Subject of research – analysis of inequality as an endogenous factor influencing macroeconomic dynamics in models of economic growth; analysis of the impact of income inequality on economic dynamics in Ukraine. The purpose of writing this article is the author’s research on the problem of inequality in society and assessment of the impact of income inequality on economic dynamics in Ukraine. Methodology of work – provisions of economic theory and theory of systems analysis, economic– mathematical and statistical methods. Based on the system analysis, indicators are identified that reflect various aspects of inequality in society; Using economic and mathematical methods, the impact of income inequality (stratification) on economic dynamics in Ukraine is estimated. Results of work – the expediency of using inequality as an endogenous factor in models of economic growth is substantiated; using economic and mathematical methods, a quantitative assessment of the impact of income inequality on the dynamics of real GDP of Ukraine. Conclusions – In the modern world, special attention is paid to the study of factors ensuring sustainable economic growth in the world, primarily factors of endogenous nature, the formation of which the state has a direct influence. One of the important endogenous factors of economic growth both in theoretical research and in the practice of governance of the world is rightly recognized as human capital as a critical factor of modern social development, which is becoming increasingly important. In recent years, the study of human development has focused on the problem of inequality, which is considered a serious challenge to sustainable development and progress. High levels of inequality can lead to negative social consequences and significantly slow down economic growth. Conducted economic and mathematical studies indicate a significant negative impact of inequality factors in society on macroeconomic dynamics in Ukraine, in particular the level of poverty and the degree of its stratification (differentiation) by income – the development of these processes poses serious macroeconomic threats. These factors are endogenous, as their dynamics can be significantly influenced by measures of state economic, financial, social policy. This indicates the importance of state control over the processes that can lead to increased poverty and income stratification in Ukraine. Therefore, in order to ensure macroeconomic growth, the government should pay due attention to the development and timely implementation of measures aimed at ensuring the appropriate level of welfare of the population, and especially – socially vulnerable categories of citizens.

The subject of research an analysis of the risk of macrodisbalances and social threats in Ukraine arising from the poverty of the population. The purpose of the article's writing is the author's research on trends in the poverty of the population in Ukraine and the risks of the emergence of social macro-imbalances - based on the analysis of the dynamics of poverty indicators developed. Methodology of the work - the position of economic theory and the theory of system analysis, economic-mathematical and statistical methods. On the basis of the system analysis the indicators reflecting different aspects of poverty in Ukraine are determined; Economic and mathematical methods have developed indicators for monitoring and analyzing the dynamics of population poverty. Results of the work - indicators for monitoring and analyzing the poverty situation in Ukraine have been developed; on the basis of the dynamics of indicators, trends in the development of poverty processes are identified and the risks of social threats in Ukraine are analyzed. Conclusions. The long-standing problem of poverty in Ukraine is a significant factor in limiting economic growth, it determines the poor quality of life of the population and causes social tension in society. For monitoring and analyzing the dynamics of poverty processes, a system of indicators has been developed to promptly identify the risks of social imbalances in Ukraine. The analysis of the dynamics of the indicators of recent years shows that since 2017 there is a significant reduction in the level of absolute poverty is due, on the one hand, to the improvement of the economic situation in the country and an increase in the incomes of the population, including an account of the increase of the minimum wage and large-scale subsidization of the population, on the other - a possible underestimation of the actual living wage. At the same time, there is a high probability of a rising share of the population at risk of poverty - an increase in the gap between the rates of inflation and wages, the growth of energy prices and housing and communal services, the implementation of the policy of limiting the quantity and amount of subsidies will contribute to strengthening such a trend in the future.

The subject of the study is the evolution of the formation and development of innovative entrepreneurship in the context of economic scientific thought. The purpose of the study is to review and rethink the evolution of the formation of innovative entrepreneurship in the context of economic thought, which will enable the identification of the importance of such entrepreneurship in a modern market economy and will further formulate mechanisms, strategies and directions for its effective development, taking into account the proposals of leading scientists. Methods of research. When writing the article, certain scientific methods and approaches were used, including systematic, structural–functional, historical, logical, which allowed to ensure the conceptual unity of the research. Results of the work. The article states that entrepreneurship acts as the basis of the innovation process, while innovation is not only a decisive feature of entrepreneurial activity, but also a major factor in economic dynamics, through which new methods of production and marketing are initiated and implemented. Application of results.The system of sciences in the family of innovation entrepreneurship, a wide range of methodological aspects of socio–economic sciences on the problems of the evolution of the object of research. Conclusions. The main results of the research, their methodological results should be reduced to the following conclusions: 1) entrepreneurship appears as the foundation of the innovation process, and its functioning is a prerequisite for the development of a competitive economy; 2) Society has undergone a long way in the formation of entrepreneurship, so the historical coverage of such a process in the field of economic theory will become the key to understanding the essence and functional features of the phenomenon of modern innovative entrepreneurship.

Для аналізу економічної динаміки використовуються дві дефініції: процеси-потоки, кумулятивні процеси. Процеси-потоки змінюються лише кількісно. Кумулятивні процеси змінюються і кількісно, і якісно, що в результаті формує сукупність інфраструктурних благ і засобів виробництва в промисловості нового якісного складу. Цикли Н.Д Кондратьєва включають дві фази: підвищувальну хвилю, під час якої відбувається бурхливе економічне зростання з відносно неглибокими кризами, і знижувальну хвилю з глибокими кризами і важкими депресіями.

The model of an equation of prices on asset level is investigated. Mathematical modelling and computer simulation of periodic economic processes discrete in time are considered. The methodology of replacement of the differential equations is described. The decision and the analysis are made in two numerous ways: by the method of uncertain coefficients and solution of a boundary problem.In economic dynamics, continuous and discrete time is used. The continuous time is convenient for simulation as allows using the device of differential calculus and differential equations. The discrete time is convenient for the handling of applied problems whereas the statistical data is always discrete and belong to the specific units of time. For the discrete time, the device of the difference equations is used. By the way, the familiar models of economic dynamics exist both in the continuous and in the discrete options. In both cases, they have approximately identical accuracy and level of complexity of models is almost the same., Исследована модель выравнивания цен по уровню актива. Рассмотрены математическое моделирование и компьютерная симуляция периодических экономических процессов, дискретных во времени. Приведена методология замены дифференциальных уравнений разностными. Решение и анализ выполнен двумя многочисленными способами: методом неопределенных коэффициентов и решением краевой задачи., Досліджено модель вирівнювання цін за рівнем активу. Розглянуто математичне моделювання і комп’ютерну симуляцію періодичних економічних процесів, дискретних у часі. Наведено методологію заміни диференціальних рівнянь різницевими. Розв’язання та аналіз виконано двома чисельними способами: методом невизначених коефіцієнтів і розв’язанням крайової задачі.

У структурі антикризової фіскальної політики предметно досліджувалися автоматичні стабілізатори, оцінювалася потужність їх впливу на відновлення економічної динаміки України. Здійснено кількісну оцінку величини автоматичних стабілізаторів, яка показала низький ступінь їх внеску у згладження циклічних флуктуацій., В структуре антикризисной фискальной плотики предметно исследовались автоматические стабилизаторы и сила их воздействия на восстановление экономической динамики Украины. Осуществлена количественная оценка величины автоматических стабилизаторов, которая показала низкую степень их вклада в сглаживание циклических флуктуаций., The structure of the anti-crisis fiscal automatic stabilizers and the power of their influence on the dynamics of economic recovery in Ukraine are the subjects studied here. With the tool of comparative analysis between the tax systems of Ukraine and the EU the determinants that enhance their effect in the domestic economy are identified. They are high sensitivity settings of the state budget to the economic situation. The factors that weaken their action are the bias of the tax burden towards indirect taxes and high trade openness of the economy. Quantifying the magnitude of automatic stabilizers showed a low level of their contribution to smoothing cyclical fluctuations, that indicated the inefficiency of the national tax system and the need for activation of the discretionary component of the government's fiscal policy.

Монографія присвячена комплексному аналізу ефективності дії грошово-кредитного механізму та розробці рекомендацій щодо підвищення адекватності оцінки та ефективності даного механізму у впливі на економічну динаміку. Удосконалено визначення структури грошово-кредитного механізму, що окреслило множину принципів та показників оцінювання ефективності ГКП у впливі на економічну динаміку. Розроблено науково-методичний підхід до комплексного оцінювання ефективності дії ГКМ на економічну динаміку через визначення системи принципів, показників дієвості (ефективність монетарного трансмісійного механізму) та результативності як рівня стабільності національної грошової одиниці, що виступає індикатором стану економіки та визначальним фактором сталого економічного зростання країни. Враховуючи пріоритетність досягнення цінової стабільності, як ключової умови забезпечення стабільності національної валюти, побудовано модель інфляції з визначенням основних факторів інфляційних флуктуацій в Україні, що сприяє зменшенню невизначеності щодо динаміки рівня цін в майбутньому. У системі макропруденційного нагляду запропоновано використовувати нормативно-індексний підхід до комплексної оцінки стабільності банківської системи. Для удосконалення ефективності монетарного регулювання запропоновано розробити загальний підхід до комунікаційної політики як важливого засобу формування очікувань економічних суб’єктів. The investigation is devoted to the complex analysis of the effectiveness of the monetary mechanism functioning and development of recommendations for improving the adequacy of evaluation, effectiveness of this mechanism impact on an eco-nomic dynamics. We improved the definition of the monetary mechanism that became the basis in determining the principles and indicators of the effectiveness of this mechanism action on an economy. There was proposed the scientific and methodological approach to assessment the monetary mechanism efficiency action on an economic dynamics through the determining of principles and indicators of its effectiveness with identifying the level of transmission mechanism efficiency and its performance as aggregation the indicators of external and internal national currency stability. Given the priority of achieving price stability, the model of inflation for Ukraine was constructed. In the system of macroprudential oversight there was suggested to do the banking system complex analysis, using the constructed model. To increase the monetary regulation effectiveness we proposed to develop the communication policy, as an important means of economic expectations’ direction.

У статті розглядаються результати статистичного аналізу особливостей економічної динаміки провідних економічних макрорегіонів світу, здійсненого у зв’язку з динамікою природоохоронних витрат і інвестицій в країнах Євросоюзу. Приріст таких витрат виявляє періодичність, пов’язану із середньостроковою економічною циклічністю, періоди зростання приросту – із циклом модернізації економік у 1980-х рр., глибокий спад таких витрат – із кризою 2008-2009 рр. Обґрунтована гіпотеза про зв’язок динаміки таких витрат із рівнем середньодушових доходів у формі екологічної кривої Кузнеця: у розвинутих країнах – із досягненням провідним технологічним укладом стадії зрілості, в економіках з ринками, що швидко розвиваються – із закінченням періоду індустріалізації або модернізації. The increase of such expenditures demonstrates periodicity, related to the medium-term cyclic character of economic development, periods of growth – to the cycle of modernization of economies in 1980th, slump of such expenditures – to the recession in 2008-2009th. A hypothesis is stated about connection of dynamics of such expenditures with the level of aggregate income per capita in form of Environmental Kuznets Curve: in the developed countries – with reaching of the maturity stage of the leading technological structure, in economies with quickly developing markets – with completion of industrialization or modernization period.
