Based on the monitoring of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, the article reveals the state of observance of labour rights of civilian hostages. The article identifies problematic issues that obstruct the realisation of these rights of persons who have been deprived of their personal liberty as a result of armed aggression. It is noted that the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War prohibits the taking of hostages. Failure to comply with the principles of international humanitarian law by representatives of the Russian Federation leads to the inability to ensure the protection of civilian hostages in accordance with international norms due to the unresolved nature of this issue. The Russian Federation, despite international norms, keeps such persons in captivity, does not notify them of their detention, does not provide them with the appropriate status, as a result of which the detained person cannot appeal against his or her detention, has no opportunity to report it. According to international standards, victims of enforced disappearances have the right to compensation from the state, which provides them with the maximum possible rehabilitation. It is noted that the protection of the constitutional rights of civilian hostages is provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Social and Legal Protection of Persons in respect of whom the deprivation of personal liberty as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine and members of their families has been established”. In addition, it is noted that civilian hostages have the right to keep their jobs, but the law does not provide for the payment of wages. The article establishes that it is impossible to properly exercise the labour rights of employees who have become civilian hostages guaranteed by the Constitution of Ukraine. The emphasis is placed on the legislative gaps that do not allow civilian hostages to exercise the guaranteed right to credit their insurance period. The article provides for the crediting of insurance periods to civilian hostages, which affects social guarantees and, subsequently, the level of pension provision. Due to the uncertainty of the payer of the unified social contribution, such credit is not given for persons in respect of whom the deprivation of personal liberty as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine has been established. Deprivation of personal liberty is the basis for postponement or extension of annual leave and is also included in the length of service that gives the right to annual basic leave. Civilian hostages are additionally entitled to a one-time voucher to maintain their competitiveness in the labour market through retraining, specialisation, advanced training, and education in professions and specialities for priority economic activities. It is found that the problem of civilian hostages is closely related to the problem of missing persons. It is proved that there is a need to expand the labour rights of civilian hostages by guaranteeing the payment of wages.

The article presents the results of monitoring observations on the temporal distribution of the qualitative and quantitative components of the Dnipro River suspended matter within Zaporizhzhia city. The research on the territory of this powerful industrial center of Ukraine with a developed metallurgical complex was carried out from 2015 up to 2019 and from the end of 2021 to the present time. The main task of the research was determining the distribution of iron and a group of heavy metals of anthropogenic origin in the composition of the river suspension, and identifying the connections of their concentrations and forms with the natural conditions of the region. Sedimentary matter from the water flows of Dnipro River within research area was sampled once per month using sedimentary traps developed by authors. The methods of electron microscopy (with microprobe analysis) and laser diffraction analysis were used to study the suspension granulometric and chemical composition in the Center for Shared Use of Scientific Equipment of the IGS NASU. SEM studies were carried using scanning electron microscope SEM JEOL-6490 LV (Jeol Ltd., Japan) with an energy dispersive spectrometer of the X-ray microanalysis system INCA Energy+ (Oxford Instruments plc., Great Britain). Particle size analysis was determined using the laser particle size analyzer Mastersizer 2000 with a Hydro 2000S wet dispersion module (Malvern Ins. Ltd, UK).The study results of the samples taken in the first year of hostilities in Ukraine revealed a number of features which were not observed in the previous series of studies. Those peculiarities are the following ones: reduction in the intensity of sedimentary matter accumulation; decrease of technogenic components in the suspension content (in particular, the amount of ferrous metals, changes in the ratio of condensed and dispersed iron particles of silt size, as well as the component composition of fragments of alloys of non-ferrous and ferrous metals). The obtained results may indicate the sensitivity of the component composition of the suspension to changes in the external environment in general, as well as the significant impact of the anthropogenic component on the distribution of iron in suspended matter.

In the current conditions of globalisation of economic relations, it is important to study the impact of economic theories on the formation and development of customs and accounting of international transactions. Dynamic changes in the economic environment require constant analysis and evaluation of the impact of various economic concepts on the practical activities in the field of customs policy and accounting of international transactions. The article provides the in-depth analysis of the impact of various economic theories on the evolution of customs policy and international accounting. To achieve the goal of the article, the methods of system analysis, literature review and synthesis of scientific information were used. The paper provides a systematic review of the main economic concepts, such as mercantilism, the classical school of political economy, neoclassical and modern theories, in the context of their impact on the practical aspects of customs and accounting for international transactions. The results of the analysis indicate that economic theories have had a significant impact on the formation of customs tariffs, the development of international trade relations and the practice of accounting for international transactions in different historical periods. The study shows that different approaches of economic thought play a key role in determining international business strategies and shaping the economic policies of states. The article will help both students and researchers studying economic sciences and international business professionals to expand their knowledge and understand the importance of theoretical approaches in practical use. Takinginto account the diversity of views and concepts covered in the article, it is possible to gain an objective view of the evolution of customs and accounting in the international context and understand their potential impact on the economic development of a country.

The purpose of this article is to present the possibilities of working with autistic children using PPT methods. The present work presents possibilities for using the psychodynamic aspects of Positive Psychotherapy with the autistic child and as a means of contact with his/her parents. Positive Psychotherapy. with its psychodynamic roots, can also provide an alternative to the increasingly widespread and imposed cognitive-behavioral treatment methods in the work with autistic children. A short scale was modified for the purposes of the study: Differential Analytical Scale for the Study of Children with Autism (completed together with one parent):Sample: 50 children diagnosed with varying degrees of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) participated in the study. The age of the participants ranged from 3 to 9 years (M=6.27 years; SD =3.17). Among them, 38% were girls. The results of the study show that several stages are essential in the work with autistic children: the first step of "observation" and connection can be lengthy and comprise the whole of the therapy with autistic children, working with the conflict reaction in the sphere of "contact," the area in which autistic children must develop the greatest resources. The skills of "time" and "patience" prove to be the key to establishing psychotherapeutic contact.

The results of the monitoring of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine regarding compliance with the labor rights of persons with the status of persons who have disappeared under special circumstances are presented. The actuality of the topic is due to the fact that ensuring compliance with the constitutional rights of citizens, primarily citizens who need additional social protection, is a priority of the state. Attention was drawn to the fact that the observance of such rights, especially in the conditions of martial law, is an important aspect of state policy. The purpose of the article is to analyze the legislation regulating compliance with the labor rights of civilian employees who are missing due to military aggression by the russian federation. Achieving the outlined goal became possible thanks to the use of a complex of methods of scientific knowledge: dialectical, comparative-legal, formal-logical, systemic-structural. On the basis of the conducted analysis, it was established that the legal norms that guarantee the preservation of the labor rights of the investigated category of employees are imperfect, which prevents the proper realization of the constitutionally guaranteed labor rights of employees who are missing. It has been established that there are different approaches to ensuring the labor rights of civilian employees depending on the position. It was established that the absence of a clear list of persons authorized to perform state functions makes it impossible to determine a complete list of such persons. The role of the Ombudsman of Ukraine in observing the labor rights of the specified category of persons is emphasized. The imperfection of the mechanism of informing the owner of the Register of missing persons of the employer about the acquisition of such a status by the person was noted. It has been established that in the absence of a missing person, the employer is unable to pay wages to the relatives of the missing person, and there is no order among relatives in the possibility of receiving wages. On the basis of the conducted research, conclusions were formulated regarding the gaps in the legislation, which lead to the violation of the labor rights of the specified category of citizens. On the basis of the received conclusions, in the future, proposals for normative legal acts may be formulated with the aim of restoring the violated constitutional rights of the missing persons, as well as their family members and relatives.

The aim of the article is to identify the features of modern approaches to the motivation of personnel of international projects to ensure competitiveness and establish, using statistical and econometric methods, the quantitative influence of individual socioeconomic factors on the performance of these employees. The socioeconomic and political situation in Ukraine due to the full-scale military aggression on the part of the russian federation requires the top management of business entities to search for and successfully use statistical and econometric methods to determine and model dependencies between socioeconomic indicators, as well as to provide an opportunity to be involved in international projects in order to obtain additional competitive advantages. In the course of the study with the use of system-structural analysis and synthesis, the stages of personnel management of international projects are determined, as well as the characteristics and functions performed by individual subsystems of personnel management of international projects are identified. According to the results of the review of scientific literature, considerable attention of scientists to the problems of motivation of personnel of international projects to ensure the competitiveness of enterprise has been revealed. Approbation of theoretical studies was carried out based on the results of the activities of JSC «Interpipe NMPP», the main types of products of which are pipes of medium and small assortment. The analytical study revealed a decrease in sales, net profit and the number of employees, which is a consequence of the company’s work in an unstable external environment (COVID, military aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine). With the use of statistical and econometric methods, the degree of influence of individual factors on the efficiency of the personnel of the specified enterprise is determined; in particular, with the use of regression analysis, the author has built econometric models of the impact of personnel development in the form of professional training and advanced training and material incentives (remuneration) on the efficiency of the personnel of the specified enterprise and its involvement in participation in international projects. The author’s vision boils down to the fact that the use of such tools for motivating the personnel of international projects as wages, vocational training and advanced training provide an increase in labor productivity and, accordingly, the formation of competitive advantages of both employees and products, the enterprise, and the country as a whole. Prospect for further scientific research is the formation of a system of non-material factors for increasing labor productivity and personnel evaluation.

The article examines the topical issue of risk management in foreign economic and logistics activities, which is closely related to the enterprise’s chosen strategy and ensures its sustainable development. The study considers the issue of developing a hedging strategy using statistical methods since adequate forecasting allows predicting the impact of external environment factors on the exchange rate, which will allow the enterprise to timely predict and mitigate the risks in foreign economic and logistics activities. The authors have used general scientific and special methods of systemic and structural analysis to clarify the directions of sustainable performance and risk management tools; formulate the goals and steps in choosing a strategy of hedging; compare the methods of foreign exchange rate risk hedging and perform correlation and regression analysis of factors that impact exchange rate under crisis conditions. The purpose of the paper is to study the specifics of ensuring the sustainable performance of an enterprise using statistical methods in risk management for planning foreign economic and logistics activities. The authors have proposed a definition of a hedging strategy based on the concepts, approaches, and ideas of asset and/or investment management with the aim of reducing loss through hedging instruments, whose feasibility can be substantiated by statistical methods. It has been found that the formation and successful implementation of a hedging strategy requires the use of statistical analysis in order to timely predict fluctuations in exchange rates. The findings of the research were tested based on the performance of PrJSC "Linde Gas Ukraine". In the strategy of hedging the exchange rate risks, it has been proposed to simultaneously open a foreign currency deposit and take a loan in the national currency to replenish the company's working capital. The perspective of further research is the implementation of the proposed hedging strategy and assessment of its effectiveness.

The relevance of the topic is conditioned by the emergence of new areas of activity of the Ukrainian Parliment Commissioner for Human Rights related to martial law. The purpose of the article is to emphasize the state’s duty to create the necessary and sufficient conditions for the implementation of the mechanism for the protection of human and citizen rights and freedoms; to disclose the legal status of the Ukrainian Parliment Commissioner for Human Rights; to determine his authority; to disclose the grounds and procedure for applying to the Commissioner. The research methodology is based on systemic and structural approaches, on methods of comparative, historical, and legal analysis, including an interdisciplinary approach. The scientific novelty consists in the generalization of normative legal acts, which define the role of the Commissioner in ensuring the constitutional rights of a person and a citizen, establishing specific mechanisms for ensuring protection and renewing the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen. The conclusions emphasize the fact that full-scale military aggression increased the urgency of the issue of ensuring the constitutional rights of a person and a citizen.

The article is devoted to the consideration and generalization of the topics and for mats of presenting the results of the informational analytical activities of the National Law Library of V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine, which were formed and transformed under the influence of the course of a full-scale war on the territory of our country as a result of the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. The key directions of this activity were revealed, data were systematized regarding the thematic content of information projects of the National Law Library, in particular, specialized bulletins on specific issues, which are developed on the basis of monitoring, accumulation, analytical processing and systematization materials of documentary and information resources and social media. Emphasis is placed on the criteria for selecting the topics to be covered, which is based on the need to effectively ensure citizens’ constitutional right to information, and the means of its coverage (referencing, quantitative and qualitative analysis, visualization, analytical processing). Library and information products and services in the field of socio-legal information were produced based on the set goals, namely ensuring accumulation in libraries collections and effective access to informational, analytical and navigational resources which could help observe functioning of Ukrainian legal system under the martial law, protection of human rights, the international position of Ukraine in wartime. In the informational analytical work of the National Law Library on the basis of monitoring, accumulation, analytical processing and systematization of information, the following thematic directions were determined: expert evaluations of law making processes in Ukraine; problems and prospects of refugees and internally displaced persons; political and legal aspects of the constitutional process under the martial law; foreign mass media regarding the positioning of Ukraine in international political and legal processes.

The goal of the research. The article aims to reconstruct the book collection of the Vydubytskyi monastery in the 80s years of the 18th century based on the inventory stored in the Institute of Manuscript of the V.I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine, to describe its repertoire and to present the inventory in a bibliographic format close to the modern one. Methodology. The research uses methods of analysis, synthesis and generalization, as well as classification and systematization. Scientific novelty. The article introduces the inventory of the Vydubytskyi monastery library in the 1880s from the V.I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine to the scientific circulation. The inventory of books is published for the first time. The repertoire of the collection is analyzed, its chronological framework is established, general characteristics of thematic groups and some manuscripts and printed books are presented. Conclusions. Reconstruction of the book collection of the Vydubytskyi monastery based on the inventory of the 80s of the 18th century allows us to analyze the peculiarities of the late of the 18th century book repertoire of one of the most famous monasteries of Ukraine. Chronological framework of the handwritten or printed books: 1561-1771. The collection, which is significant in terms of the number of books, demonstrates the genre and linguistic diversity of handwritten and printed works. In addition to purely liturgical books, there are also Bibles, works of the Fathers of the Church, books on asceticism, on dogmatics, sermons, hagiographic literature. The polemical baroque literature on dogmatic, revealing and moral theology authored by Ukrainian and Belarusian religious figures and writers is presented. The presence of Latin treatises, handwritten courses, dictionaries, educational and foreign language literature confirms the high level of education of the abbots and monks, their connection with the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. Therefore, the inventory of the book collection of the Vydubyskyi monastery reflects the needs and interests of the readership from the monastic environment and is a valuable source of the history of the book culture of Ukraine.

The purpose of this report is to report on the benefits of using the method of Nossrat Peseschkian, modified by Professor Ivanka Boncheva and applied by her students in a medical environment and especially in the training of medical students. More than ten years of experience working with medical students and applying the postulates of positive psychotherapy help to acquire skills and understand the difference between simply asking questions and getting answers and the skill of “ therapeutic listening”. Understanding transference and countertransference relationships. The concept of the psychosomatic arc is also used to explain the complex relationships between illness and emotion.

Fritillaria meleagris L. is a рalearctic species with a disjunct distribution. It is protected at the national level in Ukraine, listed as "vulnerable" in the Red Data Book. Most of the data on the species distribution, as well as on the status and stability of its populations, have been obtained for the Carpathian region. Much less information is available for F. meleagris in the Forest Steppe, especially for its left-bank part. The article presents the results of the study of the peculiarities of F. meleagris distribution in the Kharkiv Region and provides information on the structure of coenopopulations and their ecological and coenotic preferences. Problems and prospects for this species conservation are also considered. The studies cover the biotopes of the Merla River valley and its tributary, the Merchyk River (the Dnipro River basin) in an area of more than 35 square km. In the Kharkiv Region, the F. meleagris coenopopulations were found mainly in grass-type biotopes. These are usually secondary post-forest meadows of the Molinio-Arrhenatheretea Tx. 1937 class. Only one coenopopulation is located in a tree-type biotope (mixed floodplain forest with Quercus robur L., Ulmus laevis Pall., Alnus glutinosa (L.) Gaertn., Salix alba L., Padus avium Mill., Populus аlba L., P. deltoides Marshall, P. tremula L., Acer negundo L., А. tataricum L., A. campestris L., without a pronounced dominant). The specificity of the ecological regimes of the studied localities of F. meleagris has been clarified by the phytoindication method. As a rule, they are damp (less often, fresh) forest-meadow habitats with full, but uneven (temporarily excessive) wetting of the root layer of the soil. The soils are moderately aerated, weakly acidic (pH 5.5–6.5), enriched with salts, but with insignificant carbonate content, and often relatively poor in terms of mineral nitrogen. The climate is characterized by submicrothermal conditions with signs of subaridity and subcontinentality. We have not detected any significant variability of conditions (both edaphic and climatic) in the studied localities. They are more or less optimal for the existence of F. meleagris. In all the F. meleagris localities studied, the change in the hydrological regime due to the reclamation of floodplain remains a risk factor but does not pose an immediate threat. The existence of forest coenopopulations in glades is threatened by overgrowth of trees and shrubs (the invasion of Populus tremula and Acer negundo is particularly dangerous). The decrease in the number of meadow coenopopulations is a result of plowing and burning. Currently, in the Kharkiv Region, F. meleagris is protected in Slobozhanskyі National Nature Park (1 locality) and in Kapranskyі Botanical Reserve of local importance (11 localities). Monitoring of the existing localities outside the protected areas and their inclusion into the expansion zone of the Slobozhanskyі National Nature Park is an important condition for their preservation.

The competitiveness of fresh fruit in the modern market substantially depends on sensory quality indicators. Sweet cherries are a top fruit that is highly valued by consumers due to their taste and visual attractiveness. For the growing demand for fruits on the European market, it is important to examine the sensory properties of cherry fruits in combination with their weight and diameter. The purpose of the study was to substantiate sensory indicators for examining the quality of cherry fruits of different maturation periods and selecting the most competitive varieties for the sustainable provision of fresh fruit in accordance with the requirements of the modern market. In the course of the study, the following methods were used: field, laboratory, and comparative. Determination of the mass, diameter, and sensory assessment of fruits was conducted on 33 varieties of sweet cherries. Experts conducted rating tests on a 9-point scale on ten fruit samples of the examined varieties. Fruits were evaluated by their appearance, aroma, taste, and texture. At the final stage of the assessment, experts calculated the average value of sensory indicators. A sensory profile was set for the fruits of each cherry variety and assigned a score based on the following descriptors: colour intensity, taste, pulp hardness and juiciness, and skin density. The standard methodology for evaluating the sensory properties of fresh fruits has been improved. The average weight (8.41 g) and diameter (22.63 mm) of sweet cherry fruits for three ripening groups were determined. Varieties (Kazka, Dilema, and Udivitiel’na) with the largest mass and diameter of fruits are identified. According to the complex of sensory indicators, the varieties Kazka, Vynka, and Krupnoplidna were distinguished. According to the external attractiveness, consistency, and taste qualities of fruits, a sensory profile has been formed for varieties of different maturation periods. Sensory evaluation of sweet cherry fruits will allow distributing fruit products and selecting raw materials for further use in fresh form, long-term storage, freezing and production of processed products by thermal sterilisation

Coronavirus infection in childhood is a common disease and has a number of features of the clinical course. There remain quite a lot of problems related to the variety of clinical symptoms, the severity of the course and treatment tactics in different age categories. Purpose - to study the epidemiological and clinical features of the coronavirus disease COVID-19 in adolescents compared to the younger age group in order to predict the severity of the course and determine treatment tactics. Materials and methods. A single-center retrospective open cohort study of 188 patients under the age of 18 hospitalized in the infectious disease department of the Chernivtsi Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital with a confirmed respiratory infection caused by SARS-CоV-2 was conducted. This cohort of patients is divided into 2 clinical groups. The Group I consisted of children aged 12 to 18 years (43 children), the Group II included children aged 0 to 11 years (145 patients). Results. Epidemiologically, extrafamilial sources of infection prevail in adolescence in the range of 44.2% (n=19), which is explained by greater social activity compared to children from birth to 11 years of age. For the 1st observation group, symptoms of damage to the lower respiratory tract are more characteristic, in particular, cough 81.4% (n=23), shortness of breath 51.1% (n=22), hypoxemia 14.2% (n=6) and symptoms of associated with intoxication syndrome (general weakness, asthenia 97.6% (n=42), decreased appetite, refusal to eat 74.4% (n=32), myalgia 11.6% (n=5), headache 14,2% (n=6)). The severity of the course of the coronavirus infection in adolescence is due to the dominance of lower respiratory tract lesions with the development of pneumonia in 58.2% (n=25) of cases, which required longer and more intensive treatment. Conclusions. The share of adolescents hospitalized due to COVID-19 was 22.9% (n=43), among them with a severe degree of impairment of the general condition - 16.4% (n=7), which is due to the predominance of damage to the lower respiratory tract with the development of pneumonia in 58.2% (n=25) of cases. This cohort of patients is characterized by a longer intoxication syndrome, the epidemiological role of family contacts with regard to COVID-19 decreases, and the value of unidentified non-familial sources of infection increases - 44.2% (n=19). The research was carried out in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. The research protocol was approved by the Local Ethics Committee of the institution mentioned in the work. Informed consent of parents or their guardians was obtained for conducting research. No conflict of interests was declared by the authors.

The research relevance is predefined by the need to optimise fruit crop cultivation systems considering weather conditions. The research aims to test the grafting technology of intensive sweet cherry plantations on small and medium-sized rootstocks. The leading method in achieving the research goal was a field experiment. The main results of this study are as follows: the leading technologies for increasing the yield of sweet cherry varieties depending on the impact of environmental stress factors are presented; the use of clone rootstock technology in sweet cherry plantations in temperate climates is substantiated. According to a set of indicators of productivity formation, the yield of plantations of different designs was predicted. Namely, the scheme of variety-rootstock combinations of intercalary placement, its length, and parameters of the growth complex for plants were revealed; indicators of physiological activity, growth, productivity, fruit quality, and economic efficiency in intensive sweet cherry plantations were determined. It has been established that the application of this technology will increase yields and improve the quality parameters of sweet cherry fruits by developing varieties with compact crowns, which will allow to compact the plantations. It has been analysed that climatic conditions are the main factor in the process of harvest formation. A list of stress factors of temperate climate that affect the yield of sweet cherries has been identified. It is proved that the introduction of clonal rootstock technology is the most effective for growing intensive plantations of sweet cherries in a temperate climate. Practically, the research aims to determine and test a set of elements of physiological indicators of the potential yield of sweet cherry plantations of different designs, to introduce them into production and use them in further breeding

The study is aimed at summarizing the processes of eco-innovative (green) transformation of urban infrastructure and researching possible prospects for the development of Ukraine in this context. In the course of the research, the possibilities of "green" transformation of urban infrastructure were considered and it was noted that the use of the principles of eco-innovative transformation in the post-war period can only take place under the condition of proper planning, state support and the creation of favourable market conditions. The authors noted that the success of such a transformation requires the establishment of green goals in all aspects of the development of Ukrainian cities. Auto-frame considered the financial possibilities of the development of urban infrastructure and proposed the location of support offices for the eco-innovative transformation of urban infrastructure at the regional level. The principles of achieving eco-innovative transformation of urban infrastructure are revealed, namely maximum energy efficiency, energy transition, "zero waste", environmental sustainability of buildings, adaptation to climate change, popularization of a green lifestyle, resource conservation, citizen involvement and circular economy. It is proposed to create a platform that would unite architects, builders, urban planners, citizens, artists and other interested persons. This platform should contribute to the search for answers to the question of how to ensure a quick, ecological, attractive and safe "green" transformation of urban infrastructure. Ukraine should cooperate with the European Union within various green platforms and networks that help cities in green transformation. All the above-mentioned tools and solutions should contribute to the creation of green, sustainable and people-oriented cities in Ukraine. The authors have considered the possibilities of financing the restoration of Ukrainian cities after the destruction in terms of the necessary financial resources, donor countries, and reconstruction expenditures.

In the article, the authors substantiate the essence, approaches to evaluation and further improvement of business processes within the framework of corporate governance. A theoretical distinction has been made between the definitions of «corporate governance» and «corporate management», which are interrelated concepts, but they have different levels, orientation, and scope of application. Corporate governance establishes a common framework and strategy, while corporate management deals with specific governance functions and operational management. Corporate management focuses on managing resources, completing tasks and achieving the internal effective functioning of an organization. The article discloses, on the basis of the process approach, essence of business processes which are considered by the authors as the main units of governance of corporation activity, covering various functions, processes and tasks necessary for creating a product or providing a service, maintaining production, sales, customer service. Particular attention is paid to evaluating the efficiency of corporate governance business processes, allowing to determine how efficiently and productively they are implemented and identifying possible areas for improvement of this sphere. The authors detail the components of the mechanism for evaluating the efficiency of business processes: stages, indicators, evaluations, methods, and results of improvement. The sequence of stages is proposed as follows: definition of business processes to be evaluated; collection of data on business processes; analysis of the obtained data; identification of opportunities for improving business processes; implementation of measures as to improving business processes. The authors have proposed groups of indicators for evaluation, have identified prospects for improving business processes, these include: increasing the efficiency and productivity of business processes; improving the quality of products and services; cost reduction of all kinds; improving customer service; increasing competitiveness and reducing risks.

The article substantiates the expediency of introducing an extended and multilevel classification of territorial communities in Ukraine on the basis of the use of various classification signs and features, as well as the development of appropriate instruments (methodical approach) to the formation of a generalized classification. Based on the generalization of the current approaches to existing varieties of territories by analyzing individual directions of their functioning and life support, instruments have been developed for the formation of a generalized classification of territorial communities in Ukraine on the basis of a combination of a wide range of features, which will further form universal recommendations for defining models and directions of spatial development of communities and develop targeted instruments for their development and support, depending on the specifics and features. The peculiarity of the developed classification of territorial communities of Ukraine is the allocation of three main blocks of classification features: block of resource conditions of spatial development, the purpose of which is to identify those resources of various types that the community has to ensure for its development; a block of achieving the development capacity, which is designed to assess the efficiency of resource use and substantiate the feasibility of special government support for community development; a block of the problem-oriented development, which identifies the main problems of the community that exist or may become relevant during the period of implementation of the community development strategy. The result of the practical application of the proposed instruments for the classification of territorial communities should be the creation of conditions for each of them ion order to determine the level of capacity for self-development, formation of development priorities, use of directions and opportunities of government support in the process of developing a model, strategy and plans for its implementation, application of the program-project approach to the spatial development of territorial communities in Ukraine, depending on the extant, relevant needs and future prospects for the development of the country and its territories, including in the period of post-war recovery and restoration.

The authors, as part of the realization of scientific projects, methodically substantiated, created and implemented systems for monitoring sediment flows in river and sea basins based on a complex of field equipment for sampling suspended matter from the aquatic environment. In particular, sedimentation traps (cylinders for accumulating particles settling in the water layer) were used to observe the distribution of suspended matter. Experimental studies on the improvement and simultaneous simplification of structures and elements of field equipment for studies of suspended matter in rivers and seas water areas allowed proposing a new design of sedimentation cylinders. The publication considers the possibilities and advantages of using sedimentation traps with a removable sampler, which is simultaneously used as a container for transporting the sample for further laboratory research. It is suggested to use a standard glass jar with a capacity of 0.5 l, the versatility and low cost of which are prerequisites for successful use. The main advantage of this option is the maximally approximate parameters of the jar for use as a liner in a plastic sedimentation cup made of standard Ostendorf polypropylene sewer pipes with a diameter of 90 mm with a socket connection system. Light, compact and inexpensive variants of sedimentation cylinders are proposed, which meet the requirements of complex studies of the sedimentary substrate in the conditions of various water areas with a significant range of depths. Field tests of experimental structures have previously proven their efficiency and ease of use. Ease of assembly and disassembly, small weight, and low manufacturing and operating costs will allow the trap to be widely used for further research. In the future, this will be followed by a study of the qualitative composition of the marine suspension, quantitative characteristics of its temporal and spatial distribution, questions of the formation of the organic component of suspended matter to assess the seasonality of development and planar distribution of producers in the photic zone, their species composition and quantitative characteristics. The possibility of using a glass sampler also allows sampling for the determination of a wide range of pollutants (heavy metals, pesticides, oil products and organic substances, microplastics) in the suspension.

The article is aimed at defining the role of administration in the planning of the exhibition business in the context of military aggression in Ukraine and the global pandemic. Over the past four years, Ukraine has been facing problems that have inevitable force and directly affect all spheres of activity. Firstly, the COVID pandemic, which paralyzed business not only in Ukraine, but throughout the world, and secondly, military aggression by the Russian Federation, which increased the risk of carrying out any type of economic activity due to shelling, occupation of territories and hostilities in our country, along with an increase in migrants to many countries of Europe, Asia and America. Modern administration of organizations is based on two main components: firstly, it is the activity of the top management of the organization and, secondly, it is the science and art of business management in the dynamic business environment and intense competition. At this, general scientific and special methods of system-structural analysis and synthesis were used to isolate the exo- and endogenous pandemic risks that manifest themselves at the enterprises of the exhibition business, and systematize additional opportunities for participants of the interactive dialogue-based conference; SWOT analysis to identify factors that affect activities and to determine the factors taken into account when planning a dialogue-based interactive conference. According to the results of the literature review, the stages of organizing a dialogue-based interactive conference were distinguished. An approbation of the theoretical research was implemented on the basis of the results of the activities of LLC «Firm «Metal-Courier», specialized in publishing activities and holding conferences during the organization of exhibitions. An analytical research showed that the effect obtained through the administration of a dialogue-based interactive conference can be used as a target indicator in the administration of the exhibition activities of an enterprise. Further research in this direction is the search and analysis of promising world markets for conducting the dialogue-based interactive conferences.

Crohn’s disease is an immune-mediated disease cha­racterized by nonspecific granulomatous transmural inflammation with segmental damage to any part of the gastrointestinal tract with the formation of extraintestinal and systemic complications. The disease is complex, multifactorial, which lasts throug­hout life and affects the physical and psychological development of the individual. According to modern ideas, the occurrence of Crohn’s disease is influenced by external environmental factors against the background of genetic predisposition. According to the literature, in most cases, patients with Crohn’s disease complain of abdominal pain, diarrhea, unexplained anemia, fever, weight loss, or growth retardation. The classic triad of abdominal pain, diarrhea and weight loss occurs in only 25 % cases. Extraintestinal manifestations such as skin lesions, vasculitis, joint syndrome, aphthous stomatitis or para-anal lesions (anal it­ching, macerations, fissures, paraproctitis, fistulas) may be the first symptoms in 6–23 % of cases. The diagnosis of Crohn’s disease in children is made on the basis of anamnestic and clinical data, the results of using special research methods, including endoscopic, radiological, ultrasound, histological, spiral computer tomo­graphy, magnetic resonance ima­ging, as well as immunological and genetic markers. Achieving and maintaining remission can minimize psychological problems and improve patients’ quality of life. A clinical case of Crohn’s disease is presented, which was diagnosed in a 14-year-old child who was treated for juvenile idio­pathic oligoarthritis since the age of two and had frequent bacterial and inflammatory diseases. The difficulties of diagnostic search are reflected, which are caused by various symptoms and early onset. Treatment and clinical monitoring were carried out in accordance with the international recommendations of the European Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepato­logy and Nutrition (ESPGHAN) 2021. The authors emphasize the need for dynamic clinical monitoring of the patient’s condition, as well as a personalized approach to treatment.

Мета - розробити просту, констеляційну клінічну систему оцінки тяжкості перебігу гострого тонзилофарингіту (ГТФ) у дітей для оптимізації етіотропного лікування шляхом зменшення необґрунтованої антибіотикотерапії. Матеріали та методи. Під нашим спостереженням перебувало 102 дитини з ГТФ. Використовували розроблену шкалу оцінки тяжкості перебігу ГТФ. Оцінку клінічних симптомів із калькуляцією балів здійснювали щодня, упродовж 7 діб стаціонарного лікування. З метою порівняльного аналізу, як «золотий» стандарт використовували оцінку симптомів ГТФ за шкалою McIssac. Для верифікації стрептококової етіології ГТФ, застосовували швидкий тест виробництва «Dectra Pharm» (Франція) - Стрептатест. Результати. Показники діагностичної цінності розробленої шкали тяжкості у встановленні стрептококової етіології ГТФ (оцінка ≥45 балів) перевищують оцінку за шкалою McIsaac (сума балів ≥4), чутливість - 85,7% (проти 77,1%), специфічність - 76,1% (проти 31,3%), позитивна передбачувана цінність - 78,2% (проти 52,8%), негативна передбачувана цінність - 84,2% (проти 57,7%). Сумарна оцінка за шкалою тяжкості (≥45 балів) значно підвищує ризик ГТФ, спричиненого БГСА: відношення шансів (ВШ) - 19,0, відносний ризик (ВР) - 4,94, атрибутивний ризик (АР) - 0,62. Сумарна оцінка ≥35 балів на 3-тю добу стаціонарного лікування, асоціює зі статистично вірогідним ризиком відсутності стрептококової інфекції ротоглотки: ВШ - 2,3, ВР - 1,45, АР - 0,2. Висновки. Розроблена шкала тяжкості перебігу ГТФ дає змогу впродовж перших 3 діб статистично достовірно виявити виразніший запальний процес, викликаний Str. pyogenes, та оптимізувати тактику етіотропної терапії. Особливо корисною ця констеляційна система є в умовах обмеження ресурсів і неможливості застосування швидких Стрептатестів, за сумнівних або суперечливих результатів оцінки за шкалою McIsaac або ж у разі застосування стратегії відстроченого призначення антимікробних засобів. Дослідження виконано відповідно до принципів Гельсінської декларації. Протокол дослідження ухвалено Локальним етичним комітетом зазначеної в роботі установи. На проведення досліджень отримано інформовану згоду батьків дітей. Автори заявляють про відсутність конфлікту інтересів.

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the relevance of forming an effective partnership between business and public organizations to ensure sustainable development, using the concept of social responsibility (CSR) as a key competence. The competencies of modern companies allow shaping the strategic development of an enterprise as an open system, taking into account the impact of environmental, social and economic factors in compliance with the concept of social responsibility, which positively affects consumer loyalty, corporate reputation, satisfaction and trust of business partners, ensures the implementation of a sustainable development strategy. The study used general scientific and special methods of system-structural analysis and synthesis to determine the relationship between sustainable development, sustainable development strategy, social responsibility and CSR; method of comparison – to determine the motives of business in CSR and the factors that contribute to the attractiveness of public organizations (POs) in relation to business expectations; and systematization method – to determine the benefits that business receives from cooperation with POs. Based on the results of the literature review, the author distinguishes the levels of social responsibility (personal, enterprise, public, national, global); goals and objectives of corporate social responsibility and its relationship with the sustainable development strategy. It is found that the highest level of CSR is charitable activity. The research has shown the feasibility and necessity of partnership between business and public organizations. When selecting partners for cooperation in the implementation of socially important initiatives, it is advisable to rely on the research of the ESG transparency index of Ukrainian companies and choose partners with a higher level of information disclosure according to the criteria of «CSR Policy» and «Integration of Sustainable Development Goals into the CSR strategy/company goals (commitments)». Partnership cooperation between business and public organizations helps to speed up the decision-making process and gives more confidence that their support will be used properly. Prospects for further research include assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of the enterprise’s CSR strategy and adapting the use of ecological, social and governance (ESG) sustainability assessment indicators to the conditions of Ukraine.

We review comprehensive international studies of the mineral and organic suspended matter in the South Ocean. We suggest an experimental design to monitor these parameters at the Akademik Vernadsky station, where this research will be introduced. Applied aspects of marine suspension's qualitative and quantitative properties are a subject of active research, given its significance for several physical and biochemical processes such as sedimentation. Therefore, geological, biological, and climatological studies of the Antarctic shelf employ continuous observations of the suspension’s distribution. Work in this area is aimed at investigating the qualitative and quantitative properties of the suspension and analysis of its organic and mineral components, determining the dynamics of the currents and transportation of suspended matter, the nature of sedimentation processes, their seasonality and connection with the direction of currents and movement of sea ice. To determine the possibility of researching the suspended matter in the waters around the Akademik Vernadsky station, we analyze our long-term experience of using sedimentation traps to study the suspended matter flows in the seas and rivers of Ukraine. The developed complex of field equipment can be used to sample the suspended matter in waters adjacent to the Akademik Vernadsky station. The light single-cylinder sedimentation traps were transferred to the team of the Ukrainian Antarctic Expedition 2022 for further use at the Vernadsky station.

Тhe topicality of the topic is determined by the rapid pace of the need to process information and provide users with information in the format of databases. The purpose of the article is to emphasize the relevance of the existence of databases in V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine. Overview and characteristics of the library’ databases are presented. The research methodology is based on systemic and structural approaches, methods of comparative, logical, structural and functional analysis, including an interdisciplinary approach. Scientific novelty. The relevance of the formation of databases during the war was determined. The management principles, state and characteristics of the databases of V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine for thirty years are pointed. The importance of the accumulation and preservation of information in electronic form under conditions of armed aggression of the Russian Federa tion has been proven. The conclusions emphasize that the latest geopolitical challenges for Ukraine have increased the urgency of developing a national scientific knowledge support system. During the war, citizens’ need for communications increases, people’s life decisions often depend on receiving complete, timely and true official information.

The goal of the research. The article aims to highlight the most important characteristics of the Serbian codes of the 17th century in Church-Archeological Mu seum of the Kyiv Theological Academy collection of the Institute of Manuscript of V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine establishing relationships with the historical realities. Also, to make the historical and codicological description of the manuscript identifying historical personalities and places associated with their life. Methodology. The research uses historical-comparative approach that allows sepa rating common and distinctive features of Serbian manuscripts of the 17th century. Scientific novelty. The article summarizes the results of the Codicological Research of Serbian manuscripts of the 17th century in the Church-Archaeological Museum collection as a separate group with their interrelationship and paleographic charac teristics. The research uncovers the daily life and conditions of preservation of the manuscripts. The article shows reprints of the new embossing tools. This contributes to more accurate dating of the Serbian leather bindings. Conclusions. Serbian manu scripts of the 17th century were written mainly in the monasteries of both Serbia and Athos. The manuscripts are written in the Serbian Half Ustav, Resava orthography on Venetian or Turkish paper. They have a high level of decoration using various styles: Balkan braid, teratological and plant. The records testify to the participation in their life of historical persons, such as the scribe of St. Paul's Athos Monastery Euthymius, Archbishop (Patriarch of Serbia) Paisius (1614-1646), Metropolitan Simeon of Herzegovina (1615-1630), and others. Also, historical events, such as the crop failure and increased prices for rye in 1715, the famine of 1622 and 1783, the construction of the church in the Uboћac monastery in 1622. Except for one, the bindings of Serbian manuscripts of the 17th century are original. This made it possible to establish regularities of their design features and decoration and determine the styles of the design of the bindings of the specified period and the tools used for this. The Serbian manuscripts of the 17th century were sent to the Kyiv Theological Academy by famous scientists and collectors: Archimandrite Antonina Kapustin and Archpriest Mykhailo Raevskyi.

The article presents seven archetypical fairy tales composed to reflect the inner dynamics of some of the most common clinical cases in the practice of child and adolescent psychiatry. These seven stories provide seven collective archetypal images of child suffering. When clothed in a story, the pain is more bearable to live with and to deal with even in the most difficult environment.

Today, the methodological basis of disease pre­vention among various categories of the population, including students, is an innovative area of medical science and health care practice, namely medicine of borderline conditions. The development of a system of prenosological diagnosis of pathological conditions in young students and their hygienic correction for disease prevention are important both from a scientific and practical point of view. The study was conducted in the conditions of a natural experiment on the basis of three types of educational institutions, at the place of study of representatives of both sexes aged 14 to 23 years, adolescents and yound adults. In order to achieve the relevant objectives, the study used the following methods: analytic addressed at the study of educational programs, curricula, schedules, profile and regulatory documents; sanitary-hygienic; psychophysiological; psychological, statistic. Set of risk factors related to the educational process among young people studying in three types of educational institutions – secondary educational institutions, higher educational institution, Professional Agrarian Lyceum was analyzed. It is established that unfavorable living conditions affect donosological mental states of asthenic, hypochondriac and depressive nature.

У статті досліджено адміністративно-правовий статус органів публічної адміністрації військово-цивільного характеру, що були створені в Україні з початком збройної агресії російської федерації 2014 року та з повномасштабним вторгненням 24 лютого 2022 р. Такими органами нині є військові адміністрації та військово-цивільні адміністрації. Органи публічної адміністрації військово-цивільного характеру визначено як тимчасові державні органи з елементами військової організації управління, сформовані Указом Президента України як тимчасовий вимушений захід для забезпечення безпеки та нормалізації життєдіяльності населення на визначеній території України: в районі відсічі збройної агресії Російської Федерації, прифронтових та тилових зонах. Наголошено на унікальності даної інституції, що являє собою комплексну адміністративну конструкцію, яка поєднує в собі як управлінські так правоохоронні функції. Сформульовано поняття адміністративно-правового статусу органів публічної адміністрації військово-цивільного характеру та визначено його як правове положення в системі суспільно-правових відносин у сфері публічного управління, яке визначається шляхом закріплення в нормах адміністративного права його завдань, функцій, компетенції, предметів відання, гарантій діяльності та відповідальності. Наголошено, що функціонування органів публічної влади військово-цивільного характеру залишається актуальним у процесі деокупації уже звільнених територій, та залишатиметься певний час таким і після звільнення та у процесі реінтеграції всіх тимчасово окупованих територій нашої держави. Функціонування таких органів потребує удосконалення та подальшого розроблення нормативно-правової бази, формування відповідних інституцій, особливої кадрової політики, запровадження нових форм та методів управління, тощо. Ці практичні заходи мають здійснюватися із використанням вагомого наукового підгрунтя, залучення до наукових досліджень вчених різних галузей, у тому числі й адміністративно-правової науки.

Background. ATP-sensitive K+ channels of the plasma membrane in the smooth muscles of the uterus are one of the most significant ion channels that regulate the excitability of this tissue both in the non-pregnant state and during pregnancy. MitoKATР-channels ensure regulation of the bioenergetic state of mitochondria (the intensity of mitochondrial respiration and the potential of the inner mitochondrial membrane). Thus far, there is no information on the participation of both types of these channels in the regulation of the mechanokinetics of spontaneous contractions, therefore the aim of this work was to perform a complete mechanokinetic analysis of spontaneous contractions of rat myometrium under conditions of blocking and activation of ATP-sensitive K+-channels of the plasma membrane and blocking of mitoKATP-channels. Materials and Methods. Experiments were performed on female Wistar rats. The spontaneous activity of smooth muscle stripes of longitudinal smooth muscles of uterine horns was registered by the tenzometric method in the isometric mode. The experiments used the activator of ATP-sensitive K+-channels of the plasma membrane diazoxide (50, 100, 150 and 200 μM) and the blocker of these channels glibenclamide (1, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 μM), as well as the blocker of ATP-sensitive mitochondrial K+-channels 5-hydroxydecanoate (5-HD, 50 µM). The study of mechanokinetics of the contraction-relaxation process of muscle preparations was carried out according to the method (Kosterin et al., 2021) with the calculation of the mechanokinetic parameters of the contraction-relaxation cycle: force (Fmax, FC, and FR), time (τ0, τC, and τR), impulse (Іmax, ІC, and ІR) and velocity parameters (VC and VR). Results. It was found that both blocking and activation of plasma membrane KATP-channels cause suppression of the amplitude, probably according to different cellular mechanisms of regulation of ion conductivity. Under the influence of glibenclamide, a significant decrease in the frequency and mechanokinetic parameters of spontaneous contractions of the myometrium was observed, which confirms the contribution of plasma membrane KATP-channels to maintaining the excitability of the myometrium of non-pregnant rats. Activation of plasma membrane KATP-channels by diazoxide caused a change in individual mechanokinetic parameters of spontaneous contractions of the myometrium. Under the action of the mitoKATP-channel blocker 5-HD, suppression of the amplitude and modulation of the mechanokinetic parameters of the contraction phase was observed without changes in the kinetics of the relaxation phase of spontaneous contractions. Conclusions. Thus, modulation of the KATP-channels of the plasma membrane and mitochondria is accompanied by the suppression of spontaneous contractions of the myometrium. Both types of KATP-channels are important regulators of myometrial excitability, however, unlike plasma membrane KATP-channels, mitoKATP-channels probably do not modulate the processes of extrusion of Ca2+ from the cytosol.

Sweet cherries are a favourite stone crop among consumers of fruit products. At present, the demand for sweet cherries is growing, which encourages the expansion of the varietal range of crops with different ripening periods. The purpose of this study was to develop a mathematical model for predicting the formation of fruit and sweet cherry pyrene mass depending on weather factors and varietal characteristics. The study was conducted during 2008–2019 in the conditions of the Southern Steppe zone of Ukraine on 33 varieties of sweet cherries of early, medium, and late ripening periods. The average mass of the sweet cherry fruit over the years of research was 8.41 g, and the average mass of the pyrene was 0.56 g. Late-ripening sweet cherry varieties had the best fruit mass (7.27–12.18 g). According to the maximum average mass of the fruit, the varieties Kazka, Dilema, and Kosmichna were distinguished. Sweet Erlise, Pervistok, Melitopol black and Krupnoplidna varieties had the lowest pyrene mass in sweet cherry fruits. In the group of early ripening, the best ratio of pyrene to fruit pulp was found in the Kazka variety, in medium-ripening varieties – Cordia, Perviystok, and Orion, in late-ripening varieties – Udivitelna, Krupnoplidna, and Prazdnichna.The smallest variability in sweet cherry fruit mass in the group of early-ripening varieties was detected in Sweet Erlise, in mid-ripening – Temp, and in late-ripening – Regina, while in pyrene mass – Rubinova Rannia, Vynka and Regina, respectively. Weather conditions had a dominant influence on the formation of fruit mass for all sweet cherry varieties under study, and varietal characteristics had a dominant effect on pyrene mass. The maximum influence on the formation of sweet cherry fruit mass of early varieties was provided by the indicator – the number of days with precipitation in May exceeding 1 mm, and for medium and late ripening varieties – the average monthly amount of precipitation in June. Decisive importance for the formation of pyrene mass in sweet cherry fruits of early ripening varieties was the average monthly amount of precipitation in May, in the middle ripening period – the average monthly amount of precipitation in June, in the late ripening period – the number of days with precipitation exceeding 1 mm in May

The question of the memory impact on personality is topical and requires experimental research. The article presents theoretical analysis of autobiographical memory aspects that can combine the areas of personality functioning and mnemonic processes. In the context of the development of G.K. Sereda's ideas about the relationship and interaction of memory and personality, an empirical study was conducted to elicit the impact of negative memories on self-perception characteristics of personality in middle-aged and older people. R. Cattell's Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire was chosen as a method of studying the peculiarities of self-perception. Between two stages of the questionnaire application we used the autobiographical interview, designed to actualize negative memories, that took the position of experimental intervention and became a source of memories as a material for qualitative analysis. The study involved 32 participants from different professions with a middle age fluctuating near 57. It has been found that among middle-aged and older people the actualization of negative memories leads to certain changes in personality self-perception immediately after the process of recollection. Above all, these changes refer to self-control, courage, self-esteem, dominance, warmth, emotional stability, abstractedness, apprehension, self-reliance, openness to change, vigilance, liveliness, sensitivity, privateness and rule-consciousness. So undoubtedly, negative memories have some influence on changes in one's vision of one's own personality, but variously, in different ways. As it has been demonstrated, these changes are related to the organization of the narrative, the accompanying and following reactions, the thematic focus of the story etc. The obtained results confirmed G.K. Sereda`s assumption about the impact of memory on the personality, at least within a short period of time.

The article considers the key aspects of the development of warehousing logistics, identifies the main functions covered by warehousing logistics. It is revealed that the digital transformation of warehousing logistics operations is an urgent issue of enterprise development in the postcovid period. It is substantiated that digitalization of warehousing logistics processes opens wide opportunities for optimizing warehouse operations, minimizing current costs, enterprise development and overall business scaling. It is researched that the use of digital systems to optimize internal operations in warehousing logistics helps to intensify the processing and analysis of information, streamline the use of working time, convenient document management, occupational safety, minimize the impact of the human factor. It is proved that the use of modern digital technologies is an indispensable process, as it facilitates the management of complex flows of processes in the warehouse. Systematization and analysis of the main software products are carried out and the peculiarities of application of these products in practice are determined. The role and significance of digital transformation for enterprises that use warehousing logistics in their work are outlined. In conclusion, it is important to follow current trends in logistics and implement changes that combine both the basic principles of the logistics process and the use of innovative technologies that optimize business, namely the introduction of digital systems in warehousing logistics. The use of digitalization processes by enterprises will help improve the quality and efficiency of their activities by automating and optimizing work processes, which will allow them to scale their business and maintain a competitive position in the market of logistics services

Як уже зазначалося, вищою інституцією ООН, що має широкий спектр повноважень, є Генеральна Асамблея. Слід зазначити, що Генеральна Асамблея має повноваження розглядати загальні принципи співпраці на підтримку міжнародного миру і безпеки, включаючи регулювання роззброєння та озброєнь. Крім того, до його компетенції можуть входити будь-які проблемні питання, які виникають на шляху досягнення міжнародного миру і безпеки, дослідження та розробка рекомендацій у сфері освіти, охорони здоров'я, заохочення прав людини та основних свобод без дискримінації за ознаками расової, статевої приналежності, мовна, релігійна чи інша приналежність. Ключову роль у системі ООН відіграє Рада Безпеки, яка здійснює свої повноваження на постійній основі та зосереджує свою діяльність на регулюванні міжнародної політики миру та безпеки. Слід зазначити, що Рада Безпеки ООН відповідає за мирне врегулювання міжнародних конфліктів, запобігання військовим зіткненням між державами, припинення актів агресії та інших порушень мирних відносин між державами. Економічне відновлення та розвиток інфраструктури передбачає реконструкцію зруйнованих об'єктів інфраструктури з метою забезпечення отримання щоденних послуг, а також підтримку малого та середнього бізнесу у сфері підприємництва. ООН має фінансові положення та правила, які регулюють використання її коштів, включаючи процедури закупівель та бухгалтерського обліку. ООН також має функцію внутрішнього аудиту для забезпечення прозорості та підзвітності управління фінансами. Крім свого регулярного бюджету, ООН також має програмні бюджети для різних видів діяльності, таких як миротворчі місії, гуманітарна допомога та програми розвитку. Ці програмні бюджети фінансуються за допомогою окремих механізмів і підпадають під особливі вимоги щодо звітності та підзвітності.

Агресивне вторгнення російської федерації об’єднало українське суспільство та бізнес зокрема. Зовнішні загрози не виправдали сподівань країни-агресора, яка робила ставку на економічний крах України та, як наслідок, скорення нашого суспільства. Відповідно, метою цього дослідження є системний аналіз основних чинників зниження економічних показників від початку повномасштабного вторгнення та визначення засобів і механізмів подолання економічної кризи, зокрема й шляхом ухвалення дієвих державних рішень. Аналіз закордонних публікацій дав чітке розуміння, що економічна ситуація в Україні має безпосередній вплив на міжнародну економіку та світову геополітику. У цьому дослідженні проаналізовано основні чинники, які вплинули на падіння ВВП в Україні у 2022 році, та обставини, які стали причиною його стабілізації; виокремлено окремі галузі економіки, які, незважаючи на нищівні економічні втрати, виявили стійкість до викликів війни. Дано окрему оцінку ІТ-галузі, яка в сучасних реаліях виявилася для України найбільш адаптивною,що дозволило дійти висновку, що майбутнє України – саме за цифровими трансформаціями з поступовою інтеграцією до смарт-економіки. Водночас у ході дослідження визначені конкретні етапи, які має пройти Україна на шляху до свого економічного відновлення; виокремлено негативні чинники, які заважають цьому вже сьогодні. Зокрема однозначно встановлено, що корупція є ключовим гальмівним елементом економіки України; вона була до війни, існує і зараз, однак має зникнути після війни, оскільки її існування зведе до нуля перспективи створення правового, економічно стабільного суспільства та внеможливить реальну інтеграцію України до європейської спільноти.

This paper highlights the crucial need to establish clear criteria and indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the scientific activity of research and academic staff. By carefully examining different dimensions of research activity, this study identifies and describes a comprehensive set of criteria and relevant indicators. These include involvement in project competitions (preparation, participation, and student engagement), scholarly publication outputs (journals, conferences, monographs, and student mentoring), scientometric measures (indexing and citations), altmetric considerations (digital repositories, online presence, and social media impact), expert contributions (peer review, committee participation, editorial roles, and conference organization), and representative scholarly achievements (dissertation defense, academic and honorary titles, awards, supervision, international engagement, and language skills). It is emphasized that these identified criteria can be categorized into publication and dissemination, exploitation, and impact on the academic community. By using this comprehensive framework, educational institutions can effectively assess the quality, impact, and contribution of the activities of research and academic staff, thereby promoting research excellence and educational progress.

The article is concerned with topical issues of spatial development of territorial communities of Ukraine in the context of decentralization, taking into account the uncertainty caused by martial law and the pandemic. The purpose of this article is to develop a methodical approach to substantiating the directions of spatial development of territorial communities based on the conception, principles, scientific methods, taking into account the criteria of their efficiency and factors of spatial development of territorial communities. To substantiate the directions of spatial development of territorial communities, a methodical approach is developed, which is based on a problem-oriented approach to substantiating the instrumentarium of spatial development of territorial communities and on a cognitive map of causal relationships of spatial development, a model of solutions to the problem of development of territorial communities, which takes into account development scenarios depending on the type of community. The criteria for the efficiency of spatial development of territorial communities can be the following: criteria for the potential of self-development of territorial communities (self-government, self-financing, self-organization); performance criteria – the results of the implementation of programs for the implementation of strategies for the development of territorial communities, development projects, etc. In order to ensure the vital functions of territorial communities under martial law and increase their ability to solve problems in the new realities, when substantiating the directions of spatial development of territories, the following should be taken into account: development of the potential of self-development of the territorial community; problem-oriented management of human resources of the community; organization of training for representatives of territorial communities on the implementation of mechanisms to support enterprises and internally displaced persons; formation of budgets of territorial communities during martial law and post-war status; preservation of the country’s intellectual potential in the post-war period; preservation of the country’s production potential, which will provide both the territorial communities with essential goods and the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – with contemporary means of security and food products; financial support for community life; improvement of regulatory policy; ensuring economic and food security of territorial communities, etc.

Studying the directions to improve the quality of business plans appears very significant, since the practice of business planning highlights the shortcomings of planning processes and the quality of domestic business plans themselves. A study of shortcomings that cause negative influence on the quality of business plans is of theoretical and practical value for improving the quality of business planning in general as a process, and of business plan as its result. It depends on increasing the level of doing business in Ukraine, its efficiency. Therefore, the issue of ensuring the quality of business plans plays an important role for internal business processes and for investment communication in order to find external investments for further development. The purpose of the article is to identify promising directions for improving the quality of business plans and requirements for practice in this sphere. The publication proposes a general approach to the definition of promising directions based on the study of the main definitions substantial for determining the category of «quality of business plan», identifying factors for the formation of the quality of business plans, revealing the essence and features of the methodological foundations for the formation of the quality of a business plan. The methodical basis of the article is the following: a review of the literature, analysis and estimation of the practical shortcomings of business plans in terms of compliance with the technology of development and substantiation, which ensures the quality of a document. The main directions of improving the quality of business plans are identified, in particular: compliance with the technology of development and substantiation; improvement of methodical recommendations based on the study of problems of practical business planning; training of specialists who are proficient in the methodology of developing a business plan for an investment project, substantiation of managerial decisions; development of planning process at enterprises.

The purpose of this report is to describe how women and girls who have suffered from physical and sexual violence can learn to love their gender again through the use of the images of women in Bulgarian folktale’s and strengthen their belief that female nature, despite its vulnerability, is beautiful and creates goodness and life. Several cases from clinical practice will be presented, taking into account the high efficiency of working with fairy tales with women and girls who have experienced a traumatic event. Some of the images that appear in the fairy-tale heritage of Bulgaria will be analyzed. Some clinical notes will be presented to show that crisis work does not remain only at the level of crisis counseling, but moves into a deeper psychotherapeutic process

The article examines the marketing communications used by enterprises of the travel industry. The purpose of the article is to study the latest marketing communications and develop directions for their application in the enterprises of the tourism and hotel business. The necessity of formation and implementation of marketing communication policy that meets the specifics and goals of the enterprise in order to achieve a high level of competitiveness and desired result of activity is substantiated. The features and structure of the complex of marketing communications of tourism industry enterprises containing the following elements: advertising, sales promotion, personal sales, public relations, and direct marketing are determined. The necessity of introducing the latest technologies in this sphere is proved, since in the modern world of global computerization it is simply necessary to use modern technological resources, in particular the Internet, especially in such a sensitive and competitive industry. According to the results of the analysis and generalization of the study of Travelport company, which is one of the outstanding providers of electronic distribution services in the travel industry, a rating of marketing communications used in the tourism and hotel business is compiled. Based on the results of the study, the need for an integrated approach to the planning and implementation of communication processes, based on the consistency of actions of all means of marketing communications within a single strategy to achieve the set marketing goals, is established. As an innovative marketing communication instrument, enterprises of the tourism and hotel business are offered the use of integrated marketing communications (IMC), which are holistic communication systems and allow to cover all aspects of the marketing complex, which further contributes to the most effective action on the consumer. So, depending on the direction of activity, the availability of human resources and financial condition, the company chooses a way to present itself in social networks through the most effective communication instrument, tailored to suit the market needs

The management of a modern bank is one of the most important areas of activity, as banks have become at the center of economic, political and social nature. Therefore, there is a need to choose an adequate efficiency model; development and implementation of a system of tools that allow at all levels of the bank to make sound management decisions on resource provision in order to increase its value for all stakeholders, expressed in its profitability and stability of financial relations between them. The paper identifies that social responsibility involves voluntary actions of the bank aimed at taking into account the interests of society, employees, partners and other stakeholders. The bank's corporate ethics is a culture of interaction between management and staff among themselves and with external stakeholders. The main quantitative criteria for assessing the level of social responsibility of banks through the establishment of relationships: staff (labor responsibility), consumers, business partners, society and the environment, the state (economic responsibility). From the point of view of social responsibility management in Ukrainian banks, it has been proved that this system is gradually gaining momentum in terms of its perception by stakeholders. Banks are implementing social activity, but the target audiences are not always interested in learning about social responsibility, or the institutions themselves do not sufficiently advertise their success in this area. Compliance with social responsibility is a definition of responsibilities, a philosophy of management behavior that influences the behavior, actions of all staff of the bank, which in turn contributes to the sustainable development of not only the company but also society as a whole. The conclusions present that modern management principles should contribute to the formation of a set of actions aimed at ensuring the security and development of the internal (welfare of employees, shareholders) and external environment of the bank (social development, environment) in particular and humanity as a whole without violating values. and the rules on which corporate culture is based.

The purpose of this study is to examine the features of the acquisition of value-based competencies for effective management of training of specialists. Higher education institutions are tasked with implementing educational programs that allow to achieve the set goals and form the necessary competencies to provide quality training of specialists. An analysis of recent research and publications has shown that the use of the competency approach in higher education institutions has become possible owing to the new standards approved by the Ministry of Education and Science. Methodology: General scientific and special methods of system-structural analysis and synthesis, frequency analysis, quantitative distribution, grouping were used in the research process. Competencies which the applicants for higher education are supposed to acquire after mastering the educational and professional programs were analyzed in each specialty. The research findings show that the main components of professional education are 11 core competencies, which account for 35% of all competencies studied and form 68% of universal skills in all specialties, while 22 competencies are unique to educational and professional programs and provide performing professional functions by type of activity. It has been found that in the specialties of natural sciences, engineering and information technologies, the main emphasis is placed on the acquisition of purely professional competencies, while in humanities, economic, managerial and law specialties, professional competencies are supplemented with intercultural and social competencies. The grouping of competencies according to the opportunity to obtain learning outcomes has been given, the understanding of the grouping allows to provide effective management of quality training of specialists.

The article deals with the topical problem of spatial development of territorial communities. The study aims at creating a methodical approach to identifying the problems in the functioning of territorial communities, the former being caused by unstable conditions, and the areas of spatial development of territories using a problem-oriented approach. The application of a problem-oriented approach to the spatial development of territorial communities is substantiated. The approach provides a set of actions in public administration and influences aimed at solving theoretical or practical problems of efficiently using local community resources by gaining new competitive advantages, creating favorable living conditions, ensuring population loyalty through actively solving the already existing and possible problems in community functioning. Within the problem-oriented framework, the spatial development of united territorial communities involves an approach based on the hypothesis that using the strategic capacity of a territorial community is not a problem-free process, and the arising problems require analysis and sound management decisions at the community level and within the powers of local authorities. A methodical approach to identifying problems with the functioning of territorial communities in an unstable environment is suggested. Namely, it involves analyzing the following issues: a) development level of united territorial communities through evaluating their resource provision and self-assessment of their development level, which helps to draw conclusions as for the effectiveness of using the community resources; b) legislative support for the spatial development of territorial communities; and c) the existing mechanisms, methods, and instruments of the state policy on the spatial development of Ukrainian territories. A cognitive map of interrelations between the existing problems of the spatial development of territorial communities has been drafted, in which four groups of problems are identified, in particular: 1) problems within the spatial development of territorial communities, and those connected with Ukraine’s territorial system; 2) problems of socio-economic development based on self-sufficiency; 3) problems in the local self-government system; 4) problems of rural development.

This study is aimed to develop a computer program to analyze the color properties of raster images of histological microspecimens used in pathological anatomy and forensic medicine. When developing a computer program, we used the system for building client applications – Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF). The system allows you to create applications with visually attractive user interaction capabilities. The programming language is C#, as well as basic graphics capabilities of the .NET Framework system are used. To speed up the display we applied double buffering. In the course of the research, the authors developed a modern computer program «Analysis of color properties of raster images». This program allows you to analyze the color of each individual pixel of a photograph in RGB and Lab color models, comparing the colors and brightness of individual pixels, selecting groups of points and determining statistical characteristics of them. Characteristic points are well distinguishable in the photographs, studied with the program «Analysis of color properties of raster images». This makes it possible to select and automate these properties, using computer recognition algorithms, completely removing human factor’s influence on the analysis results. The computer program «Analysis of color properties of raster images» is of significant scientific and practical interest for specialists both in the field of morphology (pathologists, forensic experts, etc.), and in the field of other biomedical disciplines.

The purpose of the article is to focus attention on the current regulatory and legal support for the implementation of innovative transformations in Ukraine in the conditions of today’s historical challenges, which dictate new requirements forsocio-economic development related to the strengthening of the country’s defense capabilities, the formulation of national development strategies, and the future reconstruction of the territories of Ukraine. The research methodology is basedon systemic and structural approaches, on methods of comparative, logical and structural-functional analysis, including an inter disciplinary approach. Scientific novelty. The relevance of innovative transformation in the conditions of European integration is determined. The importance of innovative development of Ukrainein conditions of full-scale war is indicated. Conclusions. Normative and legal acts that regulate innovative activity have been disclosed. It is argued that the latest geopolitical challenges for Ukraine have increased the urgency of developing a national scientific system for supporting knowledge and innovation. In order fornational science to bring maximum benefit to the future post-war economy, a systematic restructuring of its relations is necessary. The combination of the security system, science, education and business ensure the transformation of advanced technologies and create the prerequisites for the development of a strong and competitive economy.

Objective. Determination of efficacy of the cellular therapy modified method in chronic wounds on background of diabetes mellitus, comparing with standard and new methods of treatment in experiment. Materials and methods. Experimental investigations were conducted on 30 adult male rats of a Wistar line, in which diabetes mellitus was experimentally simulated. Full-thickness square wound was used as experimental pattern. In the animals of group A (control) the wounds were processed with 0.05% solution of chlorhexidine bigluconate and the hydrohel bandages put on (standard of treatment). To the group B animals photodynamic therapy was conducted, and processes of regeneration were stimulated with the help of the mesenchymal stem cells application. To the group C animals the wounds bottom and edges were infiltrated with suspension of autologous mesenchymal stem cells for active regeneration after conduction of photodynamic therapy. Results. Best healing of the wounds while application of photodynamic therapy and injections of mesenchymal stem cells was noted: on the 5th day from the treatment beginning the wounds square reduction have appeared the most – 71.9%, while application of mesenchymal stem cells this index have constituted 61.6%, and while standard treatment – 36.0%. Conclusion. Treatment of chronic wounds on background of diabetes mellitus, using photodynamic therapy and injections of mesenchymal stem cells, have demonstrated essentially better results, than after standard method. Application of mesenchymal stem cells into the wound, the results of which were compared with results of their injectional introduction, may be recommended as alternative, if immediate injections of mesenchymal stem cells into the tissues over the wound are impossible.

The article outlines the possibilities of ensuring proper access for persons with visual impairments to published works on the same terms as for persons with normal vision, provided that the countries accede to the Marrakesh Treaty. The provisions of the Marrakesh Treaty, which establish general obligations regarding restrictions under the Berne Convention, namely the permission to reproduce works in certain specialcases, provided that such reproduction does not harm the normal use of the work anddoes not affect the legitimate interests of the author. The provisions of the MarrakeshTreaty apply to works in the form of text, music and/or related illustrations, published or otherwise made public by any means of information, including audiobooks. There is a shortage of copies of available works in accessible formats in the world. It turns out that the implementation of the Marrakesh Treaty into national law will enable libraries to create and distribute copies of works in an accessible format for the visually impaired. The experience of Bookshare and the Accessible Books Consortium (ABC), which pave the way for international academic, artistic and other reading for visually impaired persons, is revealed. Bookshare is a US-based nonprofit project that offers the largest collection of available titles, copies of works in a format accessible for visually impaired. The ABC was established by the World Intellectual Property Organization in June 2014 and includes the World Blind Union (WBU), the DAISY Consortium, the International Council for Education of People with Visual Impairment, the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions, the International Authors Forum, the International Publishers Association, and the International Federation of Reproduction Rights Organisations. The ABC operates in accordance with the EIFL guide lines for libraries on the application of the Marrakesh Treaty, according to which the authorities may be any specialized agencies that provide services to the visually impaired, including libraries, both universal and specialized. It is noted that the Central Specialized Library for the Blind named after Mykola Ostrovsky recently became a member of the ABC, which significantly expands the search for books and brings the library to the international level.

The article observes the problems of protecting the cultural heritage of Ukrainein armed conflict. Issues of violation of rules of international humanitarian law aimed at protecting cultural values, namely attempts to cause irreparable losses to the cultural identity of a certain society through the destruction of cultural values, are under special attention in the article.The article predicates importance of the illegal removal of cultural values from the occupied territories and the looting of cultural monuments. Attention is given to the problem of rescue and evacuation of cultural objects. The provisions of international documents regarding the protection of cultural objects, the issue of implementation of international legal norms into national legislation, were considered.The article deals with the problem of protecting cultural values in Crimea which was occupied by Russia, and certain parts of Donbas which are out of control of Ukraine since 2014. The facts of violation of international treaties and conventions that are related to the protection of cultural property caused by Russia aggressive full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, are considered. The relevance of the article is conditioned with unprecedented violations of universally recognized principles of international law, primarily the humanization of military operations in the modern world and, in particular, with a critical need to protect cultural heritage in armed conflict. The protection of cultural values is an integral part of the warfare rules. The significance of cultural values and cultural objects are determined not only by their economic weight, but primarily by the fact that they contain the history and national self-consciousness. It is emphasized on urgent issue of broad implementation of international humanitarian law norms and the international law of the protection of cultural values into the national, in particular criminal legislation of Ukraine. In addition, it is extremely important to improve the quality of national investigations of war crimes, to document war crimes, to create an evidence base that will a llow Ukraine to defend its interests effectively in international courts and to administer justice at the national level.
