The data concerning the skin capillaries biomicroscopy in 102 patients with neurological complications of vertebral osteochondrosis were adduced. The presence of stable intense pain syndrome, prominent paresis of the extremities in concurrence with significant delay of blood flow up to the erythrocytic stasis in capillaries on the damage side, significant oedema of the skin papillary layer, the capillaries deformity, the vegetative microcirculatory reactions delay on external stimulants served as indications for surgical intervention performance.
