The author examines the historical background regarding the formation and development of the information services market as a major catalyst for the development of the information society. The level of development of information activity in the leading countries of the world is the result of a long historical process of evolutionary and revolutionary transformations. The study describes the information services market as an economic space where the interests of producers and consumers of these services are realized. The principles of functioning of the information services market are described and market participants are highlighted. It is determined that the information market operates a quality resource – information. Information activity is described as an infrastructure branch of the economy and its functions and tasks are described. Depending on the type of information, the information services market consists of the following sectors: business information, specialist information, consumer information, information systems and facilities. The current state of development of the information society in Ukraine is analyzed, in particular, the number of Internet users in 2019 amounted to 26.1 million against 2.8 million people in 2009 the use of social media as a communication platform is justified. The largest share of enterprises used social media as social networks – almost 45.0%, 22.3% – business websites, 20.3% – other knowledge sharing tools and 12.4% – business blogs. The most active users of social networks were enterprises with activities related to wholesale and retail trade – 26.6%, manufacturing enterprises – 23.0% and construction – 9.2%. The main purpose of businesses to use social media is to promote them and promote their products. The author describes the goals and challenges of the digital industry, as well as the role of statistics in the field of statistical support, ensuring the completeness of statistical databases and monitoring the processes occurring in information content.

Одним із ваговитих принципів ведення бізнесу, в тому числі й банківського, є самостійність обґрунтованість у прийнятті рішень суб'єктом економічних відносин. Будь-яке економічне рішення передбачає обробку звітної інформації, яка всебічно характеризує об’єкт управління. Усвідомлюючи соціальну відповідальність перед суспільством, керівництво банку повинно розкривати релевантну бізнес-інформацію для всіх зацікавлених стейкхолдерів оприлюднюючи як фінансові, так і нефінансові показники його діяльності (тобто складаючи інтегровану звітність).

Стаття присвячена аналізу положень українського законодавства у сфері надання фінансових послуг щодо визначення правових засад використання ін-формації з обмеженим доступом. Законодавство у сфері надання фінансових послуг встановлює обмеження по розголошенню різного виду інформації. Бан-ківське законодавство забороняє розголошувати відомості, що банківську таємницю, а також встановлює її зміст та порядок доступу до такої інформації. Законодавство про страхування визначає правові засади захисту та-ємниці страхування. The article is devoted to the analysis of the provisions of Ukrainian legisla-tion in the field of providing financial services for the definition of the legal basis for the use of the information with limited access. The legislation on the provision of financial services sets limits on the disclosure of different types of information. The banking legislation prohibits disclosure of information constituting bank secre-cy, as well as establishes its content and the procedure for access to such infor-mation. The insurance law defines the legal basis for the protection of insurance se-crets.

This article examines the search, collection and processing business information. The main problem is a search for sources of business information. The main groups of sources were identified: legislation, reporting, infrastructure, media and Internet. Internet today is the main source of any kind of information, but there is still the actual problem of data retrieval, that meets the criteria of quality business information. This paper analyzes the requirements for such sources. The criteria for the quality of business information have been identified, among which the most important are accuracy, timeliness, completeness, verifiability, fairness, etc. The detailed analysis of the enterprise data flows resulted in the formulation of information technologies development for the collection and business information storage problem, which would take into account all the basic information in the enterprise, as well as additional sources. The basic requirements that must be met by developed system: adaptability, portability, usability, etc. The present paper identifies the stages of collecting information, set goals and objectives for the solutions. For each task of collecting and storing business information from a variety of sources have been defined the mathematical tools for its program implementation, Представлен анализ проблем сбора бизнес-информации и обеспечения ее качества. Определены основные группы источников бизнес-информации. Поставлена задача разработки автоматизированной системы сбора бизнес-информации в сети интернет. Разработаны требования к программной системе и выбран математический аппарат для реализации, Представлено аналіз проблем збору бізнес-інформації та забезпечення її якості. Визначено основні групи джерел бізнес-інформації. Поставлено завдання розробки автоматизованої системи збору бізнес-інформації в мережі інтернет. Розроблено вимоги до програмної системи і обрано математичний апарат для реалізації.
