Определено, что у всех больных имело место нарушение со стороны показателей процессов перекисного окисления липидов, антиоксидантной защиты и цитокинового статуса, что проявляется увеличением уровня провоспалительных цитокинов ІЛ-1β, ІЛ-6, ТNF-α, и нарастанием показателей пероксидации: продуктов тиобарбитуровой кислоты и диеновых конъюгатов., Обстежено 120 хворих на виразкову хворобу дванадцятипалої кишки та хронічний некалькульозний холецистит. Встановлено, що у всіх пацієнтів мають місце порушення показників процесів перекисного окиснення ліпідів, антиоксидантного та цитокінового статусів, що проявлялося збільшенням рівня прозапальних цитокінів ІЛ-1β, ІЛ-6, ТNF-α, та зростанням показників пероксидації: продуктів тіобарбітурової кислоти та дієнових кон’югатів.

The largest deviations from the control indicators were recorded in the 1st trimester of pregnancy.

При этом амиксин более активно корригирует изменения содержания ИФН-γ, ИЛ-4 и ИЛ-6, тогда как имунофан и, особенно, полиоксидоний более результативно способствуют стабилизации содержания ИЛ-2 и ИЛ-6, что, по-видимому, связано с воздействием на разные клетки-мишени и особенностями молекулярных механизмов действия каждого из препаратов., Встановлено, що аміксин, імунофан і поліоксидоній зменшують глибину супресії гуморальної імунної відповіді та порушення цитокінового профілю в умовах курсового введення доксорубіцину.
