Bu araştırma kentsel arıtma çamurunun fiğ+arpa karışımının verim ve kalitesi ile bazı toprak özelliklerine etkisini araştırmak amacıyla 2015 ve 2016 yıllarında iki yıl süresince Ege Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesinin Bornova'daki deneme tarlalarında yürütülmüştür. Araştırma tesadüf blokları deneme deseninde dört tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüş ve kontrol ve mineral gübre uygulaması yanında 1, 2 ve 3 t/da arıtma çamuru uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda arıtma çamurunun; fiğ+arpa karışımının verimini, bitki boyunu, yeşil ot verimini, ham kül verimini olumlu etkilediği, ancak botanik kompozisyon, kuru madde oranı ve verimi, ham protein, NDF ve ADF oranlarını etkilemediği görülmüştür. Bitkideki ağır metallerden Cu, Mn ve Ni'de arıtma çamuru uygulamalarının etkisi görülmezken Zn ve Cd oranlarında arıtma çamuru düşüşe neden olmuştur. Toprağın ağır metal içeriğine bakıldığında Cu, Mn, Ni, Zn, Cd miktarlarında hafif artışlar ortaya çıkmıştır. Ancak bu artışların arıtma çamurunun tarımda kullanılmasına dair yönetmeliğin sınır değerlerinin altında kaldığı görülmüştür. Sonuçlar genel olarak değerlendirildiğinde üretim yapılacak tarım arazisinin toprak analiz sonuçlarına göre 2 ya da 3 t/da arıtma çamurunun tarımda kullanılabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır., This research was carried out in 2015 and 2016 in Ege University Faculty of Agriculture in Bornova to investigate the effect of sewage sludge on yield and quality of vetch + barley mixture and some soil properties. The research was carried out in randomized block complete design with four replications and 1, 2 and 3 t/da sludge was applied as well as control and mineral fertilizer application. As a result of the research, It has been observed that the sewage sludge affected the yield, plant height, green herbage yield and crude ash yield of vetch + barley mixture but did not affect the botanical composition, dry matter ratio and yield, crude protein, NDF and ADF ratios. Sewage sludge did not affect the concentrations of Cu, Mn and whereas Zn and Cd concentrations decreased with sludge treatment. In terms of heavy metal content of the soil, slight increases occurred in the amounts of Cu, Mn, Ni, Zn and Cd with sludge treatment. However, it is observed that these increases are below the limit values of the regulation on the use of sewage sludge in agriculture. When the results are evaluated in general, it is concluded that 2 or 3 t / da sludge can be used in agriculture according to the soil analysis results .

Bu çalışma, yaygın fiğ+arpa karışımına uygulanan kentsel arıtma çamurunun bazı toprak bitki besin maddelerine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada tarla denemeleri, 2015-2017 yılları arasında iki yıl süreyle Ege Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi’ne ait Bornova’daki deneme arazisinde, tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre dört tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada; arıtma çamurunun 1, 2 ve 3 t da-1 dozları ile kontrol ve mineral gübre uygulamaları araştırmanın konusunu teşkil etmiştir. Yaygın fiğ+arpa hasadından sonra her parselden alınan toprak örneklerinde; toplam azot (N), alınabilir fosfor (P), alınabilir potasyum (K), alınabilir demir (Fe), alınabilir bakır (Cu), alınabilir mangan (Mn) ve alınabilir çinko (Zn) analizleri yapılarak topraktaki bu besin maddeleri yönünden değişim incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda uygulamaların toprağın besin maddesi üzerinde farklı etkilerinin ortaya çıktığı görülmüştür. Toplam N ve alınabilir Cu üzerinde uygulamaların ilk yıl, alınabilir Zn üzerinde ikinci yıl, alınabilir P ve alınabilir Fe üzerinde ise her iki yılda da anlamlı etkileri ortaya çıkarken, alınabilir K ve alınabilir Mn üzerinde önemli bir etkisi olmamıştır. Sonuçlar genel olarak değerlendirildiğinde üretim yapılacak tarım arazisinin toprak analiz sonuçlarına göre ve arıtma çamurunun toprakta bırakabileceği ağır metaller göz önünde bulundurularak 2 t da-1 arıtma çamurunun yaygın fiğ+arpa karışımında kullanılabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır., This study was carried out to determine the effect of sewage sludge applied to common vetch + barley mixture on some soil plant nutrients. The research was conducted in a randomized complete block design with four replications in the experimental fields of Ege University, Faculty of Agriculture in Bornova for two years between 2015-2017. In the study, 1, 2, and 3 t da-1 doses of sewage sludge, control, and mineral fertilizer applications were the subjects of the study. In soil samples taken from each plot after the common vetch + barley harvest; Total nitrogen (N), available phosphorus (P), available potassium (K), available iron (Fe), available copper (Cu), available Mangan (Mn) and available zinc (Zn) analysis were made and changes in the soil were investigated. As a result of the research, it was seen that the applications had different effects on the nutrient content of the soil. Applications had significant effects on total N and available Cu in the first year, whereas they had a significant effect on available Zn in the second year. Available P and Fe were affected in both years of the study. Applications had no significant effect on available K and Mn. When the results are evaluated in general, according to the soil analysis results and heavy metal amounts from the sewage sludge, it is concluded that 2 t da-1 sewage sludge can be used in common vetch + barley mixtures.

In the present study, we investigated the therapeutic efficacy of trastuzumab labeled with lutetium-177 (177Lu) in mice bearing breast tumors. Materials and methods: Trastuzumab was labeled with 177Lu via DOTA as a chelator. In vitro and in vivo quality control tests of incorporated activity, immunoreactivity, stability of 177Lu-trastuzumab, biodistribution, and imaging studies were performed. Therapeutic efficacy and dosimetry studies were carried out in mice with breast tumors. Results: The good in vitro and in vivo quality control results suggested that 177Lu-trastuzumab could be used as a radioimmunotherapy agent. Reductions of 81% and 98% in the mean tumor volume for the group that received 177Lu-trastuzumab [7.4 MBq] were observed at 42 and 45 days after treatment, respectively. Conclusion: The results showed that 177Lu-trastuzumab could be considered as a possible new radiopharmaceutical agent for use in radioimmunotherapy of breast cancer in humans.

Tohumlarda yaşanan çimlenme ve çıkış sorunlarının azaltılması amaçlı yürütülen bu çalışma, 2012-2014 yılları arasında Ege Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Tarla Bitkileri Bölümünde yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada deneme materyali olarak iki yonca (Medicago sativa L.) çeşidinin yanısıra birer Acem üçgülü (Trifolium resupinatum L.), Ak üçgül (Trifolium repens L.), ve sorgumxSudan otu melezi (Sorghum bicolor Moench x Sorghum sudanense [Piper] Stapf.) çeşitleri kullanılmıştır.Çalışmada; tohumlara çimlenme ve çıkış oranı ile hızlarını arttırmak amacıyla, PEG-6000 (Polyethylen glycol) ile ön çimlendirme (priming) uygulanmıştır. Ayrıca bir diğer çimlenme ve çıkış performansını arttırıcı uygulama olan film kaplama tekniği kullanılarak tohumlara polimer ile birlikte KNO3 etkili maddesi yüklenmiştir. Böylece tohumlara, kontrol ile birlikte priming uygulaması, KNO3 uygulaması ve tohum kaplama ile bu uygulamaların kombinasyonlarını içeren 8 farklı uygulama yapılmıştır.Araştırmanın sonucunda denemede kullanılan yonca çeşitleri ile üçgül türlerinde Priming+Polimer+KNO3 uygulaması sonucunda en yüksek çimlenme/çıkış oranına ulaşılırken, sorgumxSudan otu melezi tohumlarında uygulamaların olumlu bir etkisi tespit edilememiştir.Anahtar sözcükler: çimlenme ve çıkış, priming, KNO3, polimer kaplama, yem bitkileri This study was carried out for the purpose of reduction of seed germination and emergence problems. It was conducted at Ege university Faculty of Agriculture Field Crops Department in 2012-2014. In this study two alfalfa cultivars (Medicago sativa L.), as well as one from each Persian clover (Trifolium resupinatum L.), white clover (Trifolium repens L.) and Sorghumxsudanense grass (Sorghum bicolor Moench x Sorghum sudanense [Piper] Stapf.) hybrid varieties were used as experimental material.PEG-6000 and Priming treatments were applied on the seeds in order to increase seed germination, emergence rate and emergence speed. In addition, the film coating technique which is another performance enhancing application to increase germination and emergence were used by polymer and KNO3 agent. Thus, one control group and 7 different treatments were applied to the seeds including priming, KNO3 treatment, seed coating and combinations of these treatments. There was no positive effect of these treatments on Sorghumxsudanense grass hybrid seed, while priming+polymer+ KNO3 treatments have highest result in seed germination/seed emergence rate for alfalfa varieties and clover species used in this experiment. "Kalīlah wa Dimnah " is one of the precious works that brought into world literature by Iranian. If "Borzūya" had not brought it to Iran, and "Ibn al-Muqaffa" had not translated from Pahlavi into Arabic, perhaps fortune of this book would be different, and we cannot see its undeniable influences to Persian literature and world literature. One of the main stories of this book is story of “lion and cow” that took place in the first section of Panchatantra and second section of Abu‟l-Maali‟s translation. In the Panchatantra this story is named „separation of buddies‟. Until now this story was studied in different perspectives, especially mythical, but we try to make a study of its influence to Persian literature. With this study it will be clear persons of Persian literature in which subjects great and how used this story in their works
