AÇU see as obstacles in participating in recreation activities are tried to be determined. The sampling of the research is composed of students who are selected from the sampling methods that are not based on probability and which are easily selected by the sampling method and studied at the Arhavi VHS. The data obtained were analyzed by using independent sample t test. According to the research results; it has been determined that university students perceive the factors of “lack of facilities”, “transportation”, “lack of finance” and time as obstacles in participating in recreation activities in their leisure time. Within the scope of the research, it is concluded that there are differences in perceptions of university students regarding the situations they see as obstacles in participating in recreation activities according to their demographic characteristics.

WOS: 000582397200002 PubMed: 33107283 The Acinetobacter cakoaceticus-Acinetobacter baumannii (Acb) complex consists of phenotypically very similar nosocomial species; A.baumannii, Acinetobacter nosocomialis, Acinetobacter pittii, Acinetobacter seifertii and Acinetobacter djikshoorniae and one environmental species Acakoaceticus. The rapid and accurate identification of the members of Acb complex is critical as these nosocomial pathogens can show differences in antimicrobial susceptibility and clinical outcomes. The conventional phenotypic methods are slow, unreliable and less efficient for the differentiation of Acb complex species, including the A.baumannii species within the Acb complex. Although various molecular methods are available, such as amplified ribosomal DNA restriction analysis (ARDRA) and bla(OXA-51-like), gene specific PCR, they are usually inconvenient for the routine diagnostic laboratories. Recently, matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) offers an opportunity for rapid, cost-effective and convenient bacterial identification in routine diagnostic procedures conducted in clinical laboratory. In this study, we aimed to evaluate the diagnosis performance of MALDI-TOF MS system to identify blood isolates of A.baumannii. A total of 180 nonduplicate carbapenem resistant Acb complex (strain numbers; TR1-TR60) and A.baumannii (TR61-TR180) blood isolates were collected from the intensive care units of the three university hospitals in Turkey from January 2016 to December 2016. All isolates were evaluated by using bla(OXA-51-like) gene specific real time (Rt-PCR) analysis, ARDRA (restriction enzymes-AIM, Cfol, Mbol, Mspl, Rsal) method and MALDI-TOF MS (VITEK (R) MS, bioMerieux, France) system. All the strains except TRIO, TR31, TR35 and TR52 were identified as A.baumannii by ARDRA method. Out of 177 of all the isolates, presence of bla(OXA-51-like) gene was found except for TR10, TR31 and TR52 isolates. However, TR31 without the presence of bla(OXA-51-like) gene was identified as A.pittii using the ARDRA. Totally 176 isolates which were identified as A. baumannii by both of the methods, ARDRA and Rt-PCR-bla(OXA-51-like) ,were accepted as a reference for the evaluation of the diagnosis performance capacity of the MALDI-TOF MS. Overall, for all 176 isolates tested, the sensitivity obtained with the MALDI-TOF MS were 99.4% with 75% specificity. The accuracy value of the method was determined as 98.9% for the identification of A.baumannii to the species level. MALDI-TOF MS is increasingly used in diagnostic microbiology for the routine identification of bacteria to the genus, species or subspecies level with high rates of sensitivity and specificity. In future, by expanding the database, MALDI-TOF MS system would possibly become the ideal method for routine diagnostic laboratories that could potentially identify more species and even determine some characteristics of antimicrobial resistance and virulence determinants.

Siyasal kampanya çalışmalarının evrim geçirmeye devam edeceğini, pazarlama ve reklam teknolojisinde geliştirilen en son tekniklerden yararlanacağını varsaymak için yeterli neden bulunmaktadır. Siyasal kampanyalara ayrılan bütçeler, bu varsayımı desteklemektedir. Bu çalışmada veri temelli yönelimlerin siyasal kampanyalarda mevcut ve potansiyel kullanımını ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Bu yönelimlerin pek çoğu hâlâ gelişmekte olduğundan, çalışma, verilerin günümüzde nasıl kullanıldıklarından örneklerle, bazılarının önümüzdeki yıllarda nasıl uygulanabilecekleri ile ilgili incelemelerden oluşan betimleyici bir çalışmadır. İncelemenin tamamında mevcut kullanımlar ile olası kullanımlar birbirinden ayrılmaktadır. Ayrıca bu yeni teknolojilerin ne ölçüde etkili olacakları ile ilgili çıkarımda bulunmamakla birlikte, veri analizlerinin siyasal kampanyalarda nasıl kullanılmakta olduğuna ve bunun gelecekte nasıl gelişebileceğine bakılmıştır. There is sufficient evidence to assume that political campaign studies will continue to evolve and utilize the latest techniques, developed in marketing and advertising technologies. Allocated to political campaigns, the budgets support this assumption. This study aims to reveal current and potential usage of data-based orientations in political campaigns. To that end, the study is a descriptive study of examinations of how some of the data can be utilized in upcoming years, rather than how it is currently used, for the majority of the orientations in question are still developing.. Current utilizations and potential utilizations differ from each other throughout the analyses. Furthermore, the manners, in which data analyses are used in political campaigns, and how they can be improved in future are checked, while the degree to which these novel technologies would be effective was not judged. The limitation of the study is represented by legal methods that legitimate and lawful political parties might adopt – and not those from malicious actors.

Çeşitli destinasyonlarda faaliyet gösteren restoran işletmelerinden anket tekniği ile 590 adet veri elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre karşılılık normu, örgütsel adalet ve örgütsel sinizmi açıklamakta; bu değişkenler sapkın davranışı ve sapkın davranış da işten ayrılma niyetini etkilemektedir. Employees' perception of justice is one of the important factors that determine their reactions to the behaviors within the organization. Employees cannot be expected to exhibit positive attitudes within an organization without justice. The aim of the study is to test the model that proposes the relationship between organizational justice, organizational cynicism, deviant behavior and job quit intention through the norm of reciprocity, which explains that employees will display negative attitudes when they are treated negatively. 590 data were obtained from the restaurant companies located in various destinations with survey technique. According to the findings, the norm of reciprocity explains organizational justice and organizational cynicism; and these concepts affect deviant behavior which also increases the intent to quit.

Amaç: Antipsikotik ilaçlara bağlı yan etkilerin düzenli ve kapsamlı olarak izlenmesi tedavi sürecinin ayrılmaz bir parçasıdır. Kullanıcılar için doldurulması kolay olan ve kısa süre gerektiren özdeğerlendirme ölçeklerine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Glasgow Antipsikotik Yan Etkilerini Değerlendirme Ölçeği’nin (GAYEDÖ) Türkçe’ye uyarlanması, geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik çalışmasının yapılması amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Araştırma için üç farklı şehirdeki ikinci basamak sağlık kuruluşunun ruh sağlığı ve hastalıkları polikliniğine ayaktan başvuran, 18 yaş üstünde, herhangi bir ruhsal bozukluk tanısı alan ve klozapin dışında en az bir antipsikotik ilacı en az üç aydır kullanan 297 hasta ve tedavisinde antipsikotik ilaç yer almayan 56 hasta alındı. Hastalar GAYEDÖ ve Tedaviyle İlişkili İstenmeyen Olayların Sistematik İzlemi’ni (TİİOSİ), klinisyenler ise demografik ve klinik veri formu ve Klinik Global İzlenim Ölçeği’ni (KGİ) doldurdular. GAYEDÖ için açıklayıcı faktör analizi, birlikte geçerlilik, ayırt edici geçerlilik, iç tutarlılık, test – tekrar test güvenilirliği ve tedaviyle değişime duyarlılık analizleri yapıldı. Tıbbi bitki çayları sağlık üzerine olumlu etkilerinden dolayı her yaş grubu tarafından tüketilmektedir. Bu çalışmada ambalajlı ve ambalajsız olarak perakende satışa sunulan farklı tıbbi bitki çaylarının (kekik, nane, rezene, adaçayı, ıhlamur, hatmi, sinameki, defne, civanperçemi ve anason) mikrobiyolojik kalitesinin belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Analiz edilen 120 örneğin %95, %90, %77.5, %74.16, %42.5, %14.17, %3.33 ve %2.5’inin sırasıyla toplam mezofilik aerobik bakteriler (TMAB), küf-maya, Enterobacteriaceae, koliform, sülfit indirgeyen anaerob bakteriler, Staphylococcus-Micrococcus spp., Escherichia coli ve Salmonella spp. ile kontamine olduğu belirlendi. Ancak örneklerin hiçbirinde Staphylococcus aureus ve Bacillus cereus tespit edilmedi. En yüksek ortalama TMAB (5.03 log10 kob/g) sayısı nane örneklerinde; Enterobacteriaceae (4.19 log10 kob/g), koliform (3.87 log10 kob/g) ve küf-maya sayısı (4.92 log10 kob/g) ise hatmi örneklerinde bulundu. Çalışma, Tokat ili Niksar İlçesine bağlı Gözpınar köyünde arazi koşullarında, Narince üzüm çeşidi (Vitis vinifera L.) ile tesis edilmiş bağda2014-2015 yıllarında yürütülmüştür. Denemede, Elementel Toz Kükürt (TK6) ve Azadirachtin (Neemazal T/S)’in 3 farklıdozu ile Mikronize Kükürt (MK)etkili maddesinin, Bağ yaprak uyuzu [Colomerus vitis Pagenstecher (Acarina: Eriophyidae)]’na karşı etkinliği araştırılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, toplam yedi farklı uygulamanın hepsi de zararlının popülasyonunu azaltıcı etki gösterirken, sırasıyla Mikronize kükürt (MK), uygulamasında ilk yıl; %62.50, %81.25, %100 ve %100, ikinci yıl ise %58.23, %92, %98 ve %100 oranında etki göstermiştir. Geleneksel mücadele kullanılan Elementel kükürt 6 (kg-l) (TK6) her iki yılda da %100 oranlarında etki etmiştir. The study was under the field condition carried out in 2014-2015 in the vineyard of Narince grape (Vitis vinifera L.) cultivated in Gözpınar village of Niksar district of Tokat province. In the trial, it was investigated the effiency of Micronized Sulfur (MK)-active substance with three different doses of Elementel Powder Sulfur (TK6) and Azadirachtin (Neemazal T/S) against the Grape erineum mite [Colomerus vitis Pagenstecher (Acarina: Eriophyidae)] was investigated. As a result of the study, a total of seven different applications have been shown to reduce the population of the pest, while micronized sulfur (MK), first year respectively; 62.50%, 81.25% and 100% effect and second year respectively; 58.23%, 92%, 98% and 100% effect. Elemental sulfur 6 (kg-1) (TK6), which is traditionally used in control, have been effected of 100% in both years. In the three concentrations of Azadirachtin applications the average effect in varied from 80% to 100% in 2014 and 2015 also. The experiment was established with 3 replicates and 4 replications.

In the study, statistical analysis was made to reveal the long-term relationship between alternative investment instruments of bitcoin, which has the highest transaction volume from cryptocurrencies, and the findings related to this were discussed. Although there are many cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin is prominent in every respect, it is tried to be determined whether there is a co-integration between bitcoin and alternative investment instruments by using ARDL test. İntifa hakkı, hak sahibine söz konusu eşyayı kullanma ve semerelerinden yararlanma yetkisi tanıyan bir irtifak hakkıdır. Paylı mülkiyet ilişkisinde de, paydaşlar kendi payları üzerinde TMK m. 693/1 çerçevesinde serbestçe tasarruf edebilirler. Bunun doğal bir sonucu olarak da, pay üzerinde intifa hakkı tesis edilebilir. After one of the stakeholders has established a usufruct right in another share, if the share is to be made by sale in order to terminate the ownership of the shareholder within three months after its notification to other stakeholders, the TMK 700 provision will be fairly incomplete, it creates a great aggrievement. In this study, the background, provision, application and proposed solution of the law will be emphasized.

Amaç: Bu çalışma Ailevi Akdeniz Ateşi (AAA) tanısı olan hastaların genetik özelliklerini analiz etmeyi ve AAA’nın sistemik hastalıklarla ilişkisini değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmada Ocak 2015 ve Mayıs 2018 arasında Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa Üniversitesi iç hastalıkları ve fizik tedavi polikliniklerine başvuran 277 AAA hastasının verileri geriye dönük olarak değerlendirildi. Tüm hastaların cinsiyeti, yaşı, AAA semptomları, eşlik eden sistemik hastalıkları ve mutasyon analizleri kaydedildi. Bulgular: Çalışmaya dahil edilen 277 AAA hastasının 176’sı (%63,5) kadın ve 101’i (%36,5) erkekti. Hastaların yaş ortalaması 33,6±11,8 idi. 277 AAA hastasının 170’inin (%61) mutasyon analizine ulaşıldı. 161 (%95) hastada mutasyon varlığı tespit edildi. En sık tespit edilen mutasyon M694V (%58,2) iken R202Q (%27,6) ve V726A (%18,2) diğer sık görülen mutasyonlardı. 277 AAA hastasının 36’sında (%13) eşlik eden sistemik bir hastalık saptanırken en sık Ankilozan spondilit (7 hasta) vardı. Sonuç: AAA ülkemizde sık görülen ve ayırıcı tanıda güçlük yaşanan bir hastalıktır. Otoinflamatuar bir hastalık olup çeşitli inflamatuar hastalıklar ve vaskülitler ile ilişkili olabilir. MEFV genindeki mutasyonlar olguların büyük bir çoğunluğunda tespit edilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın sonuçları MEFV gen mutasyonundaki heterojeniteyi ve bölgemizdeki hastaların geniş bir mutasyon çeşitliliğine sahip olduğunu göstermiştir. Objective: This study aims to analyze the genetic characteristics of patients with familial Mediterranean fever (FMF) and to evaluate the relationship between FMF and systemic diseases. Material and Method: In this study, data of 277 AAA patients who applied to the Internal Medicine and Physical Therapy outpatient clinics of Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University between January 2015 and May 2018 were evaluated retrospectively. Gender, age, FMF symptoms, concomitant systemic diseases and mutation analyzes were recorded. Results: Of the 277 AAA patients included in the study, 176 (63.5%) were female and 101 (36.5%) were male. The mean age of the patients was 33,6±11,8 years. A total of 170 (61%) of the FMF patients had a mutation analysis. Of them, 161 (95%) patients had mutation. The most common detected mutation was M694V (58.2%), while R202Q (27.6%) and V726A (18.2%) were the other common mutations. In 36 of 277 AAA patients (13%), a concomitant systemic disease was found, while the most common was Ankylosing spondylitis (7 patients). Conclusion: FMF is a common disease in our country. It is an autoinflammatory disease and may be associated with various inflammatory diseases and vasculitis. Mutations in the MEFV gene are detected in the majority of cases. The results of this study supported the heterogeneity of MEFV gene mutation and showed that patients in our region had a wide variety of mutations.

Bir bölgede kültürel miras turizm sürdürülebilirliğinin kültürel mirasın gerçek sahipleri olan halkın kültürel miras turizminde yer almasına bağlı tutulması ve bu çalışmalarda fikirlerine başvurulmasının önemi çalışma kapsamında Mersin’in Erdemli ilçesinde değerlendirilmiştir. Bu değerlendirmeler için Erdemli Halk Eğitim Merkezi’nde eğitim alan 65 kadına anket uygulanmış, 59 anket sonucu değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Anket 3 bölüm ve toplam 15 açık/ kapalı uçlu sorudan oluşmaktadır. Ankete katılım sağlayan kadınların demografik özellikleri ve ankette yöneltilen sorulara verdikleri cevaplar sayı/yüzde şeklinde tablolarda belirtilmiş olup bunların analiz ve değerlendirilmeleri yapılmıştır. Anket analizleri sonucunda katılımcıların genel anlamda turistik olarak öne çıkan Kızkalesi ve Cennet Cehennem gibi somut kültürel mirasların farkındayken birçok somut ve somut olmayan kültürel mirasın farkında olmadıklarının tespiti yapılmıştır. Ayrıca kadınların kültürel miras turizminde aktif bir rol oynamadığı, kadınlar özelinde halkın turizmin ekonomik, sosyal ve çevresel avantajlarının yeterince farkında olmadığı görülmektedir. Bunların yanı sıra Halk Eğitim Merkezi ve yerel yönetimlerin bu konuda halkı yeterince bilinçlendirmediği tespit edilmiştir. Within the scope of the study, the importance of keeping cultural heritage tourism sustainability in a region adhering to the people who are the real owners of cultural heritage in cultural heritage tourism and using ideas in these studies were evaluated in the Erdemli district of Mersin. For these evaluations, 65 women who were trained at Erdemli Public Education Center were surveyed and 59 results were evaluated. The survey consists of 3 sections and a total of 15 open / closed-ended questions. The demographic characteristics of the women participating in the questionnaire and their answers to the questions posed in the questionnaire are stated in the tables as numbers / percentages and their analyzes and evaluations were made. As a result of the survey analysis, it was determined that the participants were aware of the concrete cultural heritages such as Kızkalesi and Cennet Cehennem, which were generally touristic, and were not aware of many concrete and intangible cultural heritages. In addition, it is seen that women do not play an active role in cultural heritage tourism and that the public is not aware of the economic, social and environmental advantages of tourism in particular. In addition, it was determined that the Public Education Center and local administrations did not raise the awareness of the public sufficiently in this regard.

Tüketicilerin sağlıklı ve kişiselleştirilmiş gıda konularına yönelmeleri gıda endüstrisini farklı bir noktaya getirmiştir. Gıda Mühendisliği çoğunlukla gıdaların endüstriyel süreçleri ile ilgilenirken, Gastronomi genel anlamda turizm ile etkileşim içerisinde olan sosyal bir bilim ve sanat dalı olarak görülmektedir. Gıda mühendisleri endüstriyel süreçlerde ve laboratuvar çalışmalarında, Gastronomi biliminde şefler ise mutfakta görev almaktadırlar. Buna karşın her iki bilim dalının da temel konusu gıdadır. Bu derleme çalışmasının amacı, gıda mühendisleri ve şeflerin ortak noktada buluşarak vizyonlarını genişletebilecekleri konulara değinmek ve gelecekte Gıda Mühendisliği ve Gastronomi alanında yapılacak çalışmalara dayanak sağlamaktır. Günümüzde teknolojinin gelişmesi ile birlikte çeşitli ekipman ve tekniklerin mutfaklara girmesi ve Moleküler Gastronomi kavramının önem kazanması ile sağlık odaklı ve sürdürülebilir yiyeceklerin üretimi yapılabilmektedir. Çalışmada Gıda Mühendisliği, Gastronomi ve Moleküler Gastronomi kavramları her iki paydaşın da ilgi göstereceği şekilde detaylı bir şekilde açıklanmış, mutfağa giren mühendislik, temel işlemler, ölçme teknikleri ve malzeme bilimi hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Ayrıca Gıda Mühendisliği ve Gastronomi alanlarında yenilikçi teknolojiler detaylandırılmış ve 3-D gıda yazıcıları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Social lifestyle has led changes of the consumers' eating habits day by day. Consumers' orientation towards healthy food and personalized food has brought the food industry to a different point. Whereas food engineering is mostly concerned with the industrial processes of foods, gastronomy is generally considered as a social science and arts branch that interacts with tourism. While food engineers take part in industrial processes and laboratory studies, chefs in gastronomy work in the kitchen. On the other hand, the main subject of both branches of science is food. The purpose of this review study is to address issues where food engineers and chefs can meet at a common point and broaden their vision and provide a basis for future studies in food engineering and gastronomy. Today, with the development of technology, health-focused and sustainable foods can be produced with the introduction of various equipment and techniques into the kitchens and the concept of molecular gastronomy which is gaining importance. In the study, the concepts of food engineering, gastronomy and molecular gastronomy were explained in detail in order to take interest of both partners, and information was given about engineering, unit operations, measuring techniques and material science that take part in the kitchens. In addition, innovative technologies in the fields of food engineering and gastronomy were detailed and information was also given about 3-D food printers.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, sevgi değerinin kazanılmasında yaratıcı drama kullanımının sınıf öğretmeni adaylarının görüşlerine yansımalarını incelemektir. Durum çalışması deseninde tasarlanan bu çalışma Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Temel Eğitim Bölümü Sınıf Öğretmenliği Ana Bilim Dalında 2019-2020 güz eğitim-öğretim döneminde öğrenim görmekte olan 3.sınıf öğrencilerinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri görüşme ve doküman analizi teknikleriyle toplanmış olup veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen ` Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve Yarı Yapılandırılmış Görüşme Formu`, `Metafor Formu`, `Yaratıcı Drama Günlüğü`, `Uygulama Çalışması: Sevgi Değerini Resmet` ve `Odak Grup Görüşmesi` olmak üzere altı farklı araç kullanılmıştır. Araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen veri toplama araçları yaratıcı drama eğitimi verilmeden ve verildikten sonra kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde içerik analiz yöntemi ve betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bitkilerde ikincil metabolit olarak ortaya çıkan ve besin maddesi olarak tüketildiklerinde sağlık açısından yararlı etkileri olan biyoaktif bileşiklere fitokimyasallar denilmektedir. Fitokimyasallar bitkilerin kendilerine özgü olan renk, koku ve tatlarının oluşmasında etkili bir role sahiptir. Birçok kronik hastalığın tedavisinde kullanılan sentetik maddelere alternatif olarak bitki fitokimyasalların kullanımı konusuna olan ilgi giderek arttığından yeni bir pazarın gelişmesini sağlamıştır. Bu derleme; bitkilerde bulunan fitokimyasalların biyolojik aktivitelerinden; antioksidan, antimikrobiyal, antifungal, antidiyabetik, antienflamatuar, antikanser ve antihipertansif özelliklerini kapsamaktadır. Bioactive compounds, called phytochemicals, are produced as secondary metabolites in plants that have beneficial effects on health when they are consumed as nutrients. Phytochemicals have an effective role in the formation of the color, smell and taste of the plants. As an alternative to the synthetic materials used in the treatment of many chronic diseases, the interest in the use of plants phytochemicals have been increased. This trend has led to the development of a new market. This review includes biological activities of plant phytochemicals including antioxidant, antimicrobial, antifungal, antidiabetic, antiinflammatory, anticancer and antihypertensive properties.

Amaç – Türkiye’nin en büyük nüfus yoğunluğuna sahip ilçe belediyelerinden birisi olan Alanya Belediyesinin 14 alt hizmet birimine yönelik vatandaş memnuniyeti, hizmet birimin etkinliği ve maliyet etkinliği olmak üzere üç farklı analiz ile belediyenin daha denetimli ve daha etkin hizmet sunumunu sağlayıp sağlamadığını ölçmenin yanı sıra kaynak tahsisinde de yol gösterici olmaktır. Yöntem – Çalışmanın ilk aşamasında vatandaş memnuniyet anketi uygulanmış ve belediyenin alt birimlerinin sunmuş olduğu hizmetlere yönelik genel memnuniyet düzeyleri 5’li Likert Ölçeği ile ölçülmüştür. Örneklem basit tesadüfi örneklem olup toplamda 1544 vatandaşa ulaşılmıştır. Her hizmet birimi için elde edilen genel memnuniyet skorları, maliyet etkinlik analiz yöntemi olarak kullanılan veri zarflama analizi yöntemi için çıktı değişkeni olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada kullanılan girdi değişkenleri ise bütçe, satın alma harcamaları ve çalışan sayısıdır. Bulgular – Yapılan ölçüm sonunda genel memnuniyet skoru 3,579 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Bu skor Alanya Belediyesi’nin sunmuş olduğu hizmetlere yönelik vatandaşların genel memnuniyet düzeyinin %71,5 civarında olduğunu göstermektedir. Yapılan etkinlik analizi sonucunda Alanya Belediyesi’nin 14 alt hizmet biriminden; Kültür ve Sosyal İşler Birimi, Bilgi İşlem Birimi, Park ve Bahçeler Hizmet Birimi, Planlama ve Proje Birimi, Spor İşleri Birimi ve Veterinerlik Hizmet Birimlerinin etkin oldukları görülmüştür. Tartışma – Belediyenin 14 hizmet biriminin etkinliği ölçülmüştür. Toplam 14 hizmet biriminden 6 tanesi etkin bulunmuştur. Etkin olmayan diğer 8 hizmet birimi için ise maliyet etkinlik analizi yapılarak etkinliğin tesis edilebilmesi için gerekli olan iyileştirme rakamları sunulmuştur. Sonuç olarak, birimin etkinliğe ulaşması için kaynak tahsisinin nasıl yapılması gerektiğine ilişkin değerlendirmeler elde edilmiştir. Purpose – Alanya Municipality is one of the most densely populated district municipalities of Turkey. This study included measurements of citizen satisfaction,operational efficiency and cost efficiency of 14 sub-service units of the municipality. With these measurements, it is aimed to measure whether the municipality can provide more supervised and more efficient service delivery and to guide the municipality in effective resource allocation. Design/methodology/approach – In the first stage of the study, a citizen satisfaction questionnaire was applied and the general satisfaction level of the services provided by the municipality was measured with a 5-point Likert Scale. The sample is a simple random sample, reaching 1544 citizens in total. The general satisfaction scores obtained for each service unit were determined as the output variable for the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method used as the cost-efficiency analysis method. Input variables used in the study are budget, purchase expenditures and number of employees Findings – At the end of the measurement, the general satisfaction score was calculated as 3,579. This score shows that the overall satisfaction level of the citizens for the services provided by Alanya Municipality is around 71.5%. In addition, general satisfaction scores were obtained for the subservice units of the municipality. The results of the efficiency analysis of Alanya Municipality from 14 sub-services unit; culture and social affairs unit, information processing unit, parks and gardens service unit, planning and project unit, sports affairs unit and veterinary service units were found to be effective. Discussion – The efficiency of 14 service units of the municipality was measured. Six of the 14 service units were found to be effective. The cost efficiency analysis was performed for the other 8 ineffective service units and improvement figures required for the establishment of efficiency were presented. As a result, evaluations were obtained on how to allocate resources for the effectiveness.

Kompozit malzemelerin kullanım alanları gün geçtikçe yaygınlaşmaktadır. Buna bağlı olarak kompozit malzemelere uygulanan çeşitli deneysel yöntemler de artmaktadır. Bu çalışma kapsamında, termoplastik kompozit malzemelere ön yükleme kuvvetlerinin etkidiği spesifik bir aparat tasarlanmıştır. Tasarlanan aparata kompozit numunelerin monte edilmesinden sonra, aparatta bulunan civata ile sıkma kuvveti meydana getirilerek numunelere ön yükleme kuvvetlerinin uygulanması sağlanacaktır. Numunelerin çeşitli süreler boyunca ön yükleme kuvvetlerine maruz bırakılmaları sonrasında, çekme deneyi ile numunelerin mekanik özelliklerinde meydana gelen değişimler araştırmacılar tarafından incelenebilecektir. Aparatın, farklı ortamlarda kullanılabilir olması, bu tür ön yükleme testlerinin otomotiv, denizcilik, havacılık, yenilenebilir enerji, spor malzemeleri gibi farklı sektörlerde kullanılan kompozit bağlantıların test edilebilirliğini sağlayacaktır. Tasarlanan aparatın üretimi sayesinde, termoplastik kompozit malzemelerin yanı sıra yapıştırmalı kompozit bağlantıların çekme doğrultusunda sürünme testlerinin de yapılmasına imkan sağlanacaktır. The usage areas of composite materials are becoming widespread day by day. Accordingly, various experimental methods applied to composite materials have been increased. Within the scope of this study, a specific apparatus is designed for the thermoplastic composite materials where the prestress forces are affected. After mounting the samples with composite material to the designed apparatus, the tightening force will be created with the bolt in the apparatus and the pre-stress forces will be applied to the samples. After the samples are subjected to pre-stress forces for various periods, changes in the mechanical properties of the samples can be examined by the tensile test. The fact that the apparatus can be used in different environments will provide the testability of the composite materials used in different sectors such as automotive, marine, aviation, renewable energy and sports equipment. Due to the production of the designed apparatus, creep tests of adhesively bonded connections as well as thermoplastic composites will be made possible.

Amaç: Çalışmamızda obezitesi olan kadınlara uygulanan bilişsel davranışçı grup terapisinin (BDGT) kilo kaybı, depresyon ve anksiyete düzeylerine etkisini incelemeyi amaçladık ve antidepresan ilaç alan obezitesi olan kadınların tedavisinde de bilişsel davranışçı terapinin etkili olabileceğini göstermeyi planladık. Yöntem: Çalışmaya alınma ölçütlerine uyan 28 obez kadın olguya 14 seans BDGT uygulanmıştır. Terapi öncesi ve bitiminde ölçüm ve klinik ölçek uygulaması yapılmıştır. Terapiden altı ay sonra olguların ağırlıkları tekrar kaydedilmiştir. Olgular Sosyodemografik Bilgi Formu, beden kitle indeksi (BKİ) takibi, DSM-IV için Yapılandırılmış Klinik Görüşmesi (SCID-I), Durumluk-Sürekli Kaygı Ölçeği (DKÖ-SKÖ), Beck Depresyon Ölçeği (BDÖ), Kısa Form-36 (SF-36), SCL-90 Belirti Tarama Listesi (SCL-90) ile değerlendirilmiştir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, asma fidanı üreten işletmelerin yapısal özelliklerini belirlemek ve fidancılık sektöründe karşılaştıkları sorunları ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmanın ana materyalini anket çalışmasından elde edilen veriler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında, Fidan Üreticileri Alt Birliği (FÜAB) üyesi olan 12 işletme ile yüz yüze görüşme gerçekleştirilmiş ve bu şekilde anket çalışması verileri derlenmiştir. Araştırma döneminde FÜAB’a üye 33 işletme bulunmaktadır, ancak bu işletmelerin çoğunluğu küçük kapasiteli ve üretim yapmadan fidan alım satımı yapan işletmelerdir. Araştırmada, büyük kapasiteli hem üretim hem fidan satışı yapan işletmelerin tamamı ile görüşülmeye çalışılmış, bu şekilde 33 işletmenin 12’si ile görüşülmüştür. Görüşme yapılan işletmeler asma fidan pazarının büyük bir kısmını ellerinde tutmaktadır. Veriler yüzde dağılım tabloları, ortalama, maksimum ve minimum hesaplamalar yoluyla değerlendirilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, işletmeler ticari düzeyde ortalama olarak 12 yıldır asma fidanı üretmektedir. Görüşülen işletmelerin tamamı açık köklü fidan üretimi yapmaktadır. Bunun yanı sıra tüplü (%58,33) ve Amerikan asma (%25) fidanı da üretilmektedir. İşletmelerin aşılı fidan randıman oranları, ortalama olarak açık köklü fidanlarda %45, tüplü fidanlarda %72 olarak belirlenmiştir. Üreticilerin%67'si fidan pazarlamada sorun yaşadığını belirtmişlerdir. İşletmeciler kayıt dışı üretim konusunda yetkililerin önlem almasını talep etmişlerdir. The aim of this research was to determine the structural characteristics of the grapevine sapling producing enterprises and to reveal the problems. The main material of study are data were obtained from questionnaire study. In the study, face-to-face interviews were conducted with 12 enterprises which are members of Sapling Producers Sub-Union (SPSU). During the research period, there were 33 SPSU members, but the majority of these enterprises were small-sized and engaged in the purchase and sale without production. In the research, it was tried to be interviewed with all of the large capacity, both production and sales, and 12 of 33 enterprises were interviewed. The interviewed enterprises hold a large part of the grapevine sapling market. The obtained data were evaluated and interpreted by means of percentage distribution tables, average, maximum and minimum calculations. According to the results of the research, enterprises have been producing grapevine saplings on average at the commercial level for 12 years. All of the interviewed enterprises produce bare-rooted saplings. In addition, potted (58.33%) and American grapevine (25%) saplings also are produced. Grafted sapling yield rates of enterprises have been determined as 45% in own root saplings and 72% in potted sapling. 67% of the producers reported that they have problems in sapling marketing and carrying and storing saplings is a significant problem at this stage. The producers demanded that measures to prevent the informal production from authorities.

Sınıf II malokluzyonların tedavisinde geçici ankraj üniteleri ile üst molar dişlerin distalizasyonu son dönemde oldukça popüler hale gelmiştir. Premolar dişlerin mezializasyonu, anterior dişlerin protrüzyonu gibi istenmeyen yan etkileri elimine etmesi nedeniyle geçici ankraj üniteleri diğer ağız içi metotlara göre tercih edilmektedir. 16 yıl 3 ay yaşındaki kadın hasta kliniğimize üst dişlerinin önde olması şikayetiyle başvurmuştur. Klinik muayenede konveks profil, 6,4 mm overjet ve Angle Sınıf II malokluzyon tespit edilmiştir. Hastaya modifiye nance apareyi ve palatinal minivida destekli üst molar distalizasyonunu takiben sabit ortodontik tedavi planlanmıştır. Palatinalde bulunan paslanmaz çelik tele geçirilen açık sarmal yay, gurin-lock vidası ile sıkıştırılarak her bir molara 400 gram kuvvet uygulanmıştır. Overcorrection elde edilene kadar distalizasyona devam edilmiştir. Modifiye nance apareyi ve palatinal minivida destekli üst molar distalizasyonu ile hasta kooperasyonuna gerek kalmadan Sınıf I molar ilişki elde edilmiştir. Bu yaklaşım Sınıf II malokluzyona sahip molar distalizasyonu planlanan hastaların tedavisinde etkili bir seçenektir., Distalization of maxillary molar teeth with temporary anchorage devices more preferred than other intraoral methods because they eliminate side effects such as mesialization of premolar teeth, protrusion of anterior teeth. A 16-year and a 3-month old female patient was admitted to our clinic with the chief complaint of upper teeth being in front. A clinical examination determined a convex profile, 6.4 mm overjet, Angle Class II malocclusion. Fixed orthodontic treatment following distalization with modified nance appliance and palatal miniscrew were planned for the patient. An open coil was placed on palatinally located stainless steel wire and it applied 400 grams force per molar by activated Gurin-lock screw. Distalization was continued until overcorrection was obtained. Class I molar relationship was obtained without the need for patient cooperation. This approach is an effective option for patients who were planned molar distalization.

In this study, the purpose of defining the development of body characteristics of 50 Romanov lambs 180. During the growth period up to the age of day, records of body characteristics such as body weight, body length, height of cidago were taken every 15 days and the parameters of the growth curves were calculated from the Linear models with the obtained data and the Linear, Quadratic and Cubic model, Non-Linear models with Gompertz, and Logistic models. The coefficient of determination (R2), mean square error (MSE) and mean absolute deviation (MAD) values were used in determining the model that best fit the growth curve. As a result of the study, the highest R2 value and the lowest HKO values were 0.992-0.591 in live weight, 0.993-0.441 in cidago height, and 0.986-1.164 in body length, respectively. The highest R2 value in all body characteristics was obtained from the cubic model. SPSS statistics program was used to determine the parameters of the growth curve model. According to the obtained data, it was determined that the most compatible model to explain the development of all body characteristics of the Romanov lambs is the Cubic model. Bu araştırmada Romanov kuzularının vücut özelliklerinin gelişiminin tanımlanması amacı ile 50 Romanov kuzusunun doğumdan itibaren 180. yaş gününe kadar olan büyüme döneminde her 15 günde bir canlı ağırlık, vücut uzunluğu, cidago yüksekliği özelliklerine ilişkin kayıtlar alınmış ve elde edilen veriler ile doğrusal modellerden Linear, Kuadratik ve Kübik model, doğrusal olmayan modellerden Gompertz ve Lojistik modelleri kullanılarak büyüme eğrilerine ait parametreler hesaplanmıştır. Büyüme eğrileri içinde en iyi uyumu gösteren modelin belirlenmesinde belirtme katsayısı (R2), hata kareler ortalaması (HKO) ve ortalama mutlak sapma (OMS) değerlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre en yüksek R2 değeri ile en düşük HKO değerleri sırası ile canlı ağırlıkta 0,992-0,591, cidago yüksekliğinde 0,993-0,441, vücut uzunluğunda 0,986-1,164 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Ele alınan bütün vücut özelliklerinde en yüksek R2 değeri kübik modelden elde edilmiştir. Büyüme eğrisi modellerine ait parametrelerin belirlenebilmesi için SPSS istatistik programı kullanılmıştır. Bu sonuçlara göre Romanov kuzularının vücut özelliklerinin gelişimini en iyi açıklayan ayrıca büyüme eğrilerine en uyumlu modelin Kübik model olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Bir taşınmaz üzerinde yapılaşma faaliyeti gerçekleştirmek isteyen mülkiyet hakkı sahiplerinin bu faaliyetleri gerçekleştirebilmeleri için mevzuatla öngörülmüş birtakım şartları yerine getirmeleri gerekir. Bu şartlardan birisi de imar durum belgesinin alınmasıdır. Bu belgeyle hak sahipleri taşınmazlarının imar durumunu ve yapılaşma faaliyetlerinin çerçevesini öğrenebilmektedirler. Bu açıdan bakıldığında imar durum belgesi 1982 Anayasası’nda temel hak ve hürriyetler arasında düzenlen-miş olan mülkiyet hakkı ve yerleşme hürriyetiyle doğrudan ilgilidir. Çünkü bu belgeyle mülkiyet hakkının ve yerleşme hürriyetinin ne şekil-de kullanılabileceğine ilişkin bir çerçeve çizilmektedir. İş bu sebeple temel hak ve hürriyetlere etki eden bu belgenin hukuki niteliği incele-meye değer görülmüştür. Çalışmada imar durum belgesi, gerek 3194 sayılı İmar Kanu-nu’ndaki ilgili hükümler gerek belgeyi tanımlayan yönetmelikler ve yar-gı kararları çerçevesinde incelenecek ve belgenin hukuki niteliği ortaya konulmaya çalışılacaktır. Freeholders who want to perform construction activities on an immovable property must fulfill some of the conditions stipulated by the legislation in order to carry out these activities. One of these conditions is to get the zoning status document. With this document, right holders can learn the zoning status of their immovable property and the fra-mework of their construction activities. From this point of view, the zo-ning status document is directly related to the right to property and free-dom of residence, which is regulated in the fundamental rights and free-doms in the 1982 Constitution. Because this document draws a fra-mework on how to exercise the right to property and freedom of residen-ce. For this reason, the legal nature of this document, which affects fun-damental rights and freedoms, has been considered worthy of examination. In the study, the zoning status document will be examined within the framework of both the related provisions in the Zoning Law No. 3194, the regulations defining the document and judicial decisions, and the legal nature of the document will be tried to be revealed.

Drying method is preferred in agricultural products since it provides advantages in many processes such as increasing the strength of products, transporting and storing. It is necessary to estimate the drying behavior of the products in order to achieve the best drying without reducing the product quality. For this reason, many numerical drying models have been developed to estimate the drying kinetics of the products. Recently, artificial neural networks have been widely used for the development of these models. Artificial neural networks are mathematical models that work in a similar way to natural neuron cells. Radial based artificial neural networks are radial based activation functions in the transition to the hidden layer unlike other networks. In this study, modeling of drying kinetics with radial based networks was investigated. For the experiment, red hot pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) was dipped in boiled water and microwave pretreatments and, then dried in the oven at 65°C. The absorbable moisture values were calculated during the drying period. The radial based artificial neural network models were trained with the drying time values as input and the absorbable moisture values as output. The study was carried out with two data sets including all data and only the average. In trainings with all data, R value of the best model was calculated as 0.9566. R was calculated as 0.9998 with average data. Ürünlerin dayanımını arttırma, taşıma ve depolama gibi birçok işlemde avantaj sağladığı için tarımsal ürünlerde kurutma yöntemi tercih edilmektedir. Ürün kalitesini düşürmeden en iyi şekilde kurutma işleminin yapılabilmesi için ürünlerin kuruma davranışını tahmin etmek gereklidir. Bu nedenle ürünlerin kuruma kinetiğinin tahmini için birçok sayısal kuruma modeli geliştirilmiştir. Son zamanlarda bu modellerin geliştirilmesi için yapay sinir ağları yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Yapay sinir ağları, doğal sinir hücrelerine benzer şekilde çalışan matematiksel modellerdir. Radyal tabanlı yapay sinir ağları ise diğer ağlardan farklı olarak gizli katmana geçişte radyal tabanlı aktivasyon fonksiyonları bulunduran ağlardır. Bu çalışmada, kurutma kinetiğinin radyal tabanlı ağlar ile modellenebilmesi araştırılmıştır. Deney çalışması için kırmızı acı bibere (Capsicum annuum L.) kaynamış suya bandırma ve mikrodalga ön işlemleri uygulanarak etüvde 65°C sıcaklıkta kurutulmuştur. Kuruma süresince alınabilir nem oranı değerleri hesaplanmış ve kuruma süresi değerleri giriş, uzaklaştırılabilir nem oranı değerleri ise çıkış olacak şekilde Radyal Tabanlı Yapay Sinir Ağı modelleri eğitilmiştir. Tüm veri ve aynı sürelerde ölçülen değerlerin ortalamasıyla oluşturulan ortalama veri ayrı ayrı denenmiştir. Tüm veri ile olan eğitimlerde R değeri 0,9566; ortalama ile olanlarda 0,9998 olarak hesaplanmıştır

Objective: In this study, the aim was to investigate the clonal relationship between carbapenem resistant Acinetobacter baumannii isolates and carbapenem resistance genes isolated from blood samples of patients followed in intensive care units by molecular methods. Methods: Bactec 9240 system (Becton Dickinson, USA) was used for the isolation of bacteria from blood culture flasks. Identification of 112 strains included in the study were performed by conventional tests, API 20NE (bioMerieux, France) and Phoenix TM 100 system (Becton Dickinson, USA) and confirmed by the presence of blaOXA-51 gene. Antimicrobial susceptibility tests were performed by Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion method and Phoenix TM 100 system. Carbapenem resistance genes; blaOXA-23, blaOXA-48, blaOXA-58, blaIMP, blaVIM and blaNDM-1 were investigated by Multiplex Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) method. Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis (PFGE) was used to determine the clonal relationship between Acinetobacter baumannii strains. Results: The antibiotic resistance percentages of strains for gentamicin, amikacin, tobramycin, netil micin, ceftazidime, trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole, piperacillin, ciprofloxacin, ampicillin/sulbactam, piperacillin/tazobactam and cefoperazone/ sulbactam, were 88%; 81%; 78%; 36%; 98.5%; 96%; 89%; 100%; 100%; 93%; 91% respectively. MIC values of imipenem and meropenem were determined above ?8 ?g/ml in the whole group. blaOXA-51 and blaOXA-23 genes were detected in all isolates included in the study. By PFGE method, 62 different pulsotypes were detected. Among the pulsotypes, 19 of them contained ?2 strains. It was observed that 108 (96.4%) strains were clustered in 11 clonally related groups when the similarity between pulsotypes for grouping was limited to 85% or more. Conclusion: In this study, it was observed that carbapenem-resistant A. baumannii strains were resistant for all tested antibiotics at high levels except netilmicin and spread in the hospital via cross contamination. These strains posed a risk for hospital infections, however, clonal-related strains were not limited to a specific unit and time period. © 2020 Refik Saydam National Public Health Agency (RSNPHA.
