Yere bağlılık, mekânın kullanıcısı ile çevre arasında oluşan bir tür bağdır. Bu bağ pek çok değişkene bağlıdır. Bu çalışmada kullanıcının yere bağlanma sürecinde, mülkiyet durumunun kullanıcıların kimliğini mekâna yansıtabilmesine etkisi üzerinde durulmuştur. Özellikle günümüzde toplu konutlarda tek tip planların standart kullanıcı için tasarlanıyor oluşu kullanıcının kimliğini mekâna kullanım ve tasarım açısından yansıtabilmesini etkilemektedir. Özellikle de mülkiyet durumu kullanıcının kendisi için gerekli değişiklikleri yapabilmesini etkileyebilmektedir. Bu etkiler İstanbul Sancaktepe’de bulunan 4 farklı toplu konut alanında yapılan anket çalışması ile araştırılarak kullanıcıların yaptığı kişiselleştirmeler ve evlerine olan yere bağlılıklarına olan etkilerine yönelik sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Place attachment is a kind of link between the user of the space and the environment. This bond depends on many variables. In this study, the effect of the ownership status on the users' ability to reflect their identity to the space is emphasized in the process of the users' connection to the space. Especially, the fact that the single-type plans in housing estates are designed for the standard user affects the ability of the user to reflect their identity to the space in terms of use and design. In particular, the ownership status can affect the user's ability to make the necessary changes for them. These effects were investigated with the survey study conducted in 4 different housing estates in Sancaktepe, Istanbul, and results were obtained regarding the effects of users' personalization and their attachments to their homes.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Adıyaman il merkezinde yaşayan yerel halkın turizm gelişimine yönelik algı ve desteğinde yer kimliği ve yer imajının rolünü ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda ilgili alanyazın çerçevesinde bir model geliştirilmiştir. Çalışmada veriler, anket tekniği yardımı ile elde edilmiş ve geçerli 698 veri üzerinden analizler yapılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda yer kimliğinin yerel halkın turizmin olumlu etkilerine yönelik algılarını, yer imajının da turizmin olumsuz etkilerine yönelik algılarını etkilediği saptanmıştır. Yerel halkın yer kimliği ve yer imajı algılarının turizme yönelik desteğini doğrudan etkilemediği görülmüştür. Yerel halkın turizm gelişimine yönelik desteği de turizmin algılanan olumlu ve olumsuz etkileri ile açıklanmaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda ilgili alanyazına ve sektöre yönelik öneriler geliştirilmiştir., Aim of the study is to reveal the role of place identity and place image in the perception and support of the residenst living in the city center of Adıyaman towards tourism development. In accordance with this purpose, a model has been developed within the framework of the related literature. Data were obtained with the help of the survey technique and analyzes were performed through the 698 valid data. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the identity of the place predicted the residents' perceptions about the positive effects of tourism and the place image predicted the perceptions of the negative effects of tourism. It has been observed that residensts' perception of place identity and place image does not directly affect their support for tourism. The support of resident for tourism development is explained by the perceived positive and negative effects of tourism. In accordance with the findings obtained, suggestions have been developed for the related literature and sector.

Balıkesir Üniversitesi, Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü, Turizm İşletmeciliği Ana Bilim Dalı, Yerel halk turizm etkileşiminin sonuçları bir bölgedeki turizm faaliyetleri açısından göz ardı edilmeyecek kadar önemlidir. Bu etkileşimlerin olumlu olması turizme ve turistlere yönelik olumlu tutumları doğuracaktır. Olumsuz etkileşimler ise olumsuz tutumları beraberinde getirecektir. Turizm ve yerel halk arasındaki bu etkileşim çeşitli kuramlar çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Son zamanlarda ise kimlik kuramı esas alınarak yapılan akademik çalışmalara rastlamak mümkündür. Kimlik kuramı temelinde gerçekleştirilen akademik çalışmalar, bireyin kimlik bileşenlerinin davranışları üzerinde etkili olduğunu ileri sürmektedir. Bu açıdan ele alındığında bir bölgede gelişen turizm faaliyetlerinin o bölgede yaşayan bireylerin kimliği ile uyumlu olup olmadığı ve bu durumun turizme yönelik algı ve tutumlar üzerindeki etkisi incelenmesi gereken bir konudur. Bu tez de bu temel varsayımlar üzerine tasarlanmıştır. Yerel halkın yer kimliği, topluluğa bağlılığı, sürdürülebilir turizm tutumu, turizmin gelişimini destekleme ve yaşam memnuniyetleri arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesi çalışmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Seferihisar'da yaşayan yerel halka yönelik bir uygulama gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yüzyüze anket uygulaması sonucu 500 kişiden veri toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler istatistik programları aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulguları genel olarak incelendiğinde, katılımcıların yer kimliği ve topluluğa bağlılık düzeylerinin yüksek seviyede olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkiler, kuramsal çerçeveye dayalı olarak geliştirilmiş bir modele bağlı kalarak incelenmiştir. Buna göre, yer kimliğinin sürdürülebilir turizm tutumu üzerinde anlamlı ve olumlu ve turizmin gelişimini destekleme üzerinde anlamlı ve olumsuz etkileri olduğu ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Topluluğa bağlılık ise yaşam memnuniyeti ve sürdürülebilir turizm tutumu üzerinde anlamlı ve olumlu etkiler yapmaktadır. Bununla birlikte, katılımcıların Seferihisar'a yönelik belirli özellikleri ile araştırma değişkenleri arasında istatistiki anlamda farklılıklar olduğu görülmüştür. Son olarak bulgulara dayalı sonuçlara ve Seferihisar'da turizm sektöründe söz sahibi paydaşlara yönelik öneriler geliştirilmiştir., The results of the residents and tourism interaction are too important for tourism activities in a destination. The positive interactions will create positive attitudes towards tourism and tourists. Negative interactions will bring negative attitudes. This interaction between tourism and residents has been handled within the framework of various theories. Recently, it is possible to come across academic studies based on the identity theory. Academic studies carried out on the basis of identity theory suggest that the individual's identity components are effective on their behavior. From this point of view, it is an issue that needs to examine whether the tourism activities developing in a region are compatible with the identity of the individuals living in that region and the effect of this situation on the perceptions and attitudes towards tourism. This thesis is also designed on these basic assumptions. The aim of the study is to examine the relationships between residents' place identity, community attachment, sustainable tourism attitude, support for tourism development and life satisfaction. For this purpose, an application was carried out for the residents in Seferihisar. Data were collected from 500 people as a result of face-to-face survey. The data obtained were analyzed through statistical programs. When the findings of the research were analyzed in general, it was determined that the participants' place identity and community attachment levels were high. The relationships between the research variables were examined by adhering to a model developed based on the theoretical framework. Accordingly, it has been revealed that place identity has significant and positive effects on sustainable tourism attitude and significant and negative effects on support for tourism development. The community attachment has significant and positive effects on life satisfaction and sustainable tourism attitude. However, it was seen that there were statistically differences between the participants' specific characteristics towards Seferihisar and the research variables. Marka kimliği ve marka bağlılığı gibi kavramlar tüketicinin marka ile yaşadığı deneyimler üzerinden şekillenmektedir. Tasarım literatüründe tüketici deneyimi ve/veya marka deneyimi kullanıcının ürün ile ilişkisi üzerinden değerlendirilirken, pazarlama literatüründe ürünün kişiliği, tüketicinin algısı, hissettikleri, marka değerlendirmeleri ve marka ilgisi ile ilişkilendirilmektedir. Ürün-tüketici ilişkisi araştırılırken ürünün markası, markanın kimliği, iletişimi ve güvenilirliğinin tüketici seçimlerini doğrudan etkilediği görülmektedir. Bu bağlamda araştırma aynı marka kimliğini ve aynı yönetim özelliklerini taşıyan; ancak birbirinden farklı zamanlarda inşa edilmiş, aynı ismi taşıyan; fakat ayrı fiziksel yapıya ve mekânlara sahip iki alışveriş merkezi kullanıcılarını, tüketici tercihleri, marka-mekân algıları ve ürün-mekân ilişkilendirmeleri kapsamında tüketim mekânlarının sosyal, fiziksel oluşumları ve tüketici ile iletişimleri açısından incelemektedir. Çalışmanın araştırma kısmında öncelikle 20 katılımcı ile alışveriş merkezleri üzerine yapılandırılmamış mülakat yapılmış, onlara tüketim merkezleri ile ilgili tercihleri açık uçlu olarak sorulmuştur. Daha sonra ankete katılan 140 katılımcıya, araştırılan alışveriş merkezindeki deneyimleri, entelektüel, duygusal, sosyal ve fiziksel boyutlar üzerinden sorulmuştur. Anketlerden elde edilen sonuçlar ile tüketici deneyimi kavramı bu dört boyut üzerinden değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın son kısmında, tüketicilerin tüketim mekânı seçimlerinin ne tür deneyimlere göre şekillendiği, tüketim mekânını oluşturan tasarlanmış yapının hangi kriterler çerçevesinde nasıl uygulandığı ve bunun sonucunda tüketicide tüketim mekânı algısı, mekân kimliği ve marka bağlılığının oluşup oluşmadığı üzerine değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır., Concepts such as brand identity and brand loyalty are mostly shaped through the way consumers' experiences with brands. In the marketing literature, product personality is related to consumer perception, sense, brand evaluation, and brand interest, while consumer experience and / or brand experience is evaluated in relation to product in design literature. While researching a product-consumer relationship, the brand of the product, the brand's identity, communication, and trustworthiness seem to directly influence consumer choice. In this context, the study researches the users of two shopping malls that have the same corporate identity and same managerial organizations but was built in different time period, and that have the same branding but separate physical structures and spaces in terms of consumer preferences, brand-space perceptions, social and physical formations of consumer places within the scope of product-space associations and communication with consumers. Primarily, unstructed interviews were conducted with 20 participants and their preferences regarding consumption centers were asked. Following open-ended interviews, through survey method, 140 participants were asked about their shopping mall experiences that were shaped by the intellectual, emotional, social and physical dimensions. The results obtained from the questionnaires and consumers' experience were evaluated through these four dimensions. At the final part of the study, there would be assessments on the experiences that shape customers' choice of shopping malls, on how the designed structure of the shopping mall is applied under the criteria of space perception, place identity and brand loyalty.

İlban, Mehmet Oğuzhan (Balikesir Author), Bu çalışma Balıkesir'in Burhaniye ilçesinde bulunan seçmenlerin yerel yönetim hizmetlerinin kalitesine ilişkin memnuniyet düzeylerini saptamak için gerçekleştirilmiştir. Seçmenlerin memnuniyet düzeyleri üzerinde ki değişimlerin yerel yönetime olan ideolojik ve/veya politik aidiyet duyguları ile kimlik yapısı üzerindeki etkisi de bu araştırmanın bir diğer amacını oluşturmaktadır. Bu açıdan çalışma, siyasal varlıklarını devam ettirmek isteyen yerel yönetimler açısından vatandaş memnuniyetini, vatandaş memnuniyetinin belirleyicilerini ve sonuçlarını incelemektedir. Araştırma, Balıkesir'in Burhaniye ilçesinde bulunan vatandaşlar üzerinde yapılmıştır. Bu kapsamda toplam 236 vatandaşa ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, vatandaş memnuniyetinin öncülü olan empati ve yeterlilik değişkenleri, vatandaş memnuniyetini anlamlı ve pozitif etkilerken, fiziksel varlıklar değişkeni ise istatistiki açıdan anlamlı ancak negatif etkilemektedir. Vatandaş memnuniyeti değişkeninin ise hem kimlik hem de bağlılığı anlamlı ve pozitif bir biçimde etkilediği belirlenmiştir, This paper is written to find out voters' satisfaction levels about the quality of services provided by local administration in Burhaniye town of Balikesir city, Turkey. Another reason for this study is to find the correlation between the change in voters' satisfaction and the voters' ideological/political belonging to the local administration and their special identification. The study searches for the inhabitants' satisfaction levels, the factors affecting citizen satisfaction (such as reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, sufficiency), and the results of the satisfaction (identification and sense of belonging) in the eyes of local administers. It is carried out on the 236 inhabitants of Burhaniye. It is concluded that empathy and sufficiency affect citizen satisfaction significantly in the positive way whereas physical assets affect significantly in the negative way. As a variable, citizens' satisfaction has a significant positive impact on identification and sense of belonging
