Bu tezde karma kullanımlı projelerde proje yönetiminin nasıl yapılabildiği Proje Yönetimi Enstitüsü tarafından hazırlanan kılavuz öncülüğünde adım adım işlenmiştir. Uygulama projesi örneğinde neler yapıldığı, faydalı bulunan yöntemler ve daha çok katkı sağlayabilecek öğeler incelenmiştir. Karma kullanımlı projelerde proje yönetimi, projenin başlangıcından bitişine dek geçen süreçte aktivitelerin tespitinden başlanarak proje raporlamaları süreci de dahil olmak üzere projenin teslimine kadar sürmektedir. What was done in the example of the implementation project, the methods that are found useful, and the items that could contribute more are examined. In complex projects, project management starts from the determination of the activities from the beginning to the end of the project and continues until the delivery of the project, including the project reporting processes. Since the most appropriate management strategy is specific for each project, the project management processes are described in general terms and concretized with an implementation project example. The main processes have been examined in detail, with the hope that they will guide the next projects.
