Introduction. Development of information systems allows creating, modelling and improving technological solutions of lifting and assembling long span roofs. Problem Statement. Development of new organizational and technological solutions, technologies and methods requires a complex research at the initial stages of their creation with the help of software. These studies help to avoid problems and misleading that may occurs as a result of wrong decisions. Інформаційна модель процесу піднімання великорозмірних покриттів ISSN 1815-2066. To substantiate organizational and technological decisions in the development of new technology of lifting long span roofs, by creating an information model of the process for lifting long span roofs with certain detalization to analyze the components of the process, conditions and disadvantages that occurs when using the new technology of lifting long span roofs. Materials and Methods. Research and development of information model of the process of lifting large-scale coverings with the help of newly created load-lifting walking modules. A method for simulating the process, conditions, and objects involved in lifting large-scale coatings was used. Results. In the process of modelling based on the proposed information model of the process, organizational and technological peculiarities of the use of new technology of lifting long span roofs with simultaneous arrangement of permanent supports and determined values of the experimental values were considered as a certain series-discrete order of visual images and parameters. Conclusions. Creating an information model of the process, which essentially belongs to the class of imitation models has allowed significantly reducing the time and substantiate the organizational and technological decisions while development of new technology. This has enabled not only comparing and identifying the conditions under which such technology has significant advantages over existing ones, but also improving it.

ntroduction. The development of the enrichment industry has identified significant requirements for the development of new technologies and equipment, including the method of magnetic separation. Problem Statement. Advantages of cryomagnetic separation complexes are determined by the efficiency of solving the problem of creating their cryogenic support systems. Purpose. The purpose of this research is to develop a cryogenic supply system (CsC) by solution scientific technical and design and technological problems of cryomagnetic systems creation based on micro-cryogenic closed cycle systems (MCs). Materials аnd Methods. The material of the research is the design of sCs with built-in superconducting magnetic system (SMs) and two MCs. The efficiency of MCs use is determined by the method of thermal balance analysis of their modules. Results. SCS design on the basis of the nitrogen-free cryostat with integrated sMs and two close-cycle MCs and the solution of r&D problems of effective use of the MCs by method of the heat balance analysis of their modules have been proposed. The input units of the MCs modules and neck, as well as the tank, supports and screens are design in such a way as they can operate simultaneously as a system of rigidity and a system of efficient removal of heat from them to the appropriate stages of the MCs modules. The design of sCs provides operation in a stationary mode with a super small supply of liquid helium through the liquid-gas recondensation ring process, in which the gas-liquid helium mixture is an ideal cool conductor. The design of the sCs provides the manufacturability of routine maintenance, even with the change of the modules of the neck and the MCs, without depressurization of the cryostat. Conclusion. solutions of design and technological, research and technical problems are based on patents of Ukraine N103949 and N88830. The expediency of creation of the complex on the basis of a nitrogen-free cryostat with built-in SMs and two MCs operating in a stationary mode with a very small reserve of liquid helium has been substantiated.

Introduction. The processing of livestock waste and agricultural production enables not only improving environmental safety, but also obtaining energy resources. Problem Statement. Cow manure is used to produce biogas, but its yield is relatively low. One way to increase biogas yield is the joint fermentation of cow manure with substandard flour, which cannot be used as human food and as feed for farm animals. However, the flour content in the substrate, at which the biogas yield is maximum and there is no inhibition of the methane fermentation process, is not a solved issue. Purpose. Increase biogas yield by adding substandard flour to a cow manure-based substrate. Materials and Methods. Research of biogas yield during methane fermentation of substrate based on cow manure with the addition of substandard flour was carried out on a biogas plant consisting of a methane tank with a working volume of 30 l and wet gasholder at periodic substrate loading and fermentation temperature 35 °C. The portion of the substrate included 1.7 kg of manure, 2.5 kg of water and 50, 100, 250 or 500 g of flour. The composition of flour in the substrate was 1.2%, 2.3%, 5.6% and 10.6%. The dichotomy method was used to determine the optimal flour content in the substrate, provided the maximum biogas yield. Results. The maximum biomethane release is 14.3 l/kg dry organic matter (DOM), at 1.2% of the flour content in the substrate; 20.9 l/kg DOM, at 2.3%; 19.2 l/kg DOM, at 5.6%. At a content of 10.6% flour in the substrate, the biogas did not burn, fermentation quickly stopped. The optimum flour content in the substrate based on cow manure, in which the biogas yield increases 1.5 times, is 3.7%. Conclusions. Based on the conducted experimental studies, a model of biogas yield with gradual loading of the substrate was built and the optimal flour content in the substrate was determined, at which the maximum biogas yield is provided. Вступ. Важливим господарським питанням є переробка відходів тваринництва і сільськогосподарського виробництва не тільки для покращення екологічної безпеки, а й для отримання енергетичних ресурсів. Проблематика. Коров’ячий гній застосовується для отримання біогазу, однак його вихід при цьому відносно низький. Одним із шляхів підвищення виходу є спільне зброджування коров’ячого гною з некондиційним борошном, яке не можна використовувати як продукт харчування для людини та як корм для сільськогосподарських тварин. Проте вміст його в субстраті, при якому вихід біогазу є максимальним і не відбувається інгібування процесу метанового бродіння, не визначено. Мета. Підвищення виходу біогазу шляхом раціонального додавання некондиційного борошна до субстрату на основі коров’ячого гною. Матеріали й методи. Дослідження виходу біогазу при метановому зброджуванні субстрату на основі коров’ячого гною з додаванням некондиційного борошна здійснювали на біогазовій установці у складі метантенка робочим об’ємом 30 л і мокрого газгольдера при періодичному режимі завантаження субстрату і температурі бродіння 35 °С. Порція субстрату: 1,7 кг гною, 2,5 кг води та 50, 100, 250 або 500 г борошна. При цьому склад борошна в субстраті становив 1,2 , 2,3%, 5,6% та 10,6 %. Для визначення оптимального вмісту борошна в субстраті, за умови максимального виходу біогазу, було застосовано метод дихотомії. Результати. Максимальний вихід біометану при вмісті 1,2 % борошна в субстраті становить 14,3 л/кг сухої органічної речовини (СОР), при 2,3 % — 20,9 л/кг СОР, при 5,6 % — 19,2 л/кг СОР. При вмісті 10,6 % борошна в субстраті біогаз не горів, бродіння швидко припинялося. Оптимальний вміст борошна в субстраті на основі коров’ячого гною, при якому вихід біогазу збільшується в 1,5 рази, становить 3,7 %. Висновки. На основі проведених експериментальних досліджень побудовано модель виходу біогазу при поступовому завантаженні субстрату та визначено оптимальний вміст борошна в субстраті, при якому забезпечується максимальний вихід біогазу.

The article deals with traffic safety at ground railway crossings. An approach based on raising driver awareness via modern means of automation, computation, and communication has been considered. Blagovist information warning system for the railway crossings has been described.

This paper discusses the issues of characteristic curve restoration for astronegatives exposed in the wide range of expositions in U, B Johnson color bands using different telescopes. Photographic plates are digitized by Epson commercial scanners. Digitized images are processed in MIDAS/ROMAFOT software. The accuracy of characteristic curve restoration using photoelectric data is in the range 0.1-0.2m.

The first results of the photometric observations of asteroids performed on the telescope KT-50 of Mobitel complex (SRI MAO) during 2016 are presented in the paper. Asteroids were selected based on the infrared survey NEOWISE, moving objects catalog SDSS MOC-3 and MPC database. Selected asteroids have a relatively high albedo (pV>0.2) and are located in the Outer Main Belt (semi-major axis a>0.28a.u.). The observations were made using filter close to the Rc standard band of Cousins system. Standard deviations of the instrumental differential magnitude measurements were in the range of 0.01m-0.03m for a 10m-15.5m reference stars. The light curve based on the results of the differential aperture photometry was obtained from long series of observations of the asteroid (2144) Marietta.

The asteroid observations of the small Solar System bodies were carried out with the AZT-8 telescope (D=0.7 m, f/4) of the National Center of Space Facilities Control and Testing (NCSFCT) during 2010-2013. The telescope is located near Yevpatoria, the observatory code according IAU is B17. The observational program included perturbed main belt asteroids and NEO’s for the GAIA FUN-SSO Company. The MPC database contains more than 4500 asteroids positions and magnitudes obtained during this period at AZT-8 telescope. The article presents analysis of the positional accuracy of B17 observations obtained from the comparison with the JPL HORIZONS ephemeris, and data from AstDyS-2 and NEODyS-2 web services.

Tidal acceleration exerted by the terrestrial planets and Jupiter’s are determined, orbital resonances to evaluate the motion stability in binary asteroid systems are calculated. Radius of the Hill sphere surrounding the main component in approximation of the planetary three-body problem — the Sun-main component-satellite is calculated. Escape velocities from the surface of the asteroid satellites are found and the conclusion on the possibility of substance loss is made.

Meteor research using TV CCD unintensified techniques was started in 2011 in Nikolaev astronomical observatory (RI «NAO»). The method of meteor registration is based on the combined observation method developed at RI «NAO». The main accent of the research is made on the precise astrometry and meteoroid orbits calculation. In 2013 first double station meteors with low baseline were observed. Estimation of uncertainties of visible radiant equatorial coordinates, geocentric velocity and heliocentric meteoroid orbit parameters was carried out.

Special methods, means and software for cosmic objects’ observation and processing of obtained results were developed. Combined method, which consists in separated accumulation of images of reference stars and artificial objects, is the main method used in observations of artificial cosmic objects. It is used for observations of artificial objects at all types of orbits.

The pulsation activity of small-amplitude Cepheid Alpha UMi (Polaris) during the period of its radial velocity observations has been analyzed. In the 20th century, Polaris was known to demonstrate a decrease in radial velocity amplitude to the minimum, in the 1980s. Thereafter, the amplitude has increased. The observations of September-December 2015 (21 spectra) obtained by 81cm telescope TCO with spectrograph have showed that radial velocity amplitude comes to 4.16 km/s and is approximately twice higher than the estimates made in 2007, with pulsation period adding 8.6 min. Проаналізована пульсаційна активність малоамплітудної цефеїди α UMi (Полярної) на протязі періоду спостережень її радіальної швидкості. Відомо, що протягом XX ст. Полярна демонструвала зниження амплітуди радіальної швидкості до мінімуму у 80-ті роки. Після цього амплітуда почала зростати. Спостереження протягом вересня—грудня 2015 року (21 спектр), отримані за допомогою 81см телескопу ТСО з спектрографом, показали, що амплітуда радіальної швидкості досягла 4,16 км/с, що приблизно вдвічі більше оцінки, встановленої в 2007 році, та пульсаційний період зріс на 8,6 хв. Проведен анализ пульсационной активности малоамплитудной цефеиды α UMi (Полярной) на протяжении периода наблюдений ее лучевой скорости. Известно, что на протяжении XX ст. Полярная демонстрировала снижение амплитуды лучевой скорости до минимума в 80-е годы. После этого амплитуда начала возрастать. Наблюдения на протяжении сентября—декабря 2015 года (21 спектр), полученные при помощи 81см телескопа ТСО со спектрографом, показали, что амплитуда лучевой скорости достигла 4,16 км/с, что приблизительно вдвое больше оценки, определенной в 2007 году, а пульсационный период вырос на 8,6 мин.

The bulk of planet observations was obtained in RI MAO and MAO NASU from 1961 to 1994. Plates from AI UAS were also used. Each plate of NAO was scanned 6 times, in other observatories — only once. All images are processed, most of them are identified and the equatorial coordinates of all objects were obtained. Positional accuracy of the reference stars has value of 0.04"-0.30". Standard deviation of the planets’ position is in the range 0.10-0.12 pixels, that corresponds, depending on the scale, from 0".08 to 0".26. The comparison of the new topocentric positions of the planets with JPL/HORIZONS ephemeris was made. Calculation of (O-C) values and their standard deviation is obtained.

The paper presents the results of a unique project “The Scientific Emigration in Ukraine at the Beginning of the 21st Century” implemented in 1999-2001. This study has remained known for a small group of specialists and not reached the main goal, namely, the development of government policy on intellectual migration. This project is unique due to the complete coverage of problem as the sociological representativeness of research is about 3,000 people engaged in the opinion poll, including senior students of universities, young researchers, chiefs of departments of academic institutions, experts, and representatives of Ukrainian scientific diaspora. The main reasons for scientific emigration, as pointed out by the young generation, are will for improvement of qualifications, gain of experience in the international teams and for securing of family welfare. The main conditions for stopping the intellectual emigration in Ukraine are the creation of innovative research infrastructure, the enhancement of prestige of researcher, the possibility to publish research results in high impact journals, and realization of personal potential in profession and career. The authors have discussed ways to address this problem in the recipient and in the donor countries of scientific migration and offered a strategy for retrieval of young researchers to Ukraine. The results of the present project are assumed to be a starting point for a new sociological study to understand the position of students and young researchers in new political and sociohumanistic reality of Ukraine.

To assess the effectiveness of the influence of thermochemical preparation of anthracite on the formation of nitrogen oxides the three-dimensional numerical model of the TPP-210A boiler`s furnace for standard and modified burners was created. The calculation results are shown the decrease of NOx concentration across the height of the furnace and reduce of the unburnt coal for the modified burners in comparison with standard ones.

Environmentally hazardous geological processes involved in the waste deposits of potash and rock salt pose significant real threats to the environment. To detect, to study and to prevent in time such the processes (carsting, suffosations, landslides) hardware and software complex for induction sounding of the geological environment in the near zone of field source was created and tested. The multiprocessor system for management, collection and transfer to the end users of the data for analysis and operational geological interpretation was developed.

The paper presents the results of computer simulation of thermophysical processes in human head under given heat fluxes on its surface. The disadvantages of the existing physical models of human head are revealed and the ways for their improvement are proposed. With regard to computer simulation results, an experimental sample of thermoelectric device for human head cooling «ALTEC-7012» which is promising for human brain hypothermia has been designed and manufactured.

The expediency of using the principle of discrete-pulse energy input in directional control of lipid nanostructures’ formation and industrial production of functional materials with them in order to reduce energy consumption and increase process productivity is grounded. The example of using lipid nanostructures for improving a new type of food for special dietary purpose is presented.

Two innovative libraries (413 cyclosulfamides and 709 orthopyridine sulfamides) of potential new openers of ATP-sensitive potassium channels of cell membranes were developed. It is shown experimentally that at least ten new original compounds have properties of pharmacological openers of the channels. Seven compounds, namely Z851154982, Z56762024, Z1269122570, Z31153162, Z45679561, Z756371174 and Z649723638, open channels of both types — sarcoplasmic as well as mitochondrial membranes: Simultaneously, Z734043408 compound is a potent activator of aforementioned channels of sarcolemmal membrane only. Z31197374 and Z666664306 compounds show the affinity onlyto КATP-channels of mitochondrial type. The results of the work can be used by pharmaceutical companies and scientific research institutes.

The complex cryogenic equipment based on the temperature-controlled helium cryostat with a superconducting built-in solenoid for the study of galvano-magnetic phenomena in two-dimensional systems is created. It provides temperature control of the investigated sample in the range of 1.6-4.2; 4.2-80; 80-300 К and its stabilization with no more than 0.1 K accuracy in a magnetic field up to 7.84 Tl.

The article analyzes the socio-economic performance of technology parks established on the basis of the NAS of Ukraine in 2000-2014. The possibility and expediency of their activity in the next decade are observed.

Using materials of annual reports made by scientific institutions of the NAS of Ukraine, annual annotated book catalogues and catalogues of periodicals of the NAS of Ukraine scientific geological publications issued in 2005-2015 are analyzed. The contribution of publishing products issued by geology-oriented institutions to the general totality of the Academy’s publications is noted. The distribution of publishing products of geology-oriented institutions within the criteriaof publication type and separately foreign publications is considered.The participation of geology-oriented institutions of the NAS of Ukraine in all-academic publishing projects within the framework of the state order of the NAS of Ukraine is presented. The results of collaboration between Publishing House «Akademperiodyka» of the NAS of Ukraine and nonNASU geology-oriented institutions are described. The modern state of academic scientific geology-oriented periodicals is analyzed and the main attention is drawn to the journals of the Earth Sciences Department of the NAS of Ukraine.

Results of the research project «Developing video processing device for automatic object tracking defined in the image by operator» (code VC 200.18.14) are presented. The functions the device should fulfil and requirements to it are analyzed. Algorithms, software and hardware for automatic tracking of the object specified in the image by the operator are developed.

Relevance of forming during the crisis effective public institutions based on self organization of specialists from different professional environments and the role of regional information and innovation centers in the initiation and maintenance of such processes are substantiated. Practical experience of the Lviv State Centre of Science, Innovations and Informatization in the creation and support of NGOs in research and innovation, business and educational fields in Western Ukraine is elucidated.

Connection between ecological plasticity of eight elite winter wheat varieties and DNA methylation pattern polymorphism within variety using seedlings from seeds with different germination rate was investigated. Polymorphism degree or «epigenetic distance» in restriction fragments’ range of PCR products was assessed using Nei index. Correlation (Rs=0,69) between variety grade determined by its productivity and ecological plasticity and degree of DNA methylation pattern polymorphism within variety was found. The prevalence of the greatest «epigenetic distance» (D≥0,1) in most productive and ecologically plasticized varieties was proved. The application of the «epigenetic distance» assessment in selection of new varieties for arias with unstable climate conditions was recommended.

The molecular genetic polymorphism detection systems to screen the presence of alleles in winter wheat 100 varieties were developed. Polymerase chain reactions were deployed to identify relevant genes. The level of allele prevalence of low and medium activity of polyphenol oxidase enzymes was defined and the validation was carried out. Wheat varieties carrying rye 1AL.1RS, 1BL.1RS translocations were characterized and those containing recessive allele of Tamyb10 gene, with Stb4 gene resistance to Septoria linked to polymorphic locus Xgwm111. Waxy wheat variety was discovered and other varieties carrying atypical functional Wx-B1e allele. Characteristics of 100 elite and perspective varieties of wheat were compiled for the presence of alleles of genes determining grain quality (genes PPO, Tamyb10-A1, Wx), resistance to biotic and abiotic stress (rye translocative material, Tamyb10-A1, Stb4).

Essential typological features of scientific schools are investigated, paying special attention to informational and communicational aspects of the problem. Peculiarities of scientific research organization in printing and publishing branches are revealed. A specific character of branch science consisting in the fact of close connection between scientific school formation and the activities of specialized higher education institutions is noted. The process of the establishment and development of the Lviv-Kyiv school of printing industry technologies, particularly regarding activities on development and application of photopolymer printing forms in printing production is analysed. On the example of the formation and the activity of the Lviv-Kyiv school of printing and publishing technologies the features of scientific school are listed. It is shown that scientific schools are formed under the influence of society demands, by the logic of science and practice development providing long-term fundamental and applied research and having essential achievements of public recognition in the homeland and abroad. Given this the functions of scientific schools are defined.

New domestic biologically active medical glue designed for implantation and plasty of soft tissues and bones, bonding or fixation of soft tissues and bones, as well as accelerating the regeneration process is developed. Comprehensive biomedical research, preclinical, clinical, and qualification tests are carried out. Technical documentation is developed, its registration/approval is made. In the course of implementation of scientific-technical project serial production of medical glue based on the Department of polymers of medical appointment of the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry of the NAS of Ukraine is organized

The structure of diagnostic 8-channel system for wireless transfer of acoustic emission information during monitoring the objects of long operation is revealed. The results of the development of algorithmic software for hardware system and personal computer, which performs system control and post-processing of acoustic emission information. are presented. The basic specifications of the system are described.

A new method for the electropolishing stainless steel for stable functional osteosynthesis has been developed. The polishing of implants was carried out in solutions, based on the ternary system H2SO4—H3PO4—H2O with stepwise decreasing the current density and increasing the orthophosphoric acid concentration. The optimal polishing conditions (current density, solution composition, temperature and duration) have been determined. The developed method improves the quality and mechanical properties of the surface.

The characteristics of heat-resistance of powder cobalt alloys at 1100 °C were investigated. These alloys were developed for the protection of workers banding shelves GTE blades from wear. The alloys were prepared by hot pressing powders of cobalt, chromium, aluminum, iron and niobium or titanium carbides. The values of heat resistance alloys containing carbides between 30 and 70% (vol.) depend on the type made of carbide alloys: alloys with titanium carbide superior in heat-resistant alloy of niobium carbide. The most significant factor affecting on the heat-resistant alloys, is porosity: with its increase the parameters decline regardless of the type and content of carbide. The optimum composition of powder heat resisting alloys of titanium carbide with a melting point above 1300 °C were determined for use in the aircraft engine.

The newest technology of reclamation of acid and saline soils, based on the integrated use of silicon compounds with cultivation of cereals, legumes and cruciferous plant species was implemented. The technological regulations for the use of chemical and phytomeliorants in different soil-climatic zones of Ukraine were worked out. The silicone-containing mixtures with a high meliorative potential and the optimal dosages for their application were determined. A comprehensive study of the chemical and phytomeliorants was conducted; their role in stimulation of the development of agriculturally useful microbiota, reducing soil sickness, increasing of the plant adaptive potential to abiotic stress factors was defined. Application of silicon-containing mixtures improved agrophysical, agrochemical, biological characteristics of soil, reduced its toxicity and soil sickness. The structure of crop rotation was improved.

The recipes of rapid-hardening bitumen-latex emulsions and coatings on its base are created, in-laboratory tests of their physical, chemical and anticorrosive properties are carried out. The technology of anticorrosive protection and the installation technical documentation for making of aqueous bitumen-latex emulsion is developed, installation is mounted and a pilot lot of rapid-hardening emulsion is produced. Experimental-industrial approbation of the technology of coating formation on pipes in oil and gas industry is carried out.

Innovations in the organocatalytic aerobic oxidation and significant advances achieved in this field in in POCC of NASof Ukraine are presented. An important innovation of the oxidation of hydrocarbons and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural under mild conditions with molecular oxygen was achieved by using the organic compound — N-hydroxyphthalimide as a key catalyst. In the case of oxidation of coal and substrates, the molecules of which are capable of keto-enol tautomerism, it is the innovative to use dimethyl sulfoxide as a solvent, which provides basic catalysis.

Short historical digression of becoming and development of L.M. Litvinenko Institute of physical-organic chemistry and coal chemistry of NAS of Ukraine is presented. The review of basic scientific directions of activity and most ponderable fundamental achievements of Institute, and solved on their basis of a number of important applied tasks is made. The contribution of Institute to determination of reasons of origin of technogenic accidents and ecocatastrophes, and also in development of methods of their prevention and liquidation is shown. Problems and prospects of Institute in modern conditions are analysed.

The review presents the results of applying the thermography for the tumor diagnosis, vertebral pain of athletes, vascular lesions, joint trauma, maxillofacial pathology, the study of the mechanism of pathogenic effects of the battery in a biologically active environment, the study of heterogeneity of thermal fields of newborns’ incubators, modeling the propagation of pollutants in ecology. Based on its own developments domestic industry ensured the production of thermal imaging devices to solve military problems. A large and varied use of thermal imaging thermography in Ukraine leads to the conclusion that in the coming years thermal imaging will get overall development.

Brief analysis of fundamental research in the chemistry of stable carbenes and applications in the field of «green» chemistry on their basis carried out at the L.M. Litvinenko Institute of Physical Organic & Coal Chemistry of NAS of Ukraine over the last decade is given. Carbene versions of ester Claisen condensation to form zwitterionic compounds, the Leuckart-Wallach reaction with the autoreduction of carbenoid azolium salts, Hofmann cleavage of aminocarbene insertion products, an induced tandem autotransformation of 1,2,4-triazol-5-ylidenes into 5-amidino-1,2,4-triazoles were found. New carbene reactions of ad dition, deesterification, oxidation and complexation were revealed. Effective methods of obtaining stable carbenes and carbenoids were suggested. New types of carbenes, namely benzimidazolylidenes, superstable conjugated biscarbenes and new types of carbenoids were synthesized. The existence of hypernucleophilic carbenes was theoretically predicted and experimentally confirmed. The prospects of the use of carbenes and their derivatives, in particular, carbene complexes of transition metals in catalysis of organic reactions and the search of biologically active compounds were shown.

The article presents short historical review and innovation developments of Coal Chemistry Department of L.M. Litvinenko Institute, NAS of Ukraine connected with coal mine exploitation problems, search for decisions toward prevention of spontaneous combustion, dust control in mines, establishing structural chemical features of coal with different genesis and stages of metamorphism with the aim to develop new methods of their modification and rational use. The methods of obtaining inexpensive sorbents from Ukrainian raw materials (including carbon containing waste) are proposed. The problems of modern coal chemistry science in IPOCC of NAS of Ukraine are outlined.

The modern approaches to the creation of fire protective coatings by modifying intumescent systems by nanomaterials with study of the chemical reaction mechanisms under the high temperatures influence were considered. A systematic study of the interactions of components of polyphosphate type intumescent blend were carried out, a well-defined correlations between the directions of chemical processes and fire retardant properties of intumescent coatings were found. Efficient ways to simultaneous increase of fireprotective efficiency and performance characteristics of intumescent coatings (operatin life, resistance to environmental factors and bioсontamination) were proposed. The results of fundamental research allowed to develop new formulations of flame retardant compositions, whose properties have been confirmed by tests in accordance with existing standardized methods, these results were introduced into production.

A concept for «meta-anthropological management» of synchronous interaction of the processes of socio-economic organisms’ emergence and functioning is introduced. Such management is performed by a person with philosophical worldview. The economic, educational, organizational, and communication aspects of management as creating conditions for self-organization of community social spaces are discussed. A priority action plan for the community is presented. Objectives and tasks are formulated to develop and implement the communication polylogue methodology for decision-making by community and educational programs to foster an archеtype philosophical worldview and meta-anthropological capabilities of Ukrainians that were temporally hidden.

The structure of electronic scientific seminar, which provides a high level of quality of the objectivity in the evaluation of scientific papers, including dissertations, is described. Conditions for the implementation of electronic scientific seminar are also considered.

The results of developments of the Ye.O.Paton Electric Welding Institute and its specialized departments on the designing national equipment models for preparation during the assembly the edges and butt ends of pipeline position butts with the diameter from 14 up to 159 mm, repair and modernization of power engineering objects, including the power units of nuclear and heat electric stations, in chemical and machine building, at enterprises of oil-gas complex and other branches of industry are presented.

Cryosystem for cooling and filling of gas-filled detectors of ionizing radiation with compressed inert gas on the basis of wide-nitrogen cryostat, which provides detetector temperature control in a range of 173 — 293 K and its stabilization with accuracy of ± 1°. The work was carried out within the Ukraine — NATO Program of Collaboration, Grant SfP #984655.

The main results of Scientific Project on creation of monitoring system of equipment for traction substations of railway transport implementated in the Institute of Electrodynamics NAS of Ukraine are presented. The system is intended for automated monitoring and diagnostics of the condition of main electrical equipment and assessment of its operation modes. Ultimately, the system allows to increase the reliability of «Ukrzaliznytsia» power supply systems and, accordingly organization of the movement on the railroad.

Technology of washings liquid preparation is worked out. Prospects of the hydrodynamic supercavitation use for preparation of washing liquids during well drilling are substantiated. Theoretical research make it possible to set parameters and work out the construction of cavitational dispergator. The results of theoretical research found their confirmation during practical examinations and became the basis for creation of the technique of washing liquid preparation and construction of cavitational dispergator tested in production conditions.

The mathematical model for investigation of the thermoelastoplastic stress-strain state and the strength of the rocket technique systems under the repeated starting is proposed. The thermal conductivity equation and constitutive equations of thermoplasticity for the repeated elastic-plastic deformation processes of isotropic materials along small-curvature paths, the strength and low-cyclic fatigue criteria, numerical methods for solving the boundary-value heat conduction problems and corresponding computer software are used.

Recombinant Hansenula polymorpha strain overexpressing both GSH2 gene, encoding γ-glutamylcysteine synthetase, and MET4 gene, coding for transcription activator of genes involved in cysteine biosynthesis (precursor of glutathione) was obtained applying metabolic engineering approaches. Obtained recombinant strain was characterized by significantly increased glutathione production as compared to the wild type strain in laboratory conditions. Conditions for efficient glutathione production by recombinant H. polymorpha strain were optimized. A semi-industrial model for glutathione production using constructed H. polymorpha overproducer was developed.

The problems of national science social capital falling are analyzed, attention is focused on the fact that the level of science support by the state and industry depends not only on the economic situation, but mostly on its authority in society, public confidence that is the external component of science social capital. It is substantiated the necessity of increased efforts of the scientific community towards popularizing the achievements of national science and the formation of large-scale program of activities to increase the authority of science in general and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in particular.

The article deals with focal points of bilateral cooperation between Ukraine and JINR for the last 20 years. It shows economic and innovative benefit of this collaboration, ways of development and improvement.

Processes of formation of diamond rock cutting tools, namely big diamond drilling crown; small diamond drilling crown; crown equipped with synthetic diamonds; reinforced by composite materials using diamonds are considered. Stages of innovative development of drilling technologies are presented.
