Giant cell tumor of tendon sheath is a benign, locally agressive and proliferative disease of joint, bursa or tendon sheath sinovium. It typically appears pain-free nodul at palmar surface of hand at third-to-fifth decade. Histopathologically, spindle cell proliferation and multinucleated giant cells are present. Clinically nodular entities, histopathologically granulomas with giant cells are the differential diagnosis. The literature about dermoscopic findings is poor. In this case, giant cell tumor of tendon sheath, easily confused with other nodular bulks on the hand, was presented with clinic, dermoscopic and histopathologic findings. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
